SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning machines, such as dishwashing or washing machines designed to wash dishes or laundry with the help of detergents. Machine used to clean articles by means of washing comprises tank, where articles to be washed are placed, dispensing device for dispensing of required amount of detergent into washing tank, container, where detergent is placed, required for more than one washing cycle, and where mixing device is installed to prevent formation of detergent flakes in container, due to motion, and motor of mixing device, which sends required energy for motion of mixing device. Machine comprises control device, where values of current sent to mixing device motor and corresponding to a certain amount of detergent available in container at a specific moment of time are recorded, through monitoring of current values sent to motor of mixing device, and their comparison to recorded values of mixing device motor current. Mixing device is arranged in the form of hollow cylinder, which is fixed by its one end to container wall. The second free end of hollow cylinder is arranged horizontally and is put in vibratory motion. Control device informs the user about the fact that detergent ran out, with the help of audio signal and/or video signal, when current goes below specified threshold value.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The invention relates to a washing machine which contains the metering device.

Washing machines, such as washing machines or dishwashers, used for Laundry or dishwashing detergent. In particular, in the dishwasher use the washing programme, including the various stages of pre-wash, main wash and rinse.

In this type of vehicle, the user must re-fill detergent container for each cleaning process. In that case, if the user forgets to put the detergent in the container or put less than necessary, this will lead to the fact that the dishes will not be cleaned or at least will decrease the efficiency of washing. In that case, if the detergent is placed more than is required, this will lead to environmental pollution and rinsing is inadequate. In the above washing machine, the detergent is determined by monitoring the current applied to the motor mixing device, which actuates the mixing device placed in the container, the dosing device, preferably at the base, and which is placed in the detergent.

Because mixing device is movable element, the detergent is not going on it.

In the embodiment of the present invention a mixing device is made as a hollow cantilever beam at a location near the base, proceeding from the container wall to the center. While one end of the beam attached to the wall, the other free end of the beam. The engine mixing device located inside the beam, rotates axially displaced protruding portion mounted on its output hole in the inner space of the beam. Since the protruding portion is not coaxial with the beam, engine mixing device causes the beam to vibrate. This prevents vibration powdered detergent, which is in the beam, from the formation of lumps. When the container has a sufficient amount of detergent, vibration of a beam on a certain site fades out. Because the amount of detergent in the container is reduced, the beam vibrates more, and the engine mixing device is tion consumes less current. When the output current drops below a certain value, it is interpreted in such a way that the container has remained insufficient amount of detergent. In this embodiment of the invention, since the mixing device is made as a straight beam without any recesses or protrusions, the possibility of sticking to it detergent is sufficiently small.

Washing machine (1) is a washing machine used for washing clothes, or a dishwasher for washing dishes.

Washer (1) contains

- tank (3), which put items that need to be washed,

- the metering device(4) for dispensing the required amount of detergent into the tank (3), and

the control device (2) (figure 1).

Dosing device (4) contains:

container (5), which put the detergent required for more than one stage of washing;

- mixing device (6)located in the container (5) and which prevents the formation of flakes of detergent (T)in the container (5), by moving; and

the engine of the mixing device (8), which delivers the necessary energy for the propulsion of mixing device (6).

In a washing machine (1)which is the subject of the present invention, the control device (2) monitors the current applied to the motor (8) of the mixing device. The magnitude of the motor current (8) of the mixing device, certain quantities or levels of detergent recorded by the producer in the control device (2). The control device (2) compares the value of the current applied to the motor (8) of the mixing device, with values of motor current (8) of the mixing device, recorded by the manufacturer, to determine the amount or level of detergent (T), are currently in the container (5). If the current exceeds the limit set by the manufacturer of the control device (2) decides that the container (5) does not contain is it a sufficient amount of detergent (T) (figure 2).

In this embodiment of the invention the weight of the detergent puts pressure on the mixing device (6)when the container (5) is full, because mixing device (6) is located at the position near the base of the container (5) (figure 2). Therefore, the engine (8) of the mixing device is limited in rotation and reduces high current. Dosing device (4) takes at each sink a certain amount of detergent into the tank (3). Therefore, the amount of detergent in the container (5) is gradually reduced from one sink to another. Reducing the amount of detergent and, consequently, the pressure exerted on the mixing device (6), facilitates the movement of the mixing device (6) and the rotation of the engine (8) of the mixing device. Slight rotation of the engine (8) of the mixing device gradually consumes less current. In other words, there is an inverse proportion between the amount of detergent in the container (5) and the current applied to the motor (8) of the mixing device. When the current applied to the motor (8) mixing device falls below a certain threshold, determines that the amount of detergent in the container (5) is less than that required for washing.

In another embodiment the invention, the mixing device (6) you shall elnino as a hollow cylinder, which is attached at one end to the wall of the container (5). Mixing device (6) preferably proceeds in a horizontal direction and is moved due to vibration. Thus, the detergent in the container (5) exerts pressure along the length of the mixing device (6). The engine (8) of the mixing device is located in the space inside the mixing device (6) (figure 5). The necessary electrical connections to power the engine (8) of the mixing device preferably pass through the end of the mixing device (6)attached to the wall of the container (5). In this embodiment of the invention the metering device (4), in addition, contains a protruding portion (7) inside the mixing device (6)is fixed axially displaced to the outlet of the engine (8) of the mixing device. When fed electricity to the motor (8) of the mixing device, the protruding portion (7) starts to rotate inside the mixing device (6). Unbalanced position protruding part (7) with respect to the outlet of the engine (8) shakes mixing device (6) inside the container (5).

In this embodiment of the invention, the vibration of the mixing device (6) protects cleanser that it tries the reader, from the formation of flakes and hardening. If the container has a cleanser, then the amplitude of vibration of the mixing device (6) is low. However, if the detergent is less vibration amplitude becomes larger. Therefore, as soon as decreases the amount of detergent engine (8) of the mixing device consumes less current. In this embodiment the invention, the mixing device (6) is made with a very simple geometry, providing, thus, ease of production and use. In addition, since the mixing device (6) has a rotating cutting elements, such as ribs or vanes, the user will not be injured, even if he/she put a hand into the container (5) at the time when the mixing device (6).

In this embodiment of the invention, the largest amplitude of vibration is at the top of the mixing device (6). Therefore, the mixing device (6) is located on this level, so that the oscillating top not encountered the base of the container (5). In any case, the mixing device (6) is so close to the base of the container (5), to the extent possible, but at such a distance so as not to be damaged from a collision. Therefore, the reduction of detergent can be measured bol is e exactly.

In the embodiment of the invention the control device (2) tells the user that the detergent ended with audio and/or video signal when the current value falls below the threshold value specified by the manufacturer. With this tool washer (1) protected from work without detergent.

In another embodiment of the invention the control device (2) disables the current supplied to the engine (8) of the mixing device, if the current falls below the threshold value specified by the manufacturer, preventing mixing device (6) from creating noise in the empty container (5).

2. Washing machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixing device (6) is designed as a hollow cylinder, which is attached at one end to the wall of the container (5), and the second, free end is held in the horizontal direction and is moved by the vibration.

3. Washing machine (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that the engine (8) of the mixing device is located in the free space inside the mixing device (6).

4. Washing machine (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that the engine (8) of the mixing device with electrical connections passing through the end of the mixing device (6)attached to the wall of the container (5).

5. Washing machine (1) according to claim 2, 3 or 4, characterized in that otherwisee device (4) contains a protruding portion (7), fixed axially offset to the outlet of the engine (8) of the mixing device inside the mixing device (6).

6. Washing machine (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the control device (2) informs the user that the detergent has ended, using audio and/or video signal, when the current falls below a predetermined threshold value.

7. Washing machine (1) according to claim 1 or 6, characterized in that the control device (2) turns off the current applied to the motor (8) of the mixing device when the current falls below a predetermined threshold value.

SUBSTANCE: process of adding of multicomponent solid detergent additives in executing the sequence program can be implemented at the household machine that uses water, in particular to a dishwasher having a ditch for storing detergent additives, and an input device for the introduction of the program version. According to the method delivery of fluid to the detergent additive in the ditch is dependent on the sequence of the program, in particular the supply is repeatedly carried out with time intervals. The fluid is submitted in addition depending on the version of the program chosen. Using the input device one can select the type of components of various detergents, and liquid flow is delivered during the execution of those phases of the program for which the selected type of detergent contains the required cleaning agent. SUBSTANCE: dishwasher comprises charged receiving compartment for detergents or rinsers, especially in the form of pellet, which is located and shaped so that in operational position of device for detergents and rinsers supply in dishwasher, detergent or rinser may freely go out in the direction of gravity force from receiving compartment into washing chamber. Receiving compartment of device for supply is arranged in the door or on the door of dishwasher, which closes washing chamber outside. In dishwasher there is a box of dishwasher arranged as pulled out from washing chamber for charging. Receiving compartment of feed device is located so that and/or box is arranged so that in position of charging, when door is opened and box is fully pulled out, and box may be charged with dishes, also feed device with receiving compartment may be charged with detergent or rinser, at the same time receiving compartment is not fully or partially closed by box in the direction of receiving compartment charging.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning machines, such as dishwashing or washing machines designed to wash dishes or laundry with the help of detergents. Machine used to clean articles by means of washing comprises tank, where articles to be washed are placed, dispensing device for dispensing of required amount of detergent into washing tank, container, where detergent is placed, required for more than one washing cycle, and where mixing device is installed to prevent formation of detergent flakes in container, due to motion, and motor of mixing device, which sends required energy for motion of mixing device. Machine comprises control device, where values of current sent to mixing device motor and corresponding to a certain amount of detergent available in container at a specific moment of time are recorded, through monitoring of current values sent to motor of mixing device, and their comparison to recorded values of mixing device motor current. Mixing device is arranged in the form of hollow cylinder, which is fixed by its one end to container wall. The second free end of hollow cylinder is arranged horizontally and is put in vibratory motion. Control device informs the user about the fact that detergent ran out, with the help of audio signal and/or video signal, when current goes below specified threshold value.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of dispenser operation and its higher effectiveness.
