The present invention relates to an item of footwear intended to improve the tone of muscles of the legs and/or muscles of the lower abdomen and/or back muscles. The invention relates also to the item of footwear intended to improve and restore muscle tone after injuries of the ankle and/or foot. The invention relates also to the outsole, intermediate layer and/or the insole intended for the same purpose. In addition, the invention relates to a method of manufacturing the specified item of footwear, the soles, the intermediate layer and/or the insole and to the use of any of the above items as part of the mode of exercise.

In most cases, the shoes are bought on the basis of the external data or comfort. Comfortable shoes designed in such a way as to provide the user a comfortable walk or being in a standing position, and often it includes a suitable internal gasket, instep and comfortable insoles. In normal use existing footwear provides a good stable base for the feet of the user and is, therefore, decreases the magnitude of the muscular strength required by the user to stand still or walk satisfactorily while maintaining balance.

However, it has been unexpectedly discovered that when there is a small but safe value, the instability of the shoes, the hardships faced by the user in maintaining balance while walking or while in a standing position, increase, and therefore requires more muscle activity to maintain equivalent good balance when using existing types of shoes. In particular, we discovered that these muscles as Tibialis anterius, tibialis posterior, rectus femoris muscles of the quadriceps muscle and the gluteus muscles have to work harder when wearing shoes with little volatility. Further, as is well known, human physiology, muscle that is forced to work harder, increases strength and is recovering faster after exercise.

Accordingly there is a need in the subject of Shoe that helps to tone and strengthen muscles while in a standing position or walk as you normally would. Next, the user would not have to specifically look for time for training, because the training of these muscles may occur during normal activities such as walking.

Accordingly, the first aspect of the present invention offers the item of footwear intended to improve the tone of muscles of the legs and/or muscles of the lower abdomen and/or back muscles, which contains:

anchoring the tool in the rise of a piece of footwear to the foot of the user; and

sole, containing at least the top layer, designed for interaction with the feet of the user when using or additional top layer and bottom layer, designed for interaction in the process of use with soil, in which the upper layer contains two or more materials with different resistance to compression or density, is placed in the anterior region/area of the sock, in the area of the foot arch and in the heel area, and the sole is designed so that the application of the weight of the user during use causes instability in at least one part of the upper layer, which requires the equilibrium correction by the user.

The advantage is that the user of the item of footwear is forced to increase muscle activity while in a standing position or walk for storing high-quality equilibrium. Therefore toning and strengthening of muscles is achieved by simply being in a standing position or walk. As shown, the equilibrium correction by the user requires more muscle activity. When volatility is correctly calibrated, it is barely noticeable for wearing the shoes; however, after performing many of the steps used in order to achieve good physical condition during normal lifestyle tre is wusasa additional muscle activity can help to increase strength and fitness level muscle groups, in particular, as part of a regime of physical exercise or recovery. where the sole includes an upper surface designed to accommodate feet of the user, or the top layer of the sole, and the bottom surface intended for contact with the ground, or the bottom layer of the sole, with the upper surface and the lower surface are closer to each other in the anterior region/area of the toe than the heel area, in order to contribute to the fortesta and to give the user the feeling of a normal piece of footwear.

According to a third aspect, the invention provides an item of footwear intended to improve the tone of muscles of the legs and/or muscles of the lower abdomen and/or back muscles, which contains:

anchoring the tool used to attach the item of footwear to the foot of the user; and

sole containing two or more materials with different resistance to compression or density, is placed in the anterior region/area of the sock, in the area of the foot arch and in the heel area, and the sole is designed so that the application of the weight of the user during use causes instability in at least one part of the upper layer, which requires correction of user equilibrium in which the sole thickness converges to the cone in the direction from the heel to the front of the field/area of the sock, with the aim to promote comfort and to give the user the feeling of a normal piece of footwear.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention features an insole for use in the subject of footwear, designed to improve muscle tone of the legs and/or muscles of the lower abdomen and/or back muscles, and the insole is designed for receiving at least part of the foot of the user during use,

the insole contains two or more materials with different resistance is ratio or density, placed in the anterior region/area of the sock, in the area of the foot arch and in the heel area, and the insole is positioned so that the application of the weight of the user during use causes instability in at least one part of the upper layer, which requires the equilibrium correction by the user.

Figure 4 shows the most preferred embodiment of the subject's shoes. The method of manufacture of soles or insoles - and, in particular, the intermediate strip according to the present invention includes the use of three EVA materials with different densities with subsequent high-temperature moulding in one of the mold to form a single sole (insole) 2B. In particular, the material combined with the use of three uncured solid compounds EVA with different densities, from which the pre-cut blanks approximate form (heel, arch of the foot, toe), and place them in the mold of the first stage. The mold is heated to 160 degrees for 6 minutes, and during this time a solid connection (EVA) melt, combined - although they are the least about the portion of the mold, in which they were introduced and produces gases that cannot be removed. After a brief cooling the mold quickly open and checked out the intermediate layer 2B is experiencing a sudden and rapid expansion of about four times compared with the dimensions of the mold from which it is extracted.
