FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to winnowing machines used to clean grain from short and long admixtures in farms and grain processing enterprises of agroindustrial complex. The cylindrical separator comprises a cellular cylinder, a loading and distribution auger, a receiving and discharge device, an upper tray with a discharge auger. The receiving and discharge device is made as an inclined base, where guide plates are fixed at the angle to its longitudinal edge that is more than the angle of friction. The lower part of each plate, starting from the end of the base, in its plane has a bucket-like shape, the lower edge of which is formed as a cylinder and is connected with a comb-shaped sieve installed under the bucket-like part of the plate. The upper edge is arranged along the horizontal line from the vertical diameter of the cylinder before crossing with the lower edge and ends of the comb-shaped sieve. Limiting plates are fixed perpendicularly to the lower surface of the inclined base.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of grain material cleaning, simplification and reduction of material and energy intensity of the device.

The proposed separator refers to a grain cleaning machines used to clean grain from short and long impurities in farms and processing enterprises of the agroindustrial complex (AIC).

Known for manufacturing cylindrical screening used for cleaning wheat from short impurities separately, for example puppet Trier Afrosoricida, and impurities from the long - sugny Trier Afrosoricida and Egglomania. Known cylindrical Trier - osgoodby equipped with oblong avsugning cells for the removal of grains of oats in the tray and the device in the form of an inclined plane forming an angle α with the horizontal cross-section of the cylinder, on which perpendicularly mounted guide plates forming an angle β with the horizontal in longitudinal section. The guide plate speed of longitudinal movement of the processed material along which elendra to the exit, providing cleaning the surface of the grains from adhering dust (dirt). The processed material with an inclined guide device gets to comb sieve, which contributes to the expansion layer and the filling of the cells in the lower right part of the circumference of the cylinder (see EN No. 2182046 and MCI WV 13/02).

However, the above-mentioned cylindrical Trier - osgoodby provides clean grain from the long impurities (wild oat) and its design does not provide for the clearance of material from short impurities, i.e. a combination of Oswego and puppet treerow in a single unit.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result of the present invention is a cylindrical separator consisting of a porous cylinder, equipped with a puppet and avsugning cells, loading and distribution of the auger, the upper output tray screw, receiving an output device in the form of a lower tray (see EN 2319558, MKI VW 13/02. Publ. 20.03.2008. Bull. No. 8).

A disadvantage of the known cylindrical separator is the design complexity and the fact that he, providing simultaneous clearing of material from the long and short of impurities in one machine, not cleans the surface of the grains from adhering dust (dirt), because the removal of the grain in the bin cell surface occurs immediately flow after filing recognize the aqueous material from the boot-distributing auger. This eliminates the possibility of combining simultaneous cleaning of grain from the long and short of impurities from dry cleaning its surface in a single unit.

Thus, the technical problem of the invention is to develop a cylindrical separator for combining simultaneous cleaning of grain from the long and short of impurities from dry cleaning its surface, which is in production lines at plants in individual grain peeling machine.

The technical result of the invention is to simplify, reduce material and energy intensity of the device, the efficiency of cleaning of the grain material.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the cylindrical separator containing a wire mesh cylinder, boot-distributing auger, the alarm output device, the upper output tray screw, according to the invention receiving output device made in the form of an inclined base, which is fixed at an angle β greater than the friction angle to its longitudinal edge, the guide plate, the lower part of the plate, starting from the end of the inclined base, in its plane has a scoop-like shape, the lower edge of which is formed in the shape of a cylinder and connected with the installed underneath the comb sieve and the upper edge of the implement the Jena on a horizontal line from the vertical diameter of the cylinder to the intersection with the bottom edge and ends of the comb sieve, to the lower surface of the inclined base perpendicularly attached to the bounding plates.

Distinctive features of the proposed device are a new performing reception and output device and the availability of new structural elements, namely comb sieve and the bounding plates.

Perform receiving an output device in the form of an inclined base with a fixed guide plates with bucket part creates the conditions for the passage of the long and short of impurities to the cellular surface and fill the cells with grains of cockle and oats in a favorable zone. Inclined base contributes to the expansion layer and the filling of the cells to the right side, favorable conditions for sticky grains of impurities in the cell.

The presence of comb sieve set bucket under the lower part of the guide plates, promotes grain orientation and creates the force of pressure when they pass beneath the guide plates and friction for sticky grains of impurities in the cell and clean the surface of the wheat grains from adhering dust (dirt).

The presence of the bounding plates under the base receiving the output device and entering them all into the layers of the rising grain flow creates the condition for the relative motion of the grains on the cellular surface is sticky grains of impurities in the cell. This helps to increase the utilization of cellular surface of the separator, and the intensification of dry cleaning the surface of the grain friction. Receiving output device with the guide plates in combination with the comb sieve and the bounding plates provides rotational movement of the grain layer on the porous surface, prevents the formation of a fixed part in the center layer that occurs in existing tierah and slows down the process of passage of the seeds to the work surface and fill the cells with grains of impurities. The removal of the grains of the base material in the tray mesh surface and the conveyor device known in the above cylindrical separator eliminates the possibility of the operation of dry cleaning of the surface of the grains from adhering dust.

Thus, a new set of listed structural elements and features located in relation to each other, leads to the strengthening of the technical properties of the structure of the cylindrical separator, expressed in combining technology clean grain from short and long impurities from dry cleaning its surface from adhering dust, which increases the efficiency of cleaning material, and in the creation of material and energy saving machine.

The comparison of the proposed cylindrical with whom paratore with other technical solutions of the prior art in the patent and scientific and technical documentation has allowed to establish, what the authors have not identified a solution that includes a set of features, similar or equivalent to the claimed. This allows to make a conclusion on the conformity of the proposal with the criteria of "novelty" and "inventive step".

The essence of the proposed design cylindrical separator is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 schematically shows a cross-section of the cylindrical separator, figure 2 shows a view of the tilting device with the guide plates and the comb sieve.

We offer cylindrical separator contains a wire mesh cylinder 1, the boot-distribution screw 2 of the supply pipe, the upper tray 3 with output auger (see figure 1). Inside the cylinder 1 is installed receiving output device made in the form of an inclined base 4, which is attached at an angle β greater than the friction angle to its longitudinal edge of the guide plate 5 (see figure 2). The lower part 6 of the plate 5, starting from the end of base 4, in its plane has a scoop-like shape, the lower edge of which is formed in the shape of the cylinder 1 and installed bucket under part 6 of the plate comb sieve 7. The upper edge of the bucket part 6 is made on a horizontal line from the vertical diameter of the cylinder 1 to the intersection with the bottom edge and ends of the comb sieve 7. The proposed separator operates as follows. Initial grain material to be treated from the long and short of impurities and grain surface from adhering dust (dirt), served in a wire mesh cylinder 1 through the loading distribution screw 2 of the supply pipe. Screw 2 with a thin layer distributes the source material for the initial part of the honeycomb surface. Grains of oats and cockle, focusing its long axis in the direction of rotation of the surface, together with the grain pass in comb sieve 6 and passing under the lower surface of the guide plates 5, sink into the cells and are carried in tray 3 (positions C, D, E, figure 1). When this layer of the processed material rises cell surface (upward flow) and get away with it (downflow) by an inclined base 4 (position In figure 1), while moving along the cylinder 1 along the guide plate 5 to the lower part of the layer on the comb sieve 6.

The condition for the relative motion of the grain layer while climbing on the rotating surface of the cylinder is provided by a bounding plates 8, which have their ends fixed in the upper part of the ascending (rising) layer, forming a gap with a wire mesh surface is d a=(0,6...0,8)*h, where h is the height of the layer in the place of installation plate. By repeating the subsequent cycles of the rise of the grain layer on the surface of the rotating cylinder 1, its lower surface inclined base 4 on comb sieve 6 and pass through it under the lower part 6 of the guide plate 5 to the cellular surface is completely clean source of grain material from short (cockle) and long (wild oat) impurities, and grain surface from adhering dust (dirt).

The present invention provides the combination of clean grain from short and long impurities to clean the surface from adhering dust (dirt), facilitates the construction of a known cylindrical separator and reduces its material and energy intensity. In this regard, the use of the invention does not require high cost of retrofitting existing treerow or for the production and creation of new cylindrical separator, allows to increase the processing efficiency of the grain material by combining technological operations clean grain from short and long impurities with a dry clean surface for processing agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Buryatia, Russian Federation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be applied in sorting and cleaning of seeds and grain. Essence of method lies in the following: screening is carried out in device for sorting seeds and grain by their length, which represents sorting sections. Each sorting section is equipped with drive, frame with vertical supports and grain cleaner with cells, cell size of grain cleaner of each following section being different from previous one on the same value in ascending order, from minimal to maximal. Vertical supports of each section are made telescopic, and their bases - with rolling-contact bearings and fastener. Device is equipped with loading bucket chain and transshipment transporters, whose body units are connected with telescope joints in the middle of their length. Parallel to each sorting section additional grain cleaners with cells of the same size as in main grain cleaner are installed.
