Floating facility incorporates equipment to carry out decontamination and pulling-and-running operations and can move in shallow waters. Floating facility hull accommodates ballast compartments. Transport facility comprises cargo compartment arranged in its underwater section to accommodate and fix floating facility therein in semisubmerged position. Both facilities can operate in deep waters. Proposed complex moves driven by propulsive machinery.

The invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to the technical means for the liquidation of the consequences of Maritime accidents and disasters, such as cleaning water from the flooded ships, dangerous objects, garbage collection.

Known ship dock type, intended for transportation of lighters, barges and other large floating cargoes, which allows us to speed up their loading and unloading and reliable fixation (see A.S. USSR N 1557001, IPC WV 35/42 published 15.04.1990)designed for transporting heavyweight modules and related handling operations. This tool is only intended for cargo transportation by sea and is aimed at improving operational properties by speeding up the loading and unloading of floating cargo.

The closest technical solution to the stated is the venue for works in the waters (see RF patent N 2170690, IPC VS 23/52 published 20.07.2001)containing floating craft, equipped for carrying out cleaning and round-trip work and made accessible to the shallow waters and the vehicle with cargo space, moving while doing the cleaning and round-trip works on deep water for propulsion-propulsion systems floating means is a, ballast compartments.

The disadvantage of the complex is a significant expenditure of time on the articulation and floating vehicle by docking. The technical result of the invention is the reduction of time for the articulation of floating and vehicles.

The task is to solve the technical result is achieved by the fact that the venue for works in the waters, containing floating craft, equipped for carrying out cleaning and round-trip work and made accessible to the shallow waters and the vehicle with cargo space, moving while doing the cleaning and round-trip works on deep water due to motor-dvigatelnoi installation vessels, ballast tanks, according to the invention the ballast compartments are made inside craft, and cargo space for installation and fastening of the craft is made in the underwater part of the vehicle for holding treatment and round-trip works on deep water.

The proposed complex is illustrated in the drawings, figure 1 is a-3, where figure 1 shows a floating tool, side view; figure 2 - complex Assembly, i.e. a vehicle with an ex is not the floating means; figure 3 shows the vehicle, bottom view.

The venue for works in the waters contains floating craft 1 (1) placed on it by the equipment 2 to conduct treatment and round-trip operations, ballast compartments 3, located inside the shell craft 1, the vehicle 4 containing cargo space 5, is made in the underwater part of the vehicle to install it craft in a submerged position (figure 3) and cargo space 6 in a surface part (figure 2). Flotation means secured in the vehicle using fasteners 7.

The venue for works in the waters works as follows.

When working in deep water, floating tool 1 in a submerged position articulates with the vehicle 4 (figure 2). When working in shallow water floating tool 1 due to the ballast compartments 3 may protoplanets and installed on the ground for greater stability when round-trip work. For this ballast compartments 3 vessels 1 are filled with water with the help of special equipment. Floating tool 1 equipment 2 is adapted for independent operation in shallow waters. While using equipment 2 can be cleaning the waters and conducting the surveillance of different round-trip work (figure 1). Dive craft to the level lower than the surrounding area enables floating tool 1 to enter by swimming in the underwater cargo space 5 of the vehicle. Then the floating tool 1 is fixed in the vehicle 4 by fasteners 7. The movement of the complex is provided by the propulsion watercraft 1. The combination of craft 1 and the vehicle 4 its shape and size provides the necessary seaworthiness to work at great depths.

Cargo space 6 on the surface of the vehicle can be used in the towing mode for transportation lowered or raised object.

Thus, the proposed complex and increases the speed of operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship lifting and rescue operations. Proposed complex comprises two self-propelled derrick boats furnished with load handling appliances with grippers. The latter comprises frame with rotary driven lugs that can embrace sunken ship without squeezing it. Note here that gripper can vary lengthwise and crosswise gripping angles to rule out suction of hull to bottom. Ship lifted to self-propelled derrick boats, bow and stern adapters-fairings and bottom adapters are attached to form self-propelled floating drydock.

EFFECT: possibility to lift sunken ships from various depth and safe transportation.

FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for using during lifting sunken wrecks and other loads from beds of water bodies and for transportation of these loads in suspended state to destination point. Floating crane contains hoisting mechanisms with lifting arms, winches and grab hooks. There are two pontoons and hydraulic station with hydraulic cylinders for crane state changing and control system of hydraulic cylinders. Pontoons are pivotally interconnected by arms of hoisting mechanisms. Control system allows changing relative position of pontoons to provide transport or operating state of the crane. In transport state pontoons are at minimal distance from each other and rigidly interconnected. In operating state pontoons are moved apart by hydraulic cylinders and held by couplings and hydraulic cylinders in position corresponding to mutually perpendicular orientation of components of hoisting mechanisms arms. Suggested crane design provides simplified transition from transport state in operating state and vice versa.

EFFECT: increase in effectiveness of floating crane utilisation with reducing energy consumption for its transportation to the place of sunken wreck lifting and back and providing possibility to store the crane in wet docks when occupied space is limited.

FIELD: ship building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises hoisting winch mounted on carrier ship, damping device with ascending-descending boom, control and feedback control units. Said ascending-descending boom is driven by motor. Given underwater position of the object, damping device boom moves in directions opposite to those of the ship caused by rocking. Damping device inertia is equalised by intermittent increments in shaft drive motor torque when ship changes its course.

EFFECT: stabilised depth of immersion during rocking.

SUBSTANCE: lifting facility includes floating base (ship's hull) carrying several derricks mounted on swivel pillars balanced by means of externally-mounted varying counter-weights suspended from auxiliary derricks lifting the large-sized cargo during joint operation in synchronism; distance between points of suspension of cargo may be changed depending on length and distribution of mass of large-sized cargo being lifted; they move on carriages over rails mounted on keel piece along ship's hull; they may be stowed in transportation position.

SUBSTANCE: proposed floating platform has pontoon with site above water surface on which hoisting mechanism is mounted. Site has "n" holes with hollow mirrorlized light conduits placed in them for reception of light energy from 1 to N number of light sources. End of light conduit located below water surface is mounted in grid suspended from pontoon. Mounted on this grid is mechanism for hoisting and lowering the grid and swivel mechanism for supply of light energy to light conduit in required direction. Light conduit consists of sections. Light guide provided with screen filter is secured to grid.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to shipbuilding, namely to pontoon ships intended for transportation on open deck the floating drilling rigs (FDR) and other floating and heavy entities. Floating vessel consists of pontoon with high forecastle (aftercastle) and free cargo deck. Bouyancy of aft (fore) end and longitudinal metacentric stability of vessel during bringing under (from under) FDR is provided by inflatable buoyancies attached to an end by means of flexible links of certain length determined by submerging depth of floating vessel required to bring in (out) the FDR. Echeloned (sequential) in direction of vessel bringing under (from under) layout of inflatable buoyancies creates virtually invariable depth of floating vessel submerging during vessel aft (fore) end passing under FDR's braces. Inflatable buoyancies are located below base surfaces for large-dimensioned cargoes.

EFFECT: enhancement of floating vessel operational functionality due to possibility to bring a floating vessel under transported floating entity both from boards and from aft end, also transportation of unlimited in width heavy cargoes is provided.

Barge is winch-pulled till barge bow contact with barge carrier bowl bulkhead, while barge or barge carrier is rotated till approximate alignment of their diametric planes. Barge carrier is furnished with swinging turret to downed below cargo deck plate during barge loading/unloading. Aforesaid turret is made in compliance with the barge stern recess. Barge carrier refloating, said turret is turned for it to enter barge recess and to lock barge on carrier. Barge bow is locked with the help of locking blocks that can move on shit cargo deck.

Floating dock section contains pontoon where side towers are installed, ballasting facilities, dock floor with primary framing made as structure of longitudinal and transverse frames, main framing beams resting on it on which beams the decking is placed. The pontoon is divided into central and side ballast compartments by vertical waterproof bulkheads. In the vertical longitudinal pontoon symmetry plane, vertical support bulkhead is installed which bulkhead is made permeable. Relative (to dock width) width of central ballast compartment (size of segment with transverse framing system) is calculated by formula given in description. Longitudinal vertical waterproof bulkheads are placed equally spaced from the vertical support bulkhead. The main framing of the central ballast compartment is executed according to transverse scheme, and the main framing of the side ballast compartments - according to longitudinal scheme.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship navigation. Proposed method of piloting ships in channels and shallow inland waters consists in using auxiliary engineering means. Said auxiliary means represents pontoons. Said pontoons represent bow and stern buoyancy modules. Underkeel clearance is increased by reducing wave resistance in running in shallow waters due to absorption of waves reflected from the hull. Waves are killed by aforesaid buoyancy modules. Pontoons are furnished with elements to secure them to ship hull. Said modules are shaped to ship hull bow and stern. Said fastening elements are made up of retainers furnished with jacks and cables to fasten buoyancy modules aboard the ship.
