The roller is connected to the rack by means of the cylindrical hinge and a resilient member. Rotation axis of a roller is excentric.

The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to machines for tillage.
Known disk plough body containing a rack, on which is mounted a spherical disk and secured additional working body, with the possibility of changing its position relative to the plough body (RU, patent for invention №2152701, CL AV 15/16, 23/06, 2000). This solution has a number of disadvantages. In particular, when working on proscaronline felling plow hammered wood-cut residuals that fall between the spokes and additional working body. When this occurs the necessity of stopping the machine and cleaning of the working body, which reduces the efficiency. In addition, a layout solution disk plough body makes it unnecessarily expensive and cumbersome. The transfer of such solutions on other disk tillage machinery (harrows and stubble) may increase the cost and increase the metal design tools.
Closest to the claimed technical solution is adapting to the disk lusignolo for turnover and crumbling of the reservoir, taken as a prototype, including a rack, a cylindrical blade and mechanism for regulating the position of the blade relative to the disk lumilikha (SU inventor's certificate No. 1074425, CL is M 5/00, 7/00, 1984). Practice shows that the presence of soil solids (rocks and woody debris) in view of the specific conditions of guns leads to deformation of extreme disk lumilikha. Resulting in an unstable gap between the disk and the blade, through which passes a portion of the soil, thereby reducing turnover and reducing the quality of its installation. In addition, it is not excluded the possibility of residues in the gap, which can lead to the braking disks lumilikha and increase the intensity of the process of soil.
The purpose of the invention is the improvement of the quality of soil under different technological regimes disk tillage implements and the lower energy process tillage.
To achieve this goal it is necessary to minimize the gap between the disk and the blade and to ensure its stability angle of rotation, eliminating the possibility of passing through soil and plant residues. For this purpose the blade in the invention is equipped with a cylindrical hinge, an elastic element and a roller with eccentric axis of rotation. Such fastening of the blade allows him to copy the working surface strain of working bodies, providing a guaranteed minimum gap. Elastic element to sposobstvuyushaya the position of the blade and ensures a constant contact of the roller with the working surface of the disk.
The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a device to a disk tillage tool, side view; figure 2 is the same, rear view; figure 3 is a section a-a in figure 2.
Adaptation to disk tillage implement includes a blade 1 (figure 1). The blade 1 is mounted on the concave side of the disk 2, with the possibility of changing its height and inclination of the working surface of the disk 2, by means of the rack 3, the cylindrical hinge 4, the lugs 5 and the elastic element 6 (figure 2). A cylindrical hinge 4 consists of a sleeve 7 and pin 8 is fixed by a cotter pin 9. Hour 3 is installed in the guide 10 and secured by the screw 11. On the blade 1 in the lower part of its back surface mounted roller 12 in contact with the working surface of the disk 2, the eccentric axis of rotation 13, the amount of eccentricity which is equal to e (figure 3). The axis of rotation 13 of the roller 12 mounted in the lugs 14 and secured by means of nuts 15, precluding inadvertent rotation in the holes in the lugs 14.
Adaptation to disk tillage tool works as follows.
Before you begin the device is set to the specified machining regime, adjusting the position of the blade 1 so that they are optimally interact with the soil layer. The use of the proposed device allows to improve the quality of soil under different technological regimes disk tillage tools and to reduce the energy intensity of the process of soil.

Adaptation to disk tillage tool, containing a blade mounted with the concave side of the disk by means of the rack with its mounting height and tilt to the servant who whose the surface of the disk, characterized in that the blade is equipped in the lower part of its back surface roller in contact with the working surface of the disk, and is connected with the stand by means of a cylindrical hinge and an elastic element.

SUBSTANCE: method involves moulding pipe line, sowing seeds in points where there are water outlet openings and vegetative irrigation. The first watering of the seeds is done by irrigation water-anolyte-electro-active water at a potential +600...+700 mV. The irrigation depth is calculated from the condition of bringing moisture of the ground to the least field moisture capacity. Further with reduced moisture of the ground, repeated watering is done by catholyte-electro-active water at potential -150...-300 mV. The next watering is done for maintaining moisture of not less than 70...80% least field moisture, periodically alternating anolyte at potential +500...+600 mV and catholyte at potential -150...-200 mV.
EFFECT: improvement of the quality of the agricultural product and increased yield.
SUBSTANCE: method involves retaining crop residues and stacking them after harvesting in an inclined position. Stacking the crop residues in the inclined position is done on slopes facing the wind in the direction of the lower part of the slope. On leeward slopes the crop residues are stacked in the direction the summit of the slope.
EFFECT: reduced weathering and erosion of sloping ground.
SUBSTANCE: disker has a frame with several rows of cross bars mounted on it. Vertical posts with axes at the ends are mounted on the bars. Spherical discs are mounted on the axes with provision for rotation about the axes. The discs have incident angle and tilt angle to the vertical and are arranged head-on across the working width. The discs on the bars are mounted in opposite sides and form rows. Each disc of the next row is displaced in the transversely relative the disc on the preceding row. Behind the front rows of bars with spherical discs, bars with corrugated discs are mounted on the frame. The bars are mounted deep in the spherical discs with displacement in the transverse plane for passage through the furrow bottom, formed after passage of the spherical discs.
EFFECT: higher quality of secondary tillage.
SUBSTANCE: method includes elimination of canopy using turf removal together with plant stand at the depth of seeding. Simultaneously with removal, turf is dispersed and divided into soil and plant residuals. The root system in the lower rooting zone is performed using seedbed treatment with the organics decomposition stimulant or herbicides. The seed bed treatment, being done procedure seeding, covering seeds with the turf soil, pressing and mulching are performed. Mulching is carried out using plant residuals treated with the organics decomposition stimulant.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of tillage and return of abandoned land into cultivated area.
SUBSTANCE: this method suggests constant 10-12 cm water level during whole growing period up to rice harvesting. Herewith calurea treatment of rice is performed during the 5-6 leafs stage. This invention allows increasing waterweed (Hydrodictyon utricnlatum Pooth.) control efficiency in rice plantings during tillering stage (3-7 leafs).
EFFECT: increase of waterweed control efficiency in rice plantings.
SUBSTANCE: cultivation method of seed and planting onion to bulb onion in irrigated farming includes unstriped planting and treatment. After harvesting the preceding crop in autumn, wide ridges 0.14-0.22 m height are created in the topsoil. Grooves are created between the wide ridges for creation of technological track with the base of 1.4-1.6 m. In early spring after warming up soil in the ridge to the temperature of +2...+5°C the seedbed is created along the ridge in its basis. The seedbed has the form of cylindrical surface with bulge in the direction of the ridge's top. Planting of the seed onion and planting onion is performed in the top of the centre of equilateral (regular) hexagon. Long radius of regular hexagon is equal to average diameter of the seedling of chosen hybrid of onion breed. After planting the seedlings are covered with the layer of granulated soil from the ridge. The topsoil gets compacted creating equidistant surface in the seedbed. The flexible drip line is put over compacted top of the ridge. Such method of seeding provides crop improvement due to efficient usage of chemical fertilizers, agricultural water and decrease of weed density.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agricultural machinery, particularly to the tillage equipment. The rotary cultivator includes the frame and operational elements containing hubs with knives fixed on them using spikes. The device has crossbolsters with pivotal fixings attached to the frame. Each fixing is conjugated with inclined axis. The central line of each inclined axis creates obtuse angle with rotation axis of each fixing. Side view of the centre line of each inclined plane creates acute angle with movement direction of the tillage equipment. Each hub is installed on separate inclined plane and can be rotated against centre line of this axis. Each hub has a knife attached to it with working surface in the form of flattened cone. Its generatix moves through the centre line of inclined axis and rotation axis of the fixing and is angled towards contour line. The circle low point creating cutting edge of each separate knife is located on the rotation axis of the fixing.
EFFECT: decrease of weed density and improvement of tillage quality.
SUBSTANCE: combined tillage equipment consists of the frame, tractor hookup, operating elements mounted on the frame in two rows, packing and leveling devices and concave disks on the horizontal axis behind the operating elements. The operating elements of the second row are shifted horizontally against the operating elements of the first row. Each operating element is made in the form of free running tine with the concave disk with its camber facing upwards. The concave disk of the operating element is fixed transversely to the tine; its all round cutting edge is located in horizontal plane. The concave disks are mounted on the horizontal axis pairwise at an angle to each other; besides, the disks in each pair are mounted with their cambers towards centre of symmetry. The centre of symmetry of each pair of disks is located in the same lengthwise-vertical plane with the corresponding tide of the first row operating elements. The packing and leveling device is made in the form of the assembly consisting of packing wheels located one by one. The tides of the operating elements are mounted on the frame via safety guard. The operating elements of the second row are mounted with overlapping of the operating elements of the first row. Each pair of the height adjustable concave disks on the horizontal plane is mounted on the frame. The frontal packing wheel of the assembly is cannulate and the backward one is slatted, moreover it is possible to turn the backward packing wheel through a full 180 degrees. The equipment will allow increasing tillage quality and grain yield.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns environmental technologies and can be applied in reclaiming of soil fertility. The method involves double fertilisation of a polluted landsite, soil loosening and application of water solution of oil decomposing bacteria. Manure with humidity of 60% and over is used as the fertiliser at the ratio of 30-40 tons per hectare. It is introduced first during subsurface loosening at the depth of 27-30 cm, and next over 5-7 days. The composition is produced by composting sapropel, manure and unpolluted soil; before application it is mixed with shred bird feathers. Feathers are preliminarily treated in water solution of electric activated water for at least 30 minutes. Rhodococcus sp. MFN bacterium strain, cultivated in nutrient solution, is used as oil decomposing bacterium. It identifies hydrocarbons of oil at the polluted landsite as a source of carbon. Water solution of Rhodococcus sp.MFN bacteria is introduced at latest in 48 hours after the composition. In 1.5-2 months the site is tilled with backset to the depth of 25-27 cm, the surface is leveled with heavy harrows, and annual or perennial grass is sown.
EFFECT: enables biological reclaiming of soils by sapropel utilisation.

The frame includes a central, middle and edge sections joined by swivels, and leverage with hydraulic cylinders joined by swivels for bringing lateral section into transportation mode. The leverage for bringing middle and lateral sections into transportation mode consists of a power unit and a slave unit. The power unit comprises opposite short-stroke and long-stroke hydraulic cylinders. The slave unit includes coupled cross drafts of equal length. The leverage is assembled at a telescopic hitch tongue. Immobile part of the hitch tongue comprises parallel hollow beams, and its rear ends are fixed to the central section. The mobile part of the hitch tongue comprises bars pulling out of the hollow beams and is connected to the aggregate tractor by a drag bar. The pins of short-stroke and long-stroke hydraulic cylinders are linked cinematically by a double-arm lever. Basement of the short-stroke cylinder and the double-arm lever are attached to the middle hollow beam of immobile part of the hitch tongue. Basement of the long-stroke cylinder is attached to the mobile part of the hitch tongue. Rear ends of cross drafts are connected to the middle lateral sections. Front ends of the said drafts are connected to the swivels of mobile part of the hitch tongue.

It includes a hitch tongue, a central middle and edge sections with tools attached to them, and a section lifting device in the form of balance wheels with hydraulic actuator. A device of bringing middle and edge section into transportation mode is adjusted by a hydraulic cylinder and comprises an antiparallel link with compensation sections at the ends of cross drafts. Pin of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to one of the cross draft end axes at a swivel on the front end of C-shaped beam. The hitch tongue is connected to the central section and includes an immobile part comprising parallel hollow beams, and a mobile part comprising bars pulling out of the hollow beams. The mobile part is fixed inside immobile part by retainers. Each transportation pivot beam is attached to the main beam of each section by brackets.

SUBSTANCE: frame contains central and hinged side sections, hydraulic power mechanism which switches the side sections into a run-in position and stop blocks for fixing the side sections in the run-in position. Frame is provided with wide-section tires of low-pressure, and a mechanism which switches the central sections into a run-in position with hinged side sections and kickers of maximum permissible turn of the side sections while switching to the run-in position. The central section is formed by a supporting longitudinal with a drag bar and folding back support on the one end, and on the other end - the power and supporting beams. Support beam is mounted on the load beam; the transport beam is located parallel and above the support beam. Wide-section tires have the opportunity to change the area of contact patch with the field road and cultivated field surface. Wide-section tires of low-pressure are connected to the plug connector at the ends of the central section support beam with the help of journal and to the transport beam vertical strut with the help of drive mechanism. The mechanism in the form of kinematic links is placed on the central strut of the central section transport beam. It is made in the form of slide block with the possibility of movement along a vertical strut with the help of the hydraulic power drive. Each kicker of maximum permissible turn of the side sections while switching to the run-in position is made in the form of rope.

Pulling-and-transporting beam is positioned in central section for movement in plane of symmetry of tillage tool by means of hydraulic drive. Bases of hydraulic cylinders of hydraulic drive are connected to front end of pulling-and-transporting beam. Hydraulic cylinder stems are connected to brackets of middle left-hand and right-hand side sections. Mellowing units are arranged in groups connected through flexible tie-rods to respective pulling bars positioned on middle and outer leveler sections.

SUBSTANCE: tillage tool has flat disks with central mounting opening and annular circumferential cutting edge, and teeth provided on side surface. Teeth are made in the form of acutely sharpened small flat disks loosely put on shafts, which are rigidly and symmetrically attached to side surface of main disk at both sides thereof so that cutting edges of each small disk are arranged at the same level with cutting edge of main disk. Small disks have different diameters: half the disks have diameter twice the diameter of other half of the disks, said disks being arranged in alternation and at equal pitch with respect to one another.
