SUBSTANCE: locking rod of injector of polymer container casting machine is provided with locking system preventing separation of rod air driven piston. Said rod is furnished with said air driven piston arranged on one end of said rod. Said piston comprises cylindrical body, lock screw screwed inside said body, and round nut screwed on lock screw to lock body-lock screw assembly when said screw is completely screwed in. Said rod is locked between lock screw and body. In operation, piston is subjected to significant loads.

EFFECT: ruling out piston and rod seizure to up machine efficiency.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to a locking stem injection nozzles machine designed for molding plastic containers.

The level of technology

In engineering there are several systems of injection molding machines, provided with a stem, the locking of the injection nozzle.

These systems are equipped with a reversible pneumatic pistons, which as a whole is attached corresponding to the locking rod. The task of driving the pneumatic piston is in the opening or closing of the passage for the molten plastic material through the nozzle, which is done by means of a locking rod or a simple latch.

One of the disadvantages of these known injection systems is the need of the stops of the machine for maintenance in damages of the fixing devices of the pneumatic piston, usually containing a few screws.

In fact, in most cases, is the loosening and/or breaking screws that connect two or more parts forming the pneumatic piston in the main body of the piston and the bottom. This requires urgent maintenance with the appropriate stop production.

Moreover, the increased performance of modern injection of injection the machines, pushing the molding process to the limit, leads to the fact that molds are experiencing an increasing workload and, thus, the node pneumatic piston-rod, more and more suffer from the above disadvantages.

The sample injection system with the mentioned problems are described in the document WO 00/74920.

Therefore, there is a need to create a locking rod to overcome the above disadvantages.

Disclosure of inventions

The first aim of the present invention is to provide a locking rod of the injection nozzle injection molding machines, equipped with a locking system designed to prevent separation of the parts constituting the pneumatic piston exposed to significant loads during operation of the machine.

Another purpose served by the rod corresponding to the present invention is to prevent seizing of the piston and, accordingly, jamming the locking rod, resulting in significantly reduced the number of maintenance and increasing the productivity of the molding machine.

Therefore, the present invention is directed to achieving the above goals by creating a locking rod of the injection nozzles machine designed for molding containers made of plastic material, with one end pointed to by the second shaft provided with a drive piston, the relevant paragraph 1, of the formula of the invention where the above-mentioned drive piston contains essentially cylindrical housing, the locking screw, screwed inside the said casing, and a round nut, screw to the outside of the mentioned locking screw in order to fix the node locking screw housing when the screw is screwed completely.

The advantage of such a rod is that it contains the locking system of the type nut/locking nut, which prevents loosening.

The advantage of the present invention is that the aforementioned locking system, thanks to the simplicity of the design is a cost-effective solution to the problem of separation of parts of the piston during operation of the injection molding machine.

The dependent claims describe preferred embodiments of the invention.

Injection system, mainly used in injection molding machines for the manufacture of containers made of plastic material and consist of:

fuel injection nozzle with a hot channel for the passage of molten plastic material;

- the locking rod or a simple valve mentioned nozzle;

- reversible pneumatic piston located in the corresponding working chamber or cylinder and the right to control the specified stock;

- thrust bearing, which serves as a guide for the valve.

The drawing shows appropriate option for implementation of the locking rod corresponding to the present invention.

At one end of such locking rod 4 is driven pneumatic piston, including:

- essentially cylindrical housing 1

- locking screw 2,

round nut 3.

It is advisable that the locking screw 2 is screwed into the housing 1 or in the top of the piston, kept the valve 4 on the inside of the piston.

The valve 4 is fixed between the screw 2 and the housing 1 of the piston. It is advisable that between the base 7 of the valve 4 and the housing 1 can be installed washer 5.

Round nut 3, the outside screw on the locking screw 2 that secures the latter and forms a piston Assembly. Therefore, round nut 3 is the lower cha is part of the piston (drawing).

Between round nut 3 and the housing 1 of the piston is provided by inserting a gasket or seal 6, such as, for example, O-ring.

The installation site of the piston, the piston includes the following steps:

- insert the rod 4 into the housing 1 of the piston with the possibility of installing washer 5 between the base 7 of the shaft 4 and the above-mentioned case,

- fix the rod 4 by screwing the locking screw 2 into the housing 1,

- screw round nut 3 locking screw 2.

Therefore, the installation and the corresponding fixation site rod-piston is reliable and at the same time largely simple.

In the drawing the length of the round nuts 3 along the longitudinal axis X is such that after newarchive of the screw 2 end surface 10 of the screw will protrude from the end surface of the mentioned round nuts.

On the other hand, in another embodiment (not shown) is provided such longitudinal length of the round nut 3, that the end surface 10 of the screw does not project over the front surface 9 of the round nuts.

The end surface 10 of the screw 2 may be provided with a socket 8 for the insertion of the key.

The advantage is that the above-described device corresponding to the invention, with its anti-loosen reduces the amount of maintenance and, consequently, increase productivity, l is theway machine.

3. The locking rod according to claim 1, in which between a round nut (3) and the housing (1) is the seal (6).

SUBSTANCE: constant low-pressure shut-off electropneumatic valve includes high pressure cavity with gas supply channel and low pressure cavity separated from it with fixed seat and shut-off gate and having discharge channel; control electromagnetic valve with inlet seat interconnected with gas supply channel, control element actuated with an electromagnet, and outlet seat interconnected with atmosphere, cylindrical chamber with movable element connected to the stock with shut-off gate and forming the main cavity in the chamber on the stock side, which is interconnected with atmosphere and includes mechanical spring, and on opposite side - auxiliary cavity interconnected with cavity of electromagnetic valve. High pressure cavity is divided into inlet and outlet parts with additional control gate. This gate is a part of shut-off gate and interconnected with inlet part by means of additional movable seat. SUBSTANCE: procedure for sealing electromagnetic valve of high pressure consists in its sealing in closed position by interaction between metal circular edge of seat and shut-off element under high pressure of working substance actuating spring and in valve opening by said spring squeezing and shut-off element opening with force of electro-magnet when is fed with electric current. The shut-off element has conic working surface. The seat with the edge is made on flat surface whereon there is placed a packing in form of an elastic film ring, An external end of the said ring is rigidly attached to said flat surface. An internal end of the ring has a lug over the edge of the seat; it is pressed inside with offset of the internal end of the ring into a side of its periphery increasing pressure tightness. There is disclosed the device for implementation of the said procedure.

EFFECT: raised reliability of operation of electro-magnetic valve and its increased resource by increased degree of its closure tightness.

SUBSTANCE: packless valve with mechanical remote control consists of case of locking device and magnetic control device. The magnetic control device includes a permanent magnet and a case, axle, spring and a carriage made of non-magnetic material. The carriage is actuated with a cable. The cable is connected with a remote control panel and is displaced in an anti-friction casing by means of turn of a valve control handle actuated by a slight effort of an operator. The permanent magnet is secured on the carriage and is located relative to a stop of a stationary core, magnetising it in such way that effect of magnetic field to the stop of the stationary core is changed at its displacement. It results in changes of interaction force between the permanent magnet and the stop.

EFFECT: raised reliability and safety of pipeline systems, facilitating their control without electric power.

SUBSTANCE: packless valve with mechanical remote control consists of case of locking device and magnetic control device. The magnetic control device includes a permanent magnet and a case, axle, spring and a carriage made of non-magnetic material. The carriage is actuated with a cable. The cable is connected with a remote control panel and is displaced in an anti-friction casing by means of turn of a valve control handle actuated by a slight effort of an operator. SUBSTANCE: water supply valve comprises a body, the first outlet hole for water supply into a tap, an outlet hole for water drain from the tap, a control valve, suitable for adjustment of a water flow from an inlet hole into an outlet hole, a lever, connected to a control valve to control the control valve, a control handle connected to the lever so that relative axial displacement is provided between them, and a displacement element arranged beyond the limits of the body between the lever and the handle so that the handle is elastically displaced to the side from the control valve. In another version the displacement element is arranged beyond the borders of the body between a ball and a control handle. In the last case the ball holds a movable disc.

EFFECT: elastic load at the control handle or from the control handle is ensured.

SUBSTANCE: drive mechanism represents an oscillating gearbox and comprises a housing, three sun wheels, satellites. The driving wheel has external gears. The driven wheel has internal gears. The third wheel with external gears is supporting. The third wheel is fixed and rotates on the gearbox housing. The satellites interact with three sun wheels. A two-stand blocker provides either stopping of a supporting wheel with respect to a rack, or stopping of all gearbox wheels with respect to each other. The satellites are staggered in two layers. The inside layer satellites interact with the supporting wheel, while the outside layer satellites - with the driven wheel and the inside layer satellites. The driving wheel interacts with the outside layer satellites. The gearbox housing represents a cup with a bottom hole for a hollow shaft of a driving wheel and supplied with a mounting flange. The flange is attached to the body of a controlled object. The driven wheel is supplied with an outlet flange with a driving wheel resting against. The flange is used for coupling with a movable link of the controlled object. The driving wheel shaft passes in the hole of the supporting wheel.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: back valve consists of external case with inlet and outlet channels. A circular seat, contacting the seat shut-off spring-loaded element with a double-sided rod, and rigidly fastened fairing are arranged in an internal cavity of the case forming a circular channel of a Venturi nozzle-like profile. The rod travels in two bushings fixed in the seat and along axis of the fairing with webbing. The seat is divided into two parts: an external one - with power thread, and internal one rigidly fixed with a thrust ring. This ring is positioned in a circular slot formed with contact surfaces of the external and internal parts of the seat and with a boring on internal surface of the external case. Contact surfaces of the thrust ring and the external part of the seat are conic. The thrust ring is divided into parts along lines parallel to diametre of circumference of ring section. A centring bushing of the rod of the shut-off element is installed in an additional fairing from the side of the inlet channel. The additional fairing is fixed in the seat with webbing. The centring bushing is equipped with a protective movable cylinder. The cylinder is secured in external spherical working surface of the shut-off element. Ends of the centring bushings of the rod are equipped with protective removable plugs. There is claimed the version of design of the back valve.

SUBSTANCE: non-return valve includes body, inlet and outlet branch pipes, partition with central hole, stabiliser with conic and support surfaces, locking member located in the body so that it can moved. On one side between seal in the body and end surface in the groove of the body there installed is clamp cover and ring with sealed conic surface at α angle. On other side in the valve body there installed is guide bushing with conic surface at β angle. In central channel of guide bushing there installed is streamlined plug with possibility of its being moved in liquid flow direction and its interacting with the appropriate conic surfaces of ring and guide bushing. Streamlined plug has tight unloading chamber for balancing of mass of plug volume with mass of volume of displaced fluid. By means of inlet and outlet branch pipes there symmetrically installed are screws with eccentric flanges and expansion nuts for interaction both with end surfaces of branch pipes and with other surface of valve body through eccentric flanges of screws.

EFFECT: reduction of element base of the valve design and reduction of labour costs both during manufacture and during its service at operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of valve building, in particular to check valves, and is intended for prevention of back flow in gas, oil lines of high pressure, in power engineering. Check valve with axial direction of flow comprises external body with inlet and outlet channels. Internal cavity of body contains the following components arranged with creation of circular channel - rigidly fixed fairing, circular seat and contacting spring-loaded stop element with inseparably fixed stem. Stem moves in sliding bearings along flow axis. Sealing surface of stop element is arranged in the form of sphere part. Centre of this sphere is arranged in the middle of distance between external ends of support bearings of stop element stem in closed position of valve. Sealing surface of seat is arranged as conical and tangential to specified sphere.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas producing industry and is designed for implementation in pumps transferring viscous fluids, particularly in well sucker-rod pumps used for mechanised extraction of oil from wells. The back valve consists of a case with a chamber. A cage, saddle and shut off element interacting with the saddle are arranged in the chamber; the shut off element has packed surface and a cylinder shank end. A split protecting bushing is installed in the case. Grooves with collars are made in the direction of case axis. The saddle is installed on one side in the case with a gap between internal diametre of the groove and the saddle. Through threaded elements the saddle with a branch is fixed in the case. The cage with channels for fluid flow and with the central opening is installed in the case on the other side. The cage is fixed with a threaded ring. The shut off element with the shank end, threaded point and circular gap for fluid flow between the shut off element and the chamber is installed above the saddle through the central opening of the cage. A lifting screw with adjustment of its weight is arranged at the end of the shut off element. The saddle, a partition, the shut off element and the split protecting bushing are made out of corrosion resistant polymer material.

EFFECT: upgraded reliability and service ability, reduced number of repair of wells equipped with sucker-rod pumps with said valves.

SUBSTANCE: valve has the basis without carving, a demountable insert without carving and the return valve located in an insert aperture. The part of the return valve has an elastic leg for support in the inspissation established in the insert. There are versions of performance of the valve unit. In one version the pair of elastically spring-applied latched levers keeps the insert in the basis. Flanges on latched levers are elastically spring-applied for bending and basis capture at insert pushing in the basis. Insert extraction is carried out by means of remission and lifting of latched levers. In other version the insert is magnetically bridged to the basis. The elastically spring-applied part of the return valve and a regulator in the form of a set screw regulate pressure of the stream.

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: check valve (160) incorporates cup (162), ring (164) fitted to slide along a part of the aforesaid cup between its open and closed positions. The travel of ring (164) is limited by flange (66) interacting with the former. Smelt channel (177) is formed along the check valve (160). Ring (164) open, the said smelt channel comprises two additional centering parts (110) arranged along whatever combination of the following elements, i.e. cup (162), ring (164), flange (66), additional centering elements (110). Ring (164) closed, the latter are arranged tightly and in parallel to make a centering seal allowing an essential smelt backflow shut-off in valve (160). The centering seal ensures an efficient restriction of the smelt backflow even in the case of a short-term translation between the said additional centering parts (110) in injecting the smelt. A pair of additional thrust-seal parts are arranged on the rear of ring (164) and the front of flange (66). An end face seal gets formed between them when valve closes to facilitate shutting off the smelt backflow in the smelt channel (177).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to check valves and it can be used for cutting off reverse flow in high-pressure gas main lines. Proposed check valve with axial direction of flow has outer housing with inlet and outlet channels. Inner cone-shaped member in form of Venturi nozzles is made in inner space of housing to form ring channel. Shutoff member is installed in support cup of said member by means of bearing unit. Said shutoff member is made in form of rod with disk and is provided with spring displacement mechanism. Disk is in contact with seat over working surface. Seat is made in form of ring with contact conical surface inscribing seat into profile of ring channel. Seal of seat made in form of stressed two-layer U-shaped element. Said element is installed with its inner space opposite to cutoff flow in ring slot of outer housing in zone of contact conical surface of seat. Bearing unit of shutoff member is formed by at least two relatively overlapping bushings corresponding in assembly to length of support cup of inner cone-shaped member. Zone of overlapping of bushings is made stepped. Length of each zone of overlapping is minimum half as large as thickness of walls of bushings working surface of disk of shutoff member is formed by mated surfaces of sphere and torus, with radius of sphere 3.5 times greater than radius of torus. Tilting of conical contact surface of seat to longitudinal axis of valve is set at angle not exceeding 43 degrees.

EFFECT: improved reliability of valve owing to increased sealing of valve.

SUBSTANCE: check valve comprises housing, inlet and outlet branch pipes, and baffle provided with rod for valving member mounted inside the housing for permitting movement. The baffle provided with the central opening is interposed between the housing and outlet branch pipe from one side. The stabilizer with conical and bearing surface, central opening, and passages for flowing fluid is interposed between the inlet branch pipe and housing from the other side. The ribs of the stabilizer and the baffle are made at an angle to the flow of fluid. The valving member is provided with surfaces corresponding to the conical and bearing surfaces of the stabilizer and is mounted in the central openings of the baffle and stabilizer to cut off the passages for flowing fluid in the stabilizer.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability, reduced hydraulic resistance, and prolonged service life.

One side of the housing is provided with the conical central passage for flowing fluid. The other side is provided with recess and collar with bearing surface. SUBSTANCE: check valve comprises housing, conical chamber, valving member with the axle, and conical plug. The housing has two openings at its center. One of the openings is used for fluid flow and is provided with flexible bushing mounted on the outer surface of the housing that cooperates with the inner surface of the pump-compressor pipe. The other opening receives the valving member whose axle with the collar and conical plug are interconnected by means of a threaded joint through the side passages in the chamber. The outer side of the housing is provided with projections that cooperate with the faces of the pump-compressor pipes connected with the clutch. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the moulds for production of the elastomeric products by casting under pressure, in particular, for production of the rubber covers for the stators of the screw type gyrator hydromachines. The mould contains the core (1) with the screw teeth (2), the inlet channel (3) and the casting channels (4) made on one side of the core (1), two centering bushes (5) and (6) mounted on the edges of the core, and two nuts (9) and (10) mounted on threaded tails on the core edges, and also it includes the hollow body (13)of the being produced stator mounted on the centering bushes concentrically to the core (1) forming with the bushes and the core (1) the molding cavity (14). The centering bush arranged on the side of the inlet channel and the casting channels of the core, is made with the casting spinnerets (15) being the prolongation of the casting channels of the core. The centering bush has two longitudinal through grooves, each of which is connected with the circular dead-end grooves, and the core has two mounted fixers , at the contact of the walls of the circular dead-end grooves with which the centering bush through the casting spinnerets joins or disconnects the casting channels of the core with the molding cavity. The technical result of the invention is provision of the uniform density of the elastomeric cover, the increase of its physical-mechanical characteristics and the increased output of the ready products.
