FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to suspension separators and serves to extract suspended substances from effluents at live farming. Proposed inertial thickener consists of cylindrical housing and its conical section. Housing cylindrical section accommodates filtration shell with tangential inlet branch pipe arranged at its top for initial suspension, vaned rotor aligned with said liquid fraction discharge branch pipe to run in bearings that features height and diameter equal to filtration shell chamber. Filtration shell bottom edge is provided with tangential discharge branch pipes with their inner ends directed in rotational direction of vaned rotor and outer ends passed through hollow housing wall. Discharge shell top base encloses hollow housing with radial clearance at the level of tangential discharge tubes and features skewed bottom penetrated by hollow housing conical section sealed therein.

EFFECT: higher dehydration.

The invention relates to a device for separating a suspension, and is intended to extract from the wastewater suspended solids in various industries, including livestock enterprises.

Known inertial thickener containing the filter shell with attached to the upper part of the tangential inlet cone for the initial suspension, hollow body with a lid, cover with a radial clearance of the filter shell and having a bottom outlet for liquid fraction and secured to the lower end of the filter shell discharge shell with outlet pipe condensed fraction [1].

The disadvantage of this thickener is the inability constantly in the process to ensure cleaning of the filtering shell and intensively enough to take the condensed fraction for the filter shell, as the high pressure source to the suspension to increase the intensity of withdrawal in a known thickener will reduce the filtering process that impairs its effectiveness.

The problem to which the invention is directed is the provision of permanent self-cleaning filter shell and an increase in the intensity of the tap of products of separation of the initial suspension.

The problem is solved by the following set of features of the proposed device.

The proposed inertial thickener, as known, includes: filter shell, the tangential inlet pipe; a cover; a hollow body, an outlet for the liquid fraction and the unloading shell with outlet pipe condensed fraction, in this case, unlike the prototype, the lower part of the hollow body is in the shape of a truncated cone, directed a smaller base downward, and ends with the outlet pipe of the condensed fraction, and on the filter shell bottom is made in the form of a truncated cone, the smaller base of which is turned upwards and represents the edge of the hole, which fixed the missing seal over the lid outlet for liquid faction, and at last, as on an axis, mounted vane rotor, the height and diameter nominally equal to the cavity of the filter shell, the lower end of the last completed tangential drain tube aimed inner ends opposite the direction of rotation of the vane rotor and the outer skipped through the wall of the hollow casing, and discharge sides with the drain pipe for the condensed fraction of the upper base cover with a radial clearance of the hollow body at the level of the tangential discharge tubes and is made with a beveled bottom, through which omitted to seal the tapered portion of the hollow body.

The technical result of the invention is the cleaning of the filter shell side edges of the rotor blades, intensive drainage of the condensed fraction lower ends of the blades, and inclined to the periphery of the bottom filter shell and rationally directed tangential discharge tubes. Additional technical result is to increase the degree of dehydration of the suspension, as it is the liquid fraction is directed through the filter shell on the conical surface of the hollow body, forming therein a stream of particles heavier fractions twisted helices, and in the Central part of the helical flow of the lighter particles in the clarified water, which is discharged through the outlet nozzle, which is caused by the creation of the conical surface of the hollow body effect of the hydrocyclone.

Inertial thickener consists of a cylindrical 1 and 2 conical parts of the body. Inside the cylindrical part of the housing 1 is filtration shell 3 is attached to the upper part of the tangential inlet pipe 4, the rotating vane rotor 5 mounted coaxially with the outlet nozzle for the liquid fraction 7 on the bearings 8, the lower end of the filter, the respective shell 3 is made tangential discharge tube 6, directed inner ends opposite the direction of rotation of the vane rotor 5 and the outer skipped through the wall of the cylindrical part 1 of the housing, the discharge shell 9 with the drain pipe for the condensed fraction 10, which is set at a tangential discharge tube 6 and is made with a beveled bottom, through which omitted to seal the tapered portion 2 of the body, ending with the outlet pipe condensed fraction 11.

Inertial thickener operates as follows. The original suspension under pressure through the tangential inlet pipe 4 is supplied to the cylindrical surface of the filtration shell 3, in which due to the rotation of the vane rotor 5 is an additional centrifugal force, as a result of which there is intense filtering the initial suspension, and the most dense and heavy, the suspension particles are discharged through a tangential outlet pipe 6 in the discharge drum 9 through the drain pipe for the condensed fraction 10. While the filtrate that has passed through the filter shell 3 formed at the conical surface of the hollow body 2, the flow of particles heavier fractions twisted helix, which is removed from the thickener through the drain pipe 11 and in the Central part of the screw thread of the lighter particles in the clarified water, which is given by o gnome nozzle 7.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for separation of mechanical impurities and liquid drops from a gas flow. The device contains an outer and an inner housings, a cover and a bottom, an inlet nipple mounted on the outer housing, an outlet nipple arranged inside the cover, a drain nipple arranged inside the bottom, coaxial cylindrical shells contained inside the circular space between the outer and an inner housings and forming slot channels inside the said space, crosswise partitions whereon the coaxial cylindrical shells are mounted, a filtering element installed inside the inner housing and separating its inner part into the pre-filtering space and the post-filtering space connected to the outlet nipple. The crosswise partitions are shaped as cones all of them except the bottom one having cutouts for gas flow passage in their conic surfaces. The coaxial cylindrical shells have longitudinal slots providing for the shells shape segmentation. The crosswise partitions, together with the cylindrical shells mounted on them or separation sections serially interconnected with the cutouts on the crosswise partitions.

Proposed method is implemented in device that comprises preliminary separation apparatus with swirling chamber, flue-gas pumps, cyclones, gas ducts with branch pipes and two shell rings. Swirling chamber has outlet branch pipes communicated with cyclones, while cyclones outlets are communicated with shell ring branch pipes. Swirling chamber consists of cylindrical shell arranged between two parallel vertical walls with holes made at their centers to house rectifying apparatuses. Said cylindrical shell has inlet hole with inlet branch pipe and two L-like outlet holes with outlet branch pipes. Inlet branch pipe is arranged at swirling chamber top half, between two vertical wall, while outlet branch pipes are fitted on quarter girth opposite inlet hole at swirling chamber top half and furnished with stepped splitter. Cylindrical shell inner surface has main and additional guides arranged along helix line. Main guides start from horizontal plane running across axial holes axis get combined thereat and, further on, they terminate at the point inlet branch pipe inner part is jointed with inlet hole at. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for filtering. The method of filtering water-and-oil emulsions involves their passage through channels formed by the filtering elements spiral coils, blowing steam through the sediment layer which is performed immediately after the evacuation in the filtering process direction under pressure of steam delivered into the lower part of the device housing. The method of filtering elements regeneration involves blowing steam through them in the direction opposite to that of the filtering process and mechanical cleaning. The filtering device contains a housing with nipples for inlet and outlet of the emulsion and sediments, cylindrical spirals (filtering elements) contained inside the housing, steam delivery nipples. Each spiral contains a rod shaft whereon cleaning devices are hafted so that to enable their axial motion; the cleaning elements consist of a central disc with a hole in the centre and scrapers with V-shaped slots. The scrapers are installed between the coils of the spirals acting as filtering elements. The spiral coils fit into the scrapers V-slots.

EFFECT: improved performance of the filter due to efficient removal of mechanical contaminants characterised by high adhesion to the filtering elements material from the filtering elements and enhanced degree of oil products removal from the solid phase.

The filter contains a case, a top cover and a bottom chamber, unions for incoming polluted liquid and outcoming purified liquid, a filter element arranged inside the case and a knife to remove mechanical impurities. Two barrels arranged in one vertical plane are welded to the case cylinder ring, one of the said barrels being located in the ring upper part and another one in its lower part. The knife to remove mechanical impurities is arranged inside the case and rigidly fixed on trapezoidal aligning bar, the knife cutting edge being aligned along the filter element generator opposite the direction of rotation so that a clearance between the said cutting edge and the generator can be adjusted.

SUBSTANCE: plated filter comprises vertical cylindrical casing equipped with connection pipes for introducing and discharging of medium, discharge device for discharging of sedimentation, cylindrical filtering member located within casing, and piston disposed within filtering member and fixed on rod of hydraulic cylinder positioned on casing cover. Cylindrical filtering member consists of radial metal plates fixed on inner circumference of band rings. Metal plates have projections. Piston located within filtering member is made in the form of disk with metal plates formed as equilateral trapeziums fixed on outer circumference of disk with their smaller bases. Ends of plates are positioned between plates of filtering members and project beyond outer diameter of filtering member.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for filtration of the liquid mediums, in particular, to the self-purifying filter and may be used in different branches of industry, where the effective purification of the liquid mediums from the mechanical impurities is required. The self-purifying filter contains: the body divided by the filtering partitions into the chambers of the source and purified liquids coupled accordingly with the inlet and outlet fitting pipes; the fixed on the hollow arbor component of purification of the filtering partitions, in the lateral surface of which there is a hole communicating through the purifying component with the chamber of the source liquid. The purifying component is made in the form of the half-closed vane, the open side of which is facing the filtering partition. The hole on the lateral surface of the hollow arbor is made in the place of the purifying component fixation with provision of communication of the indicated hole with the cavity of the half-closed vane. One end of the hollow arbor arranged in the body of the filter is made with the shut butt, and other end of the hollow arbor is made with the open butt providing withdrawal of the pollutions. The filter contains the annular collector mounted in the body with formation of the ring-type channel between the internal surface of the body and the external surface of the annular collector made with the tangential partitions and the guiding slits arranged on the circumference with the even pitch. The filter can have the inlet fitting pipe mounted tangentially to the filter body, which is made cylindrical. The filter can contain: the additional filtering partition and in this case the body is divided by the filtering partitions into the chamber of the source liquid and two chambers of the purified liquid arranged symmetrically in respect to the chamber of the source liquid, and the vane of the mobile purifying component is made with two open sides facing the planes of the filtering partitions; the additional filtering partition and the additional purifying component made in the form of the half-closed vane. At that the body is parted by the filtering partitions into the chamber of the source liquid, the intermediate chamber and the chamber of the purified liquid arranged sequentially above the chamber of the source liquid. In the lateral surface of the hollow arbor there is an additional hole communicating through the additional purifying component with the intermediate chamber. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the filter operation.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the filter operation.
