FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of plastic mixture technology and is related to method for production of art object from plastic mixture. Method includes pressure moulding of hollow blank from transparent plastic mixtures on the basis of thermoplastic polymers, its heating to softening temperature, rolling and cooling. Blank is heated to temperature that is less than its softening temperature by 10-30C, afterwards internal surface of heated blank wall or its sections are metallised.

EFFECT: method provides for production of flat art object from plastic mixture with art composition of different colours.

The invention relates to the field of technology of plastics and for the production of artistic products (paintings, murals, gifts).

A known method of manufacturing articles of plastic masses comprising forming under pressure a hollow billet of transparent plastics on the basis of thermoplastic polymers, it is heated to the softening temperature, the rolling and cooling [1]. This method does not allow products made of plastic masses with artistic composition.

The task of the invention to provide articles of plastic masses with artistic composition.

The technical solution of the task is achieved by the fact that the method of manufacture of art objects made of plastic masses comprising forming under pressure a hollow billet of transparent plastics on the basis of thermoplastic polymers, it is heated to the softening temperature, the rolling and cooling, pepper by rolling the inner surface of the wall of the workpiece or its parts metallizer. Before plating the workpiece is heated to a temperature of 10-30C below the temperature of its softening.

The method is illustrated with an example.

From transparent plastic-based thermoplastic polymer under pressure is formed into a hollow billet. The inner surface of the wall for which otoki, heated to a temperature of 10-30C below the temperature of its softening, or plots (randomly or in the form of drawing, ornament) metallitotuus (sprayed a fine powder of aluminum, bronze, brass and other). Then the workpiece is heated to the softening temperature of the plastic mass, the wall parts are put against one another (flatten) and rolled. The temperature and duration of treatment are determined by the properties of the plastic mass.

The result is flat art product from a plastic mass with the artistic composition, including multicolor in the case of applications for metallization of powders of metals or alloys, different in color.

The proposed method provides receiving the products from the plastic mass with the artistic composition.

SUBSTANCE: mixture of cedar business wastes is put into the moulding box with constant heating up to 100-120°C. Mixture pressing is performed under the pressure of 180-220 kg/cm2 and then held under pressure within 10-12 min. Obtained product is cleaned from excess resin, held without pressure on horizontal surface within 8-9 hours and then the surface of obtained product is polished. Composition of coniferous tree cones wastes for product obtaining contains cone wastes, namely cone core, cone peeling containing pignoli nut-shell and cedar resin with the following wt % ratio: cone core 5-80, cone peeling 5-80, pignoli nut-shell 5-80, and cedar resin - the rest.

SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of upper layer comprising the following actions: the first side of substrate is impregnated with the first thermosetting resin; the first side of substrate is coated by layer of suspension containing the second thermosetting resin and mixture of particles resistant to wear, where mixture of wear resistant particles contains at least approximately 5 percents of elliptical lamellate wear resistant particles, to form composite; and composite is hardened to form hard composite.

SUBSTANCE: the board consist of a lignocellulose-based bearing material. The bearing material is primed and has a decorative coating applied onto it; the priming layer consisting partly of synthetic resin has surface finish less than 15 mcm.

SUBSTANCE: decorations are made from cedar cone wastes by means of pressing with heating under pressure with maintenance and fixation of item surfaces at room temperature. Pressing is done with heating of 120-130°C under pressure of 100-125 kg/cm2. Fixation of surfaces is done under weight of 10-20 kg/m2 for approximately 30 days.

FIELD: textile industry, paper industry.

SUBSTANCE: method relates to wallpaper production using foam paint. Method of wallpaper production includes spreading of acrylic foam paint over fibrous base at mass of dry coating 15-25 g/cm2 on both stages, and before that the first layer is dried at 80-120°C. The layers of foam paint are spread over fibrous base on both stages at ratio of the first layer and second layer of foam paint correspondingly from 1:1 to 1:0.5. Whereafter decorative material from air in number of 7-10% from mass of foam paint is spread over the layers of foam paint. Thereafter the layers of foam paint are foamed by drying at 120-160°C. Before spreading of acrylic foam paint over fibrous base printed pattern is applied on fibrous base. Acrylic foam paint of one composition can be applied during both stages, or foam paint containing 1-7% of polyurethane can be used in the second stage. Material selected from the group containing particles of polyethyleneterephthalate and aluminium foil containing particles with size of 0.1-0.5 mm is used as a decorative material according to the suggested method.

EFFECT: diversification of foamed wallpaper.

SUBSTANCE: wear proof particles are treated with adhesion promoter based on silane or sylon and then deposited on paper, impregnated with resin, thereby obtaining coating. Fibre is electrically charged and put onto the coating. Drying is then carried out. The device for implementing the given method has a equipment for depositing wear proof particles on paper, equipment for charging fibre and putting the charged fibre onto the paper. The latter consists of a roller with depressions, made with provision for rotating, and a brush mounted near the roller for cleaning the depressions. The device also has apparatus for electrically charging the roller and/or the brush and the roller, which is made with provision for rotation and passing paper sheets under the roller with depressions. Paper, made using this technique, has a wear proof coating and electrically charged fibres on the wear proof coating. The charged fibres used can be made from polyester and/or cotton, and/or cotton linter.

EFFECT: obtaining wear proof paper with improved properties.

SUBSTANCE: in method of plastic fuel tanks thermoshaping, gripping of peripheral borders of heated sheet, while it is being transported along corresponding production line, is done with pneumatic devices. Vacuum support of sheet in flat condition is made. When the sheet is positioned above corresponding forming half-mould, it is pneumatically retained in flat condition. For turning the half-mould over, one of the half-moulds is turned down with its top side. Cooling of half-moulds and thermoshaped tanks may be performed aside of production lines.

EFFECT: simplifies fuel tanks manufacturing cycle of high degree of structural homogeneity.

FIELD: chemical industry; method of manufacture of the multi-chamber pipes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of manufacture of the multi-chamber pipe with at least two chambers and one tubular head with the locking outlets corresponding to the number of the chambers. The presented method provides that they separately manufacture at least two located in parallel to each other tubular components forming at overlaying the common rounded external perimeter. The tubular components at least in two places are supplied with the axial incision lines. Tubular components are forced on the separate number of the mandrels corresponding to the number of the desirable chambers. The mandrels with the tubular components bring together and jointly bring to the position of molding and mold the portions of the plastics material for production of the tubular head with partitions at the simultaneous coupling of the tubular head with the ends of the tubular components. Composition for production of roofing material contains waste of butadiene/styrene rubber coagulum and/or structured wastes from butadiene/styrene rubber production, or waste of butadiene/styrene rubber coagulum and structured wastes from butadiene rubber production, industrial oil waste, chalk, carbon black (P-234, P-514, P-803), and sulfur, all in specified proportions. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with shipbuilding, in particular, with methods of production of large-sized load-carrying structures with curvilinear surfaces of a two kinds of curvature. The method of production of the trilaminar panel out of a reinforced plastic provides for molding of the lower load-carrying layer, stacking of tubular elements of the filler closely to each other, molding of the upper load-carrying layer atop of them and hardening of the all elements of the trilaminar panel. The technical result of the invention is an increase of the load-carrying capacity of the trilaminar panel having rather big overall dimensions and an irregular shape of the curvilinear outer surfaces at simultaneous decrease of labor input of its production. The method consists in the following sequence of production operations: first from the previously molded and hardened tubular elements of the filler produce blocks. Further the blocks are place in a mold. The blocks are pressed down to the effective surface of the mold and fixed in respect to each other. In the clearance formed between the blocks they insert the previously formed, but still not hardened billets of driven tubular elements of the filler with their consequent hardening. Atop of the so formed solid layer of the filler mould the upper load-carrying layer of the trilaminar panel. After hardening of the upper load-carrying layer and also fixation of the curvature of the trilaminar panel billet it is taken out from the mold and on the opposite side of the layer of the filler mould the lower load-carrying layer of the trilaminar panel with its following hardening.
