FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry and may be used to manufacture inner parts of shoes and prosthetic-orthopaedic items on the basis of non-woven needle-punching synthetic fibres and tanning wastes. Composite material for inner parts of shoes and prosthetic-orthopaedic items with thickness of 1.9-2.2 mm includes three layers impregnated with skin glue. At the same time outer layers of material represent needle-punching cloths made of mixture of synthetic bicomponent and polyester fibres. Inner layer consists of ground tanning chips with fibre size of 0.5-1.8 mm. Material has the following composition, wt % : synthetic fibres 61- 65; tanning chips 25-27; skin glue 10 -12. Produced material may be shaped as resistant in operation. Required hygienic properties are maintained both by presence of protein fibrous components - tanning chips and by using highly porous non-woven cloth made of synthetic fibres as the base. Composition of synthetic fibres producing cloth is selected so that as a result of their coupling and subsequent heat moulding, fibrous-porous structure of material is preserved.

EFFECT: new material, providing for required hygienic and strength properties, is suitable to make inner soles and various prosthetic-orthopaedic items.

The invention relates to light industry and can be used in the manufacture of the internal parts of shoes and prosthetic-orthopedic products on the basis of non-woven needle-punched synthetic fiber and leather waste.

The materials in contact with human skin, presented a wide range of requirements as hygienic and physico-mechanical properties. The material must have sufficient strength, rigidity and elasticity, which is very important, good hygienic properties. In addition, based on the target destination must possess good formability.

For the manufacture of the internal parts of shoes and some orthopedic products currently use the materials on the basis of synthetic high-molecular compounds: polyethylene, polypropylene, polyesters, polyurethanes [1]. The disadvantage of these materials is unsatisfactory hygienic properties. To improve the hygienic properties of orthopedic insoles made of polyamide top layer of the insole perforined [2], but this does not solve the problem of achieving the required hygienic properties of the material.

Know the use for the internal parts of footwear of cockerton [3]. The material is a composite based on razvorochennyh tannery waste Shoe production and latex. Special presova the e material provides the ultimate tensile strength of 3.5 to 6.5 MPa, but very low hygroscopicity 1-3%.

Known coinponent multilayer material including leather shavings, located between the layers of knitted fabric of polyester, impregnated with a solution of polyamide and specially moulded. The material has an ultimate tensile strength up to 13 MPa and moisture absorption up to 20% [1, str]. The disadvantage of the material is low permeability due to the monolithic structure formed in the molding process.

The closest analogue of the present invention is a fibrous-porous Shoe material for insoles and heel, which are non-woven needle-punched fabric based on a blend of polypropylene and polyester fibers in a ratio of 30:70, processed polymer complex on the basis of polyacrylic acid and urea copolymer [4]. The disadvantage of the nearest analogue is unsatisfactory hygienic properties: high vapor permeability and low proencode.

The technical object of the present invention is to optimize the hygienic properties of the material and the expansion of raw materials used to obtain the internal parts of shoes and prosthetic-orthopedic products components.

The problem is solved in that the composite material for internal parts casli and prosthetic-orthopedic products with a thickness of 1.9-2.2 mm includes three layers, impregnated mezdrovym glue, while the outer layers are needle-punched fabric from a blend of synthetic and polyester bicomponent fibers, and the inner layer consists of crushed leather shavings with the size of the fibers of 0.5 to 1.8 mm and has the following composition in wt.%:

The material was obtained as follows. Between the two needle paintings of the blend and polyester bicomponent fibers evenly distribute the shredded leather shaving with the size of the fibers of 0.5 to 1.8 mm at a flow rate of 400-500 g/m2then layers fasten igloprobivnye and subjected to thermo-mechanical effects on the calender at a temperature of 130-180°C with a speed of 5-7 m/min. and Then the material is impregnated with a solution of mezdrovogo glue with a concentration of 3-5% and a flow rate of 4-5 l/m2and dried to air dry.

Characterization of the obtained material are given in the table.

These parameters show that the optimal performance of complex material properties. In addition, p is obtained material can be shaped in three-dimensional form sustainable operation.

Leather shaving is a waste from the production of chrome-tanned leather. It is known that leather has a unique ergonomic properties, so the introduction of leather shavings in the composition of the new material significantly improves its hygienic properties. Using crushed chips up to the size of the fibers 0.5-1.8 mm enables you to evenly distribute it on the surface of the needle-punched fibers and at the same time ensures the preservation of hygienic properties inherent in natural leather.

The use of leather shavings in the claimed composition can significantly condense the material with the required hygienic and physico-mechanical properties.

Thus the increase in the consumption of leather shavings within 400-500 g/m2that means increasing the share of chips in the composite material, respectively, from 25% to 27% will improve its hygienic properties.

The same pattern is observed when the flow rate increases or share mezdrovogo glue from 10% to 12% of the mass of material.

Examples of execution of the method.

Example 1. Between the two needle paintings of the blend and polyester bicomponent fibers evenly distribute the shredded leather shaving with the size of the fibers of 0.5 to 1.8 mm at a flow rate of 500 g/m2then layers fasten gopro ywaniem and subjected to thermo-mechanical effects on the calender at a temperature of 130-180°C with a speed of 5-7 m/min Then the material is impregnated with a solution of mezdrovogo glue with a concentration of 5% and a flow rate of 5 l/m2and dried to air-dry state. The result is a material having the following composition in wt.%: Synthetic fiber - 61, leather shavings - 27, mezdrovyj glue - 12.

Example 2. The receiving material is carried out in the same manner as in example 1, but the consumption of leather shavings is 400 g/m2the concentration mezdrovogo glue is 4%, and the solution flow rate 4 l/m2. The result is a material having the following composition in wt.%: Synthetic fiber - 65, leather shavings - 25, mezdrovyj glue - 10.

The necessary hygienic properties are provided by the presence in the protein composition of the fibrous components of leather shavings and use as the basis of highly porous non-woven cloth of synthetic fibers. The composition of the synthetic fibers forming the cloth is chosen so that the result of their bonding and further thermoforming saved fibrous-porous structure of the material. A new material that combines the necessary hygienic and mechanical properties suitable for the manufacture of removable insoles and a variety of prosthetic and orthopedic products.

The stabilisers used are barium-, cadmium-, zinc-containing Vigostab BKT complex stabilisers. The antipyretic additive is antimony trioxide and chloroparaffin CP-1100. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floor coating and can be used individually or industrially for floor coating in apartments and manufacturing facilities. The floor coating is polyvinyl chloride foam. SUBSTANCE: foamable composition for obtaining foamed products contains polyvinylchloride, primary plasticiser, if necessary, other additives and as alkyl ester of benzoic acid, isononyl ester of benzoic acid in amount from 5 to 95 wt %, counting per weight of all available plasticiser, which constitutes 10 to 400 wt.p. per 100 wt.p. of polyvinylchloride. Method of product obtaining, which contains at least one foamed layer of polyvinylchloride consists in application of foamed composition on carrier, before and after application it is foamed and in conclusion it is thermally processed. Product represents covering for floors, artificial leather and wallpapers.

EFFECT: reduction of composition viscosity, temperature of its gelatinisation, which results in simple and quicker composition processing.

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sheet composite material and to procedure for its fabrication. Material consists of at least one porous internal layer and of at least one shell. The porous internal layer is made out of canvas fabricated out of material of structure with open cells and consisting of random crossing reinforcing fibres bound with at least one or more not foamed thermo-plastic material. The porous internal layer contains fibres at amount of approximately from 20 % wt to 80 % wt of common weight of the said porous internal layer. The shell includes at least one of the following components: thermo-plastic film, elastomer film, metal foil, thermo-reactive coating, non-organic coating, mesh on base of fibres, non-woven cloth and woven material. The shell has ultimate oxygen index over 22 determined according to ISO 4589 and is able to withstand temperature from approximately 200°C to approximately 425°C. Also each shell covers at least part of surface of the said one porous internal layer.

EFFECT: produced material possesses reduced rate of flame spread, reduced level of smoke density, and reduced level of heat and gases release.

The nanostructurized coating of the current-carrying basis is bound directly to the layer of the amorphous carbon sp3 - the hybridized state of the carbon atoms and additionally has the metal layer with the depth of 25-250 nanometers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite materials based on high-molecular weight carbon-involving compounds and can be used for anodes of electrolytic condensers made from dielectric elastic film with current-conducting coating. Polyester-based film material has nano-sized metallic coating. A diamond-like layer 5-50 nm thick is disposed between modified surface of polyester base and metallic coating and, on the surface of metallic coating, spongy aluminum layer is deposited having surface development factor within a range of 80 to 400. Diamond-like nanolayer is characterized by sp3 hybridization of amorphous carbon atoms, amorphous carbon being deposited in vacuum from gas phase under action of ion-plasma source.

EFFECT: increased specific electrical capacity of condenser due to increased operation voltages and adhesion between high-developed surfaces of functional film coating nanolayers.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to method for manufacture of row of serially installed separate elements, which are distant from each other along at least part of their length, for instance blades of thrust reversor cascade blades or impeller blade, out of single premix (previously prepared mixture) and to design of these elements. Premix 8 contains at least one layer of unidirectional solid fibres 11, which are previously impregnated with resin, in uniform volume ratio, and filler 9. Premix is oriented along larger size of elements (direction X-X1). As necessary equipment, stamping tools are used, comprising matrix 3 and cover 4, which totally create a row of cavities 6a, 6b, 6c, etc. Shape of cavities has larger size and smaller cut and matches shape of finished elements. Cut is located in plane, which is perpendicular to larger size. Cavities of mold communicate to each other via special channels 7a, 7b, 7c and etc, which are arranged between cavities of each pair of cavities. Volume of channels is selected so that during stamping larger part of premix 8 plate, which is located opposite to channels, is forcedly directed to the side of blades. Premix 8 is placed into tool so that it affects row of cavities 6a, 6b, 6c, etc., and is oriented so that there are fibres along every cavity, which pass along larger size and relate to at least one layer. Premix 8, which is placed in this manner, is stamped to produce row of serially installed elements, having higher content of filler compared to volume ratio of initial premix. Besides elements 12a, 12b, 12c, etc are connected to each other with connection webs of "meshed base material" 13a, 13b, etc, which correspond to channels 7a, 7b, 7c, etc and have lower content of filler compared to volume ratio of initial premix. Afterwards, "meshed base materials" are removed. Semi-finished product produced in this manner consists of parts (12a-12c), out of which elements are then produced, as well as connection meshed webs (13a, 13b), the latter are removed afterwards. Method of invention may be used for production of different articles, for instance design, comprising elements produced during realisation of invention method. Such articles include, for instance cascade for thrust reversor of aviation engine or impeller for compressor or part of such impeller.

EFFECT: provision of economic solution to produce smooth streamlined profiles with required mechanical strength to manufacture elements with method of composite materials pressure moulding.

FIELD: he invention refers to composite connecting elements with inner thread and may be used in machine building, mining, chemistry and other fields of industry for connecting the elements of constructions.

SUBSTANCE: the connecting element consists of bounded coaxial layers of reinforcing fibrous woven material with elements-formers of the profile of the thread. The material of the indicated layers has surface density increasing layer-by-layer from the inner layer to the external layer. The surface density of the inner layer is no more than 150 g/linear m. The elements-formers of the profile of the thread are fulfilled out of fibrous material in the shape of fibers or plaits uninterrupted along the length of the thread. The indicated elements are located in layers in an alternation order between them. The fibers and the plaits are bounded between themselves and with the indicated layers by a common binding. At that in each layer the fibers or the plaits are placed strictly between the opposite lying lateral sides of the profile of the thread.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to footwear industry and orthopaedic devices, namely, to design of main insole unit, and may be used in production of footwear and prosthetic-orthopaedic items. Unit of the main insole for children's prophylactic footwear includes upper and lower layers. Upper layer consists of foamed thermoplastic material shaped in process of wearing - copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate with density of 0.35-0.40 g/cm3 and Shore hardness of 40-50 c.u. The lower layer is made from dense cardboard. The upper layer is made with hollow in heel part under calcanean tuber in section 0.18 D, and in waist area - with even arrangement of internal and external arches with highest point in area of calcaneocuboid joint in section 0.36 D.

EFFECT: invention provides for proper setting of foot, helps to turn front edge of calcaneus in sagittal plane and thus creates conditions for formation of its arches, providing for prophylactics of static deformations of feet in children.

SUBSTANCE: three-layers inserted insole for footwear consists of a highly elastic material, sealed at the periphery in the form of a sealed covering, and has several cameras that are connected to each other with channels. There on two levels with a special distribution insert located in the insole under the arch of the foot four functional chambers are set up. At the lower level made with the middle and lower elastic layers there are toe and heel injection chamber. At the top level, between the middle and upper breathable layer there are toe and heel aeration chambers. The distribution insert is equipped with bypass channels connecting the lower chambers with their opposite upper chambers. The lower chambers are interconnected by general pressure channel with an outlet to the atmosphere. All channels are equipped with outlet check valves. In addition, this distribution insert is equipped with an operating mode switch of insole, which is made in the form of a rectangular groove in the body of the distribution insert located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the insole, and crossing the bypass channels between the chambers. Also there is a rectangular "cake" placed and corresponding to the shape of groove, with holes similar to holes intersected the spillway channels. At that the ratio of the size of the groove and "cake" is made in such a way that ensures the free movement of "cake" in its two extreme positions in the groove. I.e. when the holes of the "cake" are coaxial to holes of bypass channels (ventilation mode), and when it closes these channels (heating mode).

EFFECT: intensification of air exchange as in a toe and a heel parts of the shoe with the help of cyclic air injection into the upper chamber of the insole using the lower chambers during the movement of the shoe with the insole, as well as in the case of need, capability of heating toe and heel parts of footwear due to cyclic compression of air in the spillway overlapped channels in closed volumes of lower chambers of insole.

The lower layer of the inner sole is thermoplastic layer from mixed resin that cures at cooling in the transformed shape, changes its shape under pressure at the temperature providing transformation. Because of attachment of the temperature-inductive film to the lower layer of the inner sole by order it is easy to define suitable temperature for transformation of the inner sole, because the indicated area in the temperature-inductive film at 71°C (suitable temperature for transformation of the inner sole) changes it colour from silver to black. Weight proportion of the resinous composition components of the lower layer is: low-density polyethylene - 38-42%, low-density linear polyethylene - 32-34%, ethylene vinyl acetate - 6-7%, foaming material - 1.4-2.0%, zinc oxide - 2.0-2.4%, and as addition agent there is monostearate - 0.8-1.2%, cross bond material - 0.8-1.2%, filler - 10-12% and colour - 5-7%.
