SUBSTANCE: overshoe for fancy shoes, which is wear-resistant and cheap in production, which has an upper (4) stock and a sole part (7), where a sole part is fixed to the upper stock. The upper stock is tightly attached to an upper stock, a sole, an instep and a heel of shoes and comprises the first inner side panel (8), the second outer side panel (10) and a basic panel (50). The present invention relates to footwear, and in particular, to bots or galasam, which are designed to be worn over other shoes to protect shoes from moisture and other harmful effects.

The level of technology

There have been various proposals for personal use bots as opposed to industrial and commercial applications (see, for example, JP2004105695, FR 26008024, WO 2004023915, US Patent No. 2479006). In General, the emphasis in the development of these bots were made on their functionality in the sense that bots suited for a variety of shoes and that they are resistant to wear. Such bots in appearance, in General, are not suitable to be worn over dress shoes.

Bots have been proposed in U.S. patent US Patent No. 1604954 as a lightweight waterproof design to be worn over shoes, intended for internal socks; it is made of a transparent top and a bottom part. The upper part has an internal lining, for example, made of silk, and the outer layer of the transparent elastomer. The upper part is made as a single unit with pads on each side, so that bots can be worn on the leg and so they sat on it tightly. However, the described bots were not practical even for dress shoes. Solid top does not stretch and/or break up. The proposed materials with a layered structure increase the value.

EP-A-0346005 OPI which indicates the cover for shoes, mainly for decorative purposes, such as changing the color of the shoes, made of one or two pieces, which covers both internal and external surface of the shoes. The case does not cover the heel, but has a hole through which the heel sticks out. This design is not suitable for protection from the rain.

FR-A-1139328 describes the case for high heels. The purpose of the case is functionally important as protecting shoes when driving.

The invention has

The purpose of the invention is to create bots or boots intended for dress shoes that would have an attractive appearance, but which nevertheless were functional and durable, providing multiple use.

Additionally, the purpose of the invention is to create bots or boots intended for dress shoes that are easy to pack and store.

According to the first aspect of the present invention provides for the presence of a plurality of panels comprising at least a first inner panel and a second outer panel; and a specified set of panels made of a polymeric material having flexibility and elasticity, and that many of the panels are connected to each other at adjacent edges, thereby forming on bots dense region the precipitation around the top, soles, lift and heel shoes, as well as the relatively thick sole element attached to the plantar area of the specified bar.

Preferably, the welding was carried out using the equipment Cera Rototronic, which consists of rotating the knurled wheel on the rim, through which the transmitted ultrasonic vibrations (see www.cerafrance.fr - Cera, Rue du 8 Mai BP12, 42390 Villars, France).

The method of manufacture or production of bots is very cheap, it does not require expensive molds; panels can be simply cut from sheets of material and then bonded to each other.

Preferably, in addition to the aforesaid side panels was a section of the base panel, consisting of one or two panels. However, bots according to the present invention can be used with any model shoes with high heels. In addition, in accordance with the invention, the section of the heel may have a greater length, so that it can be cut to the desired length to fit a particular Shoe.

Alternatively, the section of the base panel may be made in the form of a solid base panel, which defines the sole, the rise and the inside of the heel. These side panels create the outer part of the heel. The base panel and side panels are connected along the edges of the sole and lifting, as well as along the heel to form the bots. The side panels preferably have the same shape, so bots according to the present invention have a degree of symmetry that bots can go up and to the left and on the right leg, allowing you to make them decorative elements.

Execution in accordance with the invention the upper part of the bots first and second side panels, provides the advantage that bots when not in use, can be folded so that the side panels lie to each other, and the sole is at the top. Then the side panels can be folded into a compact configuration. It is desirable to provide a small case, holder or package in order to have a couple of bots, so that the holder can be held in one hand as fashion accessories or to transfer into a woman's handbag. If desired, carrying could be made of the same material as bots, and may contain long section, which is formed in the shape of the sides of the carrying case, and closing the valve. There are two small flanges that are attached to the edges of the lateral sides of the carrying case in order to ensure the formation of the container for the bot.

According to the second aspect of the present invention provides packaging for bots, which is composed of first and second bots, each of which represents what the description is however, above.

Description of the preferred variant embodiment of the

Figure 1 shows a female model Shoe with heel stud 4. Bot 6 in accordance with the invention accurately fits the Shoe 2, following the contours of the heel sole, the rise and the upper part of the shoes. Figure 2 shows a view in the plane of the upper outer panel 8 for the example embodiment from Fig 1. You can see that the front edge has a recess 80 for fastening zipper. Figure 6 shows a specific example of the bot in accordance with the invention, in which parts similar to parts in IG, are denoted by the same reference position. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil extraction equipment, particularly to methods of producing pistons for oil field mud pumps. Proposed method consists in placing prefabricated piston metal rod with elements design to fix elastic material on said rod. Core surface is preliminarily degreased, coated with adhesive glue and dried. Then elastic material is injected into mould cavity, moulded and cooled, and finished product is withdrawn therefrom. Note that thermoplastic polyurethane based on simple and complex polyesters is used as said elastic material that is injected into mould cavity in the form of thick homogeneous compound. Injection mould is preheated to 170-260°C. Moulding is performed during 1 to 5 minutes, then mould is cooled down for 2 to 15 minutes.

SUBSTANCE: structure of invention is intended for industrial applications, such as panels for buildings or panels for internal lining of various transport means. Besides panels must be light, cheap, and have proper mechanical properties. These panels should better be produced by simple, efficient methods for improvement of process profitability and to use polymers in process of production. Method for structure making includes the following stages, when the following takes place: - at least two different polymer compositions are supplied in the first "ascending" slot extrusion head by means of joint extrusion unit, and using this extrusion head, flat sheet of polymer melt is produced, which contains two welded strips on the basis of compositions; and then - this sheet is transformed by means of the second "descending" extrusion head into three-dimensional profile, which produces structure after cooling. Device for method realisation comprises two extrusion heads: - the first "descending" slot extrusion head is arranged with the possibility to produce sheet, including two contacting or welded flat flows on the basis of two different melt polymer compositions; and - the second "descending" extrusion head is arranged with the possibility to transform sheet into three-dimensional profile, which after cooling produces structure.

SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions refers to shoe construction, a manner of wearing the shoe on man's foot in accordance with the shoe design features of invention and a manner of getting the shoe off man's foot. The shoe (1) has a toe part (2) and a heel part (3), which can completely or partially be disconnected from the toe part (2). The shoe with essentially flexible top and essentially hard shoe sole provides a toe part including the forepart of the shoe sole and the forepart of the top, the heel part (3) which includes the back part of the shoe sole and the back of the top. At that the heel part (3) may at least partially be disconnected from the toe part and rotate towards it, enabling to insert a foot into the toe part (2). Also it has a disjointed fastener (4) for connecting the heel part to the toe part with the possibility of their disconnection from each other, and a single-piece footbed attached to the toe part with the ability to its overlay on the front and the back parts of the shoe sole. When the heel part (3) is at least partially disconnected from the toe part (2) the shoe can be easily put on a foot of a man who does not need to bend the foot or make efforts to put the shoe on or take it off. In versions with a partial disconnection of the heel part (3) it can be turned towards the toe part (2) sideways or down. A disjointed fastener (4) may be a zipper, Veklro (Velcro™) or other means.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of partial disconnection of different parts of footwear from one another, at that the shoe is comfortable to take on and off needlessly to turn the foot and apply a force or pressure on it.

SUBSTANCE: slippers have bottom and top parts which are made integral and may be readily assembled and disassembled. Right and left slippers do not differ from one another as to their design. Slipper blank is cut by "die cutting" process and is formed as flat whole structure having single member with recesses and two openings and consisting of foot surface, toe and heel parts contoured in accordance with foot shape. Toe transverse strap with two cuts is separated from foot surface by recess provided in the vicinity of toe so as to define inner rounded form. Left and right longitudinal straps are separated from foot surface by recesses so as to form retainers at their ends, said retainers being formed as triangle which is obtained by "die cutting" of triangular openings. Thereafter, slippers are assembled by bending toe transverse strap toward heel part region so that its reverse side is visible; bending aside its left longitudinal strap, running it diagonally around leg toward opening so that left longitudinal strap is on the top of toe transverse strap and inserting it into right opening; bending away right longitudinal strap, running it diagonally around leg toward opening so that right longitudinal strap is on the top of toe transverse strap and left transverse strap, and inserting it into left opening; arranging slipper blanks in side-to-side relation so that each second slipper is turned by 180 deg. Slippers of such structure may be also used in boarding houses and laboratories, beauty saloons, beaches, swimming pools, bath houses and saunas, museums, railway, automobile and aviation means.

EFFECT: simplified manufacture process, light weight, convenient wearing, reduced manufacture costs and wider range of usage.

Manufacture process does not require execution of complicated procedures, namely: the availability of outer process seam provided on outer surface of article does not require introduction of additional constructional members since said outer seam serves as rigidity rib.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities owing to the possibility of utilizing unlimited range of materials for manufacture of such shoes, and simplified manufacture process.

SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions refers to shoe construction, a manner of wearing the shoe on man's foot in accordance with the shoe design features of invention and a manner of getting the shoe off man's foot. The shoe (1) has a toe part (2) and a heel part (3), which can completely or partially be disconnected from the toe part (2). The shoe with essentially flexible top and essentially hard shoe sole provides a toe part including the forepart of the shoe sole and the forepart of the top, the heel part (3) which includes the back part of the shoe sole and the back of the top. At that the heel part (3) may at least partially be disconnected from the toe part and rotate towards it, enabling to insert a foot into the toe part (2). Also it has a disjointed fastener (4) for connecting the heel part to the toe part with the possibility of their disconnection from each other, and a single-piece footbed attached to the toe part with the ability to its overlay on the front and the back parts of the shoe sole. When the heel part (3) is at least partially disconnected from the toe part (2) the shoe can be easily put on a foot of a man who does not need to bend the foot or make efforts to put the shoe on or take it off. In versions with a partial disconnection of the heel part (3) it can be turned towards the toe part (2) sideways or down. A disjointed fastener (4) may be a zipper, Veklro (Velcro™) or other means.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of partial disconnection of different parts of footwear from one another, at that the shoe is comfortable to take on and off needlessly to turn the foot and apply a force or pressure on it.

SUBSTANCE: overshoe for fancy shoes, which is wear-resistant and cheap in production, which has an upper (4) stock and a sole part (7), where a sole part is fixed to the upper stock. The upper stock is tightly attached to an upper stock, a sole, an instep and a heel of shoes and comprises the first inner side panel (8), the second outer side panel (10) and a basic panel (50). The side panels (8,10) and the basic panel (50) are made of transparent or semi-transparent material on the basis of PVC, which has flexibility and elasticity. The side panels (8,10) and the basic panel (50) are joined together along adjoining edges to create overshoes, including a heel part. A zipper (30) makes it possible to put overshoes onto shoes. When the zipper (30) is zipped, overshoes are tightly put on shoes. The overshoes of the invention may be placed into a package, comprising a container for two overshoes in folded condition.

EFFECT: increased functionality and wear resistance, provision of their multiple use, attractive appearance of overshoes.

SUBSTANCE: shoe covers (according to the first version) comprise fabric tops 1, with a zip 2, along the upper edge of the tops 1 inside there are metal buttons 3 for connection to clothes of an operator. At the same time in the area of a feet ankle there is an adjustable sling 4 with supporting belts 5 and 6, and along the upper edge of the tops 1 and in the lower leg area there are fixing elements in the form of an elastic tape 7, 8 and 9 and a sole 10. The latter is made as a galosh and is connected to the tops by means of a stitching seam 11. In the sole 10 there is a grounding element in the form of a metal rivet 12, which is connected with the tops 1 by means of a carbon tape 13. The shoe covers (according to the second version) comprise fabric tops 14, along the upper edge of the tops 14 from inside there are metal buttons 15 installed for connection to clothes of an operator, along the upper edge of tops 14 and in the area of a lower leg there are fixing elements in the form of an elastic tape 16, 17 and 18 and a sole 19. The latter is made as a galosh and is connected to tops 14 with a stitching seam 20. In the sole 19 there is a grounding element in the form of a metal rivet 21, which is connected to tops 14 by means of a carbon tape 22.

EFFECT: when using shoe covers of the inventions, a grounding circuit is formed jointly with a grounding metal contact, a carbon tape and metal elements for fixation to clothes, and the circuit ensures removal of static charge from all clothes and shoes of an operator working on an electroconductive floor.

SUBSTANCE: shoe comprises an upper part forming the inner part for the foot, the inner part comprises a toe and a heel cavity. The shoe also comprises an intermediate sole having toe and heel ends and the inner and the outer sides. The intermediate sole is sewn to the upper part, thus forming the bottom of the inner part. The heel and the toe parts of the outer sole are sewn respectively on the intermediate sole. The insole is attached to the bottom of the inner part. The spacing between the heel and the toe parts of the outer sole extends from the inner to the outer side, and occupies an intermediate position between the toe and the heel ends, thus providing the possibility of folding the shoe along the axis extending through the specified spacing. The shoe is folded between the unfolded position in which the shoe is used, and a folded position in which the part of the upper part containing the toe cavity is placed in the heel cavity.

EFFECT: improved operational reliability.
