FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal clutch comprises flywheel, driving shaft, gear box, centrifugal weights and jacket. Crankshaft has splines, on which drive half-coupling is movably installed as flywheel with gearing elements. Slave half-coupling is fixed on gearbox shaft, and this half-coupling comprises coupling cavities equipped with rolling paths, configuration of which has shape of joined cone tops, and gearing elements of slave half-coupling may move along these tops. Drive half-coupling is connected to crankshaft with the possibility of centrifugal control of automatic engagement and disengagement of half-couplings. Slave half-coupling may move in splines and is spring-loaded by elastic element depending on high sensitivity of unit to overloading processes.

EFFECT: possibility of automatic engagement and disengagement of half-couplings and higher operational reliability of centrifugal clutch.

The present invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular, to the transmission torque of the engine to the transmission, and can be used primarily in automotive vehicles.

Known single, multi, combined and centrifugal clutch. "Theory and design of the car" Vimleave, Moscow 1967, p.122-123 (1).

The main disadvantage of these clutches is to use the friction lining, the comparative wear of which clearly underlines the inappropriateness of their application associated with the need to periodically change the pads, the complexity of the repair.

Heavy wear these clutches is slipping at a relatively low speed of rotation of the crankshaft and disk thrashing during high load engine and braking it is necessary to use additional devices, which complicates the design. For these reasons, despite the automation mentioned centrifugal clutch not found practical application in vehicles.

There are various couplings for mating parts or shafts. Closest to apply the clutch is "Off the clutch". A.S. 1124139 16D 11/04. Bull. No. 42 1984 (2).

This clutch contains two similar coupling device, one of which is hard connected to the, as a rule, with the drive shaft.

The disadvantage of this coupling for the present invention are: immobility leading coupling in the axial direction, the inability of the automatic coupling and uncoupling of the coupling, no rolling of the same sex couplings relative to another during the period on or motor overload.

The task of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages and improve the operational reliability of the centrifugal clutch.

The problem is solved in that in the proposed design the crankshaft movably connected to the flywheel, performed as a lead coupling, and driven half coupling contains the elements of the gearing in the form of grooves are interconnected raceways having the form of coupled vertices of the cones, which are able to roll over and joined the balls the leading of the coupling halves, the hinge connected to the crankshaft by means of the centrifugal levers goods that help automate the coupling and uncoupling of the coupling when the change in the torque when the motor is overloaded.

Centrifugal clutch consists (1) of the flywheel 4, installed in slots 5 of the crankshaft 1, the driven coupling 8, rigidly connected with the drive shaft 21 of the transmission, centrifugal loads 2 and the casing 31.

The flywheel 4 (figure 2) is made in the form of an elastic coupling, composed of the hub 9 and concentric with a carriage 15.

In the front part of the carriage 15 is arched slot 22, where the connecting balls 18 is blocked by the separators 23 are rigidly connected with the body of the carriage 15 by bolts 24 flat head.

The carriage 15 is movably connected to the hub 9 by means of a single connecting balls 16, which are located in the trays 25, who found the blades 10 of the hub 9 and the blades 14 of the carriage 15.

Alternately, with the tray 25 in the carriage 15 and the hub 9 is executed joint grooves 26 in which are located the springs 12, dressed to the lugs 11 and 13.

The balls 16, the springs 12 and the lugs 11 and 13 are closed by a circular cover 28 attached to the body of the hub 9 by bolts 29 flat head.

Driven half coupling (3) on the device is similar to the flywheel coupling, with the exception of elements of the mesh, is made in the carriage 19 in the form of connecting grooves 17, interconnected raceways in the form of coupled vertices of the cones.

The crankshaft 1 is connected to the flywheel 4 by means of hinge levers 3, one end of which is located a centrifugal cargo 2, and the second rollers 7 that are included in the grooves of the grooves 6 of the flywheel.

Works a centrifugal clutch as follows. With increasing rotation of the crankshaft 1 under the influence of centrifugal forces cargo 2, together with the levers 3 one end of which deviate from the crankshaft toward the flywheel 4, and the other end of the levers are moved to the lowest position by grooves 6 and rollers 7 move the flywheel 4 in the direction of the driven coupling 8 and docked with it. Simultaneously with the crankshaft 1 rotates and the leading hub 9, and the force from the blades 10 (2) through lugs 11, spring 12, the lugs 13 is transmitted to the blades 14 of the carriage 15, which rolls through the connecting balls 16, compresses n is 12 and dinners starts to rotate together with the leading hub 9 (figure 1). Further effort from the leading carriage 15 through the connecting grooves 17 and the connecting balls 18 is transmitted to the driven carriage 19, the driven hub 20 and the driving shaft 21 of the transmission.

When removing the load on the crankshaft by pedal fuel loads 2 under the influence of centrifugal forces are lowered to the lowest position and the rollers 7 move the flywheel 4 to the original position idling speed.

When overload occurs, the coupling balls 18 out of the docking grooves 17, roll on the raceways and coupling periodically runs idle, that is slow.

Due to the lack of friction pads is significantly increased resource use centrifugal clutch, which in comparison with known possesses good abrasion resistance, and durability can be extended by simply replacing the bulbs on the field.

The overrunning clutch for one-way transmission of reverse torque comprises two driven half-couplings fitted on common shaft and rigidly jointed together and a driving two-way half-coupling. The driven half-couplings with RH- and LH-engagement ratchet teeth are fitted facing each other. The driving two-way coupling with RH- and LH-engagement ratchet teeth is fitted coaxially and between the aforesaid driven half-couplings to move axially to come into engagement with the driven half-couplings teeth. The driving half-coupling is spring-pressed to one of the driven half-couplings and is rigidly linked up with the control clutch. The latter can interact with the control yoke pressing, via another, more rigid spring, the control clutch together with the other driving half-coupling until engagement with the other driven half-coupling when torque direction varies.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to armoured machinery and can be used in chassis of military caterpillar vehicles equipped with fire protection facilities. The chassis of a military caterpillar vehicle contain a frame, a power unit, a power gear including a fan drive with a friction clutch and a cooling system with a fan, and fire protection equipment with an automatic control unit. The fan is secured on a driving hub made with a friction surface. A pressure plate is designed so as to interact with the friction surface of the driving hub. A driven hub is made as a whole with a body of a bearing and is equipped with a cartridge located in its inner cavity and able to rotate around its axis. A chamber forming container is assembled in the cartridge; and an exploder as a source of pneumatic energy is installed in the said container. At that the container is designed with an orifice hole communicating the inner cavity of the container with the chamber and rigidly connected to the driven hub. A feature of electric blasting of the charge of an explosive substance of the exploder is secured to a flange of the container. The said feature is made as a lock with a core. The core is electrically connected with the said automatic control unit, and the lock is equipped with a spring which presses the core to a detonating cap of the exploder.

Diameters of two rings differ so that one round ring is made with possibility of coaxial engagement with another round ring with observance of strict tolerances so that external circumference of circular rings of smaller diameter is engaged, at least, with sections of round ring inner circle of larger diameter with coaxial alignment of output of drive shaft of power unit 20 and input of drive shaft auxiliary mechanism 14, 16, 17.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to device of torque transfer. The controlled coupling contains barrel-type body, its top cover has installed half-coupling containing disc with cavities and shaft. In the bottom cover the driven half-coupling is installed, it contains cone sleeve and shaft with flange. In the sleeve a flexible membrane is installed, its top part at the sleeve end face is pressed by the cross-arm located under the disc with round clearance C.
