FIELD: agricultural industry.

SUBSTANCE: soil mellowing mechanism consists of a casing, blades, axial pins and springs. Casing is made in the form of a disk with an axial box, or a spoke wheel with an axial hub. Each blade is arc-shaped and provided with a square hole made in the blade, and has stiffeners made in the form of side plates with a hole provided for the axial pin, a flange in the upper part, and locks. Blades are hinged by means of holes and axial pins to the casing so that they can turn within specified limits. Springs are made in the form of angled rods with a bent end which is installed in the casing's hole. Bent part of the rod envelopes the axial pin and is pressed to the blade plane.

EFFECT: improving soil mellowing quality, and simplifying the design.

The present invention relates to agricultural machinery and can be used in the manufacture of implements for tilling the soil in the plant.

A device for loosening soil in patent No. 2282957 containing tsilindricheskii case, swivel mounted blades with levers, springs and mounting studs.

A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity of the design and not enough good quality loosening dense soil.

Objective of the claimed device is to eliminate the above disadvantages. The technical result - improving the quality of the soil tilling, efficiency, simplifying the design.

This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed cultivator of the soil, comprising a housing, blades, axial studs and springs, the body is made in the form of a disk with an axial sleeve or a spoked wheel and axle wheel hub, each vane is made arc-shaped with a rectangular hole in the canvas and has ribs in the form of side plates with a hole for axial studs, the contour in the upper part and the brakes through holes and the axial pins of blades pivotally mounted on the housing can be rotated within the specified limits, and springs are made curved angle bar with curved end, which is inserted in the housing bore, and a curved portion around the axial SPI is ICU and pressed to the plane of the scapula.

Case 1 cultivator is made in the form of a disk with an axial sleeve 2 or a spoked wheel and axle hub. On the housing 1 in the axial pins 3 are mounted in the arcuate blade 4 with ribs in the form of side plates. The blade 4 is spring-loaded relative to the housing 1 by the spring 5. The bent end of each spring 5 is placed in the opening 6, is made in the body 1, and a curved portion around the axial pin 3 and is pressed against the leaf blades 4. The rotation of the blades 4 on the axial pin 3 relative to the housing 1 is limited in the top part of the blade 4 contour 7 and the stoppers 8. The leaf blades 4 are rectangular hole 9 for additional loosening of the soil.

The cultivator of the soil works as follows.

Loosening the soil by using blades 4 rolling chassis 1 through the soil. Blades 4 above the ground by means of springs 5 and limb 7 is held in a position in which they touch the soil in front of the body 1 (in the direction) at the point 10, spaced from the point 11 touch housing 1 soil on the length of the arc from point 11 to point 12 against axial studs 3 on the soil of the blades 4. Touching the soil, the blades 4 under the influence (pressure) of the housing 1 through the axial studs 3 are embedded in the ground in an arc, and without prejudice to the status of soil formation, overcoming the resistance of the springs 5, p is voracious relative to the housing 1. At the exit to the surface of the blade 4, resting under the action of the spring 5 in the housing 1 contour 7, is installed in the original position.

SUBSTANCE: mellowing apparatus has frame, power plant, caterpillar-type propeller with supporting rollers, tracks, and teeth. Propeller comprises two sections. Teeth are made in the form of detents staggered on tracks. Propeller sections are spaced from one another by gap equal to width of one section. Each of propeller sections is made triangular in vertical cross section. Wheel-sprocket is disposed in upper corner of each section of propeller and rigidly joined to frame and connected to reducer. Wheel-sprocket has radius equal to that of supporting roller disposed in opposite corner of section. Supporting roller positioned in corner between wheel-sprocket and supporting roller, which are equal in radius, have radius twice the radius of wheel-sprocket and supporting roller. Mellowing apparatus has supporting rollers located so that their positions in vertical plane may be adjusted.

SUBSTANCE: cultivator has hollow tine and electric engine for drill, said engine being fixed on tine and connected to drive shaft coupled through toothed transmission to horizontal shaft. Toothed transmission is mounted within casing. Working tools similar to cutters are detachably secured on ends of horizontal shaft protruding through casing. Hollow tine of cultivator is formed as straight pipe with flange at its one end for connection to casing of toothed transmission formed conical and to joining unit on its other end for attachment of electric drill.
