FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions refers to shoe construction, a manner of wearing the shoe on man's foot in accordance with the shoe design features of invention and a manner of getting the shoe off man's foot. The shoe (1) has a toe part (2) and a heel part (3), which can completely or partially be disconnected from the toe part (2). The shoe with essentially flexible top and essentially hard shoe sole provides a toe part including the forepart of the shoe sole and the forepart of the top, the heel part (3) which includes the back part of the shoe sole and the back of the top. At that the heel part (3) may at least partially be disconnected from the toe part and rotate towards it, enabling to insert a foot into the toe part (2). Also it has a disjointed fastener (4) for connecting the heel part to the toe part with the possibility of their disconnection from each other, and a single-piece footbed attached to the toe part with the ability to its overlay on the front and the back parts of the shoe sole. When the heel part (3) is at least partially disconnected from the toe part (2) the shoe can be easily put on a foot of a man who does not need to bend the foot or make efforts to put the shoe on or take it off. In versions with a partial disconnection of the heel part (3) it can be turned towards the toe part (2) sideways or down. A disjointed fastener (4) may be a zipper, Veklro (Velcro™) or other means.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of partial disconnection of different parts of footwear from one another, at that the shoe is comfortable to take on and off needlessly to turn the foot and apply a force or pressure on it.

The technical FIELD

The present invention relates to footwear, particularly to enclosed footwear, the heel of which may at least partially detach from the toe portion to the shoes can be easily worn on a leg man, or to remove from it.

Description of the prior art

Note in this description, references to the prior art does not mean that the solutions according to the prior art is widely known in Australia.

Shoes in General can be divided into the shoes sandaling type and closed type. Shoes sandaling type usually has a strap attached at the rear to hold the sandal on the foot. These shoes easier to put it on your foot or removed from it, than the shoes of the closed type.

Shoes closed type provides the best support for the ankle and heel of the foot due to its snug fit to the foot due to the greater height of the Shoe and a smaller hole for the foot. However, this type of footwear is characterized by the fact that after putting on hole 11 is smaller than the foot. For putting on shoes or removal is required, the fastening means, which when putting on or removing shoes sever. Famous shoes with essentially flexible top and essentially solid sole that contains the toe part, including the sole and the front part of the upper, and the heel part, including the rear part of the upper, and the heel portion may partially detach from the toe part and rotatable relative to it, allowing you to insert the foot into the toe part of the Shoe. Shoes of this type are partially solves the above problem, but it is still not very accessible for young children and people with disabilities and also has a complex structure due to the presence of hinges and latches.

There is therefore a need for a different, improved shoes, different parts of which it at least partially separate from each other, so that the shoes can be more comfortable to put on and take off without having to turn the foot, to make the effort or pressure.

The INVENTION

The present invention is directed to creating footwear, which can eliminate the disadvantages inherent in the known Shoe.

In this description, the term "boot" refers to any enclosed footwear unlike shoes sandaling type. This means that this term includes boots, sneakers and other shoes. In addition, the term "footwear closed type" refers to shoes that are not fully closes the fingers or the heel, and may be partially open, to have holes, slots and the like, but it is not the shoes sandaling type.

The present invention is directed to the creation of a boot having a toe portion and a heel portion, and wherein the heel portion may at least partially detach from wear parts.

According to the invention in its broad aspect of offered shoes with essentially flexible top and essentially solid sole that contains:

the toe part, including the front part of the sole and the front part of the top,

the heel part, including the rear part of the sole and the back of the top, and the heel portion may at least partially detach from the toe part and rotatable relative to it, allowing you to insert the foot in the toe part,

releasable fastening means for connection of the heel part wear part can be detached from each other and

one-piece insole, which is attached to the toe portion with the ability to overlay on the front and back of the Shoe sole.

The heel part of the Shoe can be partially disconnected from the sock so that the heel part can be rotated in the transverse direction relative to the plane running essentially vertically along the Shoe.

According to another broad aspect of the invention, a method of putting the Shoe on the foot and Shoe contains:

the toe part, including the front part of the sole and the front part of the top,

the heel part, including the rear part of the sole and the back of the top, and the heel portion may at least partially detach from the toe part and rotatable relative to it,

releasable fastening means for connection of the heel part wear part can be detached from each other and

one-piece insole, which is attached to the toe portion with the ability to overlay on the front and back of the Shoe sole,

and the method includes the following steps:

the separation of the fastening means;

turn the heel portion relative to the toe portion so that the rear part of the foot move is seen from aligned, relative to the front part of the sole, regulations and insole remains in the toe part of the Shoe;

releasable fastening means for connection of the heel part wear part can be detached from each other and

one-piece insole, which is attached to the toe portion with the ability to overlay on the front and back of the Shoe sole,

and the method includes the following steps:

the separation of the fastening means;

turn the heel portion relative to the toe portion so that the back is ü soles moves from the aligned relative to the front part of the sole of the provisions and insole remains in the toe part of the Shoe; and

removing the toes of a person directly from the wear parts in the opposite direction to remove his foot from the insole.

The advantage of a boot according to the invention in comparison with the Shoe described in US 2003/0200680 A1 is greater convenience when removing and putting on because the toe part of the Shoe according to the invention includes not all sole and only its front part and the rear part of the foot, together with the rear part of the top forms the heel portion of the Shoe. Ease in donning and removing the Shoe is especially important for small children and people with disabilities, when putting on the Shoe need help of another person. In this case, people-helper, holding the heel put on our, puts on the fingers of his feet with the toe part of the Shoe, and when her fingers reached the correct position of the tip part, turns heel part of the Shoe (together with the rear part of the sole) and putting it on the heel put on our, after which secures the fastening means. A BRIEF description of the PREFERRED OPTIONS

For carrying out the INVENTION

In the beginning of the description are explained with reference to Fig known and common terms relating to footwear.

In the present description, the term "Shoe" is used in the conventional sense, i.e. means shoes for walking, running or other movement that covers the outside of the human foot. This shoes has a shape corresponding to the foot, as a rule, below the ankle, a flexible upper of leather or similar synthetic material and more durable hard sole with an attached heel part.

The term "heel" 3 is used to determine the rear part of the Shoe, which necessarily includes the rear part 10 of the sole, heel or no heel 11 and the sides 12 of the boot top.

The counter 11 is rigid and is located in the back above the heel 10. It provides structural rigidity and integrity of the Shoe being on the second to top. Thus the heel provides support rear foot unlike sandals that do not have support for the ankle.

Tibia 12 is formed in the rear part of the top of the Shoe above the heel 10.

The term "toe" 2 is used to determine the front of the Shoe, which includes the front part 13 of the sole and the front part of the boot top, also called the vamp 14.

These elements of the Shoe, known to experts in the footwear industry, shown in Fig.

Figure 1-6 shows the first embodiment of the Shoe according to the invention. Boot 1 has a toe portion 2 and the heel portion 3. The toe part 2 is bonded with the heel part 3 by means of fixing means, which in this embodiment is made in the form of lightning 4. Figure 1 boot 1 shown in the fastened position, i.e. when buttoned zipper 4, on the side view from the outside, and in figure 2 the same shoes shown in the side view from the inside.

As can be seen in figure 3, 4 and 5, the heel portion 3 can be partially separated from the toe part 2 by the end of the zipper 4 or other fastening means. After separation of the fastening means 4 heel part can bend or rotate in the transverse direction relative to the vertical plane running along the Shoe (in its fastened position, in the position shown in figure 3, 4 and 5. It is obvious, is that after turning the heel part 3 relative to the wear part 2 of the human foot can be easily inserted into the toe part 2 and then turn the heel part 3 back to cover the foot from behind. Then fasten the fastening means 4 or zipper to connect the heel part 3 with socks part 2.

Shoes made according to this variant, you can easily put on a foot of an infant, young children, disabled, sick or have a disability of a person, then you can easily zip up the zipper 4, and put on our do not need to bend and rotate the foot, to endeavour to toes, ankle or other parts of the foot, as when donning the famous shoes of the closed type.

For professionals it is obvious that the above option allows for various changes and modifications within the scope of the invention.

7-10 shows an alternative embodiment of the invention, in which the heel portion 3 can be rotated downward relative to the toe portion 2, as clearly seen in Fig and 9. That is, the heel part 3 in this case also partially separated from the toe part 2 by continents liners lightning 4. Here, however, the heel portion 3 is rotated transversely relative to the plane running essentially horizontally along the Shoe in the position shown in Fig and 9. Figure 9 shows that the insole 5 keeps its position, providing the necessary support when the boot 1 is opened. In addition to lightning in the variant shown in Fig.7-9, there is a mounting tab 6, forming part of the fastening means 4.

In yet another embodiment of the invention the heel part can be completely separated from the wear part with a zipper going around the middle part of the Shoe, as shown at 11 to 15.

The best option is fully shared shoes presented on Fig, where it can be seen that the lightning 4 or other fastening means passes across the middle part of the Shoe, and Fig(a) depicts the toe part 2 and Fig(b) - the heel portion 3. The individual elements of such footwear shown in Fig and 15, and Fig(a) shows the position of the front part of the sole on the toe part of the boot top, Fig (b) position the rear part of the sole on the heel part of the boot top, Fig (a) - supporting shaped portion of the insole of the Shoe and Fig(b) is covered with leather and equipped with a cushioning insole of the Shoe.

In the above-described embodiments is used lightning, and the second variant is also used Velcro tab, however, the fastening of the heel part of the Shoe to wear and their separation can be performed using a variety of fasteners, which include one or more zippers, hooks with the PE the representatives (known as Velcro™), the tabs or pads, buttons, zippers, laces or any combination of these means. The invention allows the use of other fastening means known or obvious to the experts.

Depending on the option, the sole will change compared to the sole known shoes. In particular, outer sole will consist of either two separate parts, as in the first and third embodiments described above, either one-part, which can thibetica or be folded down, as in the second embodiment. It should also be noted that the insole in any of these options can be one-piece and is attached to the toe portion 2 of the boot. One-piece insole provides better support for the legs, rather than consisting of two parts.

The described implementation of the soles and insoles, which easily folds or bends, a person can easily bend the ankle forward than usual shoes, still has support. This allows to improve the performance of some special footwear, for example designed for certain sports. In particular, due to its almost the hinge fastening soles heel will not rise from the Shoe, as it happens during fast walking or running in normal shoes.

Thus, the Shoe according to the invention provides good support for the ankle and has a smaller hole, like a normal Shoe closed. However, the boot according to the invention is easier to put on on the foot without the need to bend and rotate the foot or attach an effort to insert it in the Shoe or taking out of the Shoe. This ankle boot has a good support system, it is important for people who can't wear other shoes, where such support is provided.

Shoe according to the invention may contain conventional insoles-arch supports, foot orthotics and ankle support, which purpose is known to the specialists.

Other treason is the development and modification of the invention, obvious to specialists within its scope.

Shoe is adapted for folding thereof along lines defined by bending each of part adhering to leg region and forming longitudinal lateral fold line relative to each side of top part for placing of said top part in flat folded state in plane extending in parallel with plane of sole. According to second version, compact folding open-type shoe has top parts, namely: top part of body, parts adhering to leg regions, said parts being elongated toward tip, and sole, said parts of shoe and sole being made in the form of individual parts. Shoe folding operations are conducted in succession corresponding to that of first version. Shoes of such construction are manufactured using roll or flat materials. Manufacture process does not require execution of complicated procedures, namely: the availability of outer process seam provided on outer surface of article does not require introduction of additional constructional members since said outer seam serves as rigidity rib.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities owing to the possibility of utilizing unlimited range of materials for manufacture of such shoes, and simplified manufacture process.

SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions refers to shoe construction, a manner of wearing the shoe on man's foot in accordance with the shoe design features of invention and a manner of getting the shoe off man's foot. The shoe (1) has a toe part (2) and a heel part (3), which can completely or partially be disconnected from the toe part (2). The shoe with essentially flexible top and essentially hard shoe sole provides a toe part including the forepart of the shoe sole and the forepart of the top, the heel part (3) which includes the back part of the shoe sole and the back of the top. At that the heel part (3) may at least partially be disconnected from the toe part and rotate towards it, enabling to insert a foot into the toe part (2). Also it has a disjointed fastener (4) for connecting the heel part to the toe part with the possibility of their disconnection from each other, and a single-piece footbed attached to the toe part with the ability to its overlay on the front and the back parts of the shoe sole. When the heel part (3) is at least partially disconnected from the toe part (2) the shoe can be easily put on a foot of a man who does not need to bend the foot or make efforts to put the shoe on or take it off. In versions with a partial disconnection of the heel part (3) it can be turned towards the toe part (2) sideways or down. A disjointed fastener (4) may be a zipper, Veklro (Velcro™) or other means.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of partial disconnection of different parts of footwear from one another, at that the shoe is comfortable to take on and off needlessly to turn the foot and apply a force or pressure on it.

SUBSTANCE: overshoe for fancy shoes, which is wear-resistant and cheap in production, which has an upper (4) stock and a sole part (7), where a sole part is fixed to the upper stock. The upper stock is tightly attached to an upper stock, a sole, an instep and a heel of shoes and comprises the first inner side panel (8), the second outer side panel (10) and a basic panel (50). The side panels (8,10) and the basic panel (50) are made of transparent or semi-transparent material on the basis of PVC, which has flexibility and elasticity. The side panels (8,10) and the basic panel (50) are joined together along adjoining edges to create overshoes, including a heel part. A zipper (30) makes it possible to put overshoes onto shoes. When the zipper (30) is zipped, overshoes are tightly put on shoes. The overshoes of the invention may be placed into a package, comprising a container for two overshoes in folded condition.

EFFECT: increased functionality and wear resistance, provision of their multiple use, attractive appearance of overshoes.

SUBSTANCE: shoe covers (according to the first version) comprise fabric tops 1, with a zip 2, along the upper edge of the tops 1 inside there are metal buttons 3 for connection to clothes of an operator. At the same time in the area of a feet ankle there is an adjustable sling 4 with supporting belts 5 and 6, and along the upper edge of the tops 1 and in the lower leg area there are fixing elements in the form of an elastic tape 7, 8 and 9 and a sole 10. The latter is made as a galosh and is connected to the tops by means of a stitching seam 11. In the sole 10 there is a grounding element in the form of a metal rivet 12, which is connected with the tops 1 by means of a carbon tape 13. The shoe covers (according to the second version) comprise fabric tops 14, along the upper edge of the tops 14 from inside there are metal buttons 15 installed for connection to clothes of an operator, along the upper edge of tops 14 and in the area of a lower leg there are fixing elements in the form of an elastic tape 16, 17 and 18 and a sole 19. The latter is made as a galosh and is connected to tops 14 with a stitching seam 20. In the sole 19 there is a grounding element in the form of a metal rivet 21, which is connected to tops 14 by means of a carbon tape 22.

EFFECT: when using shoe covers of the inventions, a grounding circuit is formed jointly with a grounding metal contact, a carbon tape and metal elements for fixation to clothes, and the circuit ensures removal of static charge from all clothes and shoes of an operator working on an electroconductive floor.

SUBSTANCE: shoe comprises an upper part forming the inner part for the foot, the inner part comprises a toe and a heel cavity. The shoe also comprises an intermediate sole having toe and heel ends and the inner and the outer sides. The intermediate sole is sewn to the upper part, thus forming the bottom of the inner part. The heel and the toe parts of the outer sole are sewn respectively on the intermediate sole. The insole is attached to the bottom of the inner part. The spacing between the heel and the toe parts of the outer sole extends from the inner to the outer side, and occupies an intermediate position between the toe and the heel ends, thus providing the possibility of folding the shoe along the axis extending through the specified spacing. The shoe is folded between the unfolded position in which the shoe is used, and a folded position in which the part of the upper part containing the toe cavity is placed in the heel cavity.
