SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation. Method of cleaning air from ammonium and microorganisms comprises forcing it through dispersed 5%-solution of chlorinated lime per unit of processed air for preset time interval.

The invention relates to techniques for ventilation, in particular to the treatment of polluted air in livestock buildings.

This method of cleaning air from ammonia and microorganisms is achieved by passing it through sprayed 5%bleach solution in a quantity of 0.8-1.3 l / 1000 m3the treated air within 1-2 minutes

Closest to the proposed invention is a method of purification of air by passing it through the powdered bleach solution (copyright certificate №334441, CL F24F 3/16, 1970). However, this method is characterized by low efficiency of air cleaning from ammonia and microorganisms, as there are no indicators of the content of active chlorine in solution.

A known method of purification of polluted air to be removed from livestock buildings using irrigated filters, called biofilters made of improvised: straw, sawdust, shavings, etc. ("Hahne " J. Einsatz von Biofiltern zur Stallabluft behandlung / " Hahne " J. Braundes M. Langtechnik. - 2002. - Jg., 57 No. 6. - S.336-337). However, the cleaning efficiency of this method remains low and require more equipment for advancing air through the filters.

Installation (see drawing) contains: spiral duct - 1; the inlet - 2; spray nozzle - 3, introduced into the duct - 1; capacity - 4 filled with the second solution, inside of the duct - 1; air dryer - 5, coupled with capacity - 4 through filter 6.

The device operates as follows. The air is supplied through the inlet 2, at the entrance to the spiral duct 1 through the nozzle 3 is fed a solution of 5%bleach in a quantity of 0.8-1.3 l / 1000 m3the processed air. Air treatment is carried out in spiral duct, 1 within 1-2 minutes Remaining in the air, the liquid is separated due to inentionally forces and gravity and returns to the tank 4.

Using this approach, air handling allows you to control the number of active chlorine per unit of processed air from the conditions of neutralization of ammonia with regard to adding the solution to handle dust and destruction of microorganisms and thereby to increase the efficiency of air handling systems. So, for example, to neutralize ammonia in 1000 m3air content 1 mg/m3required 42 ml of 5%bleach solution, to the processing of 1 mg/m3need another 6 ml and 100 thousand microorganisms still 0,3 ml

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises forming external gas flow from ambient atmospheric air, compressing said external gas flow, separating it component-by-component in primary membrane module by forcing it along surface of selective membrane in high-pressure zone, extracting gas flow not penetrating said membrane from aforesaid high-pressure zone, forming feeding gas flow from that extracted from low-pressure zone of primary membrane module, and feed it into operating chamber. Prior to feeding compressed external gas flow into primary membrane module, it is separated component-by-component in additional membrane module and fed into high-pressure zone of primary membrane module. Prior to feeding it into said additional module, it is dried to form water condensate. Portion of said condensate is evaporated. Gas flow is extracted from low-pressure zone of additional membrane module and divided into three portions.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: conditioner is designed for street air cleaning from harmful components of exhaust gases of motor transport. The conditioner consists of rectangular case covered with a roof and of a tray equipped with supplying, circulation, draining and washing connecting pipes. The case is divided into an air washer and decontamination cell. Also, the air washer has an intake grid. Inside the air washer there are installed an inlet fan, a spraying system connected with the supplying connecting pipe and a purger. The latter consists of a collector, of lifting pipes with perforated below branches passing through a partition into the decontamination cell. In the cell, downstream air in a staggered order on angle seats, there are laid removable perforated baskets filled with granules of pumice made of metallurgical slag with modules of basicity M>1 and diameter from 20 to 40 mm; the baskets are closed from side of the decontamination cell with a vertical door. There are also separation plates, an ioniser, an exhaust fan and a distributing grid, while the supplying connecting pipe is connected with the supplying pump by means of a pipeline.

EFFECT: upgraded economic and ecological efficiency of outdoor air conditioning with simultaneous utilisation of trapped oxides of nitrogen and sulphur and dioxide of carbon.

SUBSTANCE: heliotechnical device consists of a parabolic concentrator of an electrical radiator, a system for vertical and horizontal transportation and distribution of energy in the building, as well as a unit for photoelectric conversion and accumulation. The device enables to move solar energy through a main multifibre on floors of the building and convert excess energy to electrical energy and, through accumulation, partially provide electrical illumination of the building during cloudy and night time.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet dust separation and may be used in chemical, textile, light industries, etc, for dusty gas cleaning. Scrubber comprises housing with dusty and cleaned gas branch pipes, sprinkler, support grids with nozzle arranged there between, and sludge removing device. Nozzle is made up of cylindrical rings with their side surfaces provided with two cutouts directed parallel with cylindrical surface generatrix and one cutout directed perpendicular to ring axis. Note that said cutouts close to form "П"-shape cutout. Lobes that result are bent toward ring axis, Said lobes are provided with flange-like bends in made direction perpendicular to ring axis. Similar lobes are arranged spaced 90 degrees apart. Casing of every nozzle is made up of confuser-like outlet and restricting orifice aligned therewith. Swirling chamber is made up of cylindrical barrel. Inlet and restricting orifice are located perpendicular and tangentially to said swirling chamber. SUBSTANCE: in hydraulic ash collector -heat regenerator containing inlet connection pipe, housing, outlet connection pipe and settling chamber, the latter is filled with water to the level of partition wall submerged into the chamber, and lower part of partition wall has longitudinal slots with constant pitch. SUBSTANCE: ash collector with swirl atomisers includes inlet connection pipe, housing, outlet connection pipe, bunker, and liquid spray atomisers that are used as sprinkler and spray nozzles. Sprinkler device atomisers are swirl-type, and they contain housing with chamber into which a screw is pressed. At the housing bottom there is throttle hole, and in upper part there arranged is nozzle with cylindrical hole, diffuser and gasket. Inside screw there is hole with screw thread the direction of which coincides with direction of outer screw thread of the screw, and above throttle hole there located is conical mixing chamber for formation of total fine swirling flow.

Besides said cylindrical chamber incorporates plates arranged in vertical lines along gas flow. Swirlers are arranged staggered on plate surface and represent hollow truncated cones with their lather bases located in the plate plane. Surface of said cones is profiled along conical spiral. Plates are arranged to form zigzag-like gas passage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for gas exhausts scrubbing from dust, absorption and other heat and mass exchange processes and may be used in heat power engineering, metallurgy, construction and other industry fields to perform technological processes and to solve environmental issues. Device comprises lower 2 and upper 1 part of device, nozzles of liquid and gas supply and drain, plate 9, nozzle 12 of liquid overflow from plate to lower part of device, vortex contact device 3, made of cover 6, bottom 5, plates 4 and separator 7. In bottom of vortex contact device in paraxial area there is a nozzle 8 for liquid supply from lower part of device into inner area of vortex contact device.

Spray nozzles communicated with sludge trap through orifices of the body are arranged along inlet orifice perimeter. Sludge trap has floating valve arranged in bottom sludge trap part and installed in sludge removal pipe.
