FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: device for data transmission over water surface - marine notification column (MNC) - contains mast with equipment to receive and transmit communication signals, pivotally connected via rods with at least three floats connected with device for electric power generation made capable to convert work executed during relative movement of the floats and the mast into electric power as well as mooring device located in the lower part of the mast. MNC is also equipped with solar battery installed on the mast and being capable to be folded and deployed. The system of data transmission over water surface contains MNCs spaced-apart on marine and/or ocean water surface in at least one chain or network so that robust communication is ensured, and fixed in their locations using mooring devices. It is easy to estimate that to cover with complete square grid of MNCs with square side of 40 km providing robust communication in all directions of various water surfaces of seas and oceans it would be enough and to spare to have 200000 such masts.

EFFECT: obtaining information from remote regions, communication over marine space, placement of data transmission device directly on sea surface and providing robust communications within World ocean.

The invention relates to warning systems and communication in international spaces.

The transmission of information over the earth's surface in the presence of line-of-sight between the remote segments is performed by the transceivers using the towers.

The absence of this type of communication over the water of the seas and oceans causes difficulties in obtaining information from remote inland areas. So, for example, is interrupted support ground control services air transport, receding from the shore for a considerable distance; difficult to obtain hydro-meteorological and other information from remote areas of international spaces; difficult to obtain information from these areas, about being underwater and surface objects, complicated relationship with them.

The prior art cellular tower, including a combined wind / solar installation, battery power, inverter for converting DC wind turbines and solar panels. The cellular tower is made in the form of a steel metal pipe, which is connected wind turbines in the lower part of the steel metal pipe placed the cone, and in her circle is the sun gallery, formed by a frame with a translucent coating and radially from the center of wisk the cellular spaced heat accumulators (EN 83163 U1, 20.05.2009) [1]. The famous tower is not intended for placement on the water surface and cannot be used for information transfer through the water.

The objective of the proposed invention is a communication system in surface areas, which will contribute not only to obtain information from remote areas, but also communication through Maritime space, as well as creating a stand-alone device for transmitting information, which can be placed directly on the sea surface, and providing a stable connection within the world of ocean.

The task is solved in that the device for information transfer over the water surface contains a tower with equipment for transmission and reception of communication signals, pivotally connected by rods with at least three floats connected to the device for producing electricity, made with the possibility of conversion of work performed by a relative movement of floats and rigs into electrical energy, and an anchor device located in the lower part of the tower. The device is preferably equipped with a solar battery mounted on the rig for folding and unfolding.

In the private embodiment of the claimed invention, the device for generating the electric power industry and may contain, at least one hydraulic cylinder, the body of which is connected to the tower, and his rod with a rod, or the housing is connected to the rod, and the rod - rig, spring or pneumologist installed with the possibility of a return movement of the corresponding float, hydraulic motor, which input is connected through a system of check valves with hydraulic cylinder, and the output from the generator.

A device to generate electricity can additionally include a pressure regulator in the hydraulic cylinders and the hydraulic accumulator.

The device can be equipped with sonar and/or sensors: flow, level of oxygen in the water, salinity and water temperature, wave heights, directions and wind speed, solar radiation, relative humidity, precipitation, seismic activity, etc.

The center of gravity of the entire device must be below the water surface on which it is mounted, which ensures the stability of the device in an upright position.

The task is also solved by a communication system above the water surface, containing proposed devices located on the sea and/or ocean water surface by a chain or network at distances from each other, providing a stable connection, and fixed bases with their anchoring devices.

The proposed device for transmitting information (hereinafter called "the Column of the notification of the sea", abbreviated SOM) is an Autonomous device that produces electricity to power the equipment from renewable energy sources (sea wave energy and solar energy).

The value of energy produced, in turn, depends on the needs of the transmitting apparatus, placed on the tower.

Necessary design feature of the Som is lowered center of gravity, which is below sea level, thus ensuring the sustainability of Catfish in a vertical position. Height Catfish above sea level can vary from 10 to 100 meters, depending on customer requirements and conditions. Respectively, and the total weight Kgs will range from about 10 to 100 tons. COM pinned to the seabed anchoring device 5, which fix the location of the Soma, but provide mobility design in a certain range.

The structural elements are made from materials resistant to environmental factors using sea water, wind, sun, temperature mode of operation). The device is designed in such a way that does not require routine maintenance more frequently than once per 3 months.

The proposed system for transferring information over the water of the seas and oceans (not shown) contains many Kgs, fixed on bases with their anchoring devices and located at such distance from each other, so that stable communication for transmission/reception and retransmission of the given information. 5. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that it is equipped with sonar, and/or battery pack, and/or flow sensors, level of oxygen in the water, salinity and water temperature, wave heights, directions and wind speed, solar radiation, relative humidity, precipitation, seismic activity.

6. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that when placed on the water surface with its center of gravity is below the surface of the water.

The system of information transmission over the water containing device made according to any one of claims 1 to 6, located on the sea and/or ocean water surface of at least one chain or network at a distance from each other, providing a stable connection, and fixed bases with their anchoring devices.

SUBSTANCE: pitch-driven ship is a ship exploiting pitch energy to drive it at sufficient water heaving. Pitch-driven propulsor comprises elasto-vibrating wing that makes a propulsion generator. Said wing oscillates when ship hull pitches and is fitted on stream-lined posts-holders arranged below ship hull at preset depth. Water heaving at said depth can be considered zero, not decreasing the difference in vertical velocities of the wing and water (wing propulsion varies with square difference). To reach maximum wing propulsion, proposed propulsor is arranged nearby ship edge. Effect of separate wing increases if propulsor is mounted on every edge of the ship. Note that, in this case, propulsion and alternating acceleration are smoothed. Pitch-driven propulsor design is distinguished for by the number of posts-holders, i.e. one or two, and propulsor can be made lifting, rotary or fixed. Also there can be retractable wing extensions and wings can be made folding. Note that wing halves can vibrate independently. Proposed ship is with furnished with two pitch-driven propulsors. Flat horizontal flaps can be arranged on ship edges, nearby deadline, and screw propellers can be used in low heaving conditions.

SUBSTANCE: auxiliary hydrojet device for submersible crafts comprises at least two water conduits arranged symmetrically on lateral sides relative to longitudinal axis of submersible craft. Each water conduit is arranged in the form of nozzles that narrow along with flow direction with output openings arranged inside water conduit and faced outside with inlet water intake openings. Vertical walls of water conduit are formed by flat plates. In each water conduit in vertical plane there are upper and lower rows of nozzles arranged as symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of water conduit with formation of central water-speeding chamber inside water conduit communicated from the side of inlet to central nozzle arranged in front part of water conduit and output opening from the side of back part of water conduit. Nozzles are formed by curvilinear walls arranged between vertical walls of water conduit as horizontal in cross section of nozzles to form rectangular cross section of nozzles. Proposed device comprises drowning self-contained apparatus with electric power supplies and motors. Aforesaid apparatus is connected by cable-rope with floating wave source of electric power via damping unit including spiral spring and a section of said cable-rope that forms a loop. Said wave electric power source is connected in parallel to storage batteries and motor and represents an anchored sea wave power converter furnished with anchor made up of plat circle with braces.

SUBSTANCE: invention makes it possible to use water energy for creation of motive force for longitudinal motion of vehicle, where device is installed, during vertical motion of vehicle in water. Auxiliary hydrojet device for underwater vehicles comprises at least two water conduits installed with the possibility of rotation symmetrically in vertical plane relative to longitudinal axis of underwater vehicle. Every water conduit is arranged in the form of nozzles that narrow along with flow direction with outlet openings and inlet water intake openings installed at the angle to longitudinal axis. Vertical walls of water conduit are formed with flat plates. Nozzles are arranged as located between vertical walls of water conduit with curvilinear walls that are horizontal in cross section of nozzles to form rectangular cross section of nozzles. Horizontal curvilinear walls of nozzles are made of plated with smoothly bent section, which is convex relative to longitudinal axis of underwater vehicle and is located near inlet water intake opening. Between smoothly bent sections of adjacent horizontal curvilinear walls at inlet to nozzles, there are plates installed as bent in longitudinal direction, concave relative to longitudinal axis of underwater vehicle and horizontal in cross section that guide the flow.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of water flow energy use, while underwater vehicle with hydrojet devices moves in it.

SUBSTANCE: power station comprises underwater wave-receiving blade mounted for permitting rocking around the axle, hydraulic pump, and fluid-operated motor provided with electric generator. The wave-receiving blade is provided with the hydraulic accumulator built in its intermediate section and drain tank. The hydraulic pump is provided with the diaphragm and has two ways. The flexible diaphragms are arranged from the outsides of the wave-receiving blade.
