The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to a microwave drying machine for clothes.

The level of technology

Known drying machine for clothes have different principles of operation. In particular, for removing moisture from the linen they can condense the stream of hot air, which is blown into the drying drum, or can show the flow of the moisture-saturated hot air directly from the drying machine. Known drying machine for clothes contain ventilation system (usually air-blowing device containing the fan and the motor and the heater, which ensure the involvement of outside air, heating and feeding it to the inside of the drying drum. Then the hot drying air or directly deduced from the drying machine, or served in a condensing apparatus for converting accumulated in the air moisture in the liquid state.

Known condensation clothes dryer includes a drum, the input channel for the hot drying air into the drum through the inlet and outlet of the air channel or the outlet channel to output the hot drying air from the drum through the outlet. Air channels are connected to each other by a condenser for condensing moisture from flowing through him grief is its drying air.

Currently, the drainage is indirect heating: electric heating element heats the air stream and the air removes moisture from the clothes. Using this method, the standard time of the drying cycle can be reduced only by increasing the heating power or air flow. The heating element serial dryer consumes 2.2 to 2.4 kW of electrical power. Because in some European countries (e.g. in Italy) in the majority of homes under contract permitted maximum consumption of electric power from the network 3 kW, a significant increase of the heating power of the heating element cannot be carried out. As far as the flow is limited by the size of air ducts, fans and the machine, increasing the air flow is complex and expensive, as it requires a complete change in the design of the machine. Moreover, the increase of the air flow leads to a corresponding increase of the noise level of the machine, which requires costly improvements to noise reduction tools.

In patents US 4356640 A1, US 4490923 A1, US 4765066 A1, US 4510361 A1 and US 6393725 A1 describes a drying machine in which other techniques are used for heating, such as microwave. Microwaves interact directly with water (direct heating) and, in affect, is, have a great potential in reducing drying time. For example, a microwave drying machine includes a housing, surrounding the drying chamber, air-blowing device is connected through a channel with a drying chamber for passing air through the chamber from the holes in the chamber and the casing, and a source of microwave energy for directing microwave energy into the drying chamber. As the microwave energy heats and vaporizes the water in the drying linen, evaporated moisture is drawn from the drying chamber flowing through her air and vented to atmosphere. The drying chamber can be made in the form of a rotating drum mounted inside the housing, or in the form of a stationary container. Moreover, to improve the removal of evaporated moisture from entering the drying chamber into the drying chamber air flow can be pre-heated.

The main disadvantage of microwave drying machine for clothes is the problem of retention of the microwaves inside the drying chamber to ensure the safety of the user and increase to maximum energy transfer underwear. Thus, the formation around the drying chamber of a closed environment, which fully reflects (and thus holds) microwave. Possible leak of microwaves is the door to zagruzki the wet clothes in the drying chamber and the discharge from it, of a dry linen.

In the known microwave drying machine for lingerie design doors is complex and expensive and not always ensures complete isolation of microwaves.

Disclosure of inventions

The present invention is the creation of microwave drying machine for clothes devoid of these shortcomings, cheap and simple in operation. In particular, the door must be fully isolated limited space around the drying chamber to increase to the maximum energy transfer wet clothes and prevent leakage of microwaves in the surrounding environment.

This problem is solved in a microwave drying machine for clothes according to the present invention with the features set forth in the claims.

The implementation of the invention

Figure 1 shows a drying machine 1 to sheets, comprising a housing 2, standing on the floor for several feet. In the housing 2 is forming a drying chamber 4 rotary drum 3, which is rotatable around a horizontal axis 5 (not shown in the embodiments of the invention the axis 5 of rotation may be inclined or vertical) and has a front opening 6 closed by a door 7, the hinge is installed on the front wall of the housing 2. The motor (not shown) rotates the drum 3 through which is passed a stream of drying air supplied to him by the ventilation system 8 exhaust type (i.e. in which hot drying air from the drum 3 is displayed directly in the external environment).

The ventilation system 8 includes an input channel 9 for retracting the ambient air, heating and hot drying air into the drum 3 through the inlet 10; an exhaust channel 11 for outputting wet hot drying air from the dryer to the outside via the outlet port 12; a centrifugal fan 13 and the heating device 14 along the input channel 9.

It should be noted that the ventilation system 8 is shown here only as an example according to one of embodiments altoadige of the invention and may be different. For example, the ventilation system 8 may include located along the exhaust channel 11 condenser for condensing the steam in the flow wet hot drying air exiting the drum 3, and at least part of the dry air from the condenser can be fed back into the input channel 9.

Microwave clothes dryer 1 includes a source 15 of microwave energy for its direction in the drying chamber 4. As shown in figures 1 and 2, the source 15 microwave energy attached to the front panel 16 located on the housing 2 (in particular, the panel may be part of the housing 2 or to be attached thereto and having a Central hole 17, aligned with the front opening 6 of the drying chamber 4. Source 15 microwave energy contains four magnetron 18, symmetrically located around the Central hole 17 of the front panel 16, and is attached (screwed) to the back of the front panel 16 to prevent leakage of microwaves located in the housing 2. Each magnetron 18 includes a housing 19 that is located inside the housing 2, and the antenna 20, which radiates microwave energy and withdrawn out of the housing 2 through the opening 21 in the front panel 16.

As shown in figure 3 and 4, the source 15 microwave energy waveguide contains a device 22 for each of the magnetron 18 for directions o the side of the drying chamber 4. Each waveguide device 22 contains located on the front panel 16 of the housing 23 surrounding the antenna 20 of the magnetron, with the open side 24 facing the center of the Central hole 17 of the front panel 16. Each waveguide device 22 also includes a reflector 25, located on the frame 7. When the door 7 is closed, the ejector is located in the front open side 24 of the housing 23 and is arranged to directions of the microwaves in the direction of the drying chamber 4. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, each reflector 25 has an inclined surface 26 facing toward the open end 24 of the housing 23 when the door is closed 7.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention shown in figure 1, the input channel 9 is connected to the source 15 of microwave energy so that at least part of the drying air flows past the source 15 of microwave energy to transfer heat from it drying air. More specifically, fresh drying air (i.e. drying air, not yet heated heating device 14) flows past the buildings 19 magnetrons and cools them, at the same time, pre-heating up to approach the heating device 14 (which, of course, is located downstream from a source 15 of microwave energy).

In connection with the foregoing, it is important to note that the magnetron is 18 may have a heat loss of up to 50% of the supplied energy. For example, to receive microwave power 0.9 kW (nominal 1 kW), you must submit approximately 1.4 kW of electricity from the network, thus, the heat losses are approximately 0.4-0.7 kW. Transmission fresh drying air by source 15 microwave energy optimizes energy consumption through the use of all electric power supplied to the magnetron 18: part is converted into microwave energy, and part is used for heating the drying air.

As shown in figure 1, the microwave drying machine 1 for linen contains an annular reflective element 27 surrounding the Central hole 17 of the front panel 16 and forming a microwave barrier. In other embodiments of the invention the annular reflective element 27 can be located on the door 7, the front panel 16 or on the housing 2. For example, the annular reflective element 27 creates a blocking microwave inhomogeneity of the electromagnetic field and formed several small ledges T-shaped, the size of which is equal to a quarter of the length of the microwaves, to create a junction impedance and reflection of microwaves.

The above-described microwave drying machine 1 for linen has many advantages. It is cheap, simple in operation and has a rational source location 15 of the microwaves in the new energy. More specifically, the fastening source 15 microwave energy to the front panel provides optimal use of the internal volume of the housing 2, a simple connection of the input channel 9 source 15 microwave energy and an easy direction of all of the microwaves inside the drying chamber 4, thus creating the perfect isolation of microwaves.

Drying machine (1) according to claim 1, in which the source (15) of microwave energy includes at least one magnetron (18), comprising a housing and an antenna (20)and the casing (19) of the magnetron is located inside the housing (2) of the machine, and the antenna (20)is made with the possibility of radiation of microwave energy is located outside the housing (2), front panel (16) performed a hole (21)in which is inserted the antenna (20) of the magnetron.

3. Drying machine (1) according to claim 2, in which the source (15) of microwave energy contains multiple magnetrons (18), symmetrically located around the Central hole (17) in the front panel (16).

4. Drying machine (1) according to claim 2, containing waveguide device (22) for each magnetron (18) for directing microwaves into the side of the drying chamber (4).

6. Drying machine (1) according to claim 4, in which each waveguide device (22) contains located on the front panel (16) of the housing (23)which surrounds the antenna (20) of the magnetron and has an open side (24)facing the center of the Central hole (17) on the front panel (16).

Drying machine (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, containing the ventilation system (8), made with the possibility of blowing the drying air through the drying chamber (4) and contains the input channel (9) for feeding drying air into the drying chamber (4) through the inlet (10) and outlet channel (11) to the output of the drying chamber (4) through the outlet (12), and the input channel (9) is connected with a source (15) of microwave energy so that at least part of the drying air flows behind the source (15) of microwave energy to heat it.

13. Drying machine (1) according to item 12, in which the ventilation system (8) includes a heating device (14) for heating the drying air, located downstream from the IP the student (15) microwave energy.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, after preliminary removal of moisture by centrifuging, linen is acted upon by elastic vibrations of ultrasonic frequency. Said vibrations are formed by aerodynamic or electromechanical converters and are introduced into linen to be dried contactlessly through nonresonance air gaps or through design members of washing machine. Intensity of elastic vibrations is set within 135 and 160 dB. Frequency of vibrations is chosen to provide acoustic resonance of inner volume of washing machine tumbler and/or inner air gap between tumbler for linen and outer tumbler. In process of drying frequency is changed according to change in quantity of linen to be dried and its moisture content. Owing to use of optimum sources of ultrasonic vibrations and corrected parameters and conditions of formation and introduction of vibrations into linen, energy consumption for implementing the method is reduced.

FIELD: drying technique.

SUBSTANCE: locking unit is positioned in front panel of drying machine, on door of which machine hook is located, said hook being adapted for engagement with locking unit and disengagement therefrom. Locking unit has lock main body equipped with protrusions and retaining openings in its opposite sides, and lock cover having openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining openings provided at cover opposite sides. Protrusions are formed in active part protruding from carrier part of lock main body, and retaining openings are formed in carrier part, immediately under protrusions. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and reduced time for assembling of lock unit.

There is condensed water jet feeding member within condensing device. Guiding member provided within condensing device is designed for blocking of return flow. Condensing device has flow passage width greater than width of air inlet member and air outlet member. There is return flow blocking protrusion within condensing channel, said protrusion being designed for preventing return flow of condensed water produced within edge portion of guiding member for blocking of return flow under the action of inner circulating air.

EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to providing blocking of return flow.

SUBSTANCE: set of two laundry machines consists of a washing machine and a drying machine. The latter has the drum for retaining the laundry therein, a pressure fan supplying the air to the drum and a pressure device for heating the air supplied to the drum. The set consists of a common hose connected to at least one water supply source, the hose supplying water to the drying machine, which connects the common hose to the drying machine, and the hose supplying water to the washing machine, which connects the common hose to the washing machine. The drying machine consists of a drum, a pressure fan supplying the air to the drum and the device for heating the air supplied to the drum. The machine includes a water supplying hose connecting the drying machine to the common hose which is connected to water supply source and to the washing machine. The drying machine has a steam generator and the hose supplying water to the drying machine and connected to the steam generator.

EFFECT: possibility of preventing folds of the dried clothes or eliminating clothes folds.
