SUBSTANCE: tool comprises a rotary knife with a working surface in the form of a truncated cone and plate knives of triangular shape. Plate knives are installed on the inner side of the rotary knife. The tool comprises a hydraulic motor made as a tool hub with a rotor inside, which are located along the axis of the rotary knife rotation. The body of the hydraulic motor is combined with the tool stand, and the rotor is connected to the spikes of the rotary knife.

EFFECT: structural design will make it possible to increase quality of surface mulching soil treatment, to reduce clogging of the tool with soil and vegetable remains.

The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to the working bodies of tillage tools for surface mulch tillage and destruction of pests, pathogens of cultivated plants and weed seeds.

Known rotary cultivator [1], having a rotating working bodies, the knives, the working surface of which is presented in the form of a truncated cone forming in the plane passing through the centerline of the inclined axis and the axis of rotation of the fixing rack is angled crumbling to the horizontal, and the bottom point of the circle, forming the cutting edge of each knife is placed on the axis of rotation of the mounting rack.

The prototype is lumiline rotation [2]. It contains a rotary working bodies-knives with the working surface in the form of a truncated cone attached to the hub with spokes, with the possibility of rotation. On the inside working surface of the rotary working bodies of the blades radially mounted plate knives, with their bases by forming the working surface of the rotary bodies.

Common faults and analog prototype is that their working bodies operate in passive mode. In the process, they rotate only due to the impact of soil layer that is prone to clogging with soil, plants the positive residues and do not always provide high quality crushing and mulching topsoil.

In addition, there is no mechanism angle of the working body, depending on the physico-mechanical properties of the treated soil, which also leads to reduction in the quality of its surface treatment.

The essence of the invention is as follows.

The task we address the working body tillage tools is to improve the quality of surface mulch tillage, reduced zabyvaemo working body of soil and plant litter.

The technical result - the reduction of traction resistance and preventing jamming of the working body, the increase in the degree of crumbling soil.

This is achieved by working Oran tillage tools, including rotary knife with a working surface in the form of a truncated cone and plate knives triangular in shape, mounted on its inner side, has a hydraulic motor, made in the form of the hub of the working body with the rotor inside, along the axis of rotation of the rotary knife, the body of which is combined with the stand of the working body, and the rotor is connected with the spokes of the rotary knife, and that hour is equipped with a mechanism for regulating the angle of inclination of the working body.

The present invention has a significant and distinctive feature of forming a new body, not known from the Urals branch of the nya techniques", the prototype has a hydraulic motor, made in the form of the hub of the working body with the rotor inside, located on the axis of rotation of the rotary knife, the body of which is combined with the stand of the working body, and the rotor is connected with the spokes of the rotary knife. In addition, the rack is equipped with a mechanism for regulating the angle of inclination of the working body.

The proposed work body tillage tools shown in the drawing, consisting of a rotary blade (1) with the working surface in the form of a truncated cone, plastic knives (2) triangular installed on the inner side of the rotary knife, spokes (3), a rotor (4) of the motor housing (5) of the motor, the rack (6) the working body, oil (7), the mechanism of regulation of the angle of inclination of the working body (8). The hydraulic motor is located on the axis of rotation of the rotary knife (00). Its body (5) combined with a rack (6) the working body (1)and the rotor (4) is mounted in the housing for rotation and connected with spokes (3) rotary knife.

During this rotation the working body is mounted so that the plane of the cutting edge of the rotary knife forming an angle of attack α to the direction of movement, adjustable angle of inclination β to the vertical, and the rear side of the working surface of the rear cutting angle ε.

The principle of rotating the working body tillage tools mentioned is carried out in the following: When moving across the field of rotary blade (1), installed on the inner surfaces of the vane blades (2), fixed to the rotor (4) of the motor by means of spokes (3), buried at the set depth "a" and moves at this depth in the direction of movement of the unit.

In the process, the rotary blade (1) is rotated by a torque generated by the motor (5) with angular velocity ω.

When active the rotation speed of the rotary knife more than its passive rotation speed due to the impact of the soil.

When this happens intensive crushing due to the deformation of the isolation of the individual pieces, cut plate knives (2). Is provided by moving the cutting of the soil, thereby reducing traction resistance. Eliminates clogging of the working body soil and plant residues by active rotation.

The presence of the rack mechanism of regulation of the angle of inclination β of the working body provides high quality processing of various mechanical composition of the soil.

The spherical disc is made of two parts. The attachment part of the disc has the shape of a spherical segment with an opening in the centre below the size of the polyhedron of the axle. The working part of the disc is in form of a spherical layer with a cutting edge on the larger diametre. The spherical layer of the working part of the disc is interfaced with spherical segment of the attachment part by mounting shoulders and mating faces. SUBSTANCE: unit of the present invention includes a flat disc furnished with a mounting hole made at its centre, and teeth. The teeth are made in the form of loosely installed axle-mounted small-sized flat discs arranged on either side symmetrically to the main disc. The small-sized discs vary in diameters, with one half of the discs having diameter twice that of the other half of the discs. The said small-sized discs are positioned equidistant from one another in an alternate arrangement. The distance from the small-sized discs to the main disc is half as much as that from large-sized discs. All discs are journaled at their axes so as to rotate on roller bearings. Both sides of the flat disc feature one additional concave disc. The concave disc features small-sized discs axes rigidly mounted thereon. Spherical disks of smaller diameter are arranged symmetrically on both sides of a flat disk. All disks are pivotally set on a bushing which is journaled in the central aperture. Teeth are made in form of small disks and consist of one spherical and one flat dick of the same diameter. Tooth disks are arranged in pairs symmetrically around circumference of bigger spherical disks so, that axes of all pairs of smaller disks are rigidly fixed in spherical disks. Disks on axes are pivotally mounted up to a stop. The stop is rigidly fixed on axes of pair disks in such a way, that working edges of smaller disks do not contact surfaces of spherical disks.
