The present invention relates to the production system "team" shoes, equipped with a shock-absorbing insert in the heel.

SUBSTANCE: method involves putting shoe blank onto casting block; knocking off seam on shoe blank trace; applying polyurethane glue onto edges of shoe top part blank; drying glue layer under natural conditions; injecting casting mixture and bringing bottom part to shoe blank. Glue layer is applied twice to top part edge. For first gluing process, 8-10% concentration glue is used, with following drying of glue layer under natural conditions during 3-5 min. For second gluing process, 20-22% concentration glue is used, with following drying of glue layer during 3-6 min combined with intensified drying stage performed during 1 min by means of air flow having temperature of 60-65 C at flow velocity of 3-4 m/s and stage of drying under natural conditions during 2-5 min. Before closing of casting mold and casting of bottom part to shoe top blank, glue film is thermally activated during 5-8 s by feeding onto shoe blank trace of air flow heated to temperature of 110-140 C.

EFFECT: increased strength of cast fastening of bottom part to shoe top blank and improved quality of shoes.

FIELD: shoe industry.

SUBSTANCE: boot has vamp with innersole, side panel surrounding perimeter of vamp lower part, and sole. Innersole is connected to vamp lower side. Side panel includes a plurality of openings provided therein. At least one gap is formed between vamp and side panel. Sole surrounds side panel and vamp. Sole material such as rubber surrounds side panel so as to fill at least one gap and openings. Side panel has curved portion provided on its upper edge. Sole upper edge terminates at part below said curved portion. Connection member connects lower edge of side panel, lower edge of vamp and two sides of innersole. Boot of such structure does not demand gluing or stitching operations.

EFFECT: increased efficiency die to reduced number of procedures performed for manufacture of boot.

FIELD: items of personal and household use.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing footwear includes the following stages: making an assembly formed by a top part of footwear and an elastic element attached to the top part of footwear, at least, along the sites facing bottom edges of the central forward area of the top part of footwear; producing a sole which size corresponds to that of the said top part of footwear and which upper surface is supplied with fasteners interfaced, at least, with its central front part so that the upper surface represents, at least, one forward fastening area and, at least, one back fastening area. The method further involves mutual fastening of the forward fastening area of the sole to the corresponding forward assembly site, and mutual fastening of the back fastening area of the sole to the corresponding back site of the assembly, made to produce a "sole-assembly" group. Then, consumer's foot is put into the "sole-assembly" group with the subsequent stretching in a cross-section direction of the elastic element and adjustment of the top part of footwear to consumer's foot. After that, preliminary attachment of the elastic element to fasteners is carried out under the influence of pressure exerted by consumer's foot on the elastic element. The "sole-assembly" group is taken off consumer's foot and the "sole-assembly" group is connected to produce the boot.

EFFECT: possibility to easily adjust footwear to the form of consumer's foot and produce sensible footwear.

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production system of "assembled" shoes or moccasins equipped with shock-absorbing insert (3), which is inserted into space (8) produced inside false heel, which consists of special rigid frame (2) in the form of horseshoe-shaped yoke. Production system for shoe with shock-absorbing insert in heel, in which the following components are used: special last (1) of such type, which has a heel part (1a) and toe part (1b), joined by spring (M), in which heel part (1a) includes heel (1c) connected to heel part by step (1d), since heel (1c) is a bit smaller than heel part (1a); special rigid frame (2), which surrounds heel (1c) and which mainly represents a horseshoe-shaped yoke; shock-absorbing insert (3) arranged inside heel under heel part; and includes the following sequence of working stages: a) putting frame (2) onto heel (1c) of last (1); b) fixation of inner sole (4) by available mans with the possibility of detachment, at the bottom of last (1) sole, lower sole of which is fully covered with inner sole (4) from toe part to heel part, and central part of it (4a) is twice folded to cover transverse front edge (1c') of heel (1c); c) covering and tightening of tightened edge of shoe upper (5) so that horseshoe-shaped frame (2) is hidden, which remains covered with upper (5); a) application and fixation of ordinary outer sole (6) on inner sole (4); application and fixation of tip (7) onto sole with available means; removal of shoe from last (1) and insertion of shock-absorbing insert (3) of the same shape and same size as heel (1c) so that it is precisely arranged in space (8) surrounded by horseshoe-shaped frame (2); h) insertion of inner sole (9) into shoe (S) arranged so that it hides insert (3).

EFFECT: production system, according to inventions, provides for update of technology, for creation of space on support surface of heel used for installation of insert in it, made of soft elastic deformable material, which is able to absorb heel shocks against support surface in process of walking.
