Method to obtain one-piece moulded detail of felt

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a light industry and can be used in manufacture of clothes, shoes, hats and decorative items made of felt as well as at for felt products restoration. The method includes forming a canvas by stacking layers of wool fibers and applying on the layers of wool fiber of textile material, felting, felling and drying. On the canvas from the side of textile material the layers of wool fibers are additionally placed. After felling the moulding is carried out, and after drying - wet-heating treatment. Wet-heating treatment is carried out under pressure at a temperature of 120-150 C, corresponding to a temperature of adhesion of adhesive. As textile material the easily mouldable adhesive gasket material with sparse structure is used. The adhesive gasket material can be placed in accordance with the zones marked on the detail.

EFFECT: reduction of thickness and weight of felt parts is provided, while maintaining the specified strength; obtaining one-piece moulded detail with uniform thickness, with zones which differ in properties; increasing the strength of the obtained material; preservation of appearance of felt on the front and reverse side of the product which is attractive for a consumer.

The invention relates to light industry and can be used in the manufacture of clothing, footwear, hats and decorative items made of felt, and during the restoration of felt products.

The traditional method of obtaining tselnoformovannye details of felt, including the formation of the canvas by placing layers of wool fibers, skolachivaniya, Valka, molding, rasprave and drying [Gusev A.P., Sergeenko A.P. Technology the felt industry. - Moscow: Legprombytizdat, 1988].

The disadvantage of the traditional method of making felt is that to achieve the required shape and strength make the material a large thickness and high surface density. Reducing the thickness of the felt is made in this way, leads to a decrease of surface density, shape and strength.

The closest analogue of the present invention is a method for felt, including the formation of the canvas by placing layers of wool fibers and applying layers of wool fibers of a textile material, skolachivaniya, Valka and drying [IGOR Kokarev Picturesque felt. - Moscow: AST-press kniga, 2010].

The disadvantages of the method are

low ability of the items to surround molding, limiting the possibility of creating with the one dimensional shape;

- significant increase in stiffness and thickness in places tucks and seams using constructive methods to give details of three-dimensional form;

- low resistance connection fibrous layer with a textile material, not allowing to improve the strength of the felt details.

The technical objective of the claimed invention to provide a seamless formoustojchivy details volumetric shape from felt and increase strength without significantly increasing the thickness of the details.

The problem is solved by a method of obtaining tselnoformovannye details of felt, including the formation of the canvas by placing layers of wool fibers and applying layers of wool fibers of a textile material, skolachivaniya, Valka and drying, which differs from the canvas side of the textile material is further stacked layers of wool fibers, after the rolls carry out molding, and after drying the wet-heat treatment, the textile material can be used easily mouldable adhesive gasket material with sparse structure, and the wet-heat treatment is carried out under pressure at a temperature of 120-150C. corresponding to the temperature of the bonding adhesive cushioning material.

The method of obtaining details and indicators of physico-mechanical properties of the material presented in figures 1, 2, 3 and table.

Figure 1 reflects the location of the adhesive cushioning material 3 between the layers of wool fibers 1,2 - 4,5.

Figure 2 shows the relationship of components in tselnoformovannye details:

Figure 3 reflects the layout of the selected zones of items with different adhesive cushioning materials:

I - zone with adhesive cushioning material on a knitted base, having a composition of 67% polyester and 33% viscose, polyamide adhesive coating temperature bonding 120-150C;

II - area with an adhesive elastic cushioning material made of polyester fibers with polyamide coating temperature bonding 120-130C;

III area with adhesive non-woven material made of polyamide hot-melt fiber is n with temperature bonding of 120C;

IV - area without adhesive cushioning material.

Examples of the method.

Example 1. During the formation of the canvas after laying two layers of wool fibers (1, 2, figure 1) is applied easily mouldable adhesive cushioning material on a knitted base, having a composition of 67% polyester and 33% viscose, polyamide adhesive coating temperature bonding 120-150C (3 - figure 1). Then from the side of the adhesive cushioning material placed additional two layers of wool fibers (4, 5 - see figure 1). Then carry out skolachivaniya, Valka, molding, rasprave, drying and wet-heat treatment. Molding is carried out by fit formatada surface. Moist heat treatment is performed using pressure at the temperature corresponding to the temperature of the bonding adhesive cushioning material.

This method allows you to get formoustojchivy details of felt with significantly increased strength and high elasticity (model I, table) without any noticeable increase in thickness compared with the items without cushioning material (sample IV, table). Compared with the sample made according to the technology of the prototype (model V, table), the item received has a significantly reduced thickness and surface density, high PR is the durability, when saving such indicators of shape, hardness and elasticity. The increased stability of the fibrous layer with a textile material and strength of a component is provided by the arrangement of this material between the layers of fibers and formation of adhesive joints (figure 2).

Example 2. When forming the pattern of the canvas items are also placed layers of wool fibers. Then for different parts of the parts cause different types of glue packing materials in accordance with the selected template-areas:

in the upper part of the backrest and shelves (zone II figure 3) adhesive elastic cushioning material that provides elasticity and elongation at break for the formation of resistance to operational loads (model II, table);

in the lower part of the back, shelves and sleeves (zone III figure 3) adhesive non-woven material, providing increased stiffness and strength felt for shape retention and fixation of the bottom line (model III, table);

in the elbow region (zone I - figure 3) glue the cushioning material on a knitted base, providing increased strength, hardness and elasticity to impart wear resistance (model I, table);

- in areas requiring low stiffness, shown in figure 3 without shading, for example in the middle part of the back, on the glasses, the upper and front part of the sleeve (zone IV - figure 3) glue the cushioning material is not used (model IV, table).

Further, the process carried out in example 1. The wet-heat treatment is carried out at a temperature of 120C. as a result, in accordance with the requirements of the product requirements, receive the items with different properties. The thickness of the parts remains fairly uniform, as the thickness is not more than 12%.

The proposed method allows

- to reduce the thickness and weight of the felt parts while maintaining the specified strength;

- to obtain a uniform thickness tselnoformovannye details with zones with different properties;

to increase the strength of the material;

- save the consumer-attractive appearance felt on front and back side of the product.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decorative facing material. Proposed material is produced on the basis of quenched cullet. First, mould welts of charge made on the basis of liquid glass or sand, or fire clay granules, or foamed concrete are applied on conveyor belt. Between said welts ledges are formed from filling agent. Space between said ledges is filled with quenched cullet. Then, decorative layer of quenched cullet is applied and annealed. Backside of obtained material is cellular. Cellular part makes about 80% of material volume. Said cellular part may be either hollow or filled with sand, concrete, foamed concrete or fire clay. To obtain material with hollow cells, said ledges are coated by kaolin clay suspension that allows separation of quenched cullet from filling agent.

Proposed plate comprises inner layer including one or several layers of kraft paper, decorative layer of decorative paper sheet, particles with Mohs' hardness of 8, binding system containing one binding agent in hardened state. Note here that said binding system has inner layer and decorative layer. Note also that hardened binding layer is applied onto decorative layer with aforesaid particles. Mind that brilliance of multilayer plate makes 80 GE. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decorative materials, particularly, panels for facing electric fire and other electric appliances. Facing panel is made from medium density fireboard (MDF). One surface of said panel features relief with depth varying from 5 to 30 mm. Said relief is coated by mix of paint and quartz sand. Sand fraction features size not exceeding 2 mm with quartz sand-to-paint ratio varying from 1:8 to 1:12. Paint and sand layer thickness after makes from 1 to 3 mm. Production of said panel comprises dividing MDF sheet into workpieces with sizes corresponding to those of facing panel. Then, processing of, at least, one biller surface by cutting tool for their crowning. Then, performed is application of the mix of paint and quartz sand on surface and drying it.

SUBSTANCE: decorative cover element is created as containing an outer layer formed with chippings and a polyester resin in a mixture with a hardener. Above a dome-like frame is formed from glass-fibre plastic made of a glass mat impregnated with the polyester resin in the mixture with the hardener. The frame is formed with three layers. The first layer is made as a reinforcing layer from the glass mat impregnated with the polyester resin in the mixture with the hardener, and hydraulic insulation of the covered object is applied directly onto the decorated section with a specific segment of relief. The second layer of the covering element is formed from river sand in the mixture with the polyester resin and hardener, and is used as the base, where pebbles or chippings are introduced in fractions with size up to 100 mm. The third upper layer is made from a mixture of pebbles, chippings and resin with the hardener and is formed before the second layer hardens, and a protective varnish coating is applied above the third layer.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to decorate and protect hydraulic insulation of artificial streams and reservoirs, to form artificial rocks and waterfalls of arbitrary size, to decorate unsightly landscape elements.

Absorbent laid in vent insert chambers swells on absorbing moisture to close said chambers thus rendering them air- and watertight. With said insert dried, chamber open to become ventile elements. Invention covers also method of producing aforesaid insert by injection moulding.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a flexible sole of shoes for cross-country skis, including at least two connecting units (16, 18) for its connection to the fixation device. Besides, these connecting units include elements of anchor fixation (48, 50) in the sole (14). Connecting units are fixed on the common part of anchor fixture (46), which is rigidly connected to the sole (14). The anchor fixture part includes two fixing zones (58, 60). At the same time each connecting unit is fixed on one of fixing zones, and the anchor fixation part includes a central zone (62), which passes between two fixing zones. The anchor fixation part of the sole has flexibility, which ensures folding of sole part when shoes are used, in which the anchor fixation part is integrated. When shoes are used, folding of the sole part, where the anchor fixation part is integrated, results in relative displacement of both connecting units. Cross-country skis shoes contain a sole made in compliance with the sole invention.

EFFECT: invention provides reliable fixation of connecting units without excessive stiffening of the sole in the part, where connecting units are fixed.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shoe industry and orthopaedic devices, namely, to design of insert inner sole for children's prophylactic shoes, and may be used to produce shoes and prosthetic-orthopaedic items. Inner sole for children's prophylactic shoes, comprising upper, intermediate and lower layers, at the same time upper layer is made of leather, intermediate layer - from foamed thermoplastic material that shapes in process of wear, and lower frame layer - from dense thermoplastic material, while intermediate layer is arranged with a groove in heel part under heel bone bump in section 0.18 D, where D - length of foot, and with even arrangement of external and internal arches in waist area with highest point in area of calcaneocuboid joint in section 0.36 D. On upper layer of inner sole in toe part there is a size scale and marking lines applied in the form of colour zones, to determine compliance of shoe size to foot length. Design and materials of inner sole help to reduce pressure concentration under foot bone bumps, absorb impact loads during walking, provide for high flexibility in fascicular part of shoes. Anatomic shape of intermediate layer of inner sole provides for proper alignment of foot, creates conditions to form its arches, providing for prevention of static deformations of children's feet. Marking lines in the form of colour zones, corresponding to permissible limits of foot toes position in shoes, make it possible to monitor compliance of shoe size to foot size, which is especially important when selecting shoes for small children, who are not able to themselves identify whether these shoes fit them or not, and also to periodically monitor compliance of shoe size with foot length as it grows.

EFFECT: design provides for proper formation of a child's foot and also for proper selection of shoe size.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry and may be used to manufacture inner parts of shoes and prosthetic-orthopaedic items on the basis of non-woven needle-punching synthetic fibres and tanning wastes. Composite material for inner parts of shoes and prosthetic-orthopaedic items with thickness of 1.9-2.2 mm includes three layers impregnated with skin glue. At the same time outer layers of material represent needle-punching cloths made of mixture of synthetic bicomponent and polyester fibres. Inner layer consists of ground tanning chips with fibre size of 0.5-1.8 mm. Material has the following composition, wt % : synthetic fibres 61- 65; tanning chips 25-27; skin glue 10 -12. Produced material may be shaped as resistant in operation. Required hygienic properties are maintained both by presence of protein fibrous components - tanning chips and by using highly porous non-woven cloth made of synthetic fibres as the base. Composition of synthetic fibres producing cloth is selected so that as a result of their coupling and subsequent heat moulding, fibrous-porous structure of material is preserved.

EFFECT: new material, providing for required hygienic and strength properties, is suitable to make inner soles and various prosthetic-orthopaedic items.

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: device to prevent falling of a person in case of ice-covered ground is intended for installation onto heel of winter shoes. Device represents a flexible metal strip, one of sides of which has thorns and support sites. Strip is bent according to heel shape and is fixed on the latter with the help of coupler screw. In working position the strip on heel looks like a bracket-horseshoe, thorns of which prevent skidding of shoes in process of walking on slippery surface. At the entrance to a room the bracket-horseshoe is turned manually by 180 degrees, and it occupies place in front of heel, thorns up, and therefore does not damage surface of floor.

EFFECT: invention provides for rigid adhesion of shoes with ice-covered surface, prevents slippage of shoes and therefore prevents falling of a person.

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: camouflaging hood has multi-layer structure and comprises protective net element with holes for eyes, nose and mouth, with masking parts. Main layer of hood is made of cotton jersey fabric with metal coating, fully covers head and adjoins it. In area of lateral sides of nose, eyes and chin there are inserts of highly elastic net material. Slots for eyes, mouth and nose are fringed with elastic tape. Protective net element is arranged in the form of independent layer, which fully covers head and is arranged on top of the main one. Layers are connected to each other by a thread stitch along lines of slots for eyes, breathing part of nose and mouth, and size of cells of protective net element makes 25-49 mm2.

EFFECT: invention provides for convenience in operation and high level of masking effect.
