SUBSTANCE: invention relates to Electrode holder for manual electric arc welding (versions) and electrode magazine for aforesaid electrode holder and can be used in machine building for producing welding parts. The proposed electrode holder comprises a clamp, handle and magazine. The said clamp represents two two-tooth or four-tooth forks turning relative to each other. Clamp opening brings about a forced removal of electrode calcine from the clamp opening. Note that the electrode holder can be reloaded blindly, not touching the electrode. Note also that the magazine van be detached from the electrode holder and used independently.

The invention relates to the field of welding equipment and can be used for manual electric arc welding a piece of metal consumable electrode (hereinafter referred to welding).

Known projector electric forklift type, consisting of a handle 2 and the clip attached to the handle. The clamp consists of a lodgement made in the form of a two-pronged fork, and a spring-loaded lever, clamping the electrode 1 to the lodgement (1, 2). This device (patent RU 2049624, UK 9/28, 1995) is taken as the prototype of the claimed group of inventions.

The disadvantage of this electrode holder is that the tail of the electrode works on the bending of a beam, simply supported at the edges and loaded in the middle of the concentrated force. As a result, the tail of the electrode is deformed and trapped weakened. The task of the invention is the elimination of the marked disadvantage of the prototype.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the reliability of the capture electrode. The technical result is ensured by the fact that the clip is made in the form of two two-pronged forks, and the handle is made hollow and provided with a shaft, which is installed inside the handle for rotation and lateral movement relative to the longitudinal axis of the handle, the shaft and arm are interconnected by the elastic element and the shaft and the handle is attached to utubeu fork.

Electrode holder works as follows. The spring 9 will rotate the shaft 10 and attached to the shaft of the inner plug 6 by the arrow C (4, 9, 14). As a result, the electrode 1 is squeezed between the teeth 8, 11 external and internal is Anna forks (Fig). As the shaft 10 is mounted for rotation and lateral movement relative to the longitudinal axis of the handle, the electrode is compressed in two cross sections with equal force regardless of the wear of workers (in contact with the electrode) surfaces of the teeth. The disadvantage of this electrode holder is that the calcine electrode (after opening the clip) is separated from the clip under its own weight, which may not be sufficient for the destruction of the tack - small welding points formed in the contact points between the electrode and clamp. The task of the invention is the elimination of the marked disadvantage of the prototype.

The technical result of the invention is to improve reliability of the removal of cinder electrode of the opening of the clamp. The technical result is ensured by the fact that the clip is made in the form of two chetyrehtomnik spatial forks, and the handle is made hollow and provided with a shaft which is set NR the three arm for rotation and lateral movement relative to the longitudinal axis of the handle, the shaft and arm are interconnected by the elastic element and the shaft and the handle is attached by chetyrehsot fork.

Electrode holder works as obrazommy 9 rotates the shaft 10 and attached to the shaft of the inner plug 6 by the arrow C (Fig, 23, 28). As the shaft 10 is mounted for rotation and lateral movement relative to the longitudinal axis of the handle, the electrode is compressed in two cross sections with equal force regardless of the wear of workers (in contact with the electrode) surfaces of the teeth. Cinder electrode is removed as follows. The lever 4 rotates along arrow a - press to arm 2 (Fig). The lever arm 4 communicates with the control lever 5 is attached to the shaft 10. The shaft 10 and the inner plug 6 rotate in the direction of arrow D (Fig). The disadvantage of this electrode holder is that in the process of replacing the electrode (removal of old cinder electrode and the subsequent installation of a new electrode) welder must compress the hand to hold the tensioned spring, contiguous clip. The objective of the invention is the elimination of the marked disadvantage of the prototype.

The technical result of the invention is to reduce the time during which the welder is imeet hand to maintain the clamp in open position, that is, the welder straining your wrist only to translate the clamp from the closed to open position, but not annoying brush to maintain the clamp in open position.

Electrode holder works as follows. Clamp electrode holder 3 holds the candle electrode 1. The disadvantage of this electrode holder is that during installation of the electrode clamp of the welder touches the energized conductive part of the electrode holder. The objective of the invention is the elimination of the marked disadvantage of the prototype.

The technical result of the invention is the elimination of contact between the welder and the conductive part of the electrode holder. The technical result is ensured by the fact that the electrode holder is equipped shop for the electrodes, which is pivotally attached to the handle with the ability to change the position relative to the electrode holder.
