FIELD: engineering industry.

SUBSTANCE: sprocket for chain gears includes hub and gear rim with even number of teeth and symmetric profile. Profile of working surfaces of each teeth of sprocket, which is located between two standard teeth, is made along internal equidistant line.

EFFECT: increasing life time of chain and sprockets.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, to the design of chain drives, and can be used in actuators of the working bodies of agricultural machines and implements, as well as in other industries.

Known sprocket for chain drives (1), containing the hub and ring gear with an even number of teeth and a symmetric profile adopted for the prototype.

The disadvantage of this design sprocket for chain drives is that it is not adapted to changing as a result of wear of the hinges to the stepper circuit parameters, which causes an increase in the irregularity of rotation of the drive body.

The invention solves the problem of increasing the durability of the chain and the sprocket teeth.

The achievement of the technical result is the fact that in the known sprocket for chain drives containing the hub and ring gear with an even number of teeth and a symmetric profile of the working surface of each tooth sprocket located between the two standard teeth made on the inner equidistance.

The invention is illustrated by drawings.

Figure 1 shows part of the stars of the proposed design.

Figure 2 presents a profile of the working surface of the tooth sprocket made by the internal equidistance.

Figure 3 presents the engagement of the joints of the chain with the teeth of the proposed sprockets during installation.

The sprocket for the chain of transmission (figure 1) contains the hub 1, gear 2 with an even number of teeth 3 and symmetric profile 4. Profile 4 working surfaces (figure 2) of each tooth 3 stars, situated between two standard teeth made on the inner equidistance 5.

When mounting the chain over sprocket (3) one of the hinges 6 adjacent inner links 7 and 8 circuit, connected between an external link 9, is located on the profile 4 of the working surface standard tooth 3. Another hinge 10, which belongs to the next inner level 8, does not reach the profile 4 of the working surface of the tooth 3, performed by the internal equidistance 5, and is located in the cavity of stars at a given distance from the profile of this surface. The second hinge 11 of the same internal link 8 is also located on the profile 4 of the working surface, but the next standard tooth 3, since the angular step αZaxis of symmetry of all of the teeth 3 are the same.

The chain with the proposed asterisk is the following. With increasing step outside link 9 of the chain due to wear of its parts, the hinge 10, originally located in the cavity of the stars, gradually moved in the direction of the profile 4 of the working surface of the tooth 3, performed by the internal equidistance 5. Thus there is a forced move up article is hartomo the tooth 3 of the second hinge 11 of the same internal link 8 chain. This work chain transfer occurs up until the hinge 10, originally located in the cavity of the stars at a given distance from the profile 4 of the working surface of the tooth 3, performed by the internal equidistance 5 will not come into contact with this surface.

Further work chain transfer when the wear of the chain will be followed by moving up the profile 4 of the working surface of the tooth 3, performed by the internal equidistance 5, the hinge 10, originally located in the cavity of the stars. While following the second hinge 11 of the same internal link 8 circuit, the step which during operation remains unchanged, reaching the top of the standard tooth 3, will receive a movement in the opposite direction to the base of the tooth 3.

Thus, without disturbing the normal engagement of the chain with the sprocket, there is possibility to increase the ultimate elongation of the outer links and thereby correspondingly extend the life of the chain and sprockets.

Movable and fixed pulley are arranged in crosswise manner. The chain transmission additionally has bearing means (10A) and (10B) for directing the chain links so that the axis of rotation at a distance form the sprocket always has a constant velocity when sprockets rotates with a constant speed. The bearing means have rotating cylindrical bearing (10B) that rotates together with sprocket (3A) to direct the chain links by cooperation with the bearing surfaces made on links (5) so that the distance between the axis of rotation and axis of rotation is variable when the bearing surface bears on the rotating cylindrical bearing (10B).
