SUBSTANCE: household washing machine for dry cleaning comprises a tank, where a perforated drum with clothes rotates, and a closed circuit, which makes it possible for a dissolvent, such as decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, to circulate in an air flow via the drum. The circuit comprises a capacitor, a heater, a fan and at least one has sensor to detect concentration of the dissolvent in air and to transfer according data to the electronic device (38) to control this machine. The gas sensor is an infrared device, which is arranged outside of a closed air circuit and is connected to it so that the gaseous dissolvent may circulate along the optical path, absorbing energy of infrared radiation.

EFFECT: safety of a household washing machine by control of the gaseous dissolvent concentration and timely informing a user, and solving the issue of the gas concentration sensor contamination.

The present invention relates to a washing machine for dry cleaning, i.e. washing machine, in which the solvent or cleaning solution is used anhydrous lipophilic fluid.

Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) represents the washing liquid used in industrial and commercial laundries, where the control over the observance of safety is more simple and is carried out by experienced personnel in the usual way. Its implementation in domestic machine only has to happen, because the use of the above liquid is more dangerous in the domestic environment.

D5 is a lipophilic fluid vapor pressure which cannot be neglected. Knowledge of the concentration of D5 in the air is important for many reasons. First, in order to properly construct the contour of the washing/drying and to provide programs in case of unforeseen events. In addition, you must ensure that it is not achieved flammable/explosive levels and limit values are exceeded, effects on the human body. To measure the contents of D5 in the air, you can provide a lot of different systems; in principle for this purpose can be used any equipment that will allow us to determine the physical/chemical and measurable change.

Unfortunately, D5 not with what Eskom studied, and have been partially explored only a few solutions.

In WO 01/94686 described system for controlling the drying cycle in the drying device using a gas analyzer capable of measuring the concentration of vapor lipophilic fluid in the drum drying device. As examples of different categories of sensors, such as chemically active sensors, sensors of physical parameters, absorbent sensors, as well as their combination. However, not described the practical application of the sensor in a washing machine, in particular in a household washing machine. Indeed, the use of such sensors is connected with the problem of pollution, in particular siloxanes, which have a special tendency to leave a sticky or oily residue on surfaces.

In JP 5277287 described dyeing machine that uses a hydrocarbon solvent. The solvent flows through a closed circuit, essentially containing the drum for clothes, condenser, heater and fan. The gas concentration sensor is located at the entrance to the capacitor and controls the intake and exhaust valves of the circuit to eliminate the danger of explosion of solvent vapours. This solution also has the problem of pollution, as the sensor is located directly inside the path with the solvent.

The objective of the present invention zaklyuche is to create a system of security household washing machines for cleaning, based on the control of concentration of gaseous solvent and timely informing the user of the program execution.

Another object of the invention is to create superior options for performing household washing machines for dry cleaning, which basically solved the problem of contamination of the gas concentration sensor.

These and other objectives of the invention is solved in a household washing machine for chemical cleaning according to the invention.

The characteristics and advantages of the invention will be better understood from the following description given as a non-limiting example with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 schematically shows a washing machine for chemical cleaning according to the present invention;

figure 2 schematically shows a measuring device installed in the washing machine for dry cleaning, depicted in figure 1;

figure 3 shows an alternative embodiment of a washing machine for dry cleaning.

Washing machine for dry cleaning contains the tank (10)in which is rotatably mounted perforated drum (12) for service and closed circuit (14)comprising a tank (10), and a solvent, such as decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5)circulating in the air flow (figure 1).

Circuit (14) includes to ndensation (16), the heater (18), the fan (20) and contains at least one gas sensor (22) for determining the concentration of gas in the system, control the degree of drying and safe operation.

According to the present invention, the gas sensor (22) is an infrared detector, which is located outside of the contour (14) to prevent contamination. It is known that D5 in the infrared (IR) region of the light radiation has a simple and strong absorption spectrum, in which the height of the peaks is directly related to the concentration of D5. Thus, with known standard calibration curve can be easily estimated actual concentration.

Gas sensor (22) is connected with a circuit (14) through the inlet (24) and outlet (26) so that the gaseous solvent can be extracted from the contour to pass along the optical path (28), and then re-introduced into the circuit (14). Source (30) of infrared radiation and an infrared detector (32) are located at opposite ends of the optical path (28). The source of infrared radiation emits energy in the range of absorption bands D5, and this energy is absorbed D5 along the optical path and is logged infrared detector (figure 2).

To maintain the desired flow of the gas inside the gas sensor (22) can be used pumping device (34); anacaona may be absent in the case when the detector operates in a fixed position, and the gas can freely move within the optical path.

Preferably, the gas sensor (22) is enclosed in a thermostatic system (36) to maintain in the optical path (28) and a pumping device (34) of the set temperature.

Another feature of the invention is the use of multiple gas sensors (22) to provide not only control the degree of drying throughout the execution of the business cycle, but also the most safe environment for the user. In this regard, the first gas sensor (22A) is located near the condenser (16) to verify its operation, and the second gas sensor (22) is connected with the heater (18), which is the high point of the path. The third gas sensor (22 C) is located near the loading opening of the tank (10)where it may be potentially dangerous for the user's situation.

All gas sensors (22) connected to an electronic control device (38) of any known type, which processes data coming from the sensors and generates the necessary input signals for actuating the washing machine for dry cleaning. Preferably the gas sensors (22) selectively powered on, and their signals are continuously processed.

As alternate the s can be used only one infrared sensor (22) (figure 3) with only one pumping device (34) for gas. In this case, the gas sensor is connected via a multi-way valve (40) with tubes (24) for sampling gas from the selected points of the contour (14). Multi-way valve (40) is selectively driven control device of the machine in a known manner. Only one return tube (26) connects the infrared gas sensor (22) contour (14), in order to re-enter the gas in the path.

Thus, the advantages of the present invention is that the measurement of the concentration of D5 in the gas phase is carried out in real time. This is done by direct measurement of concentration instead of the secondary measurement when using other technologies taking measurements. Possible miniaturization of sensors, so that the machine could be applied to real-world sensor type.

2. Household washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the infrared device is connected with a circuit (14) via at least one inlet tube (24) and a single output tube (26).

Household washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the infrared device contains a source (30) of infrared radiation and an infrared detector (32), which are located at opposite ends of the optical path (28), and the infrared ray source configured to emit energy in the range of absorption bands D5, which is absorbed D5 along the optical path and is detected by the infrared detector.

4. Household washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the optical path (28) is enclosed in a thermostatic system to maintain therein a predetermined temperature.

5. Household washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the optical path (28) is connected to a pumping device (34) to maintain the desired gas flow.

6. Household washing machine according to claim 1, the tives such as those that infrared device connected via a multi-way valve (40) with lots of tubes (24) for suction of gas from the selected points of the circuit (14) and a pipe (26) to reenter the gas in the path.

Household washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains many gas sensors (22), and the first gas sensor (22A) is located near the condenser (16) to check its correct functioning, the second gas sensor (22B) is connected with the heater (18), which is a contour point with the highest temperature, and the third gas sensor (22 C) is located near the loading opening of the tank (10)where it may be potentially dangerous for the user's situation.

8. Household washing machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the gas sensors (22A, 22B, 22 C) selectively powered on, and their signals are continuously processed in the electronic control device (38).
