Said chamber is shaped to wedge-like surface to receive locking element composed of metal roller or ball. Said surface and said locking element are coupled with their drive to provided for friction interaction so that shaft is locked in turning it by unauthorised user.

The invention relates to a security technique and can be used for locking or locking the controls, particularly steering, various vehicles.

Known anti-theft device for locking the rotary shaft of the vehicle, in particular a steering shaft using tool fixedly mounted on the steering column, the pin which enters a groove made on the steering shaft (JP No. 5705255 And, B60R 25/02).

A disadvantage of this device is that installing anti-theft device requires a weakening of the cross section of the steering shaft, by performing therein a groove for the pin anti-theft device, as well as the possibility of theft of the vehicle without destroying the anti-theft device, by partial disassembly of the steering wheel.

Known anti-theft device for locking the rotary shaft of the vehicle, in particular a steering shaft containing combined with the steering column bracket with fixed therein by a lock mounted on the steering shaft ring clutch smoothly with the outer envelope surface and a slot to accommodate a retractable rod lock (similar to SU # 1342786, B60R 25/02).

A disadvantage of this device is that the lock is directly on the steering shaft and techeiles the possibility of theft of the vehicle without destroying the anti-theft device by partial disassembly of the steering wheel.

Also known lock, comprising a housing made of two parts, Rethimno connected by screws, the heads of which are located in one of the housing parts and insured against unscrewing (closed) removable bolt, which is located in the installation groove of T-shaped form, is made in this part of the body, which is also from the side adjacent to the removable bolt, made a blind hole for the latch on the bolt and have the opportunity to enter into this blind hole of the housing. The lock is installed on the steering shaft of the vehicle (EN 4133 U1, E05B 55/00).

The lack of lock installation directly on the steering shaft is the possibility of theft of the vehicle without destroying the anti-theft device, by partial disassembly of the steering. For example, in cars equipped with the intermediate shaft, it is possible to remove and replace the intermediate shaft from the steering column by removing the screws and nuts securing the steering shaft to the bracket steering and loosening the tightening screws of the two couplings clamp and the lower flange couplings connecting the main shaft with the intermediate, and the intermediate shaft with gear (pinion) steering gear. In addition, the housing consisting of two parts, requires the installer with specific skills, or needs a service installation.

Objectives of the invention - increased reliability of any locking of the rotary shaft, available in the nodes of the vehicle and transmitting the control signal from the control of the Executive elements, to prevent unauthorized use of the vehicle.

The technical result consists in the fact that in the event of unauthorized rotation of the rotary shaft in either direction, an automatic jamming of the locking element whether it be a ball or roller between the surfaces: wedge-shaped and cylindrical.

Claims made without separation distinctive and restrictive part.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the anti-theft device for locking the rotary shaft of the vehicle made in the form of covering the rotary shaft metal housing with at least one cavity having a working curly wedge-shaped surface, which has a blocking element in the form of a metallic roller or ball, while working curly wedge-shaped surface and/or the blocking element associated with the mechanism of their movement to provide friction contact surfaces of the housing, the locking element and the rotary shaft of the vehicle to block the aforementioned rotary shaft when povorotnogo unauthorized user.

Other variants of execution, according to which it is necessary that:

- the device has been placed on any node of a vehicle, having a rotary shaft that transmits a control signal from the control of the vehicle at its actuators;

the movement was executed with the secret part, unauthorised bring it into action.

These features of the invention are significant and interrelated causal connection with the formation of the essential features sufficient to achieve a technical result.

The invention is illustrated by specific examples, which, however, are not only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving a given set of essential features specified technical result.

Anti-theft device for locking the rotary shaft of the vehicle made in the form of covering the rotary shaft of the metal housing 1, which is made of at least one cavity having R the workers curly wedge surface 2, hosts blocking element 3 in the form of a metallic roller or ball. Working curly wedge surface 2, or the blocking element 3, or simultaneously connected with the mechanism of forced displacement (not shown) to provide frictional interaction of the wedge-shaped surface 2 of the housing 1, the locking element 3 and the rotary shaft 4 of the vehicle to block the aforementioned rotary shaft 4 when turning the unauthorized user. Mechanism 5 of forced displacement can be made of any type: mechanical, for example, in the form of springs or levers, hydraulic or electric. Anti-theft device can be placed on any node of a vehicle, having a rotary shaft 4, transmitting the control signal from the control of the vehicle on its Executive members, in particular, on the steering shaft of the vehicle, which transmits the control signal from the steering wheel to the turning of the wheels of the vehicle. The transfer mechanism can be performed with the secret part (not shown), precluding unauthorized bring it into action.

The device operates as follows.

In one of the embodiments (1) when installing anti-theft device in the "protection" drive is connects mechanism 5 of forced displacement, which produces blocking of the rotary shaft 4, for example the steering shaft, by moving the blocking element 3 by the wedge surface 2 of the housing 1 to provide frictional interaction of the wedge-shaped surface 2 of the housing 1, the locking element 3 and the rotary shaft 4 of the vehicle, i.e. to jamming of the rotary shaft 4 and eliminate the possibility of rotation in both directions. In other embodiments, the execution mechanism 5 of forced displacement can move the housing 1 with the wedge surfaces 2 relative to the locking elements 3 (2), or both, and the housing 1 with the wedge surfaces 2 and the locking elements 3 toward each other to provide frictional interaction of the wedge-shaped surface 2 of the housing 1, the locking element 3 and the rotary shaft 4 of the vehicle, i.e. to jamming of the rotary shaft 4 and eliminate the possibility of rotation in both directions.

Anti-theft device can be made with a secret part placed in any accessible place in the vehicle (not shown) and which is in the form of any known element: lock, button, switch, etc. when switched on which the owner of the vehicle, the actuation mechanism 5 moves and blocking of the rotary shaft 4 will not occur. Electronics generates signals to initiate functions usually performed by electric ignition key.

Said protective casing is reinforced at its center by lay-on inserts that double as jointing elements for aforesaid sectors. Counter car-jack effect is based on free rotation of said casing about steering wheel rim.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locks for protection of premises and may be used in means of transport as antitheft device. Lock is provided with key for its opening and consists of body, drum and grip. Body and drum are provided with holes with pins installed in them, arranged coaxially along circumference along axis to produce lock mechanism. Drum is installed into body and enables vertical axis rotation. Grip is rigidly installed in body, slots are provided in grip and drum for shaft. Each pin consists of at least three parts. One part is stepped, interacting with key, other is composite from cylinder and rod with the possibility of fixed length variation, back pins are cylindrical. Thread is cut in holes of body and drum, and on the second and third parts of pins there is thread arranged for interaction with threaded surfaces on holes of body and drum. Diametre of holes thread arranged in body of lock and drum is more than diametre of thread arranged on pins.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical vehicle antitheft devices. Proposed antitheft method comprises inhibiting access to steering wheel by fitting mechanical anti-seal device onto said steering wheel. Device represents 3D round reinforced housing accommodating steering wheel with hole on the side of steering column that revolves rotation to the right and left. Specific properties of collet mechanism are used to implement proposed method. Said mechanism can embrace round parts and is incorporated with the device one-piece housing made from high-strength materials. Said collet mechanism is used to impart rectilinear motion to arc-like plates with bent edges in radial directions. Arc-like plates make device housing circular edges to completely enclose steering wheel rim. To install or withdraw aforesaid device, arc-like plates are first moved radially apart with the help of built-in drive elements that increase designed housing diametre and hole sizes. To actuate the proposed device, said arc-like plates are displaced towards the housing center to completely cover steering wheel rim.

SUBSTANCE: proposed antitheft device lock comprises split casing made up of two parts screwed together, screw heads being recessed in one of the casing parts, removable locking rod protecting screw heads with handle accommodating cylindrical lock with key, locking bar retainer to fix rod in the casing, retainer pusher and pusher latch. Locking rod handle represents a separate part revolving about the rod. Locking rod retainer represents balls fitted in rod crosswise bore to interact with mating recesses made in the casing. Retainer pusher moves along lengthwise bore in the rod and is spring-loaded by compression spring towards latch. It has also circular groove on its end facing aforesaid balls and having tapered transition to the main cross section, while the opposite end has lengthwise slot. Pusher latch represents a flexible cam coupling. The latter has one half-coupling fitted in pusher rod bore and pin-jointed therein. Second half-coupling jointed to cylindrical lock is arranged to revolve on axle fixed in first half-coupling bore and spring-loaded therein by helical spring. Locking rod side surface has a flat facing screw heads and terminates in handle ledge for it to rest on in fitting locking rod in the casing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shaft retainers and can be used in vehicles as anti-theft device and as lock to protect various premises. Retainer consists of casing, drum and grip. Casing and drum have pins, aligned along the axis circumference and spring-loaded to make lock mechanism. Lock mechanism pin consists of stepped part, structural part and stepped spring-loaded cylindrical part. Stepped pins smaller-diametre parts are fitted into drum, while their larger-diametre parts seat in casing. Section of smaller-diametre pin seats in both casing and drum. The latter features central stepped and through holes. Casing crown has outer and inner grooves, and outer cone that extends to inner groove center passing into outer groove. SUBSTANCE: axle stopper is equipped with a key for opening of the locking mechanism and contains shell, drum, and detent. The shell and the drum are provided with pins placed coaxially along the circle and the axis forming a locking mechanism. The drum is placed in the shell with the possibility of rotating about its axis. The detent is rigidly mounted in the shell. Cuts for the axle being locked are made in the detent and in the drum. A central cylindrical hole is made in the drum, into which a sprung stepped piston is installed, interacting with pins of the end and cylindrical parts. Each pin consists of three parts, as a minimum. One part is stepped, interacting with the key, the other part is compound consisting of cylinder and rod with the possibility of fixed length changing, and the last part is cylindrical, interacting with the piston. The last part of the pins is stepped, except for one pin, which is cylindrical. The stepped pins are installed with the smaller diameter in the drum and bigger diameter in the shell. The part of the stepped pin with the smaller pin diameter is placed both in the shell and in the drum.

Proposed device contains lock pin consisting of hollow working part with flat base and end face part accommodating lock mechanism with secrete pin device mechanically coupled with first and second stops arranged inside working part of lock pin and furnished with return springs to provide reciprocation of square to side surfaces of lock pin working part. Device contains third stop installed for reciprocation square to flat base of working part of lock pi and coupling rigidly fixed on steering gear shaft by means of fixing hole. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of automobiles and it is aimed at prevention of unauthorized use or hi-jacking of automobiles. It can be used in electrical systems of automobiles to energize different units and mechanisms coupled with antitheft devices. Proposed ignition lock contains body and clamp enclosing steering column of vehicle and interconnected by rod fitted in holes of body and clamp, spring-loaded cross-bar engaging with cavity made on steering wheel shaft. Cross slots are made on rod and cross-bar for relative locking to prevent demounting of attachment rod and clamp when cross-bar is fitted in, cam mechanism to drive cross-bar from cavity on shaft, with shaped slot on cylindrical surface of calm, installed in hole of body parallel to axis of cross-bar, projection of cross-bar engaging with shaped slot on cam in hole of which pin is arranged spring-loaded to side of shaped slot, and cylindrical lock with key. Through cross hole is made in lock body intersecting with hole for cam mechanism of release cross-bar, at both sides of which photosensors are installed coupled with electronic control system of ignition system operating modes. Hole is made accordingly in cam or in retainer or in cross-bar which registers with hole in body in which photosensor is fitted when cross-bar is moved off.

Lower main working part is installed under steering wheel and is connected with upper main working part to provide their complete alignment, and parts are secured by locking appliance for enclosing steering wheel by said casing. Closed three-dimensional casing is installed for free rotation around steering wheel rim. Lower main working part is made sectional, and upper main working part is made either solid or sectional. All design members of casing are manufactured of high-strength material to suit configuration of steering wheel in combination with adjoining segment of steering column.

Proposed stop with lock mechanism has key made in form of plate with cavities for unlocking the mechanism. Stop of shaft consists of housing, barrel and catch. Housing and barrel are provided with pins arranged coaxially over circumference along axis. Pins of barrel are spring-loaded to form lock mechanism. Barrel is installed in housing for turning around axis, catch is rigidly installed in housing and cutouts for shaft are made in catch and in barrel. Central cylindrical hole is made in barrel to receive spring-loaded stepped piston engaging with pins by end face and cylindrical parts. Each pin consists of at least three parts: one part is stepped, engaging with key, the other is sectional, consisting of cylinder and rod for fixed change of length, and the last one engages with piston.

SUBSTANCE: proposed antitheft device contains rod 1, lever 2, flat half-grips 3 with cavities 4 and locking mechanism 5 with lock 13. Rod 1 and lever 2 are made hollow, in form of half-cylinders. Locking mechanism 5 consists of cups 6 and 7 in form of half-cylinders, one nest in the other. Flat side surfaces of rod 1, lever 2 and cups 6, 7 are pointed inside antitheft device. Outer cup 6 is rigidly connected with lever 2, is provided with longitudinal slot 8 in wall and it accommodates spring 9 compressed in locking position of device. Inner cup 7 is rigidly connected with inner surface of wall of rod 1 through hole 11. Spring 9 is arranged between lever 2 and support cover 10. Guide pin 12 gets into longitudinal slot 8. Lock 13 is arranged inside rod 1 and is provided with fixing bar 14 installed for getting into fixing holes 15 (interlocking). Hole 16 for key of lock 13 is made in wall of rod 1. Antitheft device is installed so that flat half-grips 3 enter by Cavities 4 into place of connection of steering wheel with steering column, with one part of device being located over steering wheel and the other, under steering wheel. Rod 1 in interlocking position thrust by free end against any structural member of vehicle salon.

Proposed antitheft device has cylindrical lock for car steering mechanism containing key-operated code rotor with spring-loaded plates. Rotor is made for locking in lock housing and shifting along axis when key is inserted overcoming the force built by pressure of spring acting onto interlock elements made for displacement along axle, and radially when inserting and extracting blade or outer end of key. Code rotor is installed in rotor housing. Proposed lock of antitheft device has split body 1 consisting of two parts 2 and 3 connected by screws and enclosing member to be locked. Heads of screws are flush in part 3 of body 1 and are protected from unscrewing by detachable bar 7 fixed in T-shaped slots of body 1 by means of spring-loaded catch 9 arranged in cavity 12 of bar 7 and mating cavity 14 in body 1. Lock is provided with mechanism 15 to bring catch 9 out of cavity 14 in body 1 with security member and detachable key 19 made in form of rocker 16 with barrel 17 in central part, and cylindrical lock device 18 with cam 20 which engages by one end face 21 with cylindrical lock device 18 and is provided with spiral slot 23 on opposite end face 22. Cavities 14 and 12 for catch 9 in body 1 and in bar 7 have walls square to plane 13 by which bar 7 fits to body 1. Longitudinal stepped hole 24 intersecting with cavity 12 for catch 9 is made in bar 7. Cavity 27 is made on side surface of catch 9. Cylindrical lock device 18 with cam 20 are arranged in first step 25 of longitudinal stepped hole 24 opening to outer end face of bar 7, and rocker 16 in arranged in second step 26 with provision of movable mating of barrel 17 with walls of hole. End 28 of rocker 16 is arranged in cavity 27 on side of catch 9, and other end 29 of rocker 16 is engaged with spiral slot 23 of cam 20. Entry face 31 is made on side 30 of body 1 pointed to bar 7 from side of getting into T0shaped slot.

EFFECT: improved protection against breaking, improved conditions of operation of lock.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antitheft systems installed on vehicle steering gear shaft to interlock shaft in turned position. Proposed lock of antitheft device has split housing consisting of two parts enclosing member to be interlocked and connected by screws whose heads are flush in one part of housing and are protected from unscrewing by detachable bar fixed in T-shaped slots of housing by means of spring-loaded catch provided with cavity on side and arranged in recess of bar and in mating recess made on housing, walls of recesses being square to plane of adjoining of bar to housing. Longitudinal hole is made in bar intersecting with recess for catch which accommodates mechanism to bring catch out of recess in housing provided with secret element containing cylindrical lock with key. Entry face is made on outer side of housing pointed to bar from side of getting into T-shaped slot. Mechanism to bring catch out of recess in housing is made in form of shaft-crank connected by one end with cylinder lock and engaging by tenon on other end with recess on side of catch. In extreme position on tenon, close to housing, clearance between tenon and wall of recess on catch from side of housing is less than protection of catch from bar. Shaft-crank is provided with two balls spring-loaded relative to each other and installed in diametral hole made in shaft-crank and engaging with edges of holes in bar mating to diametral hole in shaft-crank when shaft-crank is in intermediate position, in which clearance between tenon and wall of recess on catch from bar.

EFFECT: prevention of demounting of antitheft device by forcing off catch, improved protection against hi-jacking.
