SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shoe industry and orthopaedic devices, namely, to design of insert inner sole for children's prophylactic shoes, and may be used to produce shoes and prosthetic-orthopaedic items. Inner sole for children's prophylactic shoes, comprising upper, intermediate and lower layers, at the same time upper layer is made of leather, intermediate layer - from foamed thermoplastic material that shapes in process of wear, and lower frame layer - from dense thermoplastic material, while intermediate layer is arranged with a groove in heel part under heel bone bump in section 0.18 D, where D - length of foot, and with even arrangement of external and internal arches in waist area with highest point in area of calcaneocuboid joint in section 0.36 D. On upper layer of inner sole in toe part there is a size scale and marking lines applied in the form of colour zones, to determine compliance of shoe size to foot length. Design and materials of inner sole help to reduce pressure concentration under foot bone bumps, absorb impact loads during walking, provide for high flexibility in fascicular part of shoes. Anatomic shape of intermediate layer of inner sole provides for proper alignment of foot, creates conditions to form its arches, providing for prevention of static deformations of children's feet. Marking lines in the form of colour zones, corresponding to permissible limits of foot toes position in shoes, make it possible to monitor compliance of shoe size to foot size, which is especially important when selecting shoes for small children, who are not able to themselves identify whether these shoes fit them or not, and also to periodically monitor compliance of shoe size with foot length as it grows.

EFFECT: design provides for proper formation of a child's foot and also for proper selection of shoe size.

The invention relates to the footwear industry and orthopedic devices, namely the construction removable insoles, and can be used in the manufacture of shoes and prosthetic and orthopedic products.

Known supplementary insole made of soft elastic lower layer, flexible top layer, and also of thorns, space secured in the lower layer and located on the surface of the insole groups at small distances from each other on sites selected from the perspective of reflexive-therapeutic massage, various reflex zones of the sole of the foot of the user is displayed on the surface of the insole marking lines. Removable insole provides reflexive-therapeutic massage of the foot (1).

The disadvantages of the known technical solutions are what supplementary insole does not provide conditions for proper installation of the foot and the prevention of its static deformation, does not allow to judge according to size Shoe size foot.

The closest analogue of the invention is the basic node orthotics for pediatric preventive Shoe comprising upper and lower layers, the upper layer is made of provorovavshihsya in the process of wearing foamed thermoplastic material is a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate with a density of 0.35-0.40 g/cm3 and hardness 40-50 srvc. shore, and the bottom layer is made of cardboard, while the top layer is made with a hollow in the heel part under the calcaneal bone in cross section of 0.18 D, and pelenocnuu part with a uniform layout of the outer and inner codes with the highest point in the area of the calcaneal-cuboid joint in cross section 0,36 D. A disadvantage of the known technical solution is that the basic node insole is not possible to judge according to the shape and size of the insole and Shoe size foot.

An object of the invention is the provision of the correct installation of the foot in the Shoe, ensuring compliance Shoe size the size of the foot.

The problem is solved as follows:

SUBSTANCE: single-layer insole is made of elastic material, has upper flat side facing foot, and lower profiled side facing the main insole, with which it creates a system of cavities and channels. Side of insole facing foot is flat. In heel part of insole there are through holes arranged parallel to central axis of heel. Layer facing the main insole is profiled, and in cross section it has longitudinal ledges of trapezoid shape with rounded angles (radius of rounding equals 2-4 mm). Between longitudinal ledges there are grooves arranged, which mirror anatomic shape of foot, with length from heel rounding to toe part. Height of longitudinal ledges in heel part and grooves arranged between them relative to thickness of insole makes 3:1, and they produce cavity that mirrors anatomic shape of heel. In waist and toe parts of insole, height of ledges and grooves relative to thickness of insole makes 2:1 and 4:1 accordingly. FIELD: light industry, in particular, shoe industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves forming fibrous combings including flax filament and fixing its structure; producing formed fibrous combings from 100% cottoned flax with filament length of 40-60 mm; placing fibrous combings between synthetic netted webs with effective cross-section coefficient of at least 60% and directing through 2-8%-chitosan solution for 3-5 min; drying fibrous combings at temperature of 80-90°C and removing netted webs. One of webs between which fibrous combings are placed is manufactured from cotton-flax fabric contacting with impermeable substrate during drying procedure, with following removal of synthetic netted web. Material for insert-type inner sole is made from fixed fibrous flax-containing combings comprising cottoned flax and chitosan used in the ratio, wt%: cottoned flax 60-80; chitosan 20-40. Material further comprises cotton-flax fabric and has hygroscopicity of 18-21%, moisture yield of 10-14% and wear-resistance of 4,000-10,000 cycles.

EFFECT: simplified process, improved hygroscopicity, moisture yield, wear-resistance, adjustable flexure hardness, improved fungi-resistance, form stability and antimicrobial properties imparted by impregnating cottoned flax combings with chitosan solution.

SUBSTANCE: inner sole for shoes has carcass of multiple-layer material. One of said layers is inner sole board consisting of fibers of alpha-cellulose impregnated with porous latex. Layer of non-woven material is disposed between layers of macro-net from natural fibers. Seven zones are defined by means of transverse stitches on inner sole surface facing foot surface. Stitches divide inner sole surface contacting with foot beginning from toe in the following ratio, %: 10, 12, 14, 14, 16, 10, 24. SUBSTANCE: inner sole by order contains upper layer from synthetical fabric, middle layer that is foaming layer and lower layer from resinous composition. In such inner sole by order to the side part of the lower layer there is temperature-inductive film attached. The lower layer of the inner sole is thermoplastic layer from mixed resin that cures at cooling in the transformed shape, changes its shape under pressure at the temperature providing transformation. Because of attachment of the temperature-inductive film to the lower layer of the inner sole by order it is easy to define suitable temperature for transformation of the inner sole, because the indicated area in the temperature-inductive film at 71°C (suitable temperature for transformation of the inner sole) changes it colour from silver to black. SUBSTANCE: footwear insole is one of main condition of footwear comfort. Insole according to particular manufacturing method of preventive insolse with heating is implemented by means of actions: cutting of semi-finished product basis from different materials and compressing of basis semi-finished product, metal nesting Cu, Zn for strips of required dimensions of galvanic couple by means of press or metalcutting machine. Then it is implemented charging into trays of cartridge-stack of strips sets of certain sizes for receiving of required size and sampling from trays of metallic strips, implemented by automaton-robotronom with programmer, by means of capture by head of automaton-robotronom of format strips. After what it is implemented application on metallic strips of glue and patching of basis couple, located on conveyor with heat chamber, with metallic strips of position format in strongly orientable by sizes. Then it is implemented revetment of received semi-finished product by cotton for receiving of complete product. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to footwear industry, in particular to designs of ventilated shoe plates, which are used to improve shoe comfort and may be used for instance for sport and casual footwear. Ventilated shoe plate of elastic material 1 comprises form on its external surface, which corresponds to anatomic structure of foot, and bulges in heel part and toe cluster part. The latter are arranged so that they produce loop-like form. Shoe plate comprises cavities for air exhaust. Elastic material used for shoe plate is material with Shore hardness of 17-20. Bulges on external surface of shoe plate in section are arranged with height of 3-5 mm and width of 3-5 mm and are grouped in heel 2 and toe cluster parts with concentric loop-like open rows. Bulges fill surface with distance between them of 3-5 mm and with formation of grooves 3 between them for air, having width of 3-5 mm. Besides in heel part there are bulges arranged in one open concentric loop-like row in direction towards outer contour of shoe plate with grooves between bulges facing outer contour of shoe plate, ending on outer contour of shoe plate towards toe with formation of cavity 6 for air exhaust. In toe cluster part bulges 4 in area of metatarsal bone heads arrangement are grouped by two concentric open loop-like rows with grooves 5, arranged along longitudinal arch and neighbouring heel group of bulges, and directed towards inner contour of shoe plate between heel rounding and longitudinal arch with formation of cavity 7 for air exhaust. I.e. when the holes of the "cake" are coaxial to holes of bypass channels (ventilation mode), and when it closes these channels (heating mode).
