FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: off-road domestic trolley is intended for convenient transportation of load in cross-country area. Trolley consists of frame with drop arm installed in suspension with four wheels. Wheel rims are pairwise rested on flexible elements, to which supports are fixed in the form of bars so that they have single-sided flexure, at that moment of bending, in the point of supports contact, is perceived by their ends.

EFFECT: simplicity of design, with high repairability and fast payback of capital investments.

1. The purpose of the invention

Creating device, convenient for transportation of cargo over rough terrain.

The invention is intended for use in the private sector.

2. The level of technology

Widely known trolley on four wheels, but they are not convenient for carriage of cargo over rough terrain and stairs.

2.1. Closest prototype of the present invention can serve as a common household four-wheeled cart, which was trying to install the crawler course in the form of a flexible element, requiring a large tension to reduce the deflection, however, is not exempted and led to increased shaking, rolling resistance and, in addition, the weighting due to the necessity of increasing the strength of the suspension. 3. The invention consists in that truck, mounted on the suspension with at least four wheels, the rim of which pairs based on the two tracks formed by the flexible elements and arranged so that they have a one-sided deflection, which provides increased maneuverability over rough terrain and stairs.

4.2. Description of the truck in a static state

Trolley (Figure 1) consists of a frame 1, with attached handle, cargo platforms, supports 2 with wheels 3, are pairwise covered tracks 4, and the arm could swing by hinges 5.

Caterpillar (Figure 2) consists of a flexible element 6, for example, tape 6, objetivas on the wheel, bearings 7 in the form of bars, and fasteners 8.

Figure 3 shows the articulation bearings 7 in the "groove"that reduces the possibility of contact between them foreign objects.

Version of the truck in Figure 4 is shown with caterpillars of the U-shaped supports 9, connected by a fastener 10 through similar supports of the spacers 11, and to reduce noise are lining 12.

Version truck with caterpillar in Figure 5 is similar to the variant of figure 2, but flexible element made in the form of ropes or cords 13.

Version truck with caterpillar in Fig.6, where the flexible element is made of roller chains 14, which supports 15 are mounted on the fastener 16.

4.3. Truck in action

The trolley when moving over rough terrain or stairs rests on the wheels and nephrogenesis caterpillars, providing quite smooth movement and reducing the shaking of the goods that justify the slight increase in weight and complexity of the design truck.

All variants of caterpillars work on the same principle: bending moment, in a place contact the program supports, perceived their ends with the application from their side reaction as gravity and handling.

5. The technical result is obvious in the possibility of manufacturing a truck in a small mechanical workshops that provided by the simple design, high maintainability, quick return on investment.

In addition, the technical result can be extended by using the schematic diagram for the design of wheelchairs when installing studs on the supports.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device is furnished with members for attachment to objects to be moved and is made in form of support with two parallel plates 3 with similar rollers 2 on axles 1 in form of rods installed in between, said rods being installed at equal angles, larger than or smaller than 90 degrees. Number of axles 1 and size of angles under which axles 1 are arranged are chosen to provide distance 7 between projections of centers of rollers 2 arranged close to each other onto side planes not to exceeds 1/4 of their radius.

SUBSTANCE: design trolley has vertical frame 1 and horizontal frame 2 rigidly connected to each other. Movable frame 3 is hinge connected with horizontal framer 2. Front and rear running gears 4 and 5, respectively, are installed on movable and vertical frames, respectively. Screw mechanism is installed between horizontal frame 2 and movable frame 3 and it provides any position of trolley in range normal state when front and rear running gears 4 and 5 are at maximum distance from each other to folded state in which front and rear running gears 4 and 5 are moved close to each other, and provision is made to support trolley on swivel wheel 16 of vertical frame 1 at confined space on stairs landing. Rear running gears 5 on flat surface rest on two wheels. Planetary mechanism of rear running gear 5 provides rotation of wheels, and when wheel rests on step of stairs, planetary mechanism provides locking of wheel with possibility of placing other wheel on following step. Rear running gears 5 are driven from output shaft of geared motor rigidly secured on horizontal frame 2. Torque is conveyed through gear installed on output shaft and gear wheel installed on main axle of rear running gear 5 with planetary mechanism. Front running gears 4 are provided with three wheels spaced through 120° relative to each other. Load can be fastened on proposed device.

SUBSTANCE: facility includes frame with seat, travel mechanism, control mechanism and power supply unit. Travel mechanism contains front and rear supporting devices. Front supporting device includes two parallel track belts or chains which are polygon-shaped with obtuse angle in the bottom part with rigidly fixed on frame shape-generating members in the form of support, driving and tension elements, support guides; and two drives. Each drive is rigidly fixed on the frame and connected with driving element, and rear supporting device includes drive, horizontally oriented shaft with supports, fixing mechanism, pillars with yokes in which self-orienting wheels are installed with possibility to turn around horizontal shaft and rotate around their own axes. Rear supporting device is fixed on the frame using supports on which horizontally oriented shaft is fixed with possibility to rotate around its own axis, and fixation mechanism is rigidly fixed.
