SUBSTANCE: smoking product contains a core of a smoking material including tobacco and the tobacco core cartridge surrounding the tobacco, at least one filtering element and a wrapper. The wrapper connects the filtering element and the smoking material core that are positioned at a gap enclosed by the said wrapper so that to form a chamber. The wrapper has at least one ventilation hole. The end part of the tobacco core adjacent to the chamber contains tobacco bonded to the tobacco core cartridge with an adhesive substance or by way of regulation of the quantity of tobacco on such end part of the tobacco core adjacent to the chamber. According to the smoking product production method, the smoking material core and at least one filtering are positioned so that to form a gap between them. The smoking material core is attached to the filtering element by means of the wrapper having at least one ventilation hole The wrapper encloses the gap between the smoking material core and the filtering element so that to form a chamber. Then one bonds the tobacco on the end part of the tobacco core adjacent to the chamber to the tobacco core cartridge.

The present invention relates to a Smoking product that contains a gap between the core of Smoking material and a filter element so as to provide a camera which is sealed at the periphery of the wrapper, connecting rod of Smoking material with a filter element, and the wrapper has at least one ventilation hole.

Conventional ventilated cigarettes, known to experts in this field that does not contain the interval between the tobacco rod and filter element, usually give cigarette smoke with unstable characteristics. In the document PI9401850-2 describes the coaxial cigarette, which includes the chamber between the coaxial tobacco rod and a filter for mixing the smoke of two types of tobacco that is present in the tobacco rod. The chamber volume is also adjusted to provide a varying aroma of smoke, smokers feel. In contrast, the main purpose of the present invention in the specified document camera is designed only for mixing two types of smoke. This document also does not take into account the influence of the standard deviation ventilation cigarettes.

None of the documents of prototypes does not describe ventilated Smoking article containing chamber located between the tobacco rod and the filter that is used for homogenization of smoke with the aim of preserving the characteristics of the aroma of the product and simultaneously increase the diffusion of the vapor phase of the smoke.

In EP 0482872 revealed cigarette with the chamber between the tobacco rod and a filter element, where the ventilation air can pass through the through-hole formed in an outer wrapper. But this solution is not ensured regulatory and minimize the standard deviation ventilation cigarettes.

In contrast, the present invention provides a reduction in the standard deviation ventilation mouthpiece that provides improved stabil the Noah quality from cigarette to cigarette, due to the fact that in the present invention, the end part of the tobacco rod adjacent to the cell that contains tobacco, bonded with the core tobacco rod by means of adhesive or by regulating the quantity of tobacco on this end portion of the tobacco rod adjacent to the camera. Due to these characteristics, it is guaranteed that the particles of tobacco will not be in the camera and will not block the flow of air in the chamber, as unexpectedly it was found by the authors of the present invention may lead to differences in the standard deviation of ventilation on a roll in the camera tobacco even in small quantities, due to changes in the ventilation characteristics of the air entering the chamber through lateral vents.

The present invention is hereinafter described in greater detail in the following examples.

The corresponding crack product 1, which contains the tobacco rod 2, at least one filter element 3 and the wrapper 4 which may be secured to at least one filter element and tobacco rod in such a way as to connect them, and the wrapper has at least one ventilation hole 5 (see figure 2).

Thus, this method can be carried out without formation stages of such materials.

The method includes the step of fastening relative to the sleeve 9 of the tobacco rod of tobacco that is present on the end portion 8 of the tobacco rod 2 adjacent to the chamber 6. This fixation is carried out by means of adhesive or by increasing the amount of tobacco located at the end parts of the tobacco rod.

Options 135305 and 35304 provided with ventilation openings, located above the filter element, in embodiments, 135302 and 135303 provided with ventilation openings above the gap between the filter element and tobacco rod. As you can see, the lowest standard deviation of ventilation and the coefficient of variation obtained for variants 135302 and 135303. However, all variants of the cigarettes of the present invention provided the decrease of the ratio of CO/tar.

Although the present invention is described in connection with specific preferred variant implementation, it should be understood that the claimed invention is not necessarily limited to such a specific implementation options. Indeed, it is assumed that various modifications of the above modes of implementing the present invention, which are obvious to a person skilled in chemistry or related areas, fall in the scope of the following claims.

6. A method of making Smoking articles according to claim 1, in which:

SUBSTANCE: method of smoking material production comprises the following operations: preparation of the wholly or partially finished product, including at least tobacco core wrapped in tissue paper; gluing of folding paper to the tissue paper so that the former covers the tobacco core and overhang the latter at the end of the tobacco core that is intended to be lighted; bending the folding paper overhanging the edge so that to cover the tobacco at the end of the tobacco core. Various methods are used in order to apply the folding paper and producing different types of buckles. Bended paper can be turned inside out through denting by the pin or mould core after buckles formation so to make them more sustained.

EFFECT: technical result is quality of the smoking material which end is covered atop by the separate improvement sheet of paper placed on the the wholly or partially finished product.
