Method for making of art object from plastic mass

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of plastic masses technology and method for making of art object from plastic mass. Hollow stock is pressure-moulded from transparent plastic masses on the basis of thermoplastic polymers. Twisted textile fibres coated with a layer of ceramic slurry and dried till moisture of not more than 5%, are attached to its internal walls, stock is heated till softening temperature, walls are applied one over another, then rolled and cooled.

EFFECT: simplified making of item from plastic mass with strictly fixed art composition.

The invention relates to the field of technology of plastics and for the production of artistic products (paintings, murals, gifts).

A known method of manufacture of art objects made of plastic masses comprising forming under pressure a hollow billet of transparent plastics based on thermoplastic polymers, chilling, placing in the preparation of decorative elements (coloured plastic) [1].

The objective of the invention is to facilitate the receipt of products from plastic masses with well-fixed an artistic composition.

The technical solution of the task is achieved by the fact that the method of manufacture of art objects made of plastic masses, formed under the pressure of the hollow workpiece from transparent plastic materials based on thermoplastic polymers, attached to its inner walls twisted textile fibers, coated with a layer of ceramic slurry and dried to a moisture content of not more than 5%, heat the workpiece to the softening temperature, impose one wall to the other, then rolled and cooled.

By this way you can use a variety of twisted textile fibers like organic cotton, linen, jute, wool, acetate, including in the form of shaped p is AI (nodular, the looping, spiral, pongee, chenille)and mineral glass, asbestos, basalt.

The method is illustrated with an example.

From raw clay, such as kaolin, with the introduction of dyes (compounds of copper, cobalt, chromium, etc.) prepare a ceramic slurry with a moisture content 36-38%, with different colors. Twisted, for example, organic textile fibers (cotton, linen) is dipped into the slurry, is applied on the surface layer of the slurry and dried to a moisture content of not more than 5%. This textile fiber length can be divided into sections, which cover layers slurries of different colors. Fibers with layers of ceramic slip is attached to the inner wall of the hollow billet randomly or with the formation of artistic composition. Then the workpiece is heated to the softening temperature of the plastic mass, the wall parts are put against one another (flatten) and rolled. The temperature and duration of treatment are determined by the properties of the plastic mass. The result is flat art product from a plastic mass with a prisoner in his artistic composition.

The product of plastic masses with well-fixed artistic composition is not difficult to manufacture.

FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of a vertical surface, application of a plastic compound on the vertical surface and treatment thereof. Then without waiting the treated plastic compound to dry, a rough relief image is patterned and left for drying. After complete drying and gain in strength, the relief image is aligned, smoothed out, ground to ensure a desirable effect - a relief view and height. The rough relief image is patterned by masking the plastic material with a prefabricated stamp with a required mirror relief image on the working surface thereof. The working surface of the stamp is wet with a liquid that prevents the plastic material to adhere thereto. After the stamp is applied, its inverse side opposite to the working surface is forced with a constant effort sufficient to fill with the plastic material the hollows in the required mirror relief image on its working surface. It is followed with short-term uniform applied shock on the whole surface of the stamp inverse side, and after a period of time enough to fill with the plastic material the hollows in the mirror relief image, the stamp is removed.

FIELD: shipbuilding; methods of production of large-sized load-carrying structures with curvilinear surfaces of two kinds curvature.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with shipbuilding, in particular, with methods of production of large-sized load-carrying structures with curvilinear surfaces of a two kinds of curvature. The method of production of the trilaminar panel out of a reinforced plastic provides for molding of the lower load-carrying layer, stacking of tubular elements of the filler closely to each other, molding of the upper load-carrying layer atop of them and hardening of the all elements of the trilaminar panel. The technical result of the invention is an increase of the load-carrying capacity of the trilaminar panel having rather big overall dimensions and an irregular shape of the curvilinear outer surfaces at simultaneous decrease of labor input of its production. The method consists in the following sequence of production operations: first from the previously molded and hardened tubular elements of the filler produce blocks. Further the blocks are place in a mold. The blocks are pressed down to the effective surface of the mold and fixed in respect to each other. In the clearance formed between the blocks they insert the previously formed, but still not hardened billets of driven tubular elements of the filler with their consequent hardening. Atop of the so formed solid layer of the filler mould the upper load-carrying layer of the trilaminar panel. After hardening of the upper load-carrying layer and also fixation of the curvature of the trilaminar panel billet it is taken out from the mold and on the opposite side of the layer of the filler mould the lower load-carrying layer of the trilaminar panel with its following hardening.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increase of the load-carrying capacity of the trilaminar panel having rather big overall dimensions and an irregular shape of the curvilinear outer surfaces at simultaneous decrease of labor input of its production.
