SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of construction, namely, to a frame structure of a window frame, which is a composite element of a wall or roof structure and is designed to communicate internal premises with the surrounding space, natural lighting of premises, their ventilation, protection against atmospheric and noise effects, and its precast unit - a leaf (a leaf element). For a "leaf" object - in a left of a window frame comprising two or more glass sheets connected to each other along the contour with a spacing frame, in the slot of which there are fittings installed designed to fix the leaf in the window frame, and frame structure cases attached to the external side of glasses along their contour to close external and internal ledges of the window frame, the spacing frame and frame structures of cases are produced as a result of separation into three parts of the frame element of the initial PVC shape. And for a "window frame" object - a window frame comprises a frame and leaf built into the window opening including two or more glass sheets connected to each other along the contour with a spacing frame, in the slot of which there are fittings installed designed to fix the leaf in the window frame, and frame structure cases attached to the external side of glasses along their contour to close external and internal ledges of the window frame, in which the spacing frame and frame structures of cases are produced as a result of separation into three parts of the frame element of the initial PVC shape. At the same time as a rule in the slot of the case closing the internal ledge there is a seal.

EFFECT: higher manufacturability of item design aimed at reduction of item production labour intensiveness and its prime cost.

The group of inventions relates to the field of construction, namely, the frame construction of the window unit, which is part of a wall or roof structure and is intended for messages the interior with the surrounding space, natural lighting, ventilation, protection from atmospheric and noise effects, and its Assembly unit - sash (sash element).

Window unit - translucent design for natural lighting, ventilation and protection from atmospheric and noise effects. 1. Small transmittance (the main function of the window) because of the large dimensions of the sash profiles.

2. Small thermal efficiency due to the limited choice of the thickness of the applied glass: an increase in the thickness of the glass requires more massive profile sash.

3. The high cost of construction of the window unit due to the large number of components, including a large specific weight (~50%) of the relevant elements in the material cost of the structure.

The most similar essential features of the claimed design is the third window unit and sash window unit is known (RU, patent # 98213 U1) window unit and sash, which function in a window unit performs the glass.

Adopted for the prototype known window unit consists of a frame and sash in the form of glass with a spacer between adjacent Windows, made of a profile with a groove for fittings required for fixing of glass in the frame, and attached around the perimeter of the glass and closing the inner porch of the jamb is installed in its groove seal.

The obstacles to achieve the following technical result, include the high cost of the product (window unit) and its low quality due to low technology product design.

The task, which directed the claimed group of inventions is to upgrade window designs to use in their production of resource-saving technologies.

Unified technical result is obtained as a result of the implementation of a group of inventions is to improve the manufacturability of the product design, aimed at reducing the complexity of the manufacture of the product and its cost.

This technical result of sash window unit" is due to the fact that the sash window unit consisting of two or more sheets of glass, connected with the th contour spacer, in the groove which has intended to secure the sash in the frame of the window unit accessories, and attached to the outer side of the glass, they contour casings frame construction, the closing of the inner and outer arches of the window block, spacer and frame construction the frames obtained by division into three parts of the framework element of the source of the PVC profile. In this case, as a rule, in the groove closing the inner porch of the jamb is installed seal.

This technical result is achieved for the object "window unit" due to the fact that the window unit contains embedded into the window opening frame and the sash, consisting of two or more glass sheets interconnected by the contour of the spacer in the groove which has intended to secure the sash in the frame of the window unit accessories, and attached to the outer side of the glass, they contour casings frame construction, the closing of the inner and outer arches of the window unit, in which the spacer and frame construction the frames obtained by division into three parts of the framework element of the source of the PVC profile. The advantages of the proposed design stwork the window unit and, accordingly, the window unit as a whole - the decrease in the number requiring precise alignment of sizes of components.

1) In the leaf prototype, where the remote frame and frame construction the frames are made of three different from each other PVC profiles, it is necessary to precisely match the dimensions:

- glass (sheet glass, United spacer) and architraves;

- glass sheets with the dimensions of the spacer.

2) In the declared design of the leaf, where the remote frame and frame construction the frames obtained by division into three longitudinal parts of the framework element of one of the original PVC profile, you want to combine only the size of the welded frame element of the sash from the original PVC profile and glass. The combination of sizes of glass sheets with the dimensions of the spacer and the sizes of the frames is provided by the fact that all the framework elements of the valve is obtained from one of the PVC profile by dividing it after welding and cleaning welds. Thus, the dimensional accuracy is ensured at the stage of manufacture of the original PVC-profile sash in the extrusion process, where it is much easier to achieve the necessary precision.

Reducing the number of original PVC profiles for the manufacture of valve elements to one and reduces) the probability of errors in the process and b) the number to strairway parameters which leads to cost reduction (reduced resources spent on the entire manufacturing process of products) and improve the quality of the finished product.

The declared design of the product ensures its manufacture at the most efficient technology compared to the similar structures of the same purpose.

To clarify the essence of the claimed invention presents the following graphics:

- figure 1 - design of the window unit;

- figure 2, which shows:

a) the source section of the PVC profile 9 for the manufacture of the framework element of the sash on the claimed technology;

b) an intermediate result of the separation of the framework element of the sash from the original PVC profile;

C) cross-section profiles three framework elements (remote frame 4 and two jamb 6, 7).

Below on the specific design of the window block data that proves the possibility of the claimed group of inventions is to provide the above single technical result.

Window unit (figure 1) consists of embedded in the window opening of the frame 1 and leaf 2, consisting of glass sheets 3, separated by spacer 4, the groove profile which is equipped with accessories 5, intended for fastening the sash in the frame of the window unit, the casing 6, zakryvaymo what about the outer porch, and closing the inner porch of the casing 7, the groove of which it is the seal 8.

Remote frame (both standard and fitting a groove in the glass is attached (glued) to the glass using special adhesives-sealants that can withstand heavy load and ensure the integrity of the glass for a long period of time.

A method of manufacturing a sash window unit includes a sequence of the following operations.

1. Tapping the source of the PVC profile (figa) to "condition" on the workpiece size, is designed so that after welding to obtain the required size of the framework element of the sash.

2. Milling in the blanks of the original profile holes for drainage, ventilation, installation hardware, mounting knobs, etc. using special cutters.

3. Welding of workpieces of the PVC profile with the receipt of the framework element of the sash with the subsequent waste removal (Stripping welds).

4. Separation (cutting) of the framework element of the sash on three framework elements (figb):

- remote frame,

- casing, closing the inner narthex,

- casing, closing the outer porch.

Separation (cutting) of the framework element of the sash is made by means of a milling machine with vertical shaft. On the shaft there is camping stack cutter, which sequentially in two steps, separated frames and cut off the extra partition profile of the spacer.

5. The manufacturer of glass, which includes: cutting glass according to specified dimensions, its washing and drying; falling asleep in a spacer desiccant; applying a first sealant layer on the ends of the spacer; the Assembly of the glass, which includes installation and gluing on glass spacer, the crushing of glass and sealing its ends, a second sealant layer.

6. The rolling seal in a groove of the casing, closing the inner porch.

7. Application of sealant to the frames and gluing them to the glass, the polymerization of the sealant within 1.5-2 hours.

8. Installation and fastening of the fitting in the groove of the spacer.

EFFECT: simplified construction, enhanced reliability in operation, reduced production costs, wider operational capabilities, in particular, provision for adjusting length of segments and improvement of appearance.
