FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to diverse assembly fixtures to be used in limited access conditions. Proposed fixture of needle-sleeve type comprises case with location surfaces and guide accommodating hollow slide spring-loaded to said case and provided with rod, handle spring loaded to said rod furnished with needle seat, and limiter of relative displacement of rod and handle. Case accommodates spring loaded lever with shoulder and chamfer on its end. Handle may displace relative to slide and has its face provided with surface to interact with lever chamfer. One face of slide has surfaces to interact with lever chamfer and shoulder, while opposite face is provided with sleeve location hole. Aforesaid limiter is made up of groove made in rod to receive handle retainer.

EFFECT: improved operating performances.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used to capture, orientation, fixing, connection and disconnection of the parts in the Assembly process in conditions of limited access, mainly in the Assembly of parts like needle-Bush with the fixation element in the form of a layer of glue.

Known compact device for clamping a workpiece (EN 2208719 C2) [1]. The device consists of a spring-loaded slider, located in the housing, a plunger for clamping parts, screws for fixation of the follower handle. The device provides reliable fastening parts and the efficiency of operation by turning the handle, but does not provide an Assembly of parts like needle-Bush.

Known quick-release device snap action for reliable connection and disconnection of joined parts arranged on a common axis, consisting of a body, spring-loaded levers, a spring-loaded slider, a spring-loaded rod with a handle (EN 2191933 C2) [2]. The levers are made bevels and shouldered, coinciding with the bevels on the handle rod and the slide. When the translational movement of the handle is the connection of the slide and the rod, the arms shoulder hold the slider is pressed against the rod. For their end is attached to external power through the creation of the translational movement of the handle in the same direction as when the connection. This bevel N. the slider slides on the slanted arms and pushes them releasing the rod from the grips levers, and after removal of the external load is returned to its original position disconnected from the rod and slide. The presence of levers with bevels, and matching bevel on the lever, the handle rod and the slider allows you to quickly and easily make the connection and disconnection of the rod and slider. However, this device does not allow the Assembly of parts like needle-Bush.

A device for the precise orientation of parts to be assembled, taken as a prototype (SU 558111) [3].

The device consists of a stationary casing in the guide which are coaxially arranged spring to the housing and spring-loaded slider to slider rod with a cone on the end portion, and the movable part of the device located in her hole, shared with the cone on the stem. To move the movable part in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the RAM you are using an external drive.

With application of an external force on the end face of the slider, the slider and the rod is moved in the direction to the movable part of the device, and the movable part of the device by an external actuator is moved in the perpendicular direction. Given the emphasis of the conical portion of the rod to the surface of the movable part of the device, movement of the rod stops, and the slide continues to move, compressing the spring rod. When matching holes in the movable part of the device is the STV cone rod movement of the slide, rod and the movable part of the device is terminated. After removal of the external force, the slider and the rod springs back to its original position.

However, this device prevents the operation of the Assembly parts type needle-Bush in a remote place.

The invention solves the task of creating a compact device that provides execution in a remote place, the operation of the Assembly parts type needle-Bush, including the capture of details, orientation, connection, fixation with subsequent extraction of the device where you want with minimal time accurate orientation of stacked surfaces of the needle and sleeve to protect the surface of the needle, which is applied to the layer of adhesive from contact with surfaces of the fixture and the outer surfaces of the bushings and retrieval devices in confined access without damage to the protruding part of the needle.

The technical result to be obtained by the use of the invention is the ability to create high-performance and high-precision instrument used in conditions of limited access in Assembly operations for details type needle-Bush, in particular when installing the supporting needle into the sleeve of the vertical rotor.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in lighting the AI to build parts like needle-Bush, comprising a housing with a base surface and a guide in which is located a hollow spring to the body of the slider with the rod inside the handle, spring-loaded coaxial to the shaft, which made the slot for the needle and stopper relative movement of the rod and the handle, unlike the prototype in the housing has a spring-loaded lever with the shoulder and the bevel on the end of the handle is moveable relative to the slide, at the end of the handle made surface that interacts with the bevel lever, slide on one end surface, interacting with the bevel and the shoulder of the lever, and the other base hole for the bushing. Using the proposed device, due to the fact that the lever being elastically connected with the rod, bearing one of the parts to be assembled (the needle), is moveable relative to the slide with the opportunity to interact with him through mounted in the housing, the lever-latch, and slide made mating with another part (sleeve), successfully implemented the task of Assembly. When performing Assembly operations in a remote place allows fixation of the provisions of the slide with the lever-latch and lo is ogene needle with glue smeared surface is protected from touching the inner cavity of the slide, and also excludes any damage to the needle when removing devices from the hub shell.

The device according to the present invention (Fig 1, 2) includes a housing 1 with a cylindrical bore 2 and the end 3 of the base surfaces. Concentric with the surface 2 in the housing 1 completed guide 4. In case 1, set the axis 5 and the lever 6, at the end of the bevel 7 and a shoulder 8. The lever 6 by a spring 9 is pressed against the housing 1. In the guide 4 is hollow slide 10, on the bottom which made the surface 11, which interacts with the bevel 7 of the lever 6, the upper end of the RAM 10 base hole 12 with a chamfer on the end. The slider 10 through a spring 13 is connected with the housing 1. In the cavity of the slide 10 is a rod 14 with a socket 15 on the upper torus is e for grip needle. The rod 14 by the spring 16 is preloaded against the plate 17 in the handle 18. On the upper end of the handle 18 is made the surface 19 to interact with the bevel 7 of the lever 6. In the lower end of the rod 14 is a collar 20, below which performed a longitudinal groove 21, shared with made in the handle stop 17. In the lower part of the housing 1 is made of longitudinal grooves 22, which are protrusions of the handle 18.

The device operates as follows.

The initial position shown in figure 2. The force of the spring 13 is less than the force of the spring 16. Under the action of the spring 13, the slider 10 through the flange 20 of the rod 14, the spring 16 presses the handle 18 to the bottom base of the housing 1, and the stop 17 of the spring 16 is pressed against the lower edge of the groove 21. The lever 6 by a spring 9 is drawn in to the body 1.

From the initial position of the adjustment knob 18 is translated in its extreme upper position shown in figure 3. When moving the handle 18 with the spring 16, the rod 14 of the slider 10 is moved upward, the surface 11 is combined with the bevel 7 of the lever 6, moving the lever 6 in the direction of the slider 10, the shoulder 8 of the lever 6 gears the lower end of the RAM 10, which prevents movement of the slide 10 down. Due to the fact that the force of the spring 16 greater than the force of the spring 13 between the lower end of the RAM 10 and the upper end of the handle 18 there is a gap between the surface 19 and the bevel 7 on the lever 6 also has a gap. In this position you are installing the needle 23 into the socket 5. Mounted in the socket 15, the needle 23 does not apply greased surface 24 of the walls of the slide 10.

After installing the needle shaft 14 and handle 18 is transferred to the lowest position, and the slider 10 remains in its upper position (figure 4), while the needle is protected from damage during Assembly. The device is ready for combining covered the surface of the needle with the covering surface of the sleeve to secure the needle in the sleeve.

In this position the needle (figure 4) adjustment of their base surfaces 2 and 3 is combined with the base surfaces 26 and 27 of the sleeve 25, the base hole 12 of the slide 10 with its chamfered edges captures the sleeve 25, which provides accurate orientation covering the surface of the sleeve 25 with the greased glue covered surface 24 of the needle 23.

To move the needle 23 from the slot 15 in the sleeve bore 25 and fixing the needle in the sleeve, the handle 18 is moved to the upper position (figure 5) and through the spring 16 transmits the force on the rod 11, which inserts the needle into the hole of the sleeve, and the stop 17 under the action of the spring 16 is in the lower position in the groove 21, and between the surface 19 of the handle 18 and the bevel 7 of the lever 6 remains a gap.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fixing devices. The latch is used for fixing a thin wall with an aperture to a wall support also equipped with an aperture. The latch has a support part placed near the wall support in its aperture and a head part diverging from the said support part. The head part of the latch corresponds to a removable part. Overcoming spring force directed radially outside this removable part can be inserted into an enveloping removable part with a groove formed with the aperture in the thin wall or held with the aperture in the thin wall. According to the first version the support part includes an element identical to design of the head part and arranged mirror-like. According to the second version the case is equipped with fixing cams clamped in the aperture in the thin wall. According to the third version there are hold down elements containing two disk-shaped plates arranged next to each other or one behind the other with an offset. The invention also refers to a drawer and a case implementing the latch according to the first or the second version.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be implemented in structures requiring frequent and quick disconnection. Rapid-action coupling consists of a cylinder rod inserted in holes of coupled parts and a fixing spring; also the cylinder rod has an end with a head and a free end. The fixing spring is equipped with clamps and is made with two parallel branches having ends secured on a coupled part with clamps on opposite relative to the head of the rod side. The free end of the rod is made with two parallel relative to each other flats and correspondingly with two grooves. Flats and grooves are arranged mutually perpendicular relative to each other. Dimension of flats facilitates free travel of the free end of the rod between the branches of the fixing spring. Dimension of grooves ensures total embedding of branches of the fixing spring in them at the moment of completion of coupling parts and during operation.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of device operation due to simplicity and reliability of design; possibility to assemble and disassemble coupling with one hand; also possibility to assemble and disassemble coupling not accessing rod from side of fixing spring.

SUBSTANCE: proposed connected intended for jointing flat or spherical parts on bearing structure, preferably, for fastening boards or panels on aircraft airframe comprises clamper fitted on board or panel. Clamper accommodates inserted pin for it position to be regulated in certain limits at least vertically, with respect to surface of board or panel. Inserted pin is aligned with receptacle arranged on bearing structure and made from elastically deformable soft material, and has chamber to receive aforesaid pin. SUBSTANCE: locking device comprises rod, balls, bushing, and spring mounted inside the housing that is set in the housing of the rod heating unit. The spring-loaded bushing has through opening for the rod and ring recess for the balls and pin mounted in the through opening made in the housing. The rod is unmovable and is mounted in the bushing having the mushroom for the clamping device. The bushing is made for permitting lowering down until the top wall of the recess abuts against the rod, which provides the clamping device to cooperate with the mushroom. When the clamping device is detached from the mushroom, the bushing moves upward under the action of the spring until the bottom wall of the recess abuts against the rod. In so doing, the balls enter the ring groove in the housing of the rod heating unit thus providing self-locking.

SUBSTANCE: device for fixture element screwing consists of cassette, of distributing mechanism whereto there is introduced lower end of cassette and screwing bore, positioned on one axis with screwing rod of screwing/unscrewing device mounted on carriage of vertical travel. The distributing mechanism consists of a rocking structure enveloping a lower part of the cassette and rotating around vertical axis. The said structure in its front part includes two lugs (P1 and P2) shifted relative to each other by height and partially overlapping each other to delimit a passage for transfer at angle to vertical. Also, the structure includes bush (2) of fixture elements (1).

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: procedure for connection of parts consists in alignment of parts so, that one parts envelopes another and in their fixation. Also, an element conjugated with a cavity in the enveloping part is made on the end of the enveloped part; this element increases in cross section in the direction to the end of the part. The distinguished feature of the claimed procedure is fabrication of the enveloped part out of composite material, while the enveloping part is made out of metal. The latter is compound and consists of straps with external thread and of a sleeve with internal thread. Parts are connected successively. First, straps are aligned with internal thread, further, the sleeve is aligned with the straps.

EFFECT: increased strength and reliability of connection of metal parts with parts out of composite materials; repair ability of connection.

SUBSTANCE: locking connection consists of case with orifice and circular groove. The orifice has radial slots from the side of the case end. The slots are uniformly located relative to the orifice and enter into the circular groove. Also, the locking connection has a locking ring with uniformly arranged lugs. The locking ring is inserted in the circular groove of the case. Diametre of lugs bases correspond to diametre of the orifice of the case; while width and amount of lugs correspond to width and number of slots of the case. The locking ring has crown teeth distant from external diametre of lugs at a value exceeding depth of the circular groove; the teeth are bent inside slots of the case and are shifted in the circumferential direction relative to the lugs of the locking ring; their shift does not exceed half of angle between neighbour lugs. Width and number of the crown teeth correspond to width and number of case slots. Procedure for implementation of the said locking connection consists in making the circular groove in the case with the slots entering the groove; the locking ring is inserted into the case till it gets into the circular groove. The lugs of the locking ring are inserted through the slots of the case; also after the locking ring gets into the circular groove, it is turned in circumferential direction inside the circular groove till the crown teeth match with the slots of the case; further, the crown teeth are bent into the said slots of the case.

SUBSTANCE: facility for fixation of mutual angular position of two parts consists of retainer with stop made on periphery of washer for interaction with stop of one of fixed parts and of central opening. Stops of the second fixed part are made in form of cutting edges of tops of polyhedron on its end interacting with facets of the retainer formed when the retainer is press-fitted to polyhedron. Diametre of the central opening if the retainer is less, than diametre of the circumscribed circle of polyhedron and bigger, than diametre of inscribed circle of polyhedron. External surface of the retainer is conjugated with surface of a seat for it, made in the first fixed part; also depth of the seat exceeds thickness of the retainer, and end of polyhedron is recessed relative to the end of the first fixed part.

EFFECT: mutual fixation of two parts in any relative angular position and increased accuracy of adjustment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making and machine building and can be used to lock cylindrical and tapered pins jointing two parts together. The method consists in fitting the pin into the hub hole and, further on, into coaxial hole in the shaft, the pin being fitted in the said holes with a location fit. Now, a piece of pipe made from thermosetting plastic is placed above the pin end face with a clearance to be heated by hot air till tight coverage of the hub and pins.
