FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: sealing tape for creation of sealing, in particular, between a wall and a window frame, comprising a bearing tape, having two longitudinal edges, onto which an adhesive paste is applied, in particular, in the form of a self-adhesive tape and/or in the form of a butyl mass, coated with a separate protective layer removed prior to usage. The adhesive paste is arranged partially with coverage of the bearing tape, and partially as going out of the longitudinal edge. An appropriate protective layer is applied at two sides at the adhesive paste arranged partially as going out of the longitudinal edge.

EFFECT: invention will make it possible to ensure convenience of tapes operation.

The invention concerns in the first place, sealing tape to create a seal, in particular, between the wall and the window frame containing a carrier tape having two longitudinal edges and at both longitudinal edges of the applied adhesive mass, covered with a protective layer which is removed before use, for example, in the form of a self-adhesive strip and/or butyl mass.

This kind of sealing tape is already known in a variety of designs. For example, you can refer to DE 298 07 620 U1 or EP 1 433 917 A1. These sealing lips are in most cases made on the basis of non-woven material, partly with a metal layer or a layer of polymeric material to achieve the specified water and vapor or water and paronepronitsaemost. Usually they are pasted into the window opening between the window frame and the wall. While adhering to the wall often happens with butyl layer, and to the window frame using self-adhesive strip.

But, depending on the specific construction conditions, you may also need to gluing, for example, to the wall and the window frame, there was not one and the same side of the sealing tape, and the different sides of the sealing strip.

On the basis of the submitted prior art, the basis of this invention is the task of offers in order to live a sealing tape for use in construction, which would allow more options for gluing.

A possible solution to this problem is given by subject to paragraph 1, and in this case it is that sticky mass is partially overlapping carrier tape, and partly beyond the longitudinal edge. Output means for the edge of this sticky mass, as it has adhesiveness on its two flat sides, can also be used for bonding the sealing tape opposite side of the same longitudinal edges. The adhesive mass is moved to a corresponding longitudinal edge of the carrier tape. It can form the bend or protruding part. Under a projecting part means a part that extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal edges, which caused a sticky mass. In principle, it is preferable that the sealing tape on one longitudinal edge could stick with butyl adhesive strip or, in any case, the adhesive strips are able to some extent to the modelling or paste-like adhesive material, and the other longitudinal edge could stick with self-adhesive strip.

Other distinguishing features are explained below, in particular, in the description of drawings, often in their preferred Association with the subject matter of paragraph 1 and/or other sets of distinctive features. But they may also have value, and only in connection with individual distinctive signs of paragraph 1 or the relevant subsequent paragraphs, or other sets of distinctive features, or independently of them.

Thus, the first preferably with the two sides of the carrier tape, on the same longitudinal edge, were provided by two adhesive mass. These sticky mass in the cross section are located opposite each other relative to the carrier tape. However, they do not have to be opposite each other, covering the same surface, as will be further explained below. In particular, this variant execution should not be carried out in combination with the solution when they what is the (corresponding) serving for the longitudinal edge part.

But in this connection it may be preferred that both the adhesive masses were located beyond the longitudinal edge.

It is also preferred that both the adhesive mass part of its surface was glued to ourselves or to other adhesive mass. The first, in particular, is possible even when there is only one sticky mass. In the case of two adhesive masses already mentioned the possibility of bonding a sealing strip two flat sides is used (also) for one flat side in order to obtain bonding using another adhesive, which (only) in this case can provide bonding, for example, with any constructive element.

In addition, in this connection, it is preferable that the bonding adhesive masses with each other, even in the case of gluing only one adhesive mass with itself, occurred only in the outside longitudinal edge of the field.

Due to the fact that in the case of two adhesive masses they are in the cross-section opposite to each other relative to the carrier tape, but also according to one form of exercise that are glued together, in serving their side over the longitudinal edge region, is not only bonding with each of the two flat sides sealing tapes, but also bonding UE is UnitedLinux tapes with each other. It is preferable that at least one of the two adhesive masses located on the same longitudinal edge, or respectively only one beyond the longitudinal edge of the adhesive mass, participated in the stabilization of the longitudinal folding of the sealing tape.

In relation to the above-mentioned configuration, only one adhesive mass, which extend beyond the longitudinal edge of the pane is glued to itself, the preferred location is provided when this sticky mass in one partial region bonded to itself and to other partial regions to the opposite sides of the sealing strip.

Further, it is preferable that forming the protruding portion of the adhesive mass on both sides was covered with a protective layer. The protective layer serves to cover the adhesive until it is used the I. In particular, it may not be a bounding adhesive mass, and only stick to it with the possibility of removing the polymer film. For example, it may be siliconized paper. If there is only one sticky mass, on both sides of this adhesive, first, the width of the adhesive strip from the sealing tape, which initially caused the adhesive strip, and, secondly, by adhesive width on the opposite side is coated with the protective layer, which provides the usual simple handling of sealing tape. In use, i.e. in the established state, the protective layer may also accordingly to remain on the sealing tape.

In principle, the same thing happens in the case of two adhesive masses. On each of the two adhesive masses located, when considered in cross-section, opposite each other relative to the sealing tape is covering. As a rule, in this case, these coatings are coating the surface, without offset to each other. However, the latter is also possible.

If only one adhesive mass, as already mentioned, for example, if there is only a break for the edge of the longitudinal edges of the carrier tape, there is also preferably extending beyond the edge of the longitudinal edges chosen to replace the th tape sealing strip part, perhaps adhesive to the field officers for gluing two sides adhesive masses were on the same surfaces on top of each other, i.e. do not offset relative to each other. In the case of two adhesive mass, which respectively are located on the same edge of the longitudinal edges on one side of the sealing tape, on the contrary, as a rule, it is preferable that in cross section they were located in relation to each other coinciding or overlapping, that is respectively almost had the same adhesive surface. Accordingly, in projection on each other, they are combined. Further, it is preferable that the s (one) sticky mass or respectively one of the two adhesive mass to stabilize the folding of the sealing strip. This refers to the folding of the sealing tape along, that is, the longitudinal folding. Further, preferably, is folding at least partially overlapping with the adhesive mass. Thus, there is a simultaneous stabilization of folding the adhesive mass.

The fact that the sealing tape, as described here, can be pasted on both sides, in any case, one edge of the longitudinal edge of the sealing tape can be used not only to stick to the same sealing tape in a different way, that is, the front and reverse side of the corresponding longitudinal edges of the region. On the contrary, it can also be used to ensure that appropriate not used for bonding structural adhesive element side or sticky mass was also used in order by means of a sealing strip to glue any other object such as, for example, a profile, such as profile under plaster, for constructive element, such as, for example, a window frame.

In this case, the location of two adhesive mass on the same longitudinal edge can be selected in such a way that the overlap between the adhesive mass is missing, but the overlap or, as already mentioned, match races, is ulozhenie (in cross section) is accordingly preferred form of exercise.

The invention relates, furthermore, structural element, such as, for example, window profile, which are connected by an adhesive connection having one flat side of the sealing tape by applying a flat side on the structural element, and also on the structural element is mounted object such as, in particular, the profile under the plaster.

In this regard, it is also preferable to return to the sealing strip, which has already been mentioned. In this respect, the goal is to offer favorable location or to do it while simultaneously having the advantage of performance sealing tape.

This problem is solved by the combination of distinctive features, including the preferred way, also already mentioned distinctive features, and in this case, the solution lies in the fact that the subject is connected by an adhesive connection with the sealing tape on the second flat side opposite the first flat side.

Created technologically advantageous solution. It allows if to illustrate the profile under the plaster to first sealing tape was connected glued connection of the first flat side with a structural element, such as, for example, window profile, and then, for example, only after this is the process of gluing, profile under the plaster was installed on glue on the second flat side of the sealing tape, turned from adhesive bonding structural element. In addition, due to overlapping or at least partially overlapping flat surfaces for adhesive bonding, the adhesive area available for bonding to the structural element, compared with the conventional sequential positioning and adhesion of the sealing tape and profile under the plaster to structural elements is reduced, or the preferred way is reduced to the minimum to the size intended for bonding the contact surfaces of the profile under the plaster. In the prescribed position in accordance with the proposed solution sealing tape between the profile under the plaster and construction detail is saved adhesive, and the profile under the plaster through the sealing tape, in turn, is connected by an adhesive connection with the construction detail. During the execution of the adhesive joints is not necessary to keep proper sealing tape, comprising, for example, of layers of nonwoven material and a film directly between the profile under the plaster and constructive element. Moreover, the area of the sealing tape, allowing to carry out adhesive bonding on two opposite flat sides, can also be rigidly connected with the sealing tape adhesive or the like. Adhesive bonding on two opposite flat sides, as in principle has already been described, do not necessarily have to overlap completely. Also possibly the only one (only) partial overlapping of these adhesive surfaces. In this regard, is preferred if at least the projections on the contact surface profile under the plaster of the opposite adhesive surfaces will be fully covered.

Other distinguishing features are explained below, in particular, in the description of drawings, often in their preferred Association with the subject matter of the above-mentioned aggregate of distinctive features. But they may also have value, and only in connection with individual distinctive features of this together, or independently of it.

Possible implementation is obtained when there is only one self-adhesive strip, which forms a protruding portion or bend along the longitudinal edge of the sealing tape, or the transition for her, but also, for example, made in the form of double sided adhesive tape. Itself the sealing tape has a preferred way, the means for fixing the profile, and the sealing tape is respectively bearing part of the profile at the location of the constructive element. In principle, it is also possible to first fix the profile sealing strip, and then them together on a constructive element.

This process can also be used as described in relation to only one sealing tape various (appropriate) embodiments of the sealing tape.

The invention also concerns a method of manufacturing a sealing tape to create a seal between the wall and the window frame, and the sealing tape has two longitudinal edges and on both longitudinal edges of the applied protective layer removed before use, the adhesive mass, for example, in the form of a self-adhesive strip and/or butyl mass.

On the General technology of these sealing tapes, reference is made to the already given arguments.

To implement this kind of way to obtain a sealing tape, convenient in respect of its installation, in the invention it is proposed that sticky mass in any case, was applied to the longitudinal edge in the form of inseparable adhesive strip with advocating for this longitudinal edge part, and at least the protruding portion was covered with a challenge from the opposite side of the sealing tape protective layer.

The transition adhesive strip is in solid form, with the solid type which may be provided by the consistency of the adhesive strip, and by applying and blending on the protective layer or, respectively, with the necessary adhesion to a protective layer, which therefore may also simultaneously move from the opposite side. Preferably, forming the protruding portion of the adhesive mass though and had a texture that corresponds to the self-stabilizing inseparable form, but at the same time already in the transition from the opposite side was combined with the protective layer.

The protruding part, which may also be serving the remaining part, for example, if the folding or collapsing of the adhesive mass, covered, in addition, another challenge from the opposite side of the sealing tape with a protective layer. Regarding methods, in addition, it is preferable that the application of adhesive on one side was carried out with immediate protective coating layer, while on the other side on which the adhesive is a protruding portion, the protective layer is deposited on the already attached to the carrier tape and are available from this other side of the adhesive strip. In the case of two adhesive masses, each of which is simultaneously or sequentially in a continuous process is applied respectively to one side, both can be applied with immediate protective coating layer. The width of the protective layers or, respectively, the orientation of the protective layer when applied is selected so that the protective layers such as overlapping each other, almost without offset or projection had protruding relative to each other part. Then one protective layer, as a rule, not covered with adhesive mass region of the carrier tape will account for the greater part of the width than the other of the protective layer, and such longitudinal at the Astok protective layer, not overlapped with the adhesive layer itself is convenient for easy removal of the protective layer.

Shown and described, first with reference to figures 1 to 3, the sealing tape 1, which serves to create a seal between the wall and window frame construction buildings. Self set here more is not represented and is not explained. This is th the links refer to the already mentioned documents.

Sealing tape 1 has a carrier tape 13, which in this embodiment consists of layers of nonwoven material and a film. Sealing tape 1 preferred way may also consist, with the exception of the adhesive strip, only from this carrier tape 13. This carrier tape 13 has two longitudinal edges 2, 3, and the longitudinal edge 2 on the first side (Fig. 1) applied adhesive mass 4. In this embodiment, the adhesive mass 4 is a butyl material, while the adhesive mass 5 is a self-adhesive layer, which, for example, can be made on the basis of acrylato glue.

On the longitudinal edge 3 in this embodiment, moreover, the sealing strip 1 is made of the fold 12, the edge of the longitudinal edges 8 of which facing the longitudinal edge 2, is shown in figure 1. Obviously, we are talking about a 12 fold along the sealing strip 1. The edge of the longitudinal edges 8 directed the opposite longitudinal edge 2, while the edge of the longitudinal edges 10 of the folds 12 facing the longitudinal edge 3 or, respectively, to the boundary edge 11 of the sealing tape 1. Marginal edge 11 is in this case the extreme outer edge of the sealing tape 1.

Sealing tape 1 has a very large in comparison with its width, length. It can, for example, with a width of from 50 to 500 mm to have a length of from 10 to 40 m

In this embodiment, on the side of the sealing strip 1, the opposite Fig. 1, which is shown in Fig. 2, the longitudinal edge 2 is not applied adhesive mass. But it can be applied on the longitudinal edge 3. Namely the already mentioned adhesive mass 5.

With reference to Fig. 4 is illustrated the manufacture of sealing tape 1. The carrier tape 13 moves horizontally, and presents the fragment of the production process, it is assumed that the adhesive mass 4 (preferably also with a protective layer) deposited on the longitudinal edge 2. On the longitudinal edge 3 on the carrier tape 13 is serving the second roller 14, which is a combination of adhesive with a protective layer. This flow in the direction of the production is carried out after passing through the first pressure and/or the transporting roller 19. This combination served with moving the carrier tape 13 and tightened the carrier tape 13 by adhesive located on the bottom side of this combination of adhesive material in the form of adhesive 5. Using only indicated here, the roller 17 is provided hardening. But before that, in the carrier tape 13 must have completed the 12 fold that here in detail is not presented. Another preferred form of implementation are presented in Fig.6 and 7. There is adhesive on two sides of self-adhesive strip 5, which is used for bonding the sealing strip 1 or, respectively, of the carrier tape 13 to constructive element 20 and the bonding profile, in particular profile 21 under the plaster for a constructive element 20. This adhesive on two sides of self-adhesive strip 5 stands for the longitudinal edge 3 of the carrier tape 13, as shown in the present embodiment, measured transversely to the longitudinal length of the sealing tape 1 half-width. Respectively on the lower side (in the figure 7 it is accordingly an image of the upper side) self-adhesive strip half width ensures the bonding of the carrier tape 13, and in this condition the speaker for the longitudinal edge 3 adhesive area is covered with a protective layer 9.

Located opposite the adhesive surface of the self-adhesive layer 5 over the entire width covered with a suitable protective layer 7, and accordingly can be used over the entire surface on the Les for the removal of this protective layer 7.

Self-adhesive strip 5 in the sense of the invention, as shown in Fig.6, is an extension or part of the sealing tape 1 or, respectively, of the carrier tape 13.
