SUBSTANCE: dryer for linen comprises a chamber (4) for clothes to be dried, an air circuit (5) for circulation of the drying air through the chamber (4) and a dewatering unit (9) to reduce the moisture content in the wet stream of air coming out of the chamber (4). According to the invention the dewatering device (9) comprises a unit (10, 210) of ionisation, designed for electric charge of water dispersed in the air stream, and means (17, 18) of release of water.

The invention relates to a dryer with improved device of the dehydration of air. The clothes dryer according to the invention may also be a device for washing and drying, i.e. household device with the functions of washing and drying. The dryer can be both front and top-loading clothes.

Currently the well known two main types of dryers for clothes. The first type are vented dryer in which the air flow is heated and then passed through a drying chamber in which the drying. The flow of air removes moisture from the clothes and exits the drying chamber, having a high humidity. Manufactured from vented dryers stream of moist air usually enters the same room where the dryer, or in another area, if provided with appropriate exhaust piping. The design of such dryers is simple and economical. However, they are not always practical to install in the house, since the release of the moist air inside the building is not desirable, and for his release outside of the home, you need to drill a large hole for the mounting of the exhaust pipe in the outer wall of the house.

The second type of known drying linen are condenser dryer, in which the flow of heated air circulates through the schiehlen camera and the condenser removes moisture from the stream of air leaving the drying chamber. Remove moisture enters the tank, which must be periodically emptied.

In recent years, condenser dryers have been the object of intensive research to reduce the consumption of energy. Currently, the most effective in relation to the energy consumed condenser dryers contain a heat pump to supply hot air into the drying chamber. However, such devices contain a large number of components and have a complex workflow.

Another disadvantage dryers with heat pump for heating air is to use a fluorinated refrigerants, which imposes limitations when operating, manufacturing, as well as after the end of the service life of the device. Another disadvantage of such devices is associated with the presence within it of fixed heat exchangers, which are not well enough to clear, resulting generated during drying fluff is deposited on the heat exchanger and reduces their efficiency.

Thus, there is a need for an improved means of dehydration of air in the dryer.

The objective of the invention is to solve the aforementioned problems, thereby creating a more efficient dryer that contains fewer components than known the nye dryers.

Another object of the invention is the creation of the dryer, in the case where each component is more efficient, resulting in the body has a reduced unused internal volume.

Another object of the invention is to create an easy to build dryer with high reliability.

Another objective of the invention is to provide a dryer with reduced maintenance requirements.

Next described variant embodiment of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in figure 1, a clothes dryer in accordance with the present invention includes a housing 1 in which is rotatably mounted drum 2 defining a chamber 4 for receiving intended for drying things 3. Air circuit 5 is designed for recirculation of the drying air through the chamber 4. The intake manifold 6 selects a moist flow of air from the chamber 4 and supplies it to the filter 7, which delayed the dust and/or fluff. After filtering the air from the chamber 4 is passed through the drying device 9, in which the amount of moisture in the air flow gradually decreases.

The drying device 9 contains a block 10 of ionization to create a corona discharge, which electrically charges distributed in the humid air stream drops of water that contributes to their deposition, providing drying air flow.

In accordance with the first embodiment of the invention, shown in more detail in figure 2, the block 10 ionization contains a corona discharger 11, containing lattice cathode 12 facing to the inlet 13 to the moist air so that it gets moist stream of air coming from the drying chamber 4. The cathode 12 includes multiple electrically conductive pointed ends 14, designed to concentrate the electric field and reduce the ignition voltage of the discharge. Power to the cathode 12 are served from the appropriate funds 15 HV. The anode used a grounded wall of the air path 5. The water separated from the moist air stream is collected in the lower portion 16 of the block 10 ionization and absorbed through the tube 17 and pump 18. This water is stored in the compartment 19 (figure 1), which the user must periodically be emptied.

Figure 3 shows the second in the version of the execution unit 210 ionization, intended for use in the drying device 9. Block 210 ionization contains the first lower compartment 220, in which through the inlet 213 receives moist air from the chamber 4, and a second upper compartment 221 (electrical discharge compartment). Compartments 220 and 221 communicated through hole 222, which has a lattice 223. Corona discharger 211 contains a cathode 212 in the form of wires 224. Wire 224 is located in the compartment 221 and executed with a possibility of electric charge of water droplets dispersed in a stream of moist air that comes from the bottom cover 220. The result is a drying air flow. Wire 224 is shifted so that he was facing the grating 223, and the food served with it from the appropriate funds 15 HV.

Block 210 ionization can be used in a device for drying clothes, shown in figure 1, as an alternative to the first embodiment of the execution unit 10 ionization.

The fan 8 is preferably located downstream from the block 10, 210 ionization and is intended for the circulation of air in the air path 5. The fan 8 may be axial or centrifugal type in accordance with design requirements.

To improve the removal of water from a stream of moist air in the device for drying clothes in accordance with the invention, the drying device 9 can stage niteline to contain the block 25 deposition, shown in figures 1 and 2.

Block 25 deposition installed downstream from block 10, 210 ionization and preferably downstream from the fan 8. From the block 10, 210 ionization air enters the unit 25 deposition, in which, as in block ionization additionally decreases the humidity of the air stream. In block 25 deposition is the tool 26 to generate an electric field that contains many plates 27 and 28. The first group of plates 28 is fed by appropriate means 15 HV and forms a set of cathodes, and the second group of plates 27 is grounded and forms a set of anodes. Plates 27 and 28 are interleaved so that the plate 28 of the cathode is located at a distance from each other in parallel at least one anode plate 27. Plates 27 and 28 form a multitude of channels 29, configured to receive the air flow out of the unit 10, 210 ionization. When air flows into the channels 29, it is divided into an appropriate number of parts and due to the electric field generated by the plates 27 and 28, the water droplets dispersed in the air stream and positively charged block 10, 210 ionization are attracted to the grounded surfaces of the plates 27. Precipitated water is collected at the lower section 33 of the block 25 deposition and away from the block 10, 210 ionization using pipes and 17 and pump 18. Abstracted from block 25 deposition of the water stored in the compartment 19 (figure 1), which the user must periodically be emptied.

Coming out of the block 25 deposition dehydrated air through the manifold 31 is supplied to the rear wall 32 (Fig 1), which has the means of dispersion of air to feed into the chamber 4.

The use of block 25 deposition is optional. It is used in a device for drying with a very high moisture content in the air stream. When the block 25 deposition is not used out of the unit 10, 210 ionization air flows through the manifold 31 to the wall 32. When you use the block 25 deposition, it can be installed directly behind the block 10,210 ionization downstream, and the fan 8 can be installed by block 25 deposition downstream.

Air circulation circuit 5 occurs without the release of the air outside the device up until the drying process is completed. In the air path 5 is known heating means (not shown in the drawings) for heating the air flow circulating air circuit 5.

In accordance with the results of experiments, it was found that the flow of moist air with a relative humidity of about 100% moisture level was reduced to 70% in about 3 minutes when using block 10, which is then, shown in figures 1 and 2, and switch off the unit 25 deposition, i.e. when all of the plates 27 and 28 are grounded. For air flow with the same humidity when the unit 25 deposition experiments conducted using is shown in figure 3 block 210 ionization showed that the degree of humidity decreased to 73% in about 5 minutes. When using block 210 ionization of the same type when the block 25 deposition (plate 28 were powered by means of 15 HV) humidity was down to approximately 62% to approximately 7 minutes.

The first embodiment of the block 10 ionization, shown in figures 1 and 2, effective when the charge drops of water scattered in the stream of moist air, as shown in figure 3 block 210 ionization has the best stability of the discharge, the higher the electrical tension and less outraged by the air flow.

Thus, the dryer according to the invention effectively removes the water from the stream of moist air with a compact and reliable dewatering device. The latter is smaller than the capacitor normally used in the known dryers for clothes, so the components of the dryer can be more rational placed inside the case.

It can also be noted that the dryer in accordance with aseason invention has a better performance compared with the known dryers for clothes, as with the number of removed moisture, and energy consumption.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, after preliminary removal of moisture by centrifuging, linen is acted upon by elastic vibrations of ultrasonic frequency. Said vibrations are formed by aerodynamic or electromechanical converters and are introduced into linen to be dried contactlessly through nonresonance air gaps or through design members of washing machine. Intensity of elastic vibrations is set within 135 and 160 dB. Frequency of vibrations is chosen to provide acoustic resonance of inner volume of washing machine tumbler and/or inner air gap between tumbler for linen and outer tumbler. In process of drying frequency is changed according to change in quantity of linen to be dried and its moisture content. Owing to use of optimum sources of ultrasonic vibrations and corrected parameters and conditions of formation and introduction of vibrations into linen, energy consumption for implementing the method is reduced.

SUBSTANCE: drying machine has housing with pivotal member for attachment of door to front panel and pair of pivotal brackets for connecting pivotal member with one of opposite sides of window provided on front panel. Drying machine has preliminary assembling unit for reliable attachment of pivotal bracket to front panel. Preliminary assembling unit has retaining openings and positioning opening provided in pivotal bracket, and retaining protrusions and positioning protrusion extending from front panel. SUBSTANCE: locking unit is positioned in front panel of drying machine, on door of which machine hook is located, said hook being adapted for engagement with locking unit and disengagement therefrom. Locking unit has lock main body equipped with protrusions and retaining openings in its opposite sides, and lock cover having openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining openings provided at cover opposite sides. Protrusions are formed in active part protruding from carrier part of lock main body, and retaining openings are formed in carrier part, immediately under protrusions. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

SUBSTANCE: set of two laundry machines consists of a washing machine and a drying machine. The latter has the drum for retaining the laundry therein, a pressure fan supplying the air to the drum and a pressure device for heating the air supplied to the drum. The set consists of a common hose connected to at least one water supply source, the hose supplying water to the drying machine, which connects the common hose to the drying machine, and the hose supplying water to the washing machine, which connects the common hose to the washing machine. The drying machine consists of a drum, a pressure fan supplying the air to the drum and the device for heating the air supplied to the drum. The machine includes a water supplying hose connecting the drying machine to the common hose which is connected to water supply source and to the washing machine. The drying machine has a steam generator and the hose supplying water to the drying machine and connected to the steam generator.

EFFECT: possibility of preventing folds of the dried clothes or eliminating clothes folds.
