At least one receiving seat is made for a plug-hole connection between the first electric wire and the second electric wire on the flange holder. Notably, on the flange holder there is a protective element travelling between a locking position, when the electric plug-hole connection is closed and the position of free access, when the plug-hole connection is open.

The technical field

The invention relates to a connector for ribbon hose serving to connect the sections of the tape hoses, each of which contains several maps in the form of a tape hoses that serve as a pipeline, in accordance with the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims.

The level of technology

Such connectors for belts hoses contain flange holder, having a first connecting direction and the second connecting side, between which completed passes for messages pipelines, and the mounting device on the first connecting side and the second connecting side flange for the hose connections for the sections of the tape hoses.

The ribbon connector hose according to the invention is characterized in that the flange holder is made of at least one socket for plug-in connection between the first electric wire and the second electric wire. In a particularly preferred variant of the invention, the mounting device for an electrical wire corresponds to a fixing device for hose pipes for the fluid. In this case, the flange connection can be carried out in a known manner by screwing screws into the screw holes on the flange holder.

According to the invention is particularly sturdy construction is ensured by the fact that at least one electric wire is enclosed in a tube with a connecting sleeve, which is first made with the possibility of mounting with flange element. The actual electric wire can be placed, in particular, in the hose corresponding to the hose of the fluid. The implementation of the invention

As shown in figures 1 and 2, tape 1 hose according to the invention is formed of at least two sections 2A, 2b of the tape hoses, and each section contains many located next to each other hoses 4A, 4b. Located in the form of a tape hoses 4A, 4b is La passage of fluid, in particular, hydraulic fluid, rigidly fixed at an equal distance from each other by cross members 5A, 5b. The side guides 6A, 6b of the two sections 2A, 2b of the tape hoses also pivotally connected to each other in the field connector 10 tape hoses with known connectors 7a, 7b and the connecting fingers 8. Thus, the tape 1 hose according to the invention can be composed of multiple sections 2 len is s hoses. According to the invention the connector 10 tape hoses provided by the bracket 20 or the connecting device to the plug wire connections to power or data transfer lines, as shown in figure 2.

As can be seen from figures 1 and 2, the tape hose contains eight hoses, and seven flexible pipes with hoses 4A, 4b are provided for transferring hydraulic fluid, as shown above in figure 2 hose 54A, 54b is designed to receive the electrical cords. The device according to figure 3 is shown again in the enlarged view in figure 4, and shows also the first electric wire 52 and the second electric wire 56. Figure 4 plug connection 50 is shown in a closed condition in which between the first electric wire 52 and the second electric wire 56 has an electric contact.

How, in particular, can be seen in figure 4, for the formation of the socket 20 for electrical connection flange 50 of the holder 12 is made asymmetric in contrast to its execution to attach hoses 4A, 4b for the fluid. On the first connecting side 14 enters the recess 22, which in the direction of the second connecting end 16 narrows and enters through passage 23 of smaller diameter.

For open connectors 50 on the first connecting side flange 14 of the holder 12 turn off is remove the fixing screws 47 so that flange elements 46a on the first connecting side 14 in the form of partial rings can be released and removed. By an appropriate rotational movement of the ring cap nut 68 with internal thread is cut off from the outer thread of the plug connector 62 and move towards the flange of the holder 12 to return the plug-in connector 66.

After the release of the threaded connection nut 68 plug connector 62 may be elongated in the axial direction of the response steerng the connector 66 so that the electrical connection between the first electric wire 52 and the second electric wire 56 is opened. Closing electrical connection 50 is accordingly in the reverse order up until the connecting lug 42A again will not be screwed with flange elements 46 and screws 47 to the flange of the holder 12, and the flange elements 46 cover with geometric circuit corresponding annular ledge 44a on the coupling tip 42A.

The said common channel is placed at an angle with its top being directed to the head part of drive shaft. The channel inlet is mated with tip hollow part.

Excavating device consists of a supporting frame made with the possibility of being connected to basic machine, a working member whereon excavation working tools are located and which is installed with the possibility of being turned on the supporting frame by means of the supporting device, and rotary device for turning the working member relative to the supporting frame around rotation axis. Rotary device consists of at least one linear drive and cord or chain transfer mechanism by means of which linear movement created by linear drive can be converted to rotary movement.

EFFECT: simplifying and strengthening the working member design with the possibility of its turning with high reliability.

SUBSTANCE: invention deals with belt-type delivery and operation devices, especially those employed for ground excavation. The belt-type delivery and operation device contains at least one delivery line and at least one segment chain. The segment chains consists of multiple segments. Additionally there are fixtures attached to at least one segment that are designed for holding at least one delivery line. There is also a bearer cable laid through the segment receivers along the segment chain.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises frame, at least one working tool for ground excavation arranged on the frame and control unit, which guides device in slots for diaphragm wall erection in ground. Control unit comprises at least two regulation shoes, which are paired and arranged opposite to each other on the frame. The shoes may be moved by means of at least one executive cylinder, lever mechanism and distribution device. Distribution device provides distribution of force and/or installation stroke of at least one common executive cylinder between said opposite regulation shoes.

SUBSTANCE: cutting device comprises frame, at least two disc cutters installed on the frame so that they may rotate about two parallel axes by means of drive, adjusting means to regulate spacing between axes of disc cutter rotation. Adjusting device comprises toggle mechanism and at least one hydraulic cylinder for toggle mechanism activation. Hydraulic cylinder is carried by frame and is arranged substantially in center between disc cutter rotation axes. Each disc cutter is installed on support sheet. Both support sheets are mounted on frame and may rotate. toggle mechanism includes two levers hingedly connected to central hydraulic cylinder by the first lever sides and to one of said support sheets by the second sides thereof.

EFFECT: increased reliability and economy of cutting device for ground excavation with adjustable axle spacing.
