Proposed method comprises moulding blank from plastic mass based on thermoplastic polymer, heating said mass to softening temperature and applying decorating material on blank surface. Note here that quartz sand 01.-0.2 mm-size particles are used as decorating material to be applied on blank surface in compressed air jet. Proposed method comprises also moulding blank from plastic mass based on thermoplastic polymer, and applying decorating material on blank surface. Note here that quartz sand 0.1-0.2 mm-size particles are used as decorating material to be applied on blank surface heated to softening temperature in compressed air jet.

The invention relates to the field of plastic technology and for the production of artistic products (paintings, murals, Souvenirs, Christmas decorations).

A known method of manufacture of art objects made of plastic masses comprising molding the preform of the plastic mass on the basis of thermoplastic polymers, it is heated to the softening temperature [1].

Object of the invention is the simplification of the method of manufacture of art objects made of plastic masses.

The technical result is achieved in that the method of manufacture of art objects made of plastic masses comprising molding the preform of the plastic mass on the basis of thermoplastic polymers, it is heated to the softening temperature on the surface of the workpiece is served in the compressed air particle inorganic powder is in the range of 0.1-2 mm

The method is illustrated by examples.

1. Plastics-based thermoplastic polymer (polypropylene) is formed into the workpiece. The workpiece is heated to the softening temperature (about 170C), and then on its surface serves a jet of compressed air with suspended therein particles glazed quartz sand 0.1-2 mm After processing the workpiece is cooled, fanned with compressed air to remove not established or poorly anchored on the surface of the particles glazed quartz sand.

2. Plastics-based thermoplastic polymer (polystyrene) is formed into the workpiece. On the surface of the workpiece serves the stream is heated to the softening temperature of the workpiece (100C) compressed air with suspended therein particles of inorganic powder in the range of 0.1-2 mm, obtained by grinding glass, ceramics, rocks, metallurgical slag. After processing the workpiece cool, clean, brush the surface from non-or weakly entrenched entrenched particles of inorganic powder.

The method is simple, can be obtained from plastic art products, characterized by originality and decorative.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of decorative art, in particular, to the field of decorative sculptures making. When making sculptures from birch bark, using methods of intricate treatment of item parts, filigree sculptures are produced. Sculpture making starts from making an item sketch on paper, then birch bark parts are stocked, using an intricate method of jewellery filigree, a frame is assembled on a pig, being modelled from clay in volume of the future sculpture, and after the frame on the pig dries out, it is released from clay. After the clay is taken out from the frame, it is restored, and the ornament is assembled on it using previously prepared parts, then the item is polished, varnished, and its art image is finalised. The item frame may be whole or laced, and the item itself may be decorated with any available material, for instance, stones, metal, leather, etc.

EFFECT: simplified manufacturing of the sculpture, reduced material intensity, and also increased accuracy of sculpture parts making.

FIELD: printing industry.

SUBSTANCE: decorative impregnated paper for printing by means of ink-jet printing method is designed for manufacture of decorative laminates which are used as building material during furniture fabrication and for interior finish. This kind of paper includes impregnated paper base and paint receiving layer. Paper base includes resin for impregnation in quantity of 40 to 250 wt %. In relation to the mass of paper base. After drying the paper has sufficient humidity which is at least 3.5% and spreading of more than 0.4%. Also, method for obtaining the above paper and its use are described.

SUBSTANCE: decorative paper contains a paper base and an ink-absorbent layer. At the same time the ink-absorbent layer is dyed so that the decorative paper after soaking with impregnating resins and pressing as laminate has the same dye, as well as dyeing of laminate from decorative paper, which does not include the ink-absorbent layer. The latter contains a dyeing pigment and/or colorant in the amount rated for a weight of a dry absorbent ink and makes from 45 to 75%.

EFFECT: reduced quantity of a filler and a pigment in the paper base without deterioration of coverage of the proposed decorative paper.

Proposed method consists in direct impregnation by pressing of non-impregnated substrate material with non-impregnated decorative layer and one or more upper layers impregnated with polymer that feature intensity of effluent resin exceeding 8%. Method is implemented using short-cycle presses at 15 to 40 bar and 140 to 220 220C. Intensity of effluent resin is determined by the formula

Proposed method consists in applying coat in UV illumination using colorless luminescent paint including luminophore and binder. Note here that used is organic with abnormally high Stokes shift exceeding 100 nm. Said colorless in daylight material but luminesces in visible section of spectrum in irradiating it by UV radiation. Note also that used binder is translucent organic substance not absorbing long-wave UV radiation in the range of 365-420 nm. In multilayer coats decoration may be represented by two decorative layers combined on one substrate.

SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to the sphere of decorative and applied arts. Method to develop art panel with image of fresco type consists in the fact that glue is applied into cloth, then wet plaster or mastic on acryl base is applied onto a layer of dried glue with a thin layer. Then cloth with applied layers of glue and wet plaster or mastic on acrylic base are maintained at room temperature until completely dry to form cracks on plaster or acrylic-based mastic. After full drying, an additional layer of specified glue is applied over wet plaster or acrylic-based mastic, and then the image is applied with water or pigment paints. Then image is coated with a layer of dissolved polymer glue or varnish and is dried at room temperature, cloth is represented by non-woven material, such as Vlieseline, or glass fibre, or PVC film. Image is applied with the help of plotter.

EFFECT: improved durability and integrity of cloth and image on it with preservation of flexibility.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of decorative articles, particularly, to furniture production, namely, to production of 3D faces of case furniture. It my be used in fabricating interior doors, safe doors, decorative wall panels, etc., with metal or enamel spraying. In compliance with the first version, preset volume of liquid expanded polyurethane is poured into prefabricated female mould with preset relief and separation substance is applied on the surface of said female mould. Then, female mould is closed from above by panel (facade). In 5-20 minutes, semi-finished product is withdrawn from female mould with finished 3D image for its defects to be removed from its surface, and kept to complete drying. Then, semi-finished product is rendered finished by gluing together with the help of PVC film at membrane-vacuum press, or applying primer, paint or spraying metal after degreasing, or jacketing by fabric or jointing by fabric.

EFFECT: reduced costs, higher quality.

Proposed method comprises the following stages: one surface of initial panel is coated, partially or completely, with glue. Colour of every next layer differs from that of previous layer. At points where bottom layer displays itself, applied layer thickness is decreased. First layer is used with white dye, following used features black dye in contrast to first one. Thickness increase is performed unless applied layer is dried.

SUBSTANCE: composition contains a coolant as a carrier, perfluoropolyether derivatives with molecular weight higher than 3000 in amount of 0.5-3 wt % as fluorine-containing polymer and additionally contains a corrosion inhibitor GIPX in amount of 0.5-4 wt %. The perfluoroether derivatives are preferably selected from: PEF, PFPEK, 6MFK. The coolants used are Khladon, Freon or Khladis. The composition is applied by spraying from a distance of 0.1-0.5 m onto a clean, dry and degreased surface. Thickness of the molecular film after evaporation of the solvent can be 1-7 nm.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of coating substrates. First stage comprises making substrate. Composition is applied on substrate first side. Proposed composition comprises inorganic compound containing at least one metal and/or semimetal selected from the following group including Sc, Y, Ti, Zr, Nb, V, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Fe, Co, B, Al, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Zn, Pb, Sb, Bi or mixes thereof, and at least one element selected from group including Te, Se, S, O, Sb, As, P, N, C, Ga or mixes thereof. Then composition is dried. Now, at least one coat is applied onto substrate first side whereon composition was applied. R stands for alkyl residue with 1 to 18 atoms of carbon. R may differ or be equal. Oxide particles are selected from oxides of Ti, Si, Zr, Al, Y, Sn, Zn, Ce or mixes thereof. Coat is dried. Then, at least one protective coat is applied on second side of substrate. Additionally, at least one glue layer may be applied on protective layer.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of multilayer coat sheet with selection of visual properties, to method of finishing substrate sections and to multilayer coat sheet with selected visual properties. Proposed multilayer coat sheet is made with relative tensile elongation making at least 150%. In compliance with this method, data on visual properties of the surface are determined. The data is transmitted to system able to receive such data. Data on coat composition with acceptable set of visual properties is defined. Then, coat composition with selected visual properties is produced. Bearing sheet is produced with a glue layer and lining layer on one surface. Coat composition with selected visual properties is applied on one surface of bearing sheet to produce a coat layer that adds colour and/or effect. Said coat layer is dried. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sol for applying sol-gel coating onto a surface. The sol contains at least one organometallic compound of zirconium, aluminium or titanium, at least one organosilane compound, at least one compound selected from acids, bases, glycols and ethoxy ethanol as a catalyst. The sol also contains demineralised or distilled water. The total amount of at least one organometallic compound of zirconium, aluminium or titanium and at least one organosilane compound is greater than 50%. The sol also contains less than 5% harmless organic solvent such as non-toxic aliphatic alcohols. The sol also contains at least one surfactant and organic binder. The invention also relates to a set comprising a first container which contains a first portion in form of liquid which contains at least one organometallic compound of zirconium, aluminium or titanium, at least one compound selected from acids, bases, glycols and ethoxy ethanol, and a second container which contains a second portion in form of a liquid which contains an organosilane compound. The sol-gel layer is obtained by depositing the said sol onto a substrate. The layer is dried to obtain a sol-gel layer on the substrate. The sol-gel layer is used to endow the surface of the substrate with corrosion resistance. The surface of the substrate can have one or more sol-gel layers.

EFFECT: method enables obtaining the desired coating thickness without deterioration of anti-corrosive properties, as well as obtaining a coating with uniform thickness without overlapping.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dark-colour coats with minimum absorption of radiation in near IR spectrum, and may be used in automotive coats, construction paints, industrial coats, spacecraft coats and flexible coats. Proposed system comprises first IR-reflecting layer that contains IR-reflecting pigments in gummy binder. Second layer absorbing visible radiation features dark colour and is IR-translucent. Second layer comprises a shade in gummy binder and nano-sized pigments with mean particle size of 100 nm. Coated article comprises multilayer coat system. Method of controlling temperature increase in substrate subjected to IR radiation comprises applying composition of IR-reflecting coat on substrate, to make the first layer, and applying second layer of composition absorbing visible radiation and identical to second layer in multilayer dark composition. In compliance with second version, aforesaid shade may also have maximum milkness of 1 %, while coat system features blackness index of, at least, 240. Coated article comprises above described coat system.

EFFECT: coat system does not absorb IR-radiation.

FIELD: manufacture of synthetic coats.

SUBSTANCE: proposed coat has film formed on base of at least one polymer material and including one component changing its properties which is contained in matrix of polymer material; it consists of several multi-layer zones. Matrix of polymer material contains also additive including magnetized particles. Proposed coat is applied on surface forming multi-layer zones and is sewn due to subsequent action of energy. Film applied on surface is then polymerized due to subsequent action of energy; if necessary, additive containing magnetized particles is introduced into polymer material for forming magnetized film in at least separate zones. Device proposed for realization of this method includes feeding unit for delivery of components changing the properties of material.

EFFECT: possibility of control of surface properties of film.
