FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: therapeutic scooter comprises rollers, half shafts and a seat. Rollers are variously shaped and apertured at the end faces with mounted extremities of half shafts bent-up one way at an angle 90°. Said half shafts are made of a steel tube and shaped as solid figures with a guard bar and flanges in the top used to support a hollow seat with rectangular slots for guard bars.

EFFECT: producibility and usability of said therapeutic scooter, introducing game element in therapy and prevention of talipes in children.

The invention relates to medicine and can be used in complex treatment of children from 3 to 10 years with deformities of the feet.

A device to prevent flat feet, containing a barrel-shaped rollers (compactors), driven by an electric motor, and the chair /U.S. patent No. 3662748 from 16.05.72, CL 128/57/. However, it is very cumbersome and difficult to manufacture.

The objective of the invention is to create a simple in the manufacture of medical scooter, which, along with therapeutic effect on children with deformity of the feet, contains an entertainment element, i.e. that the treatment was in the form of the game.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that medical scooter, consisting of rollers, axles and seats, rollers made of various geometric shapes with holes on the ends, which are bent in one direction at a 90° angle the ends of the axes, made of steel tube in the form of spatial figures, having in the upper part of the handrail and shelves that are used for the installation of the hollow seat with rectangular slits under the railings.

Rollers may be cylindrical, bochorno and concave forms. They othermovies hollow out solid color plastic and consist of two parts: the chassis 4, directly resting on a horizontal surface, with the ends of the chassis are holes 5 under axis 2. The second part of the rinks - Podgornaya 6, comes into contact with the soles of the feet.

Axis 2 is made of steel tubes in the form of a spatial shape in which the lower part is bent to one side at an angle of 90° ends 7, in the upper part of the handrail 8 shelves and 9, which are used for the installation of the hollow seat 3.

Seat 3 othermovies one piece of solid colored plastic, has a backrest 10 and the rectangular slit 11 for fastening them handrails 8.

Medical scooter works as follows.

The kid sits PA seat and rotating the feet rink, carries himself. Upon reaching obstacles, comes down from the seat, turns the scooter in the right direction, sits and rides again. With some skill you can turn on the scooter, if the rink to rotate one leg with greater force than the other.

To collect medical scooter, it ends 7 axes 2 are inserted in the holes 5 rollers 1 and the rails 8 to wear seat 3. Frill takes 5-10 seconds.

Medical scooter can be used in complex treatment of children with warp stop (flatfoot, clubfoot), and despropylation these deformations and complex strengthen the muscles of the foot, tibia and femur in the postoperative period and after trauma, as well as an entertainment vehicle for healthy children.

The technical result consists in the simplicity of manufacture and use of medical scooter, as well as to introduce some element of the game in the treatment and prevention of foot deformities in children.

The device is simple and can be manufactured on standard equipment.

Along the separable contour of the indicated parts there are telescopic connecting elements, located with the possibility of interaction on the length not less than half of cavity wall minimum thickness. The indicated cavities are impleented in the form of chambers, designated, for example, for storage of skin softening medicatin , or at least one chamber for masseur for fingers storage. The masseur for fingers is implemented in the form of a ring 28 made of wiry spring. The ring 28 has internal diameter equak to 5-15 mm, external diameter 20-35 mm and end coils, connected with lock 29 or by way of twisting. Spring coils are made of wire with diameter equal to 0.3-0.5 mm in the form of round-nose polygons 30 and with sides 31, the middle parts are located near the neighbouring polygons opposite rounded peaks 30.

SUBSTANCE: wheel chair contains a frame with a seat. The frame is assembled on two driven self orientating wheels and two yokes. Axes of driving wheels and a rim are secured to the yokes and are tied with rotation of the driving wheels. The rim of which driving wheel has its own rotation axis. The rotation axis of each rim is located above the rotation axis of the driving wheel and is equipped with a tooth gear. The tooth gear is coaxial with the rim. A gear unit of various diameters is attached coaxially to each driving wheel. One of gears meshes with a tooth wheel of the rim, which in its turn is designed to mesh with gears of other diameters.
