SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of a composite part of diving equipment, in particular, to special shoes of a diver, to ensure safe performance of underwater engineering, search and rescue and other works. Diving shoes include a sole part with a sole, a stiff toe and an insole, an upper with a top and a fixture. The sole part includes a sole, a toe and a heel. At the same time the sole consists of the base and the toe moulded from a brass sheet, which are riveted to each other and are filled with a lead melt, the toe and the heel are made of rubber, and the top and the sole part are joined to each other by means of fixtures via a heat insulating insole.

EFFECT: in case of damage or wear, all parts of the proposed diving shoes are easily replaced with the new ones, higher repairability makes it possible to operate it for longer than the prescribed service life.

The invention relates to the manufacture of composite parts of diving equipment, in particular special Shoe diver, to ensure the safe execution of underwater engineering, rescue and other operations.

Claimed in the invention, the special shoes provides zero buoyancy of the diver in various types of equipment, protection of the leg and foot of hydroamination from damage stability during execution of work and travel across the deck and in the aquatic environment.

Famous diving shoes [1], consisting of a sole with tread ribs on the bottom surface, top with adjustable straps placed in areas rise and Shin, hard toe box and insole. However, this diving shoes has insufficient strength, relatively rapid abrasion and deformation of the sole, made of soft metal is lead, which weakens the attachment of the insole and may lead to the separation of the sole. And the fact that the attachment of the top to the sides of the oak insoles are open and can easily be subjected to shocks, gearing and other mechanical impacts from objects under water, therefore, the possibility of separation of parts of the top. In addition, there are inconveniences in donning and doffing shoes due to the fact that the top is rigidly attached to the toe and rispah tops in place of lifting narrowed, and it reduces maintainability. Sufficiently small p the pepper lugs on the soles do not protect from sliding on the ground when moving, what affects the usability. This manufacturing technology is complicated due to double-fastening top and socks to the sock lining, the latter to the sole, and attaching to toe edges of the top and sew the loops for fastening straps.

Closest to the claimed design is footwear [3], consisting of cast brass sole with lugs on the bottom surface, top with adjustable straps, located in the area of lift and over the heel area of the sock and the insole. The top is attached together with the insole to the outsole is made from rubberized fabric in the form of a single cut tops. Shoes fastens the foot of the diver adjustable straps with buckles. However, this footwear has a number of operational disadvantages, namely: by design it is designed for one type of equipment and is not universal. The upper part (3) which consists of the top 3, linings 4, metal hooks 5 and cord with hooks 6 (figure 1). The uppers made single cut from rubberized fabric with a basis of nylon filament. On it sewed two small pads with eyelets for securing the cord in the area of the lifting of the foot and one large plate with eyelets for attaching hooks to the ends of the cord from blooming. Riveted to the side walls of the upper metal hooks are used for fixing the cord tibia diver, press the leg to the foot, excluding its movement inside the Shoe.

The top and bottom part are interconnected by fasteners 14 (figure 4) through a heat insulating insole 13. The insole is made of water-resistant plywood and provides a comfortable condition of the feet of the diver at all times.

In case of damage or wear all items declared diving shoes are easily replaced by new, improved maintainability allows it to operate more than the appointed time of service.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions intended for use in shoe industry and can be used for ease of use and maintenance of footwear both regular and special, for example sports (ski boots, skates, or shoes for tourists). It is offered to place the device in shoe boxes, in addition to batteries and heating elements, electronic devices with the radiating antenna modules. In addition, it is proposed to use the base for shoes, also containing the antenna-radiating module. When installing the shoe on the support (during the preparatory phase) between them (the footwear and stand) contactless exchange of electromagnetic signals is formed, which makes it possible as a result, without wires, to determine at a distance the technical condition (diagnose performance) of the basic blocks of shoe devices, primarily the current battery power, built-in shoe devices. This technical solution is driven by the desire for multi-functionality of all components of the device and the design simplification, and the weight of the shoe devices. In the method of operation of shoes an antenna-radiative module, electronic device and a micro keyboard are put into each shoe. To operate the shoes a stand is created, including a display unit, a control panel, the third electronic device and the third antenna-radiative module. At the same time the transfer of power from the third to the first two electronic devices is carried out using inductive coupling between the third and the first two radiative antenna modules. The transmitted electricity is stabilised, accumulated and used for the operation of the first two electronic devices. Also the transmission of information signals is carried out from the third to the first two electronic devices due to inductive coupling between the third and the first two antenna modules, and preparation to transfer the information signal back is produced. The transfer of information signals in the opposite direction from the first two to the third electronic device is carried out with inductive coupling between the third and the first two radiative antenna modules.

SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions refers to shoe construction, a manner of wearing the shoe on man's foot in accordance with the shoe design features of invention and a manner of getting the shoe off man's foot. The shoe (1) has a toe part (2) and a heel part (3), which can completely or partially be disconnected from the toe part (2). The shoe with essentially flexible top and essentially hard shoe sole provides a toe part including the forepart of the shoe sole and the forepart of the top, the heel part (3) which includes the back part of the shoe sole and the back of the top. At that the heel part (3) may at least partially be disconnected from the toe part and rotate towards it, enabling to insert a foot into the toe part (2). Also it has a disjointed fastener (4) for connecting the heel part to the toe part with the possibility of their disconnection from each other, and a single-piece footbed attached to the toe part with the ability to its overlay on the front and the back parts of the shoe sole. When the heel part (3) is at least partially disconnected from the toe part (2) the shoe can be easily put on a foot of a man who does not need to bend the foot or make efforts to put the shoe on or take it off. SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing footwear includes the following stages: making an assembly formed by a top part of footwear and an elastic element attached to the top part of footwear, at least, along the sites facing bottom edges of the central forward area of the top part of footwear; producing a sole which size corresponds to that of the said top part of footwear and which upper surface is supplied with fasteners interfaced, at least, with its central front part so that the upper surface represents, at least, one forward fastening area and, at least, one back fastening area. The method further involves mutual fastening of the forward fastening area of the sole to the corresponding forward assembly site, and mutual fastening of the back fastening area of the sole to the corresponding back site of the assembly, made to produce a "sole-assembly" group. Then, consumer's foot is put into the "sole-assembly" group with the subsequent stretching in a cross-section direction of the elastic element and adjustment of the top part of footwear to consumer's foot. After that, preliminary attachment of the elastic element to fasteners is carried out under the influence of pressure exerted by consumer's foot on the elastic element. The "sole-assembly" group is taken off consumer's foot and the "sole-assembly" group is connected to produce the boot.

EFFECT: possibility to easily adjust footwear to the form of consumer's foot and produce sensible footwear.

The sole includes the middle part of the sole, cuneal heel area and an insert. The insert is situated at least partially between the cuneal heel area and the middle part of the sole. The sole for shoes contains the outer part of the sole, cuneal heel area situated above and connected thereto, the insert situated above the cuneal area and the middle part of the sole situated above the latter. Orientation of the partitions in the side supporting tubes goes on generally in horizontal direction and orientation of the partitions in the middle tubes is situated in vertical orientation.

EFFECT: sole can be easily arranged for provision of the required supporting profile and extension of duration of the middle part of the sole without destruction.

FIELD: light industry, in particular, shoe industry, more particular, production of foldable shoes which may be used in home, hotels, transport, curative, recreational and like enterprises.

SUBSTANCE: according to first version, compact folding open-type shoe has top parts, namely: top part of body, parts adhering to leg regions, said parts being elongated toward tip, and sole, with top part and sole being made in the form of single part. Shoe is adapted for folding thereof along lines defined by bending each of part adhering to leg region and forming longitudinal lateral fold line relative to each side of top part for placing of said top part in flat folded state in plane extending in parallel with plane of sole. According to second version, compact folding open-type shoe has top parts, namely: top part of body, parts adhering to leg regions, said parts being elongated toward tip, and sole, said parts of shoe and sole being made in the form of individual parts. Shoe folding operations are conducted in succession corresponding to that of first version. Shoes of such construction are manufactured using roll or flat materials. Manufacture process does not require execution of complicated procedures, namely: the availability of outer process seam provided on outer surface of article does not require introduction of additional constructional members since said outer seam serves as rigidity rib.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities owing to the possibility of utilizing unlimited range of materials for manufacture of such shoes, and simplified manufacture process.

SUBSTANCE: slippers have bottom and top parts which are made integral and may be readily assembled and disassembled. Right and left slippers do not differ from one another as to their design. Slipper blank is cut by "die cutting" process and is formed as flat whole structure having single member with recesses and two openings and consisting of foot surface, toe and heel parts contoured in accordance with foot shape. Toe transverse strap with two cuts is separated from foot surface by recess provided in the vicinity of toe so as to define inner rounded form. Left and right longitudinal straps are separated from foot surface by recesses so as to form retainers at their ends, said retainers being formed as triangle which is obtained by "die cutting" of triangular openings. Thereafter, slippers are assembled by bending toe transverse strap toward heel part region so that its reverse side is visible; bending aside its left longitudinal strap, running it diagonally around leg toward opening so that left longitudinal strap is on the top of toe transverse strap and inserting it into right opening; bending away right longitudinal strap, running it diagonally around leg toward opening so that right longitudinal strap is on the top of toe transverse strap and left transverse strap, and inserting it into left opening; arranging slipper blanks in side-to-side relation so that each second slipper is turned by 180 deg. Slippers of such structure may be also used in boarding houses and laboratories, beauty saloons, beaches, swimming pools, bath houses and saunas, museums, railway, automobile and aviation means.

EFFECT: simplified manufacture process, light weight, convenient wearing, reduced manufacture costs and wider range of usage.

SUBSTANCE: method involves inserting into tightened shoe with attached bottom part individually fabricated block of rigidly connected (riveted) metal puff and metal plate, with inner surface of metal puff being glue lined with dense layer material and upper surface of metal plate being covered by means of glue with insole possessing demanded hygienic properties; fastening preliminarily glued block within tightened shoe by means of device consisting of double-armed lever with handle on one arm, barrel-shaped roller on other arm and rocking bar pivotally connected to mid portion of lever, said bar being adjustable in length depending on shoe size, and having barrel-shaped roller on its other end; after accomplishment of procedure, withdrawing device from shoe. Protruding edge of layer material of metal puff is glued from inside to back part of shoe so as to close edge of metal puff. Method is applicable for manufacture of shoes of any design and methods of attachment of bottom part.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of shockproof and puncture resistant shoes, reduced labor intensity and improved quality of product.

SUBSTANCE: sole for shoes has an insert with a good few supporting tubes furnished with internal partitions arranged to control supporting properties of each supporting tube. In the model of the first variant, the first set of supporting tubes is situated along the middle side of the sole in the heel area. There is also a number of partitions situated in one of the appropriate supporting tubes. Orientation of at least one partition is at the angle to the orientation of at least another partition. The insert may include an arch area that goes on through the arch part of the sole and provides support for it. The arch area may form a cut for penetration of the belt of the upper part. The insert may additionaly include extension of the toe area that goes frontwards from the arch along the middle side of the sole. In the model of the other variant, the sole may include cuneal heel part situated below the insert in the heel area so that the supporting tubes are mintained above relatively elastic material. The insert may include trees mutually connected with the middle and side supporting tubes. The shoes device has the upper part and the sole connected with the upper part. The sole includes the middle part of the sole, cuneal heel area and an insert. The insert is situated at least partially between the cuneal heel area and the middle part of the sole. The sole for shoes contains the outer part of the sole, cuneal heel area situated above and connected thereto, the insert situated above the cuneal area and the middle part of the sole situated above the latter. Orientation of the partitions in the side supporting tubes goes on generally in horizontal direction and orientation of the partitions in the middle tubes is situated in vertical orientation.

EFFECT: sole can be easily arranged for provision of the required supporting profile and extension of duration of the middle part of the sole without destruction.

SUBSTANCE: according to invention, footwear includes toe piece, vamp, counter, lining, shaping elements such as counter and toe cap, interlining represented as multi-layer heat-insulating package. It consists of heat-insulating layer and metal-coated layer with mirror-reflecting surface. Interlining is fixed to shoe toe forming air gap and contains two heat-insulating layers. Single-sided metal-coated layer with mirror-reflecting surface is between the said two heat-insulating layers. Vapour-permeable membrane is between lining and bottom heat-insulating layer.

EFFECT: improvement of health properties of shoes due to moisture release from the whole shoe surface and improvement of heat-shield properties.

FIELD: items of personal and household use.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing footwear includes the following stages: making an assembly formed by a top part of footwear and an elastic element attached to the top part of footwear, at least, along the sites facing bottom edges of the central forward area of the top part of footwear; producing a sole which size corresponds to that of the said top part of footwear and which upper surface is supplied with fasteners interfaced, at least, with its central front part so that the upper surface represents, at least, one forward fastening area and, at least, one back fastening area. The method further involves mutual fastening of the forward fastening area of the sole to the corresponding forward assembly site, and mutual fastening of the back fastening area of the sole to the corresponding back site of the assembly, made to produce a "sole-assembly" group. Then, consumer's foot is put into the "sole-assembly" group with the subsequent stretching in a cross-section direction of the elastic element and adjustment of the top part of footwear to consumer's foot. After that, preliminary attachment of the elastic element to fasteners is carried out under the influence of pressure exerted by consumer's foot on the elastic element. The "sole-assembly" group is taken off consumer's foot and the "sole-assembly" group is connected to produce the boot.

EFFECT: possibility to easily adjust footwear to the form of consumer's foot and produce sensible footwear.
