The invention relates to structural elements of a demonstration plant, and more specifically to the drive sprocket of the lower support.

A demonstration plant, which is led by the drive described in the patent of Russian Federation №62474 for a utility model. This is a demonstration unit includes a housing fixed to the body of the upper support and the lower support, between which there is a pipe that has three faces that are at an angle of 120°, which are rectangular slats, forming a triangular prism. Inside the housing a drive motor and the mechanism of rotation of the prisms.

The lower bearing this demo unit described in the patent of Ukraine No. 2808 for a utility model. It led asterisk communicates with the shaft (axis) of the lower support via a splined connection. Asterisk has a shank with a round hole and a protrusion with a flat bearing surface at the bottom. Accordingly, the shaft is made with flats in the lower part, which surface is in contact with the flat bearing surface of the shank.

The driven sprocket, generally engaged in one piece with the shank. Because in the demo units do not apply grease between interacting parts, sprocket, and, accordingly, the shank is made of a low friction plastic, such as polyamide. This layer of the ACCA has a relatively low strength. Because the shaft is usually made of metal, process of operation of a demonstration plant in the transmission of torque from the sprocket to the shaft bearing surface in the shank gradually pressed. And during emergency situations (the ingress of foreign bodies between the rotating prisms) shaft can be scrolled, destroying the bearing surface in the shank.

Led star with suppressed or destroyed, the bearing surface of the shank makes operation of the demonstration plant is impossible and must be replaced. Replacement of the guest stars expensive and time-consuming.

The basis of the invention the task is to increase the service life of a slave sprocket lower support demonstration plant.

In the driven sprocket lower support demonstration plant, which has a shank with a round hole and a protrusion with a flat bearing surface at least in its lower part, according to the invention a flat bearing surface formed by an insert made from a material whose strength higher than the strength of the material of the shank.

Preferably, the insert had the support part and the fastening part and the flat bearing surface was performed on the supporting part.

Preferably, the inner surface of the mounting part repeated surface is TVersity shank, and had external anchor tabs, and all surfaces of the insert, in addition to the flat support surface, were surrounded by the material of the shank.

In one embodiment, the mounting part may consist of two arcuate elements, one end of which departs from the edge of the supporting part, and the second goes beyond the plane passing through the center of the hole and parallel to the supporting surface.

In another embodiment, the fastening part can be made in the form of a single curved element, the ends of which depart from the edges of the supporting part.

Preferably, the slave sprocket was made of plastic, and the insert is made of metal such as aluminum.

The insert can be made from plastic, the strength of which is higher than the strength of the plastic material from which is made the slave sprocket.

Next is described the best embodiments of the invention with reference to the drawings, in which figure 1-4 shows a first variant embodiment of the invention, figure 5-8 - the second variant embodiment of the invention. Driven sprocket 1 has a shank 2 with a circular hole 3. At the bottom of the hole placed the insert 4 having a support portion 5 with a flat bearing surface 6 and the fixing part 7. In the first embodiment of the invention, the fastening part 7 consists of two arcuate elements, and the second variant - one arcuate element. In both cases the ends of the arcuate elements away from the edge of the supporting part 5. In the first embodiment, the free ends of the arcuate elements beyond a plane passing through the center of the hole 3 and parallel to the flat surface 6 side of the insert 4. The inner surface of the arcuate elements mimics the surface of the hole 3 of the shank 2, and on the outer surface they have anchor lugs 8.

The insert 4 is fixed in the body of the shank 2 in the manufacture of the driven sprocket 1. When this box is put on the item, the shape of the shaft 8 of the foot, place them in an appropriate mold and pour plastic. When this plastic surrounds all surfaces of the insert, in addition to the flat support surface 6. After hardening of the plastic part is removed and the insert 4 is fixed in the body of the shank 2. Driven sprocket lower support demonstration plant having a shank with a round hole and a protrusion, a flat bearing surface at least in its lower part, characterized in that the flat bearing surface formed by an insert made from a material whose strength is higher than that of the material of the shank.

2. Driven sprocket according to claim 1, characterized in that the insert has a base portion and a mounting portion, and a flat bearing surface is made on the supporting part.

3. Driven sprocket according to claim 2, characterized in that the inner surface of the mounting part repeats the surface of the hole of the shank, and has external anchor tabs, and all surfaces of the insert, in addition to the flat support surface surrounded by the material of the shank.

4. Driven sprocket according to claim 3, characterized in that the fastening part comprises two arcuate elements, one end of which departs from the edge of the supporting part, and the second goes beyond the plane passing through the center of the hole and parallel to the supporting surface.

5. Driven sprocket according to claim 3, characterized in that the fastening part is made in the form of a single curved element, the ends of which depart from the edges of the supporting part.

At that, the corresponding wick (92) is installed in mounting pocket (36') made in the main bearing seat so that upper surface of the main wick (92) housing protrudes beyond the limits of the appropriate pocket (36') so that it can come into contact with some part of bogie axle surface, and at least some part of end surfaces of the corresponding wick (92) is separated from end walls of the corresponding pocket (36').

EFFECT: creation of journal bearing that provides additional lubrication of the surface in bogie axle channel in comparison to the volume which is provided with common central lubricating wick used at the present time.

SUBSTANCE: polymer composition made up of binder and antifriction fillers are fitted into metal sleeve to mould antifriction coat on revolving said sleeve to form filler layers over the coat thickness.
