FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: shaped channel-type profile includes wall with reinforcing elements and two parallel shelves conjugated to it perpendicularly. In each profile cross-section loose end of each shelf features a lug at inner shelf facet, with two close slits with C-shaped and "П"-shaped internal surface, their symmetry axes parallel to each other and profile wall. Same-type opposite slits face each other with open side, and a lug with groove is also made in connection points of each shelf facet with inner wall facet. The groove runs along long facet of the lug, parallel to wall facet, and features C-shaped inner profile in cross-section. Reinforcement elements are positioned on outer wall facet and have form of several ridges perpendicular to the wall.

The invention relates to the production of shaped profiles, which can be widely used in various fields of national economy, in particular for the manufacture of outdoor buildings lighting products.

Known channel Ravnopravie profile containing wall with parallel outer edges of the shelves (EN 27184 U1, F16S 3/04, 10.01.2003).

The disadvantage of this profile is that it is impossible to use such a profile for the manufacture of outdoor buildings lighting products.

The closest analogue of the claimed invention is shaped solereality profile containing wall with stiffeners and associated right angle two parallel shelves (EN 2118579 C1, B21D 5/06, F16S 3/04, 10.09.1998).

The disadvantage of this profile is that it is impossible to use such a profile for the manufacture of outdoor buildings lighting products.

An object of the invention is the creation of a shaped villereversure profile, allowing you to use it for the manufacture of outdoor buildings lighting products.

The technical problem is solved in that the shaped solereality profile contains a wall with stiffeners and associated right angle two parallel shelves, while the new is that in each cross is the first cross-section profile of the free end of each shelf is equipped with a protrusion, located on the inner edge of the shelf and having two adjacent slits with C-shaped and U-shaped inner surface, the axis of symmetry are parallel to each other and the wall of the profile, while the same horizontal slots open side facing toward each other, and the pair of inner faces of each of the shelves and the inner wall faces also made a protrusion with a groove located on the side of the long sides of the protrusion, which is parallel to the face wall, and has a cross-sectional C-shaped inner profile, the stiffening elements are located on an external side wall and is made in the form of a number ribs, perpendicular to the wall.

As a material for the manufacture of shaped villereversure profile can be used aluminum.

Shaped solereality profile includes a wall 1 with elements 2 stiffness and associated right angle two parallel shelves 3. SUBSTANCE: profile includes base, horizontal and lateral shelves of given size. Lateral profile shelves of given thickness feature vertical slits of defined width at defined distance from each other. Method involves preliminary perforation of edge areas of strip blank to form slits of given size, and further blank element overcast in rollers of profile bending mill to form final cross-section. Slits are made at definite tilt against lengthwise axis of blanks. After profile forming, obtained lateral shelves are rolled out in die clenching horizontal shelves by puncheon contacting profile base to reach vertical position of slits in lateral shelves.

EFFECT: reduced metal consumption of articles and constructions without adverse effect on durability characteristics.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: shape direct channeled profiles on a strip consequently to transitions with flat sites between them. On last transition the cross-section corrugations are shaped on flat sites between direct corrugations with alternate step on all width of a profile. The profile mill contains two-high stands sequentially located on a bed work with calibers of the main instrument. Calibers of the stands on the first transitions are executed in the form of the packages containing the upper and lower main rollers, established between two pairs of the upper and lower gauging rollers. Packages in the stands are established due to amount of corrugations and linked among themselves with corresponding distant sleeve in each subsequent stand. The caliber of the stand of last transition is executed in the form of rollers placed on all length, a set from the upper and lower first gauging rollers established with step direct corrugations, and from the upper and lower second gauging rollers established between the first gauging rollers. Thus the upper second gauging rollers have built in two main punches, and the lower second gauging rollers have round-nose grooves corresponding to punches. The upper roller of the last stand it is driven, and its rotation is synchronised with rotation of the lower roller due to gear, the lower rollers are linked with a drive.

EFFECT: increased assortment of the profiles produced due to obtaining of a new relief of a profile.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: simultaneously perform feeding of two flat preforms of certain width in the profile bending machine at different levels for molding closed stamped formed profile consisting of two corrugated sheets with orthogonally related semicircular corrugations; upper one has smaller width, consecutive molding in the first two-high stands of direct corrugations on the lower strip, directed downwards, with overcast angles, diminished in a cogging direction with a certain angle of inclination of lateral faces of ready corrugations to a horizontal plane. Simultaneously perform transportation of the upper strip in a four-high stand, forming in one operation cross-section closed corrugations, directed up with the same height and an angle of inclination of lateral faces to a horizontal plane. SUBSTANCE: stand for the crimped strips contains upper and lower rollers established one over another with a clearance, creating the caliber of the set configuration enclosed by conic flanges of the lower roller. Circular grooves are located on the lower roller; a body of the upper roller is executed with a rubberised surface. Thus execute an inter-roller clearance depending on depth of the grooves and width of a formed strip. SUBSTANCE: open profile with ribbed, crimped or other surface is formed in automatic line profile-bending mill of a coiled stripe without preceding heating. Final forming of closed profile is performed in seam-pressing gauge. Edge for welding is prepared, overlapping welding is performed with overlap melting without additive materials. The stripe is moved guiding shaft connected to electric profile-bending mill engine, with continuous control of welded junction quality and data transfer to computer.

SUBSTANCE: closed crimps are formed in sequence on a stripe blank in rolls in two cuts. Two lengthwise trapezoid crimps are made in the first cut. These crimps are parallel and symmetrical to the longitudinal profile axis, and are repeated in periods. The second cut forms traverse hemispherical crimps. Height of lengthwise and traverse crimps is equal. Traverse crimp crosses two opposite lengthwise crimps at half of their length. Traverse crimp ends are formed by sloping facets of lengthwise crimps, directed towards the longitudinal profile axis.

SUBSTANCE: drive includes an engine, reduction gear, roll rotation sprockets skirted by roller chain, power train and idler sprocket, with power train positioned at the inlet side of machine. Four rolls of each mill lie in the same diametric plane and form two strips simultaneously. To rotate the rolls the chain grips opposite left or right sides of vertically adjoining sprockets of one mill in sequence, and passes from lower sprocket of the previous mill to upper sprocket of the next mill along the rolling course.

EFFECT: reduced production cost due to simpler and cheaper machine drive.

SUBSTANCE: beforehand mushroom-shaped flutes are formed with semicircular tops and inter-flute sections and intermediate flutes are formed with vertical lateral facets on the front end of strip with length that is equal to inter-cage distance of profile-bending machine in the cage, the top roller of which has separating flanges. Rollers are distanced after forming of mushroom-shaped flutes for free passage of corrugated strip, mushroom-shaped flutes are formed in cages of profile-bending machine and intermediate flutes with vertical lateral facets are finally formed in the last cage of profile-bending machine by means of free setting with smooth rollers.

EFFECT: quality is improved; technological resources of the process are expanded and production costs are reduced.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment for metal forming, in particular, to machines for production of cold bent corrugated sheet profiles, mainly for production of steel panel-cassettes from corrugated strips. Profile-bending machine contains decoiler, dressing machine, molding machine with working cages and aligning rollers and drive, flying shears and collecting roller table. Machine is equipped with additional decoiler and dressing machine. In duo cages of molding machine above the top roller concave supporting roller is installed. Behind duo cages coaxially aligning rollers are installed, 4-roller cage, device of double bending, three-four duo cages. Number of machine duo cages that are installed in front of 4-roller cage is equal to 12...20. Drive of machine is of chain type.

SUBSTANCE: shape bending mill used, mainly for producing tinned corrugated sheets includes successively mounted first guiding stand with cylindrical rolls, shaping duo-stands and pairs of vertical centering rollers. Shaping stands are assembled to units (each unit includes 3 - 5 stands) and mounted on common foundation plate of unit. Vertical centering rollers and additional one or two pulling devices are alternatively arranged between said units. Only first guiding stand is fully driven one. All even and last shaping stands have driven lower and idle upper rolls; odd stands have two idle rolls.

SUBSTANCE: drive unit of shape bending mill with first guiding stand and pulling roller devices includes motor, reduction gear, sprockets, forcing and tensioning gear wheels, roller chain embracing sprockets along S-shaped curve and sine curve. Torque of motor is transmitted only to lower shaping rolls of even stands and of last stand of mill and also to both rolls of guiding stand and to horizontal rollers of pulling devices through sprockets mounted on their axles. Chain embraces sprockets of rolls of guiding stand and of rollers of pulling devices along S-shaped curve and it embraces sprockets of drive rolls and sprockets that are not joined with shaping rolls along sine curve. Axles of sprockets that are not joined with shaping rolls may be arranged higher than axles of lower drive rolls by value determined according to relation given in claims of invention.

SUBSTANCE: stand includes housing, shaping aggregate. The last is in the form of two rigidly and mutually joined jaws in which two horizontal shafts-inserts are mounted. On said shafts-inserts shaping rollers joined with drive mechanism are rigidly mounted one over another with possibility of changing inter-axial distance. Shaping aggregate is in the form of stand module whose jaws consist of dismounted frameworks. Horizontal shafts-inserts with shaping rollers are mounted in movable carriages with possibility of their vertical motion. Shaping rollers are mounted in bearing assemblies of movable carriages and they are joined by key joint with said horizontal shafts-inserts. In order to provide possibility for changing inter-axial distance, horizontal shafts-inserts with shaping rollers are mounted in movable carriages whose vertical motion is timed with use of kinematic circuit and adjusted by means of two lead screws. Each of said screw has thread portions with mutually opposite direction of thread. SUBSTANCE: machine includes mounted according to manufacturing process: stand for preliminarily shaping and drive profiling stands with shafts mounted by cantilever fashion.
