FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: leaf spring has two adjacent leafs with longitudinally varying cross-section. One side of leaf is smooth and the other is shaped. The mentioned leaf sides are located mutually symmetrically. The leaves are contacting with each other directly or through gaskets, solely through points on smooth, not shaped surface.

EFFECT: creation of leaf spring with improved damping properties.

The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely the elastic elements of the suspension of vehicles.

Known leaf spring as a suspension component of the vehicle that contains multiple leaf sheets, made from hardened and tempered spring steel of the same width and different lengths with a constant longitudinal profile. This spring according to GOST R 51585-2000 is called multi.

It is known that the most progressive designs leaf springs are such that its structure is used in sheets of variable profile. A function of thickness change on site, with views of the parabola, such springs are called parabolic, and because of the small number of sheets (several times smaller than the multi-leaf springs) their second name according to GOST R 51585-2000 - leaf. These springs allow to reduce by one third the weight of the sheets and to improve the durability (Gorelik L. Leaf springs. M: NEIN Automotive industry., 1981, p.3 - prototype). A classic example of design parabolic (malahitovoy) springs of the prototype is shown in figure 1, where the parabolic thickness variation is presented in the form of contour profiled side plates. While the opposite (non-profiled) side presents a smooth contour surface is ti. A characteristic feature of such springs is the presence of a gap in the working area between the sheets. Moreover, to eliminate the risk of local contact sheets because of the uneven parabolic surface clearance is necessary to do considerable. This spring is used as a prototype.

The authors of the technical solution, the aim was to develop leaf construction leaf springs instead of the multi-sheet design with full equality of the elastic properties of the source and design of springs and exclude any changes in the suspension of the car when using them. The task was a classic way solved, see figure 1, however, it turned out that was fully completed only the first part of requirements: equality elastic characteristics. The gap between the sheets of malahitovoy springs foreclosed milestone friction, and, as a consequence, the spring has lost its damping properties. Practice has shown that to compensate for lost properties such leaf springs can be used only when replacing shock absorbers, i.e. a significant change to the design of the vehicle suspension. Thus, the spring - prototype in the series did not go.

The task of creating the present invention is the development of leaf springs original design with unlike prototype damping properties, which allows the t to implement the principle of interchangeability of the spring sheet and leaf design, i.e. use springs, consisting of sheets of variable profile, instead of a multi-leaf springs without changing the structures of suspensions of vehicles.

It is believed that the presence of a gap between sheets of variable profile in the spring is a positive thing: the absence of contact of leaves to the working area increases durability. However, we know that this is not the main factor. The main factor of increasing the durability of the springs of sheets of variable cross-section is uniform distribution of the strain energy, which provides special car leaves the AC profile.

The problem is solved using the characteristics listed in the 1st paragraph of the claims in common with the prototype, such as a leaf spring having at least two adjacent sheet longitudinally variable cross-section, a parabolic or other variable nature of changes in the thickness of which is expressed in the fact that one of the parties "And" the leaves are smooth, and the other "B" shaped, and distinctive essential features, such as: the data sheets are located symmetrically relative to each other, while the sheets are in contact with each other directly or through a spacer exclusively through points on a flat non-profiled surface.

According to claim 2 working land tiles are placed is between the Central and end sections, are in partial or full contact through the flat not a profiled surface.

The above set of essential features allows to obtain the following technical result:

- reduce and align the gap between the sheets (figure 2),

- to increase the contact sheets from their ends and to obtain the damping properties of the spring (figure 3),

- to create conditions of full contact sheets on a flat surface, which makes it possible to increase the damping properties of the spring (figure 4),

- the possibility of maximizing the damping properties of the spring is not limited to the design malahitovoy parabolic springs and can be used in other structures, such, for example, as the design combined the springs (figure 5).

The invention is illustrated by the following drawings.

Figure 1 shows the spring-prototype;

figure 2 is a variant of the springs, which allows you to reduce and align the gap between the leaves;

figure 3 is a variant of the springs, which allows to increase the contact sheets from their ends and to obtain the damping properties of the spring;

figure 4 is a variant of the springs, which allows you to create conditions of full contact sheets on a flat surface, which makes it possible to increase the damping properties;

on Phi is .5 - a variant of the combined springs.

Leaf spring (2) has at least two adjacent sheets 1 and 2 longitudinally variable cross-section, a parabolic profile or other variable nature of changes in the thickness of which is expressed in the fact that one of the sides of the sheets "And" smooth and the other "B" shaped. Side "a" and "b" sheets 1, 2 are arranged symmetrically relative to each other, while the sheets are in contact with each other directly (figure 4, 5) or through the strip 3 (Fig 3) only through a point on a flat, non-profiled surface "A".

The working parts of the sheets of variable cross-section are in partial or full contact over a smooth solid surface.

Bench testing of the proposed springs and leaf springs of the prototype showed that using all of the essential features of the claimed technical solution created design springs high strength and durability. Interchangeability with multi-leaf springs gave the consumer the ability to upgrade the suspensions are in the operation of vehicles, and for the manufacturer of springs the possibility of reducing production costs through the production of springs resource-saving designs.

From the description and practical application of the present invention to specialists will be obvious and others is in many private forms of its implementation. The description and examples are considered to illustrate the invention, the essence of which and the scope of patent claims is defined in the following claims the set of essential features and their equivalents.

1. Leaf spring having at least two adjacent sheet longitudinally variable cross-section, the variable nature of changes in the thickness of which is expressed in the fact that one of the sides of the sheets smooth and the other profiled, characterized in that the said parties of the data sheets are located symmetrically relative to each other, while the sheets are in contact with each other directly or through a spacer exclusively through points on a flat, non-profiled surface.

2. A spring according to claim 1, characterized in that the working areas adjacent sheets located between the Central and end sections, are in full contact over a smooth solid surface.

SUBSTANCE: spring plate of combined profile has thick central part with central platform, thin end parts of continuous profile and working parts positioned between central and end parts. The working parts are made out of combination of parts of continuous profile adjacent to the central part and of parts of alternate profile adjacent to the end parts. Distance between their dividing cross sections on both arms of the plate is equal to working length of the following spring of a short plate in a package. According to the second version an additional distinguished feature of the spring plate is like follows: working parts of continuous profile adjacent to the central part have thickness equal to thickness of the central part. The combined spring has several spring plates. Also, the root plate has a combined profile, while the last plate has an alternate profile. The spring plates contact each other along projection of the central platform and ends of the last plate of alternate profile. Thickness of the central part of the plate of combined profile is equal to thickness of the last plate of alternate profile. Few-plates trapezoidal spring consists of a package of overlaid plates of combined profile with step-by-step decreasing working length and of a following plate of alternate profile. All plates contact each other along whole plane of contact. A combined two-step spring includes a main spring and an additional spring set in a lower position. The main spring consists of plates of similar combined profile where distance between cross sections dividing working parts of continuous and alternate profile on both arms of the plate is equal to working length of the additional spring.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of two flat, in essence, identical elastically deformed plates (12, 14) each with two opposite ends and of two thrust elements (16, 18) for connection of corresponding ends of two plates and for retaining plates in state of rest, in essence, parallel to each other without any mechanical connection between said plates. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to resilient elements of blade gasodynamic bearings used in small-sized high-speed turbomachines. The spring cut out from one plate contains multiple elementary arc-shaped springs (2) and (3). Springs (2) and (3) are located alternatively. Short springs (2) have equal length between reference edges. Long springs (3) also have equal length. The elementary springs (2) and (3) are interconnected by narrow bonding strips (8). Variable dependence of bow spring total tension on load is achieved due to difference in lengths for springs (2) and (3). Variable tension of bow spring in direction of elementary springs location is achieved due to variable width for springs (2) and/or variable width for springs (3).
