The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to technology for the construction of pile Foundation under construction of bored piles.

A known method of construction of bored piles, which consists in the fact that the inventory of the casing, closed with submersible losing end of a conical tip, introducing into the soil by giving her a rotational movement and an axial vertical force. Moving into the ground, the tip pushing it and, overcoming the natural density further increases, resulting in increase of the normal stress acting on the side wall of the casing. After reaching the final project mark in it enter reinforcing cage, and then the concrete mass. Filling the cavity of the casing, retrieve it, giving it a rotary motion, which reduces the frictional force of the ground on the side surface of the casing. While the tip remains in the soil at the base of the concrete body of the pile, tightly bonded with him [A.S. USSR №1730356, CL E02D 5/38, publ. 30.04.92].

The known method has the disadvantage, which is that in the process of immersion of the casing into the soil to lose the tip has to overcome considerable resistance of the soil. This is due primarily to the fact that before the tip is formed compacted the second soil core with density, exceeding the natural density. The main part of the pressing efforts by immersing mechanism is spent to overcome this drag. Another smaller part is spent on overcoming the frictional forces on the side surface of the casing. The cause of compacted core is conical shaped lose the tip, forming on the surface of which there is a force perpendicular to this surface, decaying on the axial and lateral components. The first force before the tip of the core of high-density, squeezing already naturally compacted soil. Second force overcomes the ground to the side sealing wall for future wells.

Thus, the task of the invention is to facilitate the process of diving into the ground casing by reducing the drag on the losing end.

The problem is solved due to the fact that losing point made in the form of a conical body, consists of two parts, the upper of which is a truncated cone, and the lower part consists of fixed cantilever from the side of the smaller base on its symmetry axis bearing rod with rippers in the form of radially installed plates arranged along a helical line. Plates are mounted with angle of attack in napravleniyami tip, not greater than the friction angle of the soil.

The technical essence of the invention lies in the fact that during rotary movement of the casing with a lost tip is the loosening of the soil, allowing, ultimately, to destroy the concentration kernel before tip, and thus reduce drag and to facilitate the implementation of the casing into the ground.

Figure 1 is given a schematic representation of the process of immersion of the casing with the tilling of the soil. Figure 2 - General view of the design are losing tip, providing the tilling of the soil.

In the process of construction of bored piles used inventory casing 1, dip the end of which is mounted a losing point 2. The latter is a cone-shaped body consisting of two parts. The upper part is a monolithic truncated cone 3, provided with a means of communication with casing pipe (not shown), and the lower part is made in the form of a cutter formed by a supporting rod 4 fixed console from the smaller base of the upper part 3. The rod 4 is installed on the axis of symmetry forming a cone tip 2 and equipped with rippers, which are made in the form of cutting plates 5, mounted radially on the shaft 4 and arranged in a helical line. Each plate is installed with coal is m attack "α" in the direction of rotation of the handpiece, which does not exceed the friction angle of the soil.

We offer losing point works as follows.

The casing 1 is installed on the axis of the future of bored piles and tell her clockwise rotation torque "T", supplemented by external axial force "F". Tip 2 associated with the pipe 1, is embedded in the ground and making a rotational movement of its lower part, made in the form of cutters, destroys the soil, rihla it. Advancing lose the tip 2 is completely embedded in the soil and in the zone of compacted core "And" loosens the latest cutting plates 5, which not only cut, but also due to their inclination angle "α" stand on the periphery. The upper part 3 of the tip of the loosened soil shifts in the radial direction and it condenses, creating residual stresses. It is known that loosened the soil easier to seal. The arrangement of the plates 5 and helix creates additional opportunities that promote the installation of casing pipe - tip in the ground. Upon reaching the design elevation of the depth of immersion of the future of bored piles with casing pipe 1, using a rotational movement in the opposite direction, retrieve, but not earlier, than it will be filled with the reinforcing cage and concrete mass.

1. Losing point for the construction of bored piles, ypolnennye in the form of a conical body, characterized in that it consists of two parts, the upper part of which is a truncated cone, and the lower part consists of fixed cantilever from the side of the smaller base on its symmetry axis bearing rod with rippers in the form of radial plates installed.

2. Lose the handpiece according to claim 1, characterized in that the plates are arranged on the rod along a helical line.

3. Lose the handpiece according to claim 1, characterized in that the plate is installed with the angle of attack in the direction of rotation of the tip, not to exceed the friction angle of the soil.
