SUBSTANCE: braking device for canvas blind drive comprises support element, friction braking element and coupling ring. Support element has mounting seat wherefrom braking element extends. Braking element can displace between first position whereat it stays in surface contact with clamping ring and second position braking element and clamping ring are spaced apart. Braking element and support are provided with locking appliance to retain the former locked on the latter. Locking appliance represents a convex zone of mounting seat edge that surrounds braking element perimetre. Said convex zone is directed towards the support center. Canvas blind drive comprises aforesaid braking device.

The invention relates to a reference parts for brake friction element, in particular for drive roller blinds, awnings and the like.

Known friction brake device for actuators roller blinds (which, as an example and for simplicity, there are links in the future), these devices are used for braking and/or deceleration of rotation of the roller due to the weight roller blinds, which are wound around it. An example of such devices is described in utility model Italy room 0000227599 where the end of the motor shaft is placed inside a cylindrical seat in the sleeve, coaxial him and made in one piece with the supporting detail for the brake element is made of a material which has a high coefficient of friction.

The sleeve has two side through holes, which are diametrically opposite to each other and which are connected with a cylindrical seats, while the end of the shaft has diametrically through hole, such that when the end is inserted into the cylindrical seat of the sleeve, the opening end of the shaft and the sleeve hole can be aligned relative to each other, and they can be placed rod that zapressovyvajutsja in the hole in the shaft end. Axial displacement of the support piece causes the brake element to come into contact or out of contact with a fixed surface. When the shaft is in motion, it forces you to turn the rod, which, acting on the shaped wall hole sleeve, pushes the support piece and the brake element from the stationary surface, and thus the shaft can be rotated freely. When the shaft is at rest, the spring causes the support piece and the brake element against the stationary surface, blocking them, and, consequently, shaft and roller blind.

It is obvious that the braking action of the system depends on the friction created by the contact between the brake element and the surface. Friction depends on the materials used and the sizes of the two contacting surfaces. Commonly used brake materials have a high coefficient of friction and a high capacity for heat dissipation, but are very fragile. In addition, it is necessary to note that inside the tubular motor is available t is like small space which does not allow you to use the brake elements is large in size. Small area of contact surfaces limit the braking action.

For the system to be effective, the brake element must be rigidly connected with the supporting part, so that between the two parts was no relative slippage, while the braking action should be localized exclusively between the brake element and a stationary surface.

The above-mentioned utility model number 0000227599 does not describe any means for locking the brake element on the support piece, and it does not mention the problem, consisting in the fact that when using the above constructive solutions to the brake element slides on the supporting part, with resultant wear and/or failure of a supporting part or the brake element.

Commercial drives improvement applies, providing that the surface of the support piece are small rods, and brake element are formed corresponding seats or holes, to ensure mutual blocking action using the forced engagement. Seats, which often represent through holes, greatly reduce the area of the friction surface of the brake element (decrease thermotropically) and create a structurally weakened zone, in which concentrates a large number of voltage due to the forces exerted by the rods. It is in these zones are formed cracks and there are faults during the operation of the braking motors high power.

The aim of the present invention is to provide a brake device which does not have the disadvantages of the prototype.

This goal is achieved by the supporting part having a surface for mounting brake friction element, and this surface has locking means for locking the brake element, characterized in that the locking elements are made in such a way as to hold the brake element at least along a section of its peripheral edge. The main distinctive feature of the devices is a way to lock braking element with the specified brake element is forcibly rotated as a unit with the supporting part due to the gripping action of the locking elements on at least one section of the peripheral edge (i.e. on the outer or inner edge, if available) of the brake element.

Thanks to this solution it is possible to avoid weakening the braking element holes and to maintain maximum surface area, which corresponds to a greater braking action. As the brake cell battery (included) the t is not subjected to internal loads, it has longer service life and more reliable.

The advantages of the device according to the invention will be shown more clearly in the following description of a preferred variant of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1. shows the components of the device 10 according to the invention, which are placed inside the tubular body (not shown) of the drive roller blinds. These components include a shaft 12 of an electric motor (not shown)coaxial with the tubular housing and supported by suitable bearings 13, only one of which is shown; elastic means 14 (here, spring), which push the support piece 16, which carries an annular brake element 20 made of a material with a high coefficient of friction, in the direction to concatenate the he ring 18 (surface), made of the same material (for example, the material of the brake pads) and fastened on the housing 24, which, in turn, is placed inside the tubular body. The support piece 16 is slidable in the axial direction relative to the shaft 12 between the two positions: a first position in which the brake element 20 is in contact with the clutch ring 18, and a second position in which they are divorced; means 22 of the transmission located between the shaft 12 and the base part 16, contain the rod 50 inserted into the corresponding hole 52 of the shaft 12 in such a manner that it protrudes from both ends by the same amount. General function means 22 (which may be replaced by other, functionally similar elements) is to separate the support piece 16 and the brake element 20 from the clutch ring 18 when the shaft 12 is rotated, leaving them, however, in contact, when the shaft 12 is stationary. Elastic means 14 are pressed on the bearing 13 and the annular ledge 38 of the support piece 16 to push the latter in the direction towards the clutch ring 18; gear gear spindle 26, which is rigidly connected (made in one piece with the supporting part 16 and which passes through the element 20, the clutch ring 18 and the housing 24 to be connected kinematically with gear (not shown).

The device 10 operates following the way. When the motor (and hence the shaft 12) is fixed, the elastic means 14 press the support piece 16 and the brake element 20 to the clutch ring 18, preventing relative rotation of the latter two parts due to mutual friction. The rotation of the spindle 26, is connected to the support part 16, now blocked. As the spindle 26 through a gear connected with roller roller blinds, it keeps it motionless.

When the shaft 12 is rotated, the rod 50 is also rotated, operates inside the supporting part 16 (on the inclined surface 37, which converts the rotary movement into an axial displacement) and pushes it in the axial direction of the elastic means 14, overcoming their resistance. As a result, the element 20 is extended from the ring 18 at a certain distance, giving you the ability to rotate the support piece 16, the spindle 26 and, thereby, the roller roller blinds. It is obvious that the displacement of the support piece 16 and the brake element 20 occurs in both directions of rotation of the shaft 12.

Figure 3-6 shows the construction of the support part 16. It contains all the retaining disk 30 having formed on the surface of the seat 32 with the edge 33, which may accommodate the base of the braking element 20, leaving it protruding from the support piece 16. The edge 33 restricts the seat 32, which keepo essentially annular shape, with the exception of two convex zones 36, which are located diametrically, which is directed toward the center of the disc 30.

As can be seen in figure 1, the brake element 20 has a shape corresponding to the housing 32, and can be inserted precisely into it without slipping through the interaction of convex zones 36 with the response concave zones 20A of the element 20.

From the foregoing it is obvious that the invention eliminates the weakening of the brake element 20 holes and ensures that the maximum braking surface, as the edge 33 holds the brake element 20 along its entire peripheral edge (in this case, the outer perimeter). Obviously, that may be sufficient to hold the brake member along only part of its peripheral edge. Variants of embodiments of the invention provide that the edge 33 may be formed in it ledges, non-convex zones 36, different amounts and forms, not necessarily fulfilled along the edge 33, for example, forming a polygonal seat (and polygonal brake element). An alternative solution involves (round) seat without profiling, and friction and grip provided by the edge 33, which is sufficient to hold the element 20 is fixed, or the use of adhesives to lock it.

Instead of seats in pornos part 16 in the form of deepening possible to use the seat in the form of tabs - see Fig.7. There may be other types of protrusions, as regards their number and form, with the condition that when the brake element is housed inside a seat formed by the protrusions, interaction and/or friction to prevent its rotation relative to the support piece under it, and the braking element acts on the support piece by a sufficient margin to come into contact with the clutch ring (or surface).

Preferred results are obtained when the formation of the protrusions, as shown in Fig.7, along the periphery, cut off by the chord (preferably not diametrically). Thus, the protrusions may be in the form of segments of a circle. With the brake element 120 corresponding form (circle one or more missing segments of a circle on the outside or on mediametrie the chord) is ensured that it will not slide on the support piece 116. In SL the tea element 20 missing segments of a circle have a curved base 20A. In this case, may also be sufficient circular arrangement of the tabs (along the round brake element)that hold the bearing part by means of pressure and/or friction, but not with the interaction.

In the case of the brake element with a Central hole (peripheral) region Central (circular or non-circular) holes can also be used as a locking surface for the locking means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, namely, to disk brakes. Proposed brake disk is made in cast iron and represents a sliding disk of the disk-type brake. Proposed disk comprises outer edges, inner edges and alternating teeth and gaps along the said inner edges. Note here that it incorporates means designed to reduce fracture formation caused by irregular characteristics of the brake disk elongation. The disk features zones with reduced material thickness in every tooth, as compared with that along the radius outside the gaps between teeth, and has no similar thickness reduction on gaps between teeth. Aforesaid material thickness reduction zones formed in disk casting are located in transition between teeth and main part of brake disk, and pass partially along imaginary circumference with radius of the gap lower parts. The propose clasp brake incorporates a caliper enveloping one or more brake plates, a hub or a part linked up wit the hub. Spreader bars are arranged between the brake disk and hub or the part linked up wit the hub. The spreader bars are arranged to prevent contact between brake plate spline end faces and the hub spline end faces, or the part jointed to the hub, at whatever radial shift of the brake plate relative to the hub or the part jointed thereto. One of the brake disks slides on over the central part representing a hub, sleeve or the like part. The said central part is fitted on the wheel axle or the like part. SUBSTANCE: hinge assembly comprises the first hinge and the second hinge connected with each other through pin. Pin includes the first and the second parts fixedly connected to the first hinge. The second hinge includes central part and at least one insert, which create support surface between pin part and central part. Pin part and insert retain the first and the second hinges so that the hinges are spaced apart, which results in creation of hinge assembly with bearing pin.

EFFECT: increased simplicity of surface hinge assembly surface treatment.

FIELD: suspension devices for doors, windows and so on, particularly means for attachment thereof.

SUBSTANCE: fittings are secured to profiled rod having profiled slot formed on connection side thereof. The slot is opened from outer side and has edges facing one another and defining an orifice. Fittings have clamping member, which may be pressed to fastening device by means of at least one attachment member passing through profiled slot orifice. Fastening device 40 includes at least two parts 50, 60, which are formed so that the parts may be inserted in orifice 8 of profiled slot 4 and positioned so that parts 50, 60 engage one edge 7 of the slot 4.
