FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture, and namely to cultivating machines. Working element includes disc with bearing assembly fixed on rigid support. Attachment device of support by means of hinge to horizontal axis and spring mechanism is conjugated to bracket. Bracket includes attachment part for bracket installation on load-carrying beam of machine frame. Attachment part of bracket is made in the form of cheeks with coaxially located holes for installation of axis of vertical hinge attaching the bracket to load-carrying beam of machine frame. Bracket is made so that it can be turned about axis on which centres of holes in cheeks are located. Distance from axis on which centres of holes are located to the flange between bracket cheeks is more than distance from the above axis to vertical flange of load-carrying frame beam, which is enclosed with attachment part. One of cheeks is elongated and hinged to adjusting rod arranged along load-carrying frame beam of machine and providing and fixing the specified turn angle of bracket and attack angle of the disc.

EFFECT: design will allow reducing blockage of working elements and enlarging the usable range of machine at various soil conditions.

The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to tillage machines.

Known working bodies tillage machines in the form of discs (or dual-sections), bearing assemblies which are mounted on rotatable about a vertical axis rigid racks with leashes, paired with placed along the transverse beams of the frame of their General thrust, through which is regulated and fixed angle of attack of a number of disks /1/.

The disadvantage of working bodies is their insecurity and breakage when hit by stones and similar to the ones existing in the soil of indestructible power-on.

Known are installed in a row on a tillage machine working bodies in the form of a disc bearing unit, mounted on a rigid stand, connecting device which by means of a hinge with a horizontal axis and spring (with coil springs) mechanism associated with the bracket containing the mounting part for mounting on the support beam of the frame of the machine /2 - prototype/. Mount disc (two CDs) on the spring-loaded rack allow for them to meglumine when meeting with a stone in the soil and increases nezabyvaemost number of working bodies and machines in the processing of wetland soil, weedy plant remains.

The disadvantage of known who's disk working bodies on the spring-loaded rack is the lack of collective adjustment of the attack angle, what is required when changing soil conditions.

An object of the invention is the provision of opportunities for collective adjustment disk working bodies, mounted on a spring-loaded rigid racks installed in series on the support beam of the frame of the machine.

The technical problem is achieved by the disk operating authority, including the drive bearing unit, mounted on a rigid stand, connecting device which by means of a hinge with a horizontal axis and spring mechanism associated with the bracket containing the mounting part for mounting on the support beam of the frame of the machine according to the invention, the mounting portion of the bracket is made in the form of the cheeks with a coaxially spaced holes for installing the axis of the hinge connecting the bracket with the bearing beam machine frame, and the bracket is made rotatable about an axis, on which the centers of the holes in the cheeks, and the distance from this axis to the shelves between the cheeks of the bracket is larger than the distance from this axis to the covered mounting part of the vertical shelves of the carrier frame beams and one of the cheeks is elongated and pivotally connected with placed along the beam machine frame adjusting thrust, providing and fixing specified angle of rotation of the bracket and the angle of attack of the disc. Comparison of the invention with the prototype shows that the new is that the cheeks of the mounting portion of the bracket covering the horizontal shelves of the carrier beams of the frame of the machine, made with a coaxially spaced holes for installing the axis of the hinge connecting the bracket with the bearing beam of the frame of the machine, the bracket is made rotatable about the axis of the holes in the cheeks, and the distance from this axis to the shelves between the cheeks of the bracket is larger than the distance from this axis to the covered mounting part of the bracket vertical shelves of the carrier frame beams, with one of the cheeks is elongated and attached to the adjusting thrust placed along the carrier frame beams and providing and fixing the specified rotation angle bracket and the angle of attack of the disc (or disc partition), and the lowest point of the disc is located on the axis of the holes in his cheeks.

By the combination of features of the invention conforms to the criterion "novelty".

Disk working body meets the criterion of "inventive step"as the claimed technical solution is not obvious, suggested for the first time and set of features provides the solution of the relevant technical problem: collective adjustment of the angle of attack of the spring discs or dual partition installed on the hard counters.

The invention meets the criterion of "industrial applicability", as declared disk working body will be used in the front disk harrows and combined Doskolovich tillage aggregates, and can be used when upgrading a previously released front disc harrows, with spring-loaded single or dual partition with fixed angle of attack or with a group adjustment of the attack angle and rigid mount them racks may lead to frequent breakdown of the working bodies.

Disk working body instead of disk 1 can contain a dual-section, with disks of different diameter mounted coaxially on a bearing unit 2, mounted on a rigid spring-loaded rack 3, placed between the discs. The remaining elements one and dual-working body are identical. When adjusting the angle of attack of one series dual-sections midplaza drives changes insignificantly.

The device operates as follows.

When preparing disk of the working body to work through the adjusting rod 14 (screw mechanism attached to pull - not shown) ustanavli the Ute and fix the position of the bracket 8, required for a given angle of attack disc 1 (number of disks, dual-sections). The spherical disc is made of two parts. The attachment part of the disc has the shape of a spherical segment with an opening in the centre below the size of the polyhedron of the axle. The working part of the disc is in form of a spherical layer with a cutting edge on the larger diametre. The spherical layer of the working part of the disc is interfaced with spherical segment of the attachment part by mounting shoulders and mating faces. SUBSTANCE: unit of the present invention includes a flat disc furnished with a mounting hole made at its centre, and teeth. The teeth are made in the form of loosely installed axle-mounted small-sized flat discs arranged on either side symmetrically to the main disc. The small-sized discs vary in diameters, with one half of the discs having diameter twice that of the other half of the discs. The said small-sized discs are positioned equidistant from one another in an alternate arrangement. The distance from the small-sized discs to the main disc is half as much as that from large-sized discs. All discs are journaled at their axes so as to rotate on roller bearings. Both sides of the flat disc feature one additional concave disc. The concave disc features small-sized discs axes rigidly mounted thereon. The concave discs have diameter 10-15% smaller than that of the main disc and are furnished with grooves along their blade edge. Spherical disks of smaller diameter are arranged symmetrically on both sides of a flat disk. All disks are pivotally set on a bushing which is journaled in the central aperture. Teeth are made in form of small disks and consist of one spherical and one flat dick of the same diameter. Tooth disks are arranged in pairs symmetrically around circumference of bigger spherical disks so, that axes of all pairs of smaller disks are rigidly fixed in spherical disks. SUBSTANCE: disc shovel is made as a concave disc with a toothed profile. The disc is mounted with the convexity up and fixed on a support. The support is placed in the centre of the disc. The disc is set rigidly on the axis. The support consists of three parts connected by hinges to each other. The hinges axes are perpendicular to each other. The hinges are fitted with spiral-band springs. The springs are rigidly fixed at the top on the opposite sides of the upper and middle parts of the disc support above the hinges for holding the support parts in operation position. Teeth tips form three rows placed at different heights. The upper row is placed at the distance equal to 2/3 of the specified tilling depth, the second - at that of 1/2 of the specified tilling depth and the third row - at that of 1/4 of the specified tilling depth. The rows teeth are of different length. Teeth with tips forming the second row are considered as basic ones and the length of each second tooth in this row accounts for the "golden section 1.61" of the basic tooth. Length of the upper row teeth amounts to 0.8 of the basic tooth length and these teeth are set horizontally at the level of junction of two adjacent teeth from the lower row next but one with the same pitch. Tips of all teeth are fitted with detachable bits made from wear-resistant material.
