FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic damper comprises operating cylinder and installed in it movably piston with valves. Piston and a pair of ring-shaped retainers are rigidly fixed on rod. In the space between retainers the piston spring-loaded from two butt-ends by compression springs is movably fitted on cotter. The piston is provided with vertical channels going into horizontal position. Channels contact with varying in width vertical recessions. Recessions are made on circumferential generatix of rod surface and are interconnected with horizontal sections of vertical channels which are located in the rod and then go into horizontal sections. Longitudinal axes of the latter are positioned above ring-shaped retainers in over-piston and under-piston chambers of operating cylinder.

EFFECT: design simplification and enhancement of usage efficiency.

The present invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in leaf spring suspension rail and road vehicles.

Known hydraulic shock absorber described in the book of Derborence A.D. Hydraulic shock absorber car. - M.: Mashinostroenie, 1962, page 8 4.

This hydraulic shock absorber consists of a working cylinder, which is movable in a vertical plane placed a piston rigidly fixed on the rod. The piston has a number of parts, including springs and valves, which are in the process of stroke of the piston exposed to significant loads created when the piston pressures from 15 to 30 MPa, which significantly affects their reliability. At the same time, a significant drawback of the shock absorber is that it has a constant resistance force, stroke and cannot regulate their value depending on sharp increases their loads generated by the micro - and macroprofile roads, acting through the wheel suspension of the vehicle.

Therefore, the aim of the invention is to simplify the design of a hydraulic shock absorber and the efficiency of its use in operational conditions.

This objective is achieved in that the rod is rigidly fixed to a pair of ring-shaped lugs, the space between which is movably placed on a key spring with its two end sides of the compression spring piston, provided with vertically spaced channels that extend in horizontal contact with the changing width of the vertical grooves on the circular generatrix of the surface of the rod, the said recesses are interconnected with horizontal sections vertical channels placed in the rod, then turning into horizontal sections so that the longitudinal axis of the latter are located above the ring-shaped stops respectively in newportnews and podpornoy cavities of the working cylinder.

Figure 1 shows a portion of a hydraulic shock absorber in section, figure 2 - cut out the part of his shaft and figure 3 - view of the rod in the direction of arrow A.

Hydraulic shock absorber consists of the working cylinder 1 and piston 2 with the rod 3. The piston 2 is done is by vertical channels 4, turning into horizontal channels 5. The piston 2 by means of a sliding pins 6 fixed to the rod 3, having a ring-shaped lugs 7 and plots of vertical channels 8, mating with portions of the horizontal channels 9. In the zone of contiguity of the plots of horizontal channels 9 to the piston 2 on the surface of the rod 3 is made of the recess 10. Between the ring-shaped lugs 7 and the piston 2 is placed a compression spring 11. The working cylinder 1 filled with the working fluid 12.

Operates hydraulic shock absorber as follows. When slow moving rod 3, for example, by the arrow B, due to the pre-selected stiffness of the compression spring, the piston 2 is at an equal distance relative to the ring-shaped lugs 7 as shown in figure 2. Thus, the working fluid 12 flows in the direction of arrow C (see the lower part of the drawing figure 1) in the channels 4, 5, 9, 8, dripping on them also in the direction of arrow C in nadporshnevaya cavity absorber, providing some resistance to the movement of the piston 2 together with the rod 3 due to the small diameter of enumerated channels. In case, if the load on the rod 3 of the piston 2 is significant (dynamic) and instant time, the piston 2 will move relative to the rod 3 by a sliding key 6 in the direction of arrow E, elastically deforming the upper compression spring 11. Such movement of the piston 2 relative to the rod 3 is to sposobstvovat to reduce the number of current working fluid 12 from podpornoy cavity absorber in nadporshnevaya cavity. So, first, a horizontal channel 5, on the right relative to the longitudinal axis of the rod (see figure 1) completely overlaps the stem 3 and the working fluid 12 will not be able to proceed in the area of the vertical channel 8 and, secondly, in a horizontal channel 5, which is on the left side of the drawing figure 1, the number of leaked working fluid 12 is significantly reduced due to the fact that the recess 10 in stock has a varying height width (see figure 3). This phenomenon is associated with the movement of the piston 2 relative to the shaft 3, will contribute to the effective damping of the dynamic components acting on the suspension of the vehicle during its motion. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of hydraulic dampers for various transport engineering and may be used in mechanical engineering, motor-car industry, aircraft industry. The invention consists, that the hydraulic damper contains the working cylinder with the located in it resilient coupling rod and the piston on the butt of which there are the radial ribs and ledges having the grooves bent at the right angle to the coupling rod longitudinal axis. The piston consists of two disks rigidly fixed on the coupling rod. One of the disks - the upper disk has on its butt surface the radial ribs and the ledges having the grooves bent at the right angle to the coupling rod longitudinal axis. The other disk - the lower one is made solid. Between the disks there are movable slide blocks with the slits located in the grooves of the coupling rod and having the external cylindrical generating surfaces similar to the internal diameter of the working cylinder and with the "L"-shaped grooves being on the one side conjugated with the grooves of the upper disk, and on the other side - conjugated with the "T"-shaped through groove made in the coupling rod. The cylindrical generating surfaces of the indicated slide blocks are embraced, at least, by two rings. One of the rings with external metallic surface has the bending stiffness higher, than the bending stiffness of the other non-metallic ring - the internal one. The technical result of the invention is an increased effectiveness of damping capacities of the damper due to its capability to automatically change the resisting forces being in the functional dependence on the speed of the piston movement.

It is a main line which connects two passages implemented in sliding valve body with input to hydraulic motor. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic shock-absorbing struts, particularly, to the strut adjustment devices, primarily to such devices that allow stabilising the automotive suspension shock struts at ambient temperature varying from +40°C to -40°C irrespective of the used oil type. The hydraulic shock-absorber incorporates a hydraulic cylinder with drain ports communicating the piston and rod spaces, a rod, a drain port spring and drain port plate with one or several holes for oil to pass through. A part of one or several holes is constantly above the drain port or piston holes. The drain port twisted spring one end is rigidly attached to the plate, its second end being coupled with the rod. The said plate can rotate driven by the spring when the length of the latter varies at temperature variation. The said spring can be cylindrical connected to the plate via a sleeve rigidly linked with the plate and spring. Invention can be used, for example, in the VAZ-type car front suspension shock strut.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumohydraulic springs with self-adjustable hydraulic resistance depending on amplitude and frequency of oscillations. Proposed pneumohydraulic spring of vehicle suspension contains cylinder with fitted-in piston and rod forming in cylinder piston and rod spaces, and hydraulic accumulator connected with cylinder space through valve. Valve is made in form of damping unit self-adjustable in amplitude and frequency of oscillations depending on pressure in spring and its change in time. Channel is made in valve body which accommodates spring-loaded step plunger forming with valve body, overplunger space, underplunger space and ring plunger space communicating with piston space and connected with space of hydraulic accumulator through main throttling channel with higher resistance and additional throttling channel with lower resistance, overlapped by larger step of plunger in extreme upper position. Spring installed in overplunger space engages with smaller step of plunger. Check valve installed in larger step of plunger connects ring plunger space with under plunger space. Outer groove made on lower part of plunger larger step communicates with ring plunger space through longitudinal throttling slot made on outer surface of plunger larger step, and with underplunger space through radial holes and filter installed in outer groove. Invention provides new damping system automatically self-adjustable in amplitude and oscillation frequency depending on pressure in spring and its changes in time and increase in damping force with rise of amplitude of oscillations over travel of suspension at any frequencies of road actions.

EFFECT: improved smoothness at any frequencies of road actions when riding practically along roads of any type.

SUBSTANCE: pressure generator comprises shutoff pipeline with reservoir fluid pressure inlet orifices, implosion chamber cylinder connected with shutoff pipeline by means of sub, piston connected with pump rod and working chamber. The working chamber has working cylinder with windows and pressure concentrators, shutoff valve with rod and sleeve, which communicates implosion chamber cylinder with working chamber. Working chamber has air-hydraulic damping means including hydraulic cylinder with expanded upper part and including piston. Air-hydraulic damping mans also has pneumatic cylinder with floating piston. Piston is made as a single whole with shutoff valve rod. Floating piston is at predetermined pressure and may cooperate with shutoff valve rod. Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders are fixedly connected with each other.

The inner side of the cylinder and outer side of the cylinder, which is in a contact with the piston side, are provided with thread. The piston is provided with radial passages whose longitudinal axes intersect with the longitudinal axes of the axial passages of the piston.
