FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vibration-damping support includes external and internal cages. One cage is connected to vibrating object, the other - to fixed foundation. Elastic element that connects the cages is made as plate corrugated by radial directions or a pack of such plates. Plates are bended in a ring and located with pretension in annular cavity formed by cages. The cavity is completely filled with operating viscous fluid, for example, with mineral oil. O-rings from elastic material, for example, rubber, seal the said cavity along edges.

EFFECT: damping of broad-band spatial vibration and possibility to work in wide range of temperatures.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for vibration damping elements of various machines and equipment, in particular for damping vibration of pipelines chemical devices, silencers, noise of car engines, rotors, aircraft and gas turbines, centrifuges and other products.

The famous "Hydraulic isolation pad" according to the patent for invention №2253059 containing elastic airtight chamber filled with working fluid and divided into cavities, interconnected throttling holes, and throttling holes equipped with valves with opposite transmission fluid.

The disadvantage is that the dampers is:

(a) the greater complexity of structure;

b) the failure of the dampers to damp the spatial vibration, because it was designed for damping of the linear vibration is directed along the symmetry axis of the support.

Object of the present invention is to provide vibratory, unpretentious in operation, relatively simple to manufacture, allowing calculation of parameters of stiffness and damping. The technical result of the invention is a damping of the broadband spatial vibration using dampers suitable for work in a wide range of ambient temperatures, simple and adaptable to production and operation and generating drag forces proportional to velocity.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that vibraphone, which contains the outer and inner race, one of which is connected with the vibrating object, and the other with a fixed base, an elastic element connecting the clip, in the form of corrugated radial e.g. the areas of the plate or pack of plates, bent into a ring and placed with some pre-created when assembling an interference fit in the annular cavity formed by the casing and the bearing according to the invention has a sealing ring made of an elastic material such as rubber, for sealing the ends of the mentioned cavity, and a viscous working fluid, such as mineral oil, completely filling the cavity. Outer ring has a cylindrical recess corresponding to the width of the corrugated package and serves for fixing this package in the axial direction. It is assumed that the corrugations are evenly placed around the circumference.

The radial stiffness of the bearing is determined by the formula:

where Z is the number of corrugations, N is the number of plates, With0=12EJ/L3, EJ is the Flexural rigidity of one of the plates, L is the half of the district step of corrugations.

The damping is due to the extrusion in the axial direction of the working fluid from Migatronic volumes through the end faces of the corrugations. Thus, the generated damping is mainly hydraulic nature, and the resistance force is proportional to velocity, as is the case when viscous resistance.

The rate of extrusion is determined by the ratio and may significantly exceed the velocity of the mobile carriers. This requires that the width of the package significantly, for example, 10 or more times greater than a height of the corrugations in their deformed state. The result is a viscous resistance force proportional to velocity and is defined by the formula 2.

Analysis of the known technical solutions in the field of technology have shown that the proposed device has characteristics that are absent in the known technical solutions, and their use in the claimed together gives the opportunity to learn new technical effect, namely the isolation pad, operating in a wide frequency range excitatory loads, unpretentious in operation, relatively simple to manufacture and creates a viscous resistance proportional to velocity, suitable for spatial damping of vibrations.

The present invention allows to reduce the level of vibration elements of various machines and equipment, such as pipelines, chemical devices, mufflers automotive engines and other products.

The isolation pad, comprising outer and inner race, one of which is connected with the vibrating object, and the other with a fixed base, an elastic element connecting the clip, in the form of corrugated along radial directions of lastine or package of such plates, bent into a ring and placed with some pre-created in the Assembly tightness in the annular cavity formed by the clips, wherein the isolation pad has a sealing ring made of an elastic material such as rubber, for sealing the ends of the mentioned cavity, and a viscous working fluid, such as mineral oil, completely filling the cavity.

Bypass valves are communicated via cable lines with control unit. Rods are made in the form of a circumference arc with a certain radius of curvature. Vibration isolator has six flexible elements mounted in parallel, which elements are disposed between top cap and base. Any flexible isolator is made in form of spring member mounted in parallel to elastic member in form of bushing disposed in coaxial made of volumetric mesh-braid.
