SUBSTANCE: working element of a smoothing machine comprises a shaft, a frame, two rolls. Smoothening rolls have a barrel-like shape and are capable of rotating in a plane arranged at the angle to the axis of rotation of the working element itself.

The invention relates to the field of construction industry and can be used for processing uncured concrete surfaces of precast concrete products and asphalt road surfaces.

There are various smoothing machine for processing uncured concrete surfaces of precast concrete products (Marsh AV Smoothing concrete surfaces. - L.: Stroiizdat. Leningrad. Department, 1979. - (Science building. production), 17 C., Il. 6).

Processing known smoothing roller devices mounted on smoothing machines, by interaction of the working body with the uncured surface processed products.

Closest to the present invention is a Multiroll vibrating smoothing screed (EN 2299123 C1, 17.11.2005, B28B 11/08), which is a working body smoothing machine, consisting of two end stars with eccentric mounted rollers, which are able to perform a rotational movement and vibrations in the vertical plane through the planetary gear set.

The disadvantage of this device is uneven wear smoothing body, the inability to create the desired relief of the surface.

The technical problem solved by the invention, t is aetsa receive wave-like relief of the treated surface with a given step and bevel angle.

The technical result is achieved in that the working body smoothing machine according to the invention has a barrel-shaped rollers, having the opportunity to make a rotation in the plane under an angle to the axis of rotation of the working body.

The invention is illustrated by drawings: figures 1 and 2 show the finished concrete slab with wavy relief with step T and a bevel angle α that is to be obtained as a result of processing, figures 3-7 shows the sequence of the receiving barrel-shaped roll, figure 8 shows the kinematic diagram of the working body, the figure 9 shows the side view of the working body, which shows that the arc barrel-shaped rollers fit into the circle, which is shown in figure 7.

The working body smoothing machine is composed of main frame 4, which is attached to the smoothing machine 9 by hydraulic cylinders of the lifting and lowering of the working body 8. On the frame 4 in bearing assemblies located shaft 1 is rigidly secured on the frame 2, on which are barrel-shaped rollers 3. In the body frame 2 is fixed motors 5 and the collector 10. The hydraulic motor 7 of the drive shaft 1 fixed to the body frame 2.

The working body smoothing machine operates as follows: the shaft 1, resulting in the rotation of the motor 7, makes the enemy is giving around its own axis, together with the shaft 1 rotates the frame 2, rigidly mounted thereon, however, the barrel-shaped rollers 3 perform the rotation about its own axis in a plane angled relative to the shaft 1. The rotation of the rolls by means of hydraulic drive pressure and drain lines passing through the manifold 10, through the hollow shaft 1 and into the cavity of the frame 2, where each hydraulic line is divided into two, going in opposite directions by the motors 5, which are fixed in the body frame 2 inside the rolls 3, when the motor 5, the rotation through the shaft of the motor 6 is transmitted barrel roll position 3. The relief is ensured by the fact that the contact of the working body with the workpiece surface 11 is at a point moving in a transverse direction to the direction of motion of the entire smoothing machine.

The advantage of this design is that zaglazhivali surface is formed a distinctive mark, depending on the speed of rotation of the rolls, the speed of rotation of the working body and the moving speed of smoothing machine.

Hydraulic gate frame is made up of horizontal channels arranged horizontally along room walls to house elastic porous material for room sealing by absorbing condensed steam. Aforesaid shield is made up of carcass consisting of weight-reduced channels coated by heat-insulation material with inner cavities. Said shield serves to press elastic porous material against all edges of channel cavity.

The method to produce concrete items finished with a decorative filler includes submerging the decorative filler into the concrete mixture poured into a mould. Prior to pouring of the concrete mixture into a mould, sand is filled onto its bottom, where the decorative filler is submerged, and is sprayed with a water-polymer dispersion with subsequent filling with a layer of fine sand.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to methods to produce concrete items with a relief decorative layer. The method to produce concrete items with a relief decorative layer includes preparation of a model of relief surface and its pouring with a concrete mixture, concrete mixture pouring is carried out in two stages. At first the decorative layer is laid onto the relief surface with moisture of up to 12%, consisting of white or colourful cement and a decorative filler, and is compacted by soft ramming. The main concrete layer is applied onto the decorative layer from a poured mixture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and is used to make finishing panels from hard foam polyurethane, including heat and noise insulation panels and blocks of stay-in-place forms. The method to manufacture panels faced with decorative tiles includes a matrix, on the bottom of which a silicon or a rubber multiseat mold is placed for laying tiles into its cells with their faces down to the depth identified by height of silicon partitions from the face surface of the tiles, subsequent filling with sand, for instance, marble, granite, silicon crumb, for the half of the depth of slots between tiles, with subsequent arrangement of a foam polyurethane sponge with thickness of 1.5-2.5 mm or a plaster grid with coarse cells onto the rear side of tiles. And in order to attach panels onto a building facade with the help of anchoring, it is necessary prior to filling of the mold with foam polyurethane to install cast-in parts in slots between tiles in a staggered order in the form of plastic guides, alignment of which is carried out by metal pins arranged in walls of silicon cells of multiseat shapes, then foam polyurethane mixture is injected into the closed mold.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce labour intensiveness and to decrease quantity of rejected panels.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for decorative finishing of concrete and reinforced concrete articles. Method comes to laying relief forming member in mould, covering it and laying concrete of decorative face layer. Used as relief forming member is porous hydrophilic material with layer of powder gas generator and layer of colouring agent applied in succession to its surface. Moisture permeable cloth is used as covering and structural concrete, as decorative face layer.

EFFECT: simplified process, increased service life of face surface of concrete articles.

FIELD: techniques of production OF construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device and a method for cutting of cellular concrete bulks. The technical result is increase of productivity and also increase of accuracy of the geometrical sizes and spreading of the nomenclature of produced items. The device for production of cellular concrete items includes the worksites fenced by the metal frames and equipped with cutting wires for the cellular concrete bulks cutting in different planes. On the first worksite the cutting wires are strongly strained and installed in vertical planes at an angle to horizon, on the second worksite the cutting wires are strained horizontally and placed in a vertical plane perpendicular to a direction of movement of a dolly, on the third worksite the cutting wires are strained horizontally and placed in a horizontal plane. At that the third worksite cutting wires are capable to make vibratory movements.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased productivity and accuracy of the geometrical sizes, expansion of the nomenclature of produced items.

FIELD: building industry branches, namely apparatuses for heat treatment of constructions of reinforced concrete erected in building site with use of automatic control of heat treatment processes.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes concrete form having electric heating units mounted in its boards for convection-irradiation heating of concrete mixture and heating members mounted in bottom of concrete form for convection-irradiation heating; temperature pickups having individual control circuits and connected to inlets of heat regulators. Outlets of heat regulators are connected through switching units having magnetic starters with respective electric heating units. Each control circuit includes at least six temperature pickups placed in monolithic construction and pickup for measuring temperature of environmental air. FIELD: construction industry; methods of the additional continuous vibration finish mixing of a moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building of asphalt-concrete pavements of the highways and other construction objects with the analogous coatings. The technical result: the invention ensures an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material and improvement of the physical-mechanical indexes of the asphalt-concrete in the highways pavement, and also decreased power inputs during the subsequent compaction of the mixture. The method of additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture provides, that the vibration treatment of the bituminous concrete mixture is conducted in the vibration bin with a frequency of 18...19 Hz, an amplitude of vibrations of 1.31...1.32 mm and the vibration intensity of 100...119 cm2/s3 during 25...35 seconds. At that the body of the vibration bin, if necessary, is subjected to heating during vibration finish mixing up to the temperature required for production of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture. The invention also presents (describes) the device for realization of the indicated method of the additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material, improved the physical-mechanical features of the asphalt-concrete, decreased power inputs.

FIELD: construction industry; methods of production of hollow-core slabs.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction industry, in particular, to the equipment and methods of production of hollow-core slabs. The technical result is improvement of quality of produced items and simplification of a production process. The method provides, that they insert the hole-forming cores into the form, conduct tendon jacking of the reinforcement bars, lay and compact the mixture. Then form the cavities by screwing up in the mixture of screw-bolts with the diameter equal to the diameter of the cavity hole on over the height with their following screwing out. FIELD: methods of production of interior-lining products made out of gypsum.

SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the methods of production of interior-lining products made out of gypsum and may be successfully used at production of construction materials. The technical result of the group of inventions is a development of less expensive method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum with improved hardness of the face surface for the walls and ceilings lining differing by production process, simplicity of production allowing at minimum costs to ensure the high quality of produced products with conservation of original natural advantages of gypsum. And also to create the mold for of interior-lining products made out of gypsum, that is more wear-resistant, easy in production even in simple conditions without power inputs and usage of complex mechanisms. The method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum bindings provides for, preparation of molding mixture, its pouring in the mold entirely made out of a firm material and equipped with a figured clamp plate, aging till complete solidification, extraction, drying of a product and deposition of a decorative coating differs that solution is poured into the mold in an amount, that is less than the working volume of the mold. For Increase of hardness use hydrophilic material and as a decorative coating use a dry mixture of gypsum. The wear-resistant mold for production of interior-lining products made out of gypsum differs, that its working and support parts are entirely made out of a firm material by a method of a cold molding. At that the mold has the transparent figured bottom, the figured internal walls of sides and is supplied with a double clamp plate made with a capability of a rest on the running-in lapping site.

EFFECT: the inventions ensure less expensive method of production of interior-lining figured mosaic made out of gypsum, improved hardness of the face surfaces of walls and ceilings lining, simplicity of production process, high quality of produced products.
