The invention relates to a household appliance, in particular, intended to implement at least one of washing textiles in accordance with the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims.

Washing machines for clothes are usually equipped with a dosing of detergents in the form of a box with one or more compartments for detergent. Detergents are carried by the flow of water, which, passing through the mentioned compartments, transfers these detergents in the washing tank. To transfer the detergent in the tank is known washing machines contain a separate hydraulic circuit. This circuit consists of a significant number of components, including contains one or more valves. Usually, there are two valves: one for transfer of detergent for pre-washing and the other for transfer of detergent for the main wash. Therefore, in known washing machines of the above-mentioned circuit makes a significant contribution to the cost of the machine.

In addition, the known washing machines require additional time to install the dispenser detergent and components of the hydraulic circuit: it increases the total time of production of washing machines. Moreover, because the components mentioned in the hydraulic circuit (especially valve) susceptible to damage, the presence of the UE is mentioned circuit reduces the reliability of washing machines, that leads to possible inconvenience for both manufacturer and user. Finally, the dispenser and its associated hydraulic circuit occupy a lot of space inside the washing machine, which could be used to accommodate other devices. As for the dosing of detergents in the form of a drawer, in addition to part of the internal volume of the chamber it also occupies part of the front surface of the washing machines (the part of the front surface, which corresponds to the visible surface of the dispenser and which gives users access to it to fill detergents). Thus, the presence of a dispenser in the form of a drawer significantly reduces the surface available for the means of user interaction with the machine, and can degrade the external appearance of the washing machine.

The present invention is to eliminate the above drawbacks in a simple and economical way.

This problem is solved by performing household appliance with the features described in the claims, which should be considered an integral part of this description.

The General idea underlying the present invention is to create a household appliance, in particular, intended for realization of at least one of washing textiles without the traditional the aqueous detergent dispenser in the form of a box and its associated hydraulic circuit.

To create such a household appliance offered appropriate device, configured to accommodate a detergent, with one of the elements of this device is directed into the device. In particular, the above mentioned element satisfies the requirement of coming in contact with water during operation of the household appliance. It is established that the so-called "capture" (i.e., the element made with the possibility of moving and/or lifting of textile products during processing) is most suitable as element devices containing detergents.

The advantages of the present invention will be better understood from the subsequent detailed description and drawings, which are presented as non-limiting example.

Schematically shown in figure 1 household appliance, in particular, is intended to complete at least one wash textiles and is a described as a non-limiting example of a possible implementation of the present invention. In the future depicted in figure 1 household appliance will be known as the "washing machine". It should be noted that the term "washing machine" includes any appliance, which is capable of performing at least one washing of textiles (therefore, the device is called traditionally "washer-dryer") and providing for either front loading or top loading. Preferably called "washing machine" device may also execute at least one centrifugation textiles, according to which a certain amount of water is squeezed from the textile products due to their movement speed, much higher than the rate used in the wash. As a non-limiting example of a household appliance in accordance with the present invention figure 1 shows a washing machine, providing front loading.

Washing machine 1 includes a rotating drum 3, is arranged to accommodate intended for processing textiles. At least one element 9, is arranged to move and/or lift textiles during washing, contains tools to accommodate detergents and/or additives. In the future, this element 9 will be referred to as "capture", as it is in this name is usually used in this technical field.

The drum 3 is a hollow cylindrical element, which can rotate around its axis 8. It contains two essentially circular wall located perpendicular to the axis 8, and a cylindrical surface, forming of which is parallel to axis 8. One of the two circular walls contains a round opening for the loading of textile products, as mentioned cylindrical surface contains many holes, providing course used in the wash water. The drum 3 is located inside the tank and can be made from plastic or from metal. The tank is made with the possibility of water required for washing textiles. The user can gain access to the drum 3 through a door connected to the housing 10 of the washing machine through one or more loops.

Grip 9 is odd, because it contains the fixture to accommodate a detergent and/or additives. Typically, there are many traditional grippers 80, 90 (preferably three or four), which may be made of plastic and is preferably covered with a layer of soft and/or elastic material to prevent significant damage to textiles because of their friction grips during rotation of the drum 3.

Grip 9 is attached to the drum 3 so that it is adjacent to HV the inner face of the drum 3, in particular the inner end surface of the drum 3. Other clamps 80 and 90 may vary in form and scope.

Once the water reaches the host device, the water washes away detergents (also dissolving them, for example, when using powdered detergent), which are directly used for washing textile products, inside of the drum 3.

In accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the grip includes a device configured to contain at least one of my what it means and the device is arranged to contain at least one additive, i.e. at least one of such substances as liquid softener.

Mentioned additive is in a greater degree, for example, for use in centrifugation, than during washing. In this embodiment of the invention the device for the content of the additive is associated with a tool made with the possibility of retention of the additive in the capture of 9 during washing and release during centrifugation, prior to the final rinse cycle, during which the aforementioned additive is typically used.

As a non-limiting example, figure 2 presents the grip 9, made in accordance with the present invention. Capture 9 contains two different, separated from each other compartments: the first compartment 12 is designed to contain a detergent, and the second compartment 18 for the content of the additive. The volume of these two compartments is such that they can accommodate the appropriate amount of detergent for washing and/or an appropriate amount of additives to implement one of the treatments that require the use of additives. For example, the first compartment 12 and second compartment 18 can be shaped in such a way that they will accommodate at least 300 cm3detergent in the form of p the Rosca and at least 120 cm 3liquid softener, respectively. These two compartments can be located mainly along the axis of the grip 9 (i.e. essentially parallel to the axis 8 of the drum 3). The first compartment 12 may be located on the front of the drum 3 (i.e., on the side adjacent to the circular opening of the drum 3 washing machines 1), and the second compartment 18 on the rear side of the drum 3.

To download detergent (powder or liquid, or tablets) on the outer surface of the grip 9 is a window 15, which is located in the upper part of the first compartment 12 and is communicated with him, so that the detergent is loaded by the user through the window 15, is deposited under the action of gravity inside the first compartment 12. The speed of rotation of the drum during centrifugation (which achieved a speed of the order of hundreds of revolutions per minute) is significantly higher than during washing (which achieved speeds are of the order of tens of revolutions per minute). As you know, centrifugation is used to remove liquid (- liquid after rinsing) of the products present in the drum.

The system of release of the additive from the second compartment 18 is designed in such a way that it is sensitive to the speed of rotation ω of the drum 3: additive is released automatically when the speed of rotation ω of the drum 3 exceeds a given value ω*. Mentioned given value ω* select a larger maximum speed ωLrotation in the wash, but lower speed ωCrotation of the drum 3 during centrifugation (ω*=A×ωLand ω*=ωC/, Where a and b two factor, both positive and greater than 1).

The system of release of the additive from capture 9 also includes opposing spring 30, is arranged to hold the weight 20 in the first position relative to the second compartment 18 until, until it reaches the given value ω* speed of rotation of the drum 3. The rigidity of the opposing spring 30 should be selected so that the spring can exert a constant force equal and opposite to the force F acting on the mass 20, when the weight 20 is in the first position. Thus, the mass 20 is moved to the second position relative to the second compartment 18 only when the centrifugal force F becomes greater than F* (preferably at the beginning of centrifugation), thus allowing the additive to leave the grip 9.

In accordance with the present invention is through the use of the basic principle of the system for release shown in figa and 3B, it becomes possible to create a device for selective distribution to multiple washing substances and/or additives. For example, in practice it is possible to provide the first containing compartment associated with the first system to release the first substance in excess of the speed of rotation of the drum the first given value (e.g., 300-400 rpm), and the second accommodating compartment associated with the second system to release the second substance in excess of the speed of rotation of the drum the second specified value (namely, 500-700 rpm). These first and second set values of the various and can be simply defined, for example, by selecting the stiffness of the springs and/or the value of the moved masses, while the distribution of the first substance must precede the distribution of the second substance.

Of course, the solution described above can be extended to a larger number of compartments, namely, three or four. Moreover, this decision goes well, in particular, with the idea of using phase centrifugation, preferably short, suitable for the release of detergents and/or additives.

Alternatively, the exhaust channel 77, a possible variant of execution in which the release of the additive from the grip 9 is the result of the rotation of the second compartment 18 around the axis of the hinge due to the displacement is of the mass 20 from the first position to the second position relative to the second compartment 18. It is also possible to perform, in which the release of the additive takes place through the inlet, which is used to load the additives in the grip 9, i.e. through the inlet 54. In this case, the first position of the mass 20 is the position in which the weight 20 forces the cover 19 to be closed, and the second position is a position in which the weight 20 does not interfere with the free opening of the cover 19, thereby allowing the additive to leave the second chamber 18 through the inlet 54.

Hand washing substances and/or additives in the household appliance according to the present invention is also possible, at least in part, by thermal and/or electrical actuators. You can also use a small electronic unit to control the distribution of detergents and/or additives; in this case, the grip 9, as a rule, will contain a power source (such as batteries).

The present invention overcomes the aforementioned disadvantages of the known appliances containing dispenser in the form of a drawer for detergent and specialized hydraulic circuit for a washing detergent into the tank, described with reference to a specific example of implementation, but for specialists in the art it is obvious that many possible embodiments of nastoyascheevremya, and that all these options should be considered within the scope of the attached claims.
