Tyre with anti-slip bands

FIELD: automobile production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motor vehicles. Tyre includes anti-slip bands which are made from corrugated elastic material and equipped with anti-skid spikes. The bands are installed in special sunk bandage belts at tyre tread. Note that belt bottom is performed in a form of projections and dents corresponding to band corrugations.

EFFECT: increase of tyre contact with slippery road and their multifunction.

The invention relates to the automotive industry, in particular, to the design of the tire anti-skid designed for cars running on solid ice or Packed snow.

You know the anti-skid device (invention No. 993810, WV 15/00)containing blades skid mounted on the main drive. Such a device is difficult to manufacture and use, limits the speed of the vehicle, has a large size and weight and can not be used on the front steering wheels.

It is also known the use of studs is located on treadmills tires.

The disadvantages of studded tyres are limited milling capabilities, weak grip studded tires with wet road surface and damage spikes dry pavement.

The objective of the invention is to eliminate the mentioned disadvantages, to increase the coupling device features anti-skid and provide all-weather, the versatility of the tire equipped with the proposed anti-skid devices.

This goal is achieved by installation in a specially made on treadmills tires recessed belt corrugated rims with studded.

Bus proposed design includes a tire 1 with one of the retaining belt and brace 2 with 3 spikes. On a treadmill tires may be implemented as one or more of the retaining belts to install multiple bandages.

The bottom of the retaining belt is made in the form of projections and depressions corresponding to the corrugation of bands 2, which prevents the turning of the tires. The tabs corrugated bands 2, manufactured from hardened steel tape or other elastic material provided with spikes 3 anti-skid.

When driving on dry roads and normal pressure in the banded tire spikes are in flush position and do not damage the road surface. With further increase tire pressure will increase and the milling effect of the bandages.

On dry roads the tires with tires of the proposed design can be operated without bandages. Application of bandages instead of thorns preserves the integrity of treadmills tires, increasing their durability.

It is assumed that the data bus will be widely used in regions with variable temperature.

Proposed pneumatic tire contains one layer of carcass and one ring reinforcement member coupled with said carcass layer, tread band made of elastomer material in radially outer position relative to carcass, band arranged between carcass and tread band and pair of side strips opposite in axis on carcass.
