The present invention relates to a soundproofing device for a chain gear according to claim 1 restrictive part of the claims, as well as chain toothed wheel according to claim 8 claims.

Known noise-isolating device for chain gears having essentially rigid mounting foot, and, essentially, the elastic element. Under mounting foot it is preferably of L-shaped cross-sectional element of the steel material, equipped, on the one hand, the relevant holes for installation in a chain gear and the servant, on the other hand, as the attachment for the elastic element. The elastic element assumes a rectangular parallelepiped. For a noise on the chain gear wheel has a number of these noise-isolating devices so that the incident on the chain gear chain can be supported with elastic elements. Essentially, for the education of the noise of the chain drive responds hit the chain on the teeth or in the hollows between the teeth chain gear. According to the invention this problem is solved by using noise-isolating device, characterized by signs of paragraph 1 of the claims. Due to the fact that the elastic element has a protective cover or protective coating to reduce wear, wear noise-isolating device, in particular an elastic element, may be significantly reduced. This event is not quite simple in itself, as a specialist in providing protective casing, consisting usually of a more rigid material than the elastic element, first again held to refuse to reduce the noise properties of an elastic element, because the hard material again, one should expect the formation of noise. However, unexpectedly, the formation of noise corresponding to the invention with the protective cover remains the normal, and highly prevalent advantages minor wear.

In a preferred embodiment of the proposed noise-isolating device can be provided that the material of the protective casing or protective coating has a greater hardness than the material of the elastic element. Unexpectedly found that the formation of noise, despite the more rigid the material for a protective casing, such as steel, is not significantly increased.

For the preferred fixation proposed noise-isolating device can be provided that the mounting foot is equipped with holes, in particular through holes for mounting screws.

In a preferred embodiment of the proposed noise-isolating device can be provided that the elastic element is made with a constriction in the middle part or/and additionally established an internal circuit (for example, oval drilling). This, of course, changes the spring-damping characteristic or as a consequence more or less purposefully affects it. The narrowing in the middle part has also the advantage that the elastic element in the loaded position not adjacent or not so quickly adjacent to the end surface of the chain gears. Accordingly, it is possible to avoid unnecessary wear and tear.

The next task of the proposed invention is to create a chain gears, containing all the drive gears with a number of teeth and cavities between the teeth in the direction of the circumference, and a chain gear wheel is equipped with at least one noise absorbing device designed to reduce the formation of noise at clash of the chain the chain on the cog wheel, and achieve a long lifetime, as for the sound devices.

According to the invention this problem is solved by a chain gears, characterized by signs of clause 8 of the claims. Due to the fact that in previous versions of the talking, at least one noise-isolating device, it is possible to realize a longer life of the entire chain gears, thanks reduces wear protective casing. Figure 1 shows the noise-isolating device 1, containing essentially mounting foot 2, the elastic element 3 and the protective cover 4.

Mounting foot 2 has an essentially L-shaped cross-section, and one of the shelves provided for fixing the elastic element 3, and another shelf for mounting to a chain gear wheel 10. To do this, the shelf mounting legs 2 can be provided by drilling 5, through which can be carried out corresponding screws. The elastic element is preferably glued or vulcanizer to the mounting foot 2.

The elastic element 3 can also be carried out with the narrowing in the middle part or/and additionally established an internal circuit (for example, oval drilling). This, of course, changes the spring-damping characteristic or as a consequence more or less purposefully affects it. The calculation ensures a gap between the vertical link of the chain with its front part and the side surface of the tooth untill the chain is loaded to a specified load. Side surface of the tooth and front part of the corresponding vertical link of the chain contact only after specified load onto the chain.

Recesses for chain vertical links are separated by teeth 36. Side face 39 of tooth in contact with loaded chain vertical link features special profile and sizes. Chain sizes are selected so that vertical link does not come in contact with tooth side face by its front part unless definite load is applied on the chain. Contact between tooth side face and front part of chain appropriate link occurs only definite load is exceeded.

EFFECT: sprocket that allows increased load on chain links.
