SUBSTANCE: loose material classifier incorporates intake bin, running cylindrical shafts fitted to form a sizing slit, sized material receptacles. The aforesaid shafts represent and upper shaft integrated with a drum, a pusher intended for preventing the sizing slit clogging and a power shat with a feed drum, both shafts running in one direction. The upper shaft runs 2 to 3 times faster than the lower one. To allow material move along the slit and to prevent clogging the later, the drums are furnished with multi-start threads with slot width making b=(3-4)l, where l is the slot length and depth making h= (0.3 to 0.5)l. The angle formed by the horizontal pane and the shafts axes plane varies from 30 to 60 degrees.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of sizing and lower wear of components.

Device for the classification of bulk materials used in various industries where you want to sort material by size.

A device for separating material according to size [1], adopted for the prototype, including two moving in different directions cylindrical surface engaged vibration fluctuations, and flexible elements, moving perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the slit formed by a rotating cylindrical surfaces. Sorting of the material occurs in the classification of the slit, while the constituent parts of the material flow give extra speed, the vectors are directed in opposite directions from the longitudinal axis of the classifier, and the allocation fractions given values of the moving stream of flow of the material produced throughout the cross section of threads.

The main disadvantage of this device is the presence of vibration, which leads to rapid wear.

In the present invention the goal is the elimination of vibration and translationally moving elements. The solution is achieved by the fact that the cylindrical shafts made in the form of the upper shaft with the drum-ejector, prevents clogging of the classification of the slit, and the bottom of the shaft with the drum feeder, while the shafts are rotatably water direction, the upper shaft is mounted for rotation with speed, 2-3 times higher speed, lower shaft, for moving the material along the crack and prevent stagnation in her loose weight on the working surfaces of the drums made multiple screw thread width of the slots b=(3-4)l, where l is the crack size and depth h=(0,3-0,5)l, and the angle formed by the horizontal plane and the plane of the axes of the shafts, lies in the range 30-60°.

Description of the operation of the device classification of bulk materials is illustrated by drawings.

Figure 1 presents the proposed device for the classification of bulk materials (side view).

The installation consists of a body 1 mounted on the uprights 11. Inside the housing 1 is located a hopper 2 for loading incoming sorting of bulk material. Along the inclined wall of the hopper 2, the material falls onto the shafts with the classification reels 3, 4, which rotate with angular speed w1and w2respectively. The drums are mounted on shafts 8, 9, arranged in bearing assemblies 10. The shaft 8 of the drum of the feeder 3 is directly connected with the drive installation. The shaft 9 of the drum-ejector 4 is driven by means of a belt 7 to the I is carried out using a pulley 5, mounted on the shaft of the drum of the feeder 3, and a pulley 6 mounted on the shaft of the drum of the ejector 4.

On the surface of the drum of the feeder 3, which moves with a linear velocity ν1comes ordinary bulk material and is supplied to the classification of the slit 1. The surface of the drum piston 4 moves with a linear velocityν2which is 2-3 times more speed ν1that provides popping classes +1 from area classification slit l.

To ensure the movement of material along the length of the classification of the slit, preventing slipping of the surfaces of the drums and the stagnation of the material before entry into the classification crack on the surface of the drum of the feeder, causing threaded with a width of groove up to 3-4l and depth of 0,3-0,5l aimed in the direction of movement of material along the classification slit, and on the working surface of the drum-ejector perform threaded channel width (3-4)l, and depth - to 0.3-0,5l, aimed in the opposite direction.

Comparison of the prototype with the proposed solution allows to assume compliance with the patentability criteria of "novelty" and "inventive step".

According to suggested method of screening machine control, amount of material on the screening surface is determined automatically, and rate of feed facilities supply is preset on the basis of measurements of automatic control system so that supply rate is changed for differing supply rate by one of the following methods: upper and lower values that were set in advance are used (valmax, valmin) as measurements (valm) of variable, which is dependent on amount of material on the sieve surface, and when the value of measurements (valm) reaches one of previously set values, the rate of feed facilities is reduced, and when value of measurements reaches another previously set value, the rate of feed facilities increases, or when the rate of measured value change (valm) exceeds the previously set value ((Δvalm/Δt)max), the rate of feed facilities changes. Screening machine, which is used for method implementation, contains sensor (S) for measurement of variable, which is dependent on amount of material on screen surface, controller (C), for which the mentioned sensor (S) is connected via the line of data transmission for obtainment of measurement values that are connected with mentioned variable from sensor, handle of drive (A) that is connected with feed facilities and is installed for changing rate of feed facilities supply. Controller (C) is connected with the mentioned handle of drive (A) via data transmission line and is installed to send commands to mentioned handle in response to measured value (valm), which was received from sensor (S) for changing rate of feed facilities supply to different values of supply rate.

EFFECT: increase of screen sizing efficiency and quality of screened material with optimisation of screen sizing parameters.

The said screen is furnished with a loading device with the grid screen arranged on the said band at the material feed start and a frame arranged below the band and coupled with the casing by shock-absorbers. The 2 to 5 mm-thick grid metal sheets are arranged below the casing. The said sheets are butt-jointed so as to allow the slots to get aligned along the material feed, the slots getting wider along the material feed direction to obtain varying grain sizes. SUBSTANCE: screener comprises a box, vibration exciter having variable frequency and vibration amplitude, concentration cell in the form of a plate with wear-resistant ribbed coating of integral transverse ribs with at least one longitudinal groove having variable depth and coupled on the lower level with inter-rib spacer by side holes made in the cheeks of the longitudinal groove and with longitudinal vertically positioned walls, being tightly connected with outer ends of transverse ribs. Transverse ribs are inclined towards the longitudinal groove and tilted to the charging side, being made with variable quantity, height and angle of slope. Side holes in cheeks of the longitudinal groove are made in successive groups following one another, hole sizes increasing gradually in the reverse direction from the charging side. SUBSTANCE: separator of loose materials contains bearing box, separation elements that are installed in the box in inclined manner, bunker for loading of separated loose material and its supply to separation elements, outlets for discharge of material fractions that are separated according to sizes and vibration exciter that excites vibration of separation materials. Separation elements are made as several channels installed above each other for separated loose material passing along them, which are mutually connected by slot passages that have sizes in transverse cross section that correspond to sizes of separated fractions of loose material.

EFFECT: increase of material separation efficiency and reduction of size range of particles of fractions that are separated in separator.

SUBSTANCE: device for coke screening includes an inclined frame with a dividing surface assembled thereon; the said surface represents shafts with disks arranged on the shafts in a staggered order and distance rings, forming screening cells. A nominal width of disks located at least in the middle part of the shaft from the coke supply side is increased by 1.125-1.25 times. A nominal diameter of disks is increased at a value of their thickening.

SUBSTANCE: device for mesh clearance includes plate holder section with screen fixed in it, reflective grid and bafflers gimbaled in undergrid space, separating the later on cells with clearing elements. FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of changing size of sizer screening openings, which are formed by discs installed in staggered rows with intermediate elements between them on driven parallel shafts, at which the distance between neighbouring shafts discs is changed. The distance between the discs of neighbouring shafts discs pairs is changed by means of axial shift of one shaft discs in every pair with maintenance of mutual position of discs in shafts with further fixing of shifted discs. The method is executed on sizer of loose materials, which is equipped with external supports, and frame sides are made with openings. In every pair of neighbouring shafts one shaft is installed in external supports, which are fixed to sides with location of its end intermediate elements in openings of sides. Sets of discs and intermediate elements on shafts, which are installed in external supports, are installed with the possibility of axial displacement and fixation of their position. Shafts with axially movable sets of discs and intermediate elements have in the ends threads with nuts for fixation of sets position on these shafts.

SUBSTANCE: powder sieve consists of the upper duct, sieve, the lower duct with the support unit, bearing unit, drive with vertical supplementary shaft, wiping appliance in the form of crosspiece with radial rays. The support unit is made in the form of plate jointed with the flange of the lower duct. Bearing unit is installed beyond the sieving area. A counterbalance is installed at the diametrically opposite side of the plate relative to the interconnected upper duct, sieve, and the lower duct.

EFFECT: facilitation of unloading of the sieved powder from the lower duct; reduction of powder sticking to the bottom surfaces; enhancing the operation safety of the sieve, facilitation of manufacture.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of mining and may be used at realization of stripping operations after removal of solid large impurities from a pulp. The device contains a concave plate with longitudinal bores installed on a run of a pulp, above which there are a rotating cleaner with blades inserted in lots of the plate and supplied with crescent grabs on their edges, a row of knives installed with a shift from a vertical plane of the blades rotation and located between the crescent grabs. The given device ensures a continuous cycle of removal from a pulp of organic impurities, for example, roots of plants, algae, a wood-waste and so on.

SUBSTANCE: screen has casing with transverse beams, on which supporting members for fire grate plates are fixed. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the methods of separation of the loose abrasive materials according to the physical-mechanical properties of the grains and may be used in the field of engineering industry at production of the polishing tools. The vibration separator contains a vibration deck, an active and a reactive swing frames, a stand, a spring-elastic system, rubber vibroinsulators, an unbalance vibration exciter, an electric motor and collectors of products of separation. The separator has an independent batch feeder and a direct-current electric motor. The unbalance vibration exciter and the direct-current electric motor are installed on the reactive frame. The unbalance vibration exciter contains adjustable by mass unbalances. The direct-current electric motor is supplied with a system of a stepless speed control of rotation. The technical result is an increase of efficiency of process of separation.

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: grate has openings made of oval slots arranged on the grate to form herringbone rows whose tops point counter to the flow of material to be screened. The ends of the openings are arranged with a step H = 2V/f, where V is the velocity of the material flow and f is the number of oscillations of the screen per unit time. The distance between the axes of the parallel openings, h, is equal to the distance between the lines which connect the centers of the semicircles of the one-directional ends of the openings in the adjacent rows. The cross-sections of the openings diverge in the grate bulk from its working surface with an angle 5-7°. The working edges of the openings are strengthened through a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm. The width of the openings, d, is equal to at least 3 mm, and their length is (2-10)d. The method comprises making openings by air-plasma cutting with simultaneous strengthening the working edges of the openings by fast high-temperature heating with the use of a concentrated plasma jet and fast forced cooling.
