FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of machine building immediately dealing with design of devices providing for absorption of vibrations generated in the course of power units operation. The hydraulic mounting support is composed of a pot (1) with a lid (2). Between the pot and the lid, attached to the former and to the latter with the help of threaded fasteners (13) there is a deflector positioned (4) consisting of plates (5, 6). In the plates there is a throttle channel (7) arranged that connects the fluid-containing cavities (8 and 9) positioned opposite sides of the deflector (4) between the diaphragms (10 and 11). A rod (18) is connected to the diaphragm (11) and the diaphragm seat. Both sides of the pot (1) bottom there are O-ring resilient elements mounted (16 and 17) fabricated of a polymer material. The resilient elements encircle the rod (18) between the diaphragm (11) seat and the nut (22) screwed onto the rod.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and adaptability of the hydraulic mounting support as manufactured on a small-batch basis for equipment of specialised-purpose vehicles.

The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely to means for damping shock and vibration arising from the operation of the power units. It concerns a hydraulic support of the power unit of the vehicle designed for use mainly in rural areas.

Known different designs supports power units that use hydraulic tools to reduce the vibrations that occur during operation of the internal combustion engine. Presented in the patent No. 1838690, IPC F16F 13/00 issued in the USSR, the hydraulic motor includes a fluid-filled cylindrical body with a flange, the elastic element is made of rubber, connected by vulcanization with the body and with the part attached to the power unit. Installed in the housing wall, consists of parts, which made the channel, indicating between a cavity located at opposite sides of the septum between the elastic element and the diaphragm. In the partition installed membrane, and opposite walls of details connected with the power unit, set the ring stops. A similar design has a hydraulic bearing suspension of the power unit of the vehicle shown in the patent of Russian Federation № 2138407, IPC WC 5/12, F16F 13/00. The bearing of the power unit shown in patent No. 4981286 issued by the United States, and in the application No. 381198 on you is the ache of a European patent IPC F16F 13/00, contains a bowl with threaded rod for connection with the frame of the vehicle, a bolt for connecting gidropony with the power unit, the rubber elastic element, connected by vulcanization with the head of the mentioned bolt and with a Hoop attached to the bowl screws. Between the Cup and the Hoop installed spacers, in which are fixed the ends of the diaphragms and set the partition with the membrane at its center. In the application No. 2756342 patent in France and application No. 845617 for the grant of a European patent IPC F16F 13/00, shows the bearing of the power unit, comprising a housing made of sheet material located inside the partition and located on opposite sides of the partition, two diaphragms, one of which is connected by vulcanization with the body and with the part connected with the power unit. Opposite this part is a rubber elastic element is made along with the diaphragm in the form of a column, leaning on the wall. However, the connection of the rubber elastic element with the housing gidropony and the part attached to the power unit by vulcanization significantly increases the complexity and cost of manufacture of gidropony in small-scale production for specialized self-propelled vehicles.

As a prototype adopted hydro bearing power unit, pakatan the I in the application No. 2172083, IPC F16F 13/00, published in the UK. This bearing includes a circular casing with two lids, United with him, threaded fasteners, namely, screws. Inside are diaphragms, one of which is made of composite, connected with the rod and its outer edge is clamped by screws between the cover and the housing. Another aperture made curly, installed between the other cover and the combined partition, which is the throttle channel reporting between a cavity with fluid, located between the diaphragms on opposite sides of the partition. The partition contains an annular elastic portion of the polymer material, in which pre-formed metal disc placed between the stem and support the other diaphragm for limiting the stroke of the rod. However, this bearing has a very complex and time-consuming to manufacture a design with low energy intensity of the elastic element, the function of which performs a composite aperture.

The problem under consideration is the creation of the power unit of the vehicle simple and reliable gidropony convenient for its small-scale production and ensure the effective damping of the vibrations of the power unit during operation of its internal combustion engine.

The solution to this problem is provided by the fact that created hydro bearing DL the suspension of the power unit includes pot with lid, a partition consisting of plates located between the pot and the lid and connected to it by a threaded fastening elements, aperture, mounted on opposite sides of the partition, made in plates throttle channel reporting between a cavity with fluid, located on opposite sides of the septum between the apertures, a rod connected to the diaphragm and its seat, the annular elastic elements made of polymeric material, installed on opposite sides of the bottom of the pot and covering the rod between the seat aperture and a nut mounted on the rod.

Hydro bearing, characterized by the above set of features, is reliable and technologically advanced design, suitable for small-scale production, due to the use of pot in a simple form, which are connected by threaded fasteners cover plate and the partition made it throttle channel established between the diaphragms, one of which is connected with the rod, based in the pot on the specified ring of elastic elements disposed between the saddle of the diaphragm and attached to the stem nut, making it possible to adjust the characteristic of gidropony to ensure the effective damping of the power unit.

The annular elastic elements gidropony made in the form of bagels, with forms the flattened torus, cover pot made in the form of a cap covering said wall and rim, made in a pot with holes to accommodate threaded fasteners connecting the cover and the partition plate with a pot, in the wall opposite the rod is made of a Central hole in which is installed membrane.

Saddle diaphragm, which is connected to a rod made with a circular dome, adjacent to the diaphragm, said diaphragm connected with the rod, to mitigate its interaction with the bulkhead at large during the potty in front of the dome of the saddle is made of thickened in the form of a ring-shaped hill, facing the top of the partition.

Hydro bearing to increase its energy consumption and simplify the design of the diaphragm and its seat may be provided with a ring buffer of a polymeric material having a cross-sectional wedge shape and is installed between the diaphragm is connected with the rod, and saddle.

Hydro bearing, presented in figure 1, contains pot 1 with a lid 2. In the cover 2 has a bolt 3 for connection gidropony with the power unit, in particular with bracket housing of the internal combustion engine. Between pot 1 and the lid 2 is compiled by the main partition 4, consisting of plates 5 and 6. In plates 5 and 6 is made of a curved grooves forming the throttle channel 7 reporting between the cavity 8 and 9 with the liquid located on opposite sides of the partition 4 between the diaphragms 10 and 11.

Cover 2 pot 1 is made in the form of a cap covering wall 4 and the rim 12, made in a pot with holes for the insertion of threaded fasteners 13, made in the form of screws connecting the pot 1, the cover 2 and the plate 5, 6 composite partitions 4. Thickened outer edge of the diaphragm 10 is located between the cover 2 of the pot 1 and the partition plate 5 in an annular groove made in the plate 5. Thickened outer edge of the diaphragm 11 is located between the rim 12 of the pot and the plate 6 in an annular groove made in the plate 6. The placement of the thickened outer edge of each aperture in the annular groove made in the partition plate between it and the adjacent part, and the clamping its fastening elements 13 provides reliable fixation of each diaphragm.

In the partition wall 4 is made of a Central hole in which you installed the membrane 14. This membrane at the periphery of the bezel, located in an annular groove made in the plates 5 and 6 around the center hole.

In pot 1 on opposite sides of its bottom 15 are annular elastic elements 16 and 17 covering the stem 1, connected by screws 19 to the diaphragm 11 and the seat 20 located opposite the elastic element 16. Another annular elastic element 17 on the shaft 18 at its threaded section 21 is installed figured nut 22 having a rod 18 with a threaded connection. This nut 22 provides the ability to control the characteristics of gidropony by changing the stroke of the pot 1 relative to the rod 18 and, accordingly, the magnitude of deformation of the elastic elements 16, 17.

The annular elastic elements 16, 17 are made in the form of bagels, having the form of a flattened torus. They are made of polymer material, in particular rubber. The location of the elastic elements 16, 17 of the specified form on the rod 18 between put on him by a nut 22 and seat 20 of the diaphragm 11 on opposite sides of the bottom 15 of the pot 1 provides effective with progressive characteristic of the perception of the bearing variable forces resulting from vibration and shaking of the power unit. When this annular elastic elements 16 and 17 adjacent to the shaft 18 and to the inner cylindrical surface of the pot 1, provide centering relative to the pot 1 shaft 18 and secured on the diaphragm 11.

Shown in figure 1, the composite saddle 20 of the diaphragm 11, which is connected with the rod 18, consists of flat washers 23 and figure stand 24, made in the form of a half ring dome, adjacent to the diaphragm is IU 11. This aperture 11, connected with the rod, opposite the dome of the saddle 20 is made of thickened in the form of a ring-shaped hill, facing the top of the partition 4, softening the blow in case of stop of the diaphragm 11 in the partition 4.

On the threaded section 21 of the rod 18 below the nut 22 is a nut 25, which is intended for connection gidropony to the frame 26 of the vehicle.

After Assembly of gidropony and filled with working fluid connecting bolt 3 with the power unit and fasten the nut 25 on the frame of the vehicle on which it is supported by a nut 22 that performs, in addition to adjusting function, the function of the support element.

During operation of the power unit due to his shaking, movement of the vehicle over an uneven supporting surface, and vibration occurring during operation of the internal combustion engine, the pot 1 oscillates along the rod 18, deforming the annular elastic elements 16, 17. Fluctuations in the pot 1, the partition wall 4 that is close to the diaphragm 11, is removed from it. In the approaching time of partition 4 to the diaphragm 11, the fluid from the cavity 9 is displaced into the cavity 8 through the throttle channel 7 under the pressure generated in the cavity 9. During the reverse movement of the pot 1, when the partition wall 4 moves away from the diaphragm 11 and the cavity 9 depression occurs, fluid from the cavity 8 under the action of the atmospheric pressure, acting on the diaphragm 10, flows through the throttle channel 7 back into the cavity 9. Due to the throttling of the fluid flow in the channel 7 is the damping pot 1 vibrations of the power unit.

With a sharp tremors, movement of the vehicle over an uneven supporting surface, i.e. on the bumpy, due to the sharp increase in fluid pressure in the cavity 9 is the deflection of the membrane 14, which provides the maximum value of the fluid pressure in the cavity 9 in order to avoid damage to gidropony.

In the event of excessive movement of the pot 1 relative to the rod 18 when the shake-up of the power unit aperture 11 with its protruding thickened the plot, made in the form of annular slides against the wall 4, slowing lowering the pot and providing for smoother stops to cushion shock loads.

Feature gidropony of the power unit shown in figure 2, is the presence in it of the ring buffer 27, made of a polymeric material, such as relatively hard rubber, and is installed between the diaphragm 28, which is connected with the rod 18, and its seat 29, which represents a flat washer. The buffer 27 in cross section has the shape of a wedge, facing the top of the diaphragm 28 and the base to the seat 29. Setting buffer 27 on the seat 29 under the diaphragm 28 to ensure achival the opportunity to perform this aperture of less than hard rubber with a more uniform thickness along the radius. The buffer 27 ensures smooth travel limit pot 1 relative to the rod 18. In addition, being elastic element, this buffer increases the intensity of gidropony and makes it elastic response even more progressive to prevent resonance.

Created hydro bearing power unit is reliable and fairly simple design, which due to its adaptability to rationally use in small-scale production. Because of the presence in it of several elastic elements figure form it provides effective damping of the vibrations of the power unit, movement of the vehicle over an uneven supporting surface, in particular in rural areas on the road.

In the space between retainers the piston spring-loaded from two butt-ends by compression springs is movably fitted on cotter. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic shock-absorbing struts, particularly, to the strut adjustment devices, primarily to such devices that allow stabilising the automotive suspension shock struts at ambient temperature varying from +40°C to -40°C irrespective of the used oil type. The hydraulic shock-absorber incorporates a hydraulic cylinder with drain ports communicating the piston and rod spaces, a rod, a drain port spring and drain port plate with one or several holes for oil to pass through. A part of one or several holes is constantly above the drain port or piston holes. The drain port twisted spring one end is rigidly attached to the plate, its second end being coupled with the rod. The said plate can rotate driven by the spring when the length of the latter varies at temperature variation. The said spring can be cylindrical connected to the plate via a sleeve rigidly linked with the plate and spring. Invention can be used, for example, in the VAZ-type car front suspension shock strut.

Piston consists of two parts fixed on hollow and continuous rods of ring and round section. Piston parts are supplied on the surfaces by radial edges and protuberances with the channels bent under a right angle. Radial edges are movably placed in a vertical plane of a suppressor in corresponding slots. Slots are executed on external surfaces of each of piston parts. Edges are spring-bias concerning slots by springs of the compression having various magnitude of linear rigidity. The maximum course of edges is equal to height of the protuberances supplied with channels bent under a right angle.
