SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metered dispensing of substance from container filled with single portion of aforesaid substance. Proposed system comprises container containing single portion of substance and comprising deformable body. Dispenser comprises container receiver and allows opening the container. Aforesaid receiver comprises variable-volume chamber to receive container. Container housing features bottom, wall running from aforesaid bottom and flat peripheral edge arranged around the hole. Aforesaid edge is made integral with wall and extends outward, while hole is covered by a layer tightly jointed to said peripheral edge with the help of sealing peripheral seam. Aforesaid receiver comprises thrust surface interacting with rear side of aforesaid peripheral edge rear side, and cover that serves to support aforesaid layer. Dispenser includes also body flattening means arranged in compression chamber for contact with container bottom. Container is furnished with substance identifier. On flattening the container, aforesaid layer bulges to get into recess for container to be opened.

Triple valve contains hollow cylinder body with two flumes and one discharge channel and mechanism of connection or disconnection of one of flumes with discharge channel set in the casing with control lever. Casing has three sequentially set ring cavities. Flumes are connected to the first and the third cavities. Discharge channel is connected to the middle cavity. Flutes connection and disconnection mechanism contains valve. The valve has elastic end seal and axial canal with ring elastic seal. The valve is placed in casing's third cavity with axial out-in traverse possibility. Rod is placed in cock's casing with axial out-in traverse possibility. One side of rod is put outside of the casing and kinematically connected to the control stick. Its other end is placed in the opposite casing's third cavity, set through valve's axial channel and kinematically connected to it with the first spring which wrings valve from rod's end to this valve's seat. Seat is formed by bulge in casing's wall between its second and third cavity and ring bulge on the rod. Rod has axial channel, closed with dummies from both sides. SUBSTANCE: device for dispensation of alcoholic beverages includes keg, which has upper and lower parts, and a sack, filled with alcoholic beverage mounted inside the keg. The device includes also a dispenser, which contains oblongated hollow element - a tube going inside the sack to the lower part of the keg for pouring of beverage into the sack and further dispensation. Oblongated hollow element has at least one opening in the end for intake of beverage under at least first temperature during the dispensation and at least one side opening, performed remotely from mentioned opening. Side opening provides intake of beverage into oblongated hollow element during dispensation under the second temperature, which is higher that the first temperature by means of cooling of beverage contained in the sack by the cooling system. In the hollow element mixing of beverage, coming from the mentioned opening and the beverage, coming through at least one side opening is performed. Several recesses spaced apart edgeways can exist on the tube end.

EFFECT: invention provides, due to mixing, acquisition of beverage portions of uniform temperature.

FIELD: food industry, equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the cooler system of a device for dispensation of alcoholic beverages contained in the keg the device is equipped with. The keg is connected to the beverage dispensation device penetrating through the upper section inside the keg and intended to enable dispensation of beverage withdrawn from the keg bottom part. The keg containing beverage is mounted on a cooling plate that is chilled by way of heat removal performed by the thermoelectric element attached to it. The keg cooler system first and second temperature sensors installed in the keg bottom and top parts accordingly provide for measurement of temperature of the beverage head bottom (Sensor 1) and top (Sensor 2) layers. Based on the information contained in the signals retrieved from the first and the second temperature sensors the cooler system controller actuates the thermoelectric element providing for removal of thermal energy from the keg bottom part to chill the keg and maintain its temperature at the level preset. Beverage contained in an aluminium keg is chilled uniformly; if the keg is fabricated of steel, stainless steel or copper the cooling process is accompanied by thermal stratification of the beverage contained. The invention's technical effect consists in design of an alcoholic beverage dispensation device meeting the user's requirements.

SUBSTANCE: cartridge intended for beverage preparation in a car. The cartridge comprises one or more beverage ingredients and is made of air- and water-tight materials. One or more of the beverage ingredients is a liquid chocolate ingredient, the said chocolate ingredient has a viscosity of 70 to 3900 mPa·s at the room temperature. The cartridge has an inlet opening for the introduction of water medium into the cartridge, and an outlet opening at the same side of the cartridge that the inlet opening, for the discharge of the beverage made of the liquid chocolate ingredient. The cartridge has at least one inlet opening for air and means for beverage stream pressure reduction so, in the process of use, air in the form of many bubbles is introduced into the beverage from at least one of the said openings. First sheet is made to pass water at atmospheric pressure or when is pierced by means of piercing device, and second sheet is made to pass water only if gauge pressure of 0.1 to 3 bar is built inside cartridge in process of extraction.

SUBSTANCE: container 1 comprises inlet orifice 4 to supply aqueous medium into container, compartment 8 with beverage ingredient and outlet orifice 5 for ready drink. Container has beverage channel. Container also comprises jet forming means 16 disposed inside the channel in front of outlet orifice or located inside it, as well as at least one air inlet orifice 18 and liquid jet pressure reduction means 17. Air supplied through at least one inlet orifice 18 aerates the beverage in the form of a great number of small bubbles. Container enables to prepare espresso coffee under low pressure, for instance under pressure of not more than 2·105 Pa.

EFFECT: increased simplicity of coffee preparation, reduced pressure necessary for espresso coffee preparation.
